EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD (Make it Max HP with Max Speed instead, it will help in the long run than bulky, since Braxien is pretty frail).
Calm Nature (As such, make this Timid)
IVs: 0 Atk
- Confide (I would definitely make this Flamethrower. I don't see why you wouldn't want an attacking move)
- Wish
- Will-O-Wisp
- Protect
