evs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 4 Def / 244 SpD / 4 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]

* With a decent defensive typing in Ground / Steel and good bulk, Iron Treads can run an effective Assault Vest set.

* **Iron Head versus Heavy Slam**: While Heavy Slam is not as consistent as Iron Head due to Iron Treads's middling weight, it reaches maximum power against targets such as Flutter Mane and Iron Valiant. Heavy Slam gets a OHKO on Iron Valiant and 2HKOes Iron Bundle, which is something that's not achievable with Iron Head, however, Iron Head 2HKOes Baxcalibur, and does non-negligible damage to Dragonite, which isn't possible with Heavy Slam.

* **Rapid Spin**: It may seem weird to run Rapid Spin on such a fast-paced-format, but with it, Iron Treads can support teammates like Dragonite and Focus Sash Flutter Mane. Additionally, with a Jolly nature and minimal Speed investment Iron Treads can outrun Timid Iron Bundle after a Rapid Spin.

* **Ice Spinner**: Ice Spinner gives Iron Treads a move to hit Dragonite, Hydreigon, Garchomp, and Great Tusk hard.

* **Knock Off**: Knock Off is Iron Treads's best move against Rotom-W and Rotom-H, and its item removal is valuable all around, crippling both the Pokemon it's supposed to check as well as common switch-ins.

* **Volt Switch**: Pivoting can help Iron Treads against physically bulky Pokemon like Dondozo, Corviknight, and Terastallized Garganacl.

* **EV Spread**: The EV Spread aims to maximize Iron Treads's ability to take special attacks, especially when coupled with an Assault Vest; the Speed allows it to outspeed Jolly Breloom before a Rapid Spin and Timid Iron Bundle.

Tera Types
========

* **Flying**: Flying provides Iron Treads with a Ground immunity and a Fighting resistance, along with neutralizing its Fire weakness, which can be useful against Tera Fire Flutter Mane and Sylveon, Skeledirge, Iron Valiant, and Iron Moth.

[SET COMMENTS]

* Iron Treads possesses an incredible support movepool along with a great base 106 Speed stat, making it a great support option.

* **Electric Terrain**: A manual Electric Terrain may seem odd, but Iron Treads has the bulk to run it and use it to activate its own Quark Drive along with its teammates' if applicable, and the lack of other Terrains in the current series means Electric Terrain can run for its full duration a lot of times. Electric Terrain also blocks sleep moves from foes such as Skeledirge, Espathra, Iron Valiant, Gengar, Breloom, and Brute Bonnet.

* **Rapid Spin**: Despite the fast-paced-nature of BSS, Rapid Spin allows Iron Treads to both boost its speed and clear entry hazards from its side of the field, supporting teammates such as Focus Sash Iron Bundle and Dragonite.

* **Knock Off**: Along with its item removal ability, Knock Off is Iron Treads's best move to hit Rotom-W and Rotom-H.

* **Ice Spinner**: Ice Spinner allows Iron Treads to hit foes such as Dragonite and Great Tusk hard, but it should be used carefully if it's run alongside Electric Terrain, as it ends the current active Terrain.

Other Options
========

* **Heavy Slam**: With Heavy Slam, Iron Treads can OHKO Iron Valiant, as well as 2HKO Iron Bundle without Tera Steel. After Terastallizing into Steel, Heavy Slam can OHKO Iron Bundle after a Rapid Spin.

* ** Wild Charge**: If Iron Treads is holding a Life Orb, Wild Charge is capable of 2HKOing Corviknight in Electric Terrain.

* **Bulldoze**: While weaker than Earthquake, Bulldoze is a speed control option for Iron Treads that affects Ghost-types, unlike Rapid Spin.

Tera Types
========

* ** Ground**: Tera Ground neutralizes Iron Treads's Fire, Ground, and Fighting weaknesses and ramps up the power of its Earthquake.

* **Steel**: Tera Steel gets rid of Iron Treads's Water weakness and gives it resistances to Ice and Grass.

Items
========

* **Booster Energy**: Booster Energy increases Iron Treads's speed even further, allowing it to outspeed Flutter Mane, Iron Bundle, Dragapult and slower Choice Scarf foes, making it very likely to get a move off first.

* **Terrain Extender**: Terrain Extender increases the duration of Terrains to eight turns, giving Iron Treads or one of its Quark Drive teammates more turns to make use of their ability.

* **Focus Sash**: Focus Sash is an option for ensuring Iron Treads can get at least one move off against faster foes that can KO it.

* **Air Balloon**: An Air Balloon allows Iron Treads to have an edge against other Ground-type leads such as Garchomp.

* **Life Orb**: When used alongside Electric Terrain, Life Orb boosts Iron Treads's offensive pressure, and a Terrain-boosted Wild Charge can 2HKO Corviknight.

Alright checking this now!

Assault Vest

- I'd actually change the Rapid Spin sentence. One of the craziest developments of this metagame is that... Great Tusk and to a lesser extent, Glimmora and Iron Treads itself, have made Rapid Spin a LOT more common in BSS, so I'd hesitate to call it rare now! Instead, I'd mention that while it may seem like a strange option in such a fast paced format, that in addition to the Speed boost, it helps support Dragonite and deadly Focus Sash Pokemon (you can use whatever example you see fit for sash mons)

- For Iron Head vs Heavy Slam, I'd mention that Heavy Slam actually OHKOs Iron Valiant, something Iron Head doesn't reliably do. It's also Iron Tread's only way of 2HKOing Iron Bundle.

- Also for Heavy Slam vs Iron Head: I'd mention in particular that Heavy Slam doesn't 2HKO Baxcalibur, which is a huge bummer, and it does laughable damage against Dragonite.

- Silly thing, but replace "mon" with "Pokemon", GP REALLY doesn't like that short hand :P

Offensive Support

- I think you don't need to mention every specific sleep move from the threats you listed: you can probably get away with just saying "sleep inducing moves from these threats", since anyone curious can take a look at their analysis (funnily enough, all of the Pokemon mentioned do have sleep sets onsite in some form lol)

- The same stuff I said about Rapid Spin in the last set applies here, I'd just word it differently so GP is cool with it.

- I'd make an Other Options section to mention three things: Heavy Slam, Wild Charge and Bulldoze. Heavy Slam still does the same "OHKO Iron Valiant" trick, but it also can be paired with Tera Steel to KO Iron Bundle with Rapid Spin + Heavy Slam!

- Wild Charge means Iron Treads isn't entirely passive against Corviknight, though it needs a Life Orb + Electric Terrain to actually 2HKO.

- Bulldoze is just another form of speed control, though it does give Iron Treads reduced offensive presence.

- For Booster Energy, I'd mention outspeeding Flutter Mane too, that's a huge target!

- I'd slash in Air Balloon, it's nice to have that Ground-type immunity against Garchomp leads.

- I think Life Orb is worth a mention, if only for the stuff I mentioned about Corviknight earlier.

Once this stuff is implemented, consider this QC Approved!

I implemented most of the changes, but I don't know what the (AH) change is, could you clarify it for me please?

mari edit: add hyphen, like so -!

Ah, I see, thanks!
