Jirachi @ Normalium Z
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Naive Nature
- Happy Hour
- Iron Head
- Psychic
- Thunderbolt

Z-Happy Hour increases Jirachi's offensive power and makes it faster, being able to outspeed threats such as Choice Specs Keldeo. This set pressures Poison- and Water-type teams heavily due to the coverage of Psychic and Thunderbolt, taking out Pokemon such as Toxapex, Mega Venusaur, and Mantine. Iron Head allows Jirachi to deal with Pokemon that take little or no damage from Psychic and Thunderbolt such as Alolan Muk, which otherwise walls this set. Heatran is a must-needed partner for Jirachi, providing a switch-in to Fire-type moves and dealing with walls that Jirachi cannot break past such as Chansey with Magma Storm and Taunt. It can also set Stealth Rock for Jirachi, making it easier to clean late-game. Excadrill is a good revenge killer that complements Jirachi by checking faster threats such as Tapu Koko and Mega Aerodactyl. Assault Vest Celesteela deals with Ground-types for Jirachi due to the coverage of Giga Drain and Hidden Power Ice and checks threats like Landorus.

With Z Happy Hour, Jirachi gets +1 boost to its every stat which makes it hard to revenge kill as Jirachi has above average bulk (Talk about improved offense and speed rather than its bulk). This set is effective as a win condition late game in the battle. The sets pressures Poison and Water-type teams heavily due to the coverage of Psychic and Thunderbolt on the set, taking out Pokemon such as Toxapex, Mega Venusaur and Mantine hence allowing Steel-type teams a better match up against Poison and Water-type teams. Iron head on the set allows Jirachi to hax its way to victory thanks to a 60 % flinch chance, allowing it to deal with Pokemon that resist other move on the set (Reword this, you shouldn't really refer to winning via hax. Instead write something like "Iron Head allows Jirachi to deal with Pokemon that take little or no Damage from Psychic plus Thunderbolt such as Alolan Muk, which otherwise walls the Calm Mind set."). Heatran is a must needed partner for Jirachi providing as a switch-in to Fire-type moves and dealing with walls that Jirachi cannot break past Chansey with Magma Storm and Tauntoffensive Trapper set. It can also set Stealth Rock for Jirachi, making it easier to clean late game. Excadrill is a good revenge killer that compliments Jirachi by checking faster threats such as Tapu Koko and Mega Charizard Y (Mega CharY isn't faster than Jirachi, use a different example...Mega Aerodactyl works). Celesteela is a great teammate too as it deals with Ground types for Jirachi (This is a very bland sentence, explain a little bit more how Celesteela deals with Ground-types).

The paragraph for spotlights is supposed to be around 1000 characters. Yours has around 1200, so we need to trim it down a bit.

Remove Add Comments (AC)= add comma (RC)= remove comma (AH)= add hyphen (RH)= remove hyphen

With Z-(AH)Happy Hour,(RC) Jirachi gets +1 boost to its every stat which not only increases the Jirachi's offensive power of Jirachi but it also and makes it faster,(AC) being able to outspeed threats such as Choice Specs Keldeo. The sets This set pressures Poison-(AH) and Water-type teams heavily due to the coverage of Psychic and Thunderbolt on the set, taking out Pokemon such as Toxapex, Mega Venusaur,(AC) and Mantine. Iron Head allows Jirachi to deal with Pokemon that take little or no damage from Psychic and Thunderbolt such as Alolan Muk, which otherwise walls the Calm Mind this (the spotlight is about Z-Happy Hour, not the Calm Mind set) set. Heatran is a must-(AH)needed partner for Jirachi,(AC) providing as a switch-in to Fire-type moves and dealing with walls that Jirachi cannot break past such as Chansey with Magma Storm and Taunt. It can also set Stealth Rock for Jirachi, making it easier to clean late-(AH)game. Excadrill is a good revenge killer that compliments complements Jirachi by checking faster threats such as Tapu Koko and Mega Aerodactyl. Assault Vest Celesteela is a great teammate too as it deals with Ground-(AH)types for Jirachi due to the coverage of Giga Drain and Hidden Power Ice and checks threats like Landorus which threatens almost every Ground-type Pokemon. Assault Vest allows Celesteela to better check threats such as Landorus for Jirachi.
