Retroactive Lucky Egg is fine by me, and I doubt Playground Bully would care all that much either.

And just so you know Playground Bully, your "Protean is in effect" clause (besides an odd way to phrase it - I'd assume that means it's Toggled but IDK) is useless because it's (basically) certain to be Toggled this round - unless something weird happens, Toggle abilities can only be Toggled on sendout or when ordering first (a la switching). So, deadfox would not be able to Toggle it. Ability classes are kind of weird, but just for future reference.
