Walrus Imagine Walruses - A Hitmon Thing

Hello there, folks! Welcome to Hitmonleet's Walrus that will actually happen this time! You all know the basic rules, so let's go straight on to the categories! But first, a unique modification to the typical categories system: Every submission has two different options for what cat to submit to. When submitting, you must specify which of these two cats you are submitting for. Both cats will be revealed together.

Cat 1: Anacrusis
Submit a short song. Only songs with a length of 2:30 or less will be accepted here.

Cat 2: Fermata
In this case, submit a long song. This cat's minimum length is 5:50.
Cat 3: A Capriccio
Submit a song that is about freedom or makes you feel free. That you have the wind at your back, that you can chase your dreams.
Example: Running Free by Iron Maiden

Cat 4: Abafando
Submit a song that is about being or makes you feel trapped, constrained, or otherwise unable to escape something.
Example: Under Pressure by Billy Joel
Cat 5: Acompaniment
Submit a song that is part of a soundtrack (of a movie, a video game, etc).

Cat 6: Overture
Submit a song from a musical or performed in a form of media.

For either of these cats you must include what the piece is included in.
Cat 7: Cambiare
Submit a song that has, in some clear way, been remixed.

Cat 8: Da Capo
Submit a performance of an song originally written before 1930.
Cat 9: Gaudioso
Submit a song that is or makes you feel happy, joyous, or otherwise good.
Example: You're the Best Around by Joe Esposito

Cat 10: Freddo
Submit a song that is or makes you feel sorrowful, regretful, or otherwise sad.
Example: Cat's in the Cradle by Harry Chapin
Cat 11: Improvvisato
Submit a song that has an improvised section in it.

Cat 12: Insistendo
Submit a song with a musically complex or difficult passage.
Example: Through the Fire and the Flames by DragonForce (All of It)

For either of these, you must also include the timestamp of the section.
Cat 13: Crescendo
Submit a piece full of tension and excitement.
Example: Beethoven Virus by Diana Boncheva feat. BanYa

Cat 14: Decrescendo
Submit a piece full of emotion or an emotional performance.
Example: Paint it Black by the Rolling Stones
Cat 15: Passionato
Submit a song where a major theme or topic is love. Marriage, breakups, dates, anything is acceptable.

Cat 16: Anima
Submit a song about life. Living it, gaining it, losing it, anything about it is fair game.
Cat 17: Magnum Opus
Submit your favorite song of all time.

My Tastes
...don't matter that much. I'm a fan of pretty much every genre and musician nowadays, excluding Justin Bieber, so throw whatever you like at me! Ratings will be based on musical quality, lyrical meaning, and my personal opinion of the song, so worry about those instead.

Grading
I'll be using the full 10 point grading scale here, not just 8 and above like the typical reviewer does. I'm also awarding up to 1 point worth of bonuses based on the PUNY categories:
Particularly Enjoyed by Me (Exactly)
Uniqueness (It brings something to the table that I haven't found anything else has)
New Artist (An artist I've never heard of)
You (Particularly deep/special additional info, or other things that really say "This is a sub by So-and-so.")

A maximum of 0.25 bonus points are given for each of these.

The first submission reveal date will be decided on the last week of June. All subs must at least have Submission 1 in on time to be included.

Please send all submissions through a smogon PM, with each cat labelled in the submission, and a YouTube link provided.
