If a Pokemon with Vital Spirit also has Insomnia, its evasion is raised by one (1) stage permanently.
Hustle: (Can be Enabled) This Pokemon puts immense force and speed in its physical attacks, increasing the Base Attack Power of all its physical attacks by three (3), but the haste used lowers their accuracy to 80% of normal.
Insomnia (DW): (Innate) This Pokemon is immune to sleep induced by other Pokemon. It's normal state of sleeplessness makes it take 1 less damage and energy/action from Ghost Curse. If it is put to sleep by a Pokemon with Mold Breaker it will wake up the next action. If a Pokemon with Insomnia also has Vital Spirit, its accuracy is raised by one (1) stage permanently.

Epic is a Hustla. So well go with Hustle. And just for the sake of convenience, we will just have it enabled from the start.
 
Ok, time for my first win/loss/tie. anyways gonna be my first something.

Ok Libra the Riolu, come out and show them how Steadfast you are!

If he uses Fly, replace same action with Sky Uppercut.
 
Steadfast might make you faster on a Flinch, but it doesn't stop the Flinch, and since, for all I know, we might get paralyzed by Force Palm, speed is not something we care about, and free damage is always nice. And, since we are going to end up slower anyways, I will gladly trade a Sky Uppercut for a Fly.

Come on Hustle, lets hope you pay off.

Someone in ASB actually bought a Delibird? Surely just for the irony...

Regardless Epic begins with a combined show of speed and force, zipping into Libra with a Fake Out that hits so suddenly the pool Riolu doesn't even recover in time to attack! Thankfully his inner pride will prevent such future mis-steps as Steadfast made him the much speedier of the pair.

Libra launches into the offensive immediately, driving his Palm right into Epic's chest with great Force. Unfortunately the bird escapes paralysis from the move and instead focusses on the pain that will be coming for Libra in the Future.

The Riolu again leads with the fist and thanks to his higher speed a big leap isn't even needed to connect with a Sky Uppercut. Luckily his speedy nature also made the move virtually impossible to miss with. The fighting style adopted by Epic is less accurate, with that trait thrown out the window in favour of more power. The calculated risk is coming off so far, because Epic is able to Fly high into the air and strike down with great vengeance and furious anger at Libra. Yes thats right folks, the Delibird is actually winning.

OK Epic, awesome job. Now lets keep it going. Start off with another Fly. Then after Future Sight hits, follow with an Ice Beam. Then Fly once more. However, if it wants to counter the Flys, use Ice Beam instead.

We rejoin the battle at the Tundra with the Delibird on full offensive while Libra the Riolu is left desperately trying to salvage something. He begins this effort immediately by preparing himself to Detect whatever is incoming and swiftly dodge it. Unfortunately this turns out to be a frivolous exercise anyway as Epic's reckless fighting style finally catches up with him and his second successive Flying assault misses wildly. All is not lost for our Epic bird though, as his predictions come true and Libra is rocked hard by a mysterious psychic phenomenon. That one may swing the tide folks.

Unable to decide between attack and defense Libra this time loads up with a powerful punch to Delibird's jaw. That one was strong enough to Break Bricks and Epic did not appreciate getting socked. However a slight overextension did leave Libra open to an Ice Beam in return, and thanks to his pitiful special defenses the damage is quite sizable.

The last action is unfortunately our last as no matter how much Libra tries to steel his body with the very essence of Iron another successful Fly attack from Epic sends the poor little fighter out for a dirt nap. The fresh metal coating Libra did result in Delibird harming itself a little on the impact, but it does nothing to tarnish what was evidently a dominating display from one of the most unlikely of Pokemon.
