Done Improve the error messages shown to non-autoconfirmed users trying to access certain features

Currently, when a non-autoconfirmed user tries to use the teams database, the friends feature, or offline messaging, the error message they are displayed simply says: "You must be autoconfirmed to use [feature]." Given many new users don't actually know what being autoconfirmed means, I think it would be helpful if these messages were more informative, like the one shown when trying to speak when modchat is on: "Moderated chat is set. To speak in this room, your account must be autoconfirmed, which means being registered for at least one week and winning at least one rated game (any game started through the 'Battle!' button).", followed by a prompt to register if the user hasn't already.

I did this on a local host

replace that with the other 2 features, however because it's a local host I can't test the teams database from when I tried but its a very simple change and no type script errors or anything so should be fine for when I make the PR

will make PR for this later when it's not 2 am
