Illumise has zero business being discussed in the OU string at the time. Mischievous Heart is a great ability, but she is beyond outclassed.

Your format is sooooo wrong.

I would spend some time researching how this should be written, and do some studying about what is viable in OU if I were you.

Basically what everyone else said. Discussion threads for Pokemon should go in Uncharted Territory, not C&C.
