This is pretty unrealistic but it would be cool to see it happen in the future. Imo, N64 (Pokemon Snap and Pokemon Stadium) Pokemon sprites just look so much better and way more alive than modern Pokemon sprites, and even BW sprites. By the way, I have no clue if this would be insanely difficult to do or not, but I think would be a huge upgrade from the regular sprites we have right now.
edit: Now that I think about it, it would probably be like playing gen 1-5 with "Use modern sprites for past generations", except you can toggle it on or off for any generation you're playing on PS.
