Indeedee-F

[OVERVIEW]

:ss/indeedee-f:
Access to STAB Expanding Force and Psychic Surge lets Indeedee-F carve out a niche as an extremely powerful wallbreaker in NU, being able to 2HKO a large chunk of the metagame that does not either resist or is immune to Expanding Force. Access to Mystical Fire and Dazzling Gleam also lets Indeedee-F to break past Pokemon such as Escavalier and Guzzlord. Additionally, Indeedee-F is protected by priority via Psychic Surge, and so grants it a safer match-up against Pokemon such as Sirfetch'd. However, while Indeedee-F sports decent Special Defense, it is let down by its poor Defense and HP stat, as well as its mediocre defensive typing, thus limiting its switch-in opportunities. Indeedee-F is vulnerable to being revenge killed by faster Pokemon such as Tauros, Talonflame, and Salazzle, as well as Choice Scarf users like Passimian and Rotom-C. Indeedee-F faces competition from Starmie, which is faster and provides utility in the form of Rapid Spin, and other wallbreakers such as Goodra and Choice Specs Diancie, who have better bulk and defensive typings.

Set Description
========

Mystical Fire 2HKOs Escavalier and chunks Copperajah and Silvally-Steel for a good amount of damage. Dazzling Gleam OHKOs Guzzlord while being able to 2HKO Drapion with ease. Trick can be used in place of Hyper Voice to cripple Indeedee-F's switch-ins, such as Copperajah and Mantine. A Modest nature can be used for more power, but Indeedee-F cannot outspeed Pokemon such as Braviary and Decidueye, otherwise.

As Indeedee-F does not get many switch-in opportunities due to its middling defensive typing, pivots make for good partners with Indeedee-F. Choice Scarf users such as Passimian and Rotom-C can bring in Indeedee-F against foes like Mudsdale and Vileplume, while Heliolisk can act as a decent offensive partner and break alongside Indeedee-F. Fighting-types like Sirfetch'd and Toxicroak are able to check Dark- and Steel-types, while also punching holes in the opposing team in order to aid Indeedee-F in cleaning lategame. Garbodor can set Spikes to pressure Steel-types, Snorlax, and Goodra, while serving as a defensive check to offensive Pokemon that can check Indeedee-F, such as Passimian, Talonflame, and Tauros.

Other Options
=============

Choice Scarf lets Indeedee-F act as a revenge killer, but it loses out on much of its power and faces competition from Choice Scarf Rotom-C. Twisted Spoon and Life Orb give Indedee-F the freedom to switch moves and allow it to bluff Choice Specs in the case of Twisted Spoon, but the loss on other moves is noticeable, while Life Orb cuts into Indeedee-F's longevity. Healing Wish can restore one of Indeedee-F's teammates to full HP and allow for a more aggressive playstyle in the earlygame, but is hard to fit on Indeedee-F's moveset.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Faster Offensive Pokemon**: While none can directly switch into Indeedee-F, faster Pokemon such as Tauros, Choice Scarf Passimian and Silvally-Ground are able to outspeed Indeedee-F and revenge kill it. And while Pokemon such as Salazzle and Goodra cannot OHKO a healthy Indeedee-F, they are able to pick off a weakened one after some chip damage.

**Steel-type Pokemon**: Copperajah and Escavalier can comfortably take any of Indeedee-F's attacks and either set Stealth Rock or OHKO it with Heavy Slam, or threaten it with Knock Off or boost with Swords Dance in Escavalier's case. While Silvally-Steel is a shakier answer to Indeedee-F, it is nonetheless able to switch into it and can clear entry hazards with Defog or gain momentum with Parting Shot. However, all three of them do not appreciate Mystical Fire, and Escavalier has a high chance to be OHKO'd after Stealth Rock damage.

yo, QC thinks that this should be written around Choice Scarf instead. Choice Specs is still fine to be included in OO.
