This team could use a bit of improvement so I made some changes to make this a bit more useable. Please note that my changes have alternatives and that I am a bit of a beginner.

I would like to begin by telling you to add a pokepaste link :D

Now onto the changes.

My first change was changing Noivern to Dragapult. Dragapult is an overall better attacker with better speed and spa. It threatens a large majority of teams with its STAB as well.

I then changed Pinchurchin to a Tapu Koko. Pinchurchin isn't exactly the best pokemon in OU as Tapu Koko gives wonderful speed control after Dragapult.

The Volcarona set was tweaked to a Bulky Quiver Dance set because of a couple of reasons. Defog on Volcarona is pretty cool, but it can't reliably switch in with fearing Knock Off crippling it basically permanently. Also, Volcarona needs recovery on this set was well.

I then changed Magnezone to Corviknight for reliable defogger and a physical wall. It allows you to bring in the big threats on this team.

Toxapex was subbed out for Urshifu to threaten more specially defensive walls and to just add a bit more offensive presence. Urshifu is incredible deadly if you remove its checks.

I also changed the Tapu Lele set to scarf as it is a great late game cleaner and can sweep the other team once weakened.

This team is very offensive and lacks walls so it is moderately difficult to get around other attackers, but other then that, the team looks halfway decent.

If youre going to have Volcarona as your defogger, its a good idea to also give it heavy duty boots since its crippled by stealth rocks really badly.
