PU Kadabra [gp 1/1]

[OVERVIEW]
Compared to other revenge killers such as Ribombee, Sneasel, and Cinccino, Kadabra stands out thanks to its combination of Magic Guard + Focus Sash, which allows it to always check Pokemon such as Scrafty, Silvally-Fairy, Silvally-Ghost, and Sandslash regardless of their Speed. However, Kadabra has to avoid ever getting hit in order to do so. Kadabra can be quite hard to fit on teams because of how hard it is to get in without losing its Focus Sash or a teammate. Kadabra also has to be wary of multi-hit move users such as Gigialith, Sneasel, and Cinccino, and unlike some of the previously mentioned revenge killers, it hardly offers any defensive utility.

move 2: Dazzling Gleam

nature: Timid
evs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

[SET COMMENTS]
[Set Description]
Psychic is a powerful and reliable STAB option. Dazzling Gleam is Kadabra's best option to deal with Dark-types, such as Scrafty and Absol. Shadow Ball is a solid choice to hit Steel- and Psychic-types such as Doublade and Galarian Articuno for good damage. Kadabra can use Thunder Wave to help deal with Quiver Dance users that it can't KO, like Ribombee and Frosmoth. Counter is its best way to KO healthy physical setup sweepers such as Perrserker, Silvally-Fairy, and Carracosta. Because Kadabra has to stay at 100% HP to utilize its Focus Sash, teammates that can safely bring in Kadabra with Volt Switch or U-turn, such as Wishiwashi, Lanturn, and Togedemaru, are appreciated.

[Overview]
Compared to other revenge killers such as Ribombee, Sneasel and Sytcher Cinccino, Kadabra offers a lot in terms of utility and raw power. Whilst not the fastest revenge killer Kadabra more than makes up for it with the combination of Magic Guard and Focus Sash. Which allows Kadabra to check most set up pokemon, such as Scrafty, Silvally -Fairy, -Ghost and Lycanroc, however Kadabra has to avoid getting hit for it to be able to check them. mention dwb scyth and cinccino being common pokemon/issues Because of this Kadabra offers little to no defensive switch in play unlike aforementioned revenge killers.

Because Kadabra has to stay at 100% HP to be able to utilize its Focus Sash teammates that can safely bring in Kadabra with Volt Switch or U-turn, such as Wishiwashi, Lanturn and Togedemaru are appreciated. Kadabra also struggle vs common SpD walls such as Audino, Aggron and Eldegoss and should be paired with pokemon able to take advantage of them coming in, such as Gallade and Scrafty. Psychic is used as a powerful stab option and is always reliable, Dazzling Gleam is Kadabras best option to deal with Dark-types, such as Scrafty and Absol. Shadow Ball is a solid choice for Kadabra as it lets it hit both Steel- and Psychic-types such as Mesprit, Articuno-Galar, Ferroseed and Togedemaru Doublade and Galarian Articuno for good damage. Counter is Kadabras best way to kill healthy physical set up sweepers such as Perrserker, Silvally-Fairy and Glastrier Carracosta. Kadabra can use Thunder Wave / or Encore to help deal with Calm Mind/Quiver Dance users that it can't kill, like Ribombee, Mesprit, Uxie or Frosmoth cm mes/uxie are kinda dead. Kadabra can be quite hard to fit on teams because of how hard it is to get in without losing its Focus Sash or a teammate, Kadabra also has to be wary of multiple hitting move users such as Gigialith, Regirock, Sneasel and Cinccino put this in overview and include scyther > regirock. Even so Kadabras amazing power and Speed will force out most slower/Damaged pokemon might wanna dial this back considering it's still C- on VR etc.

[OVERVIEW]
Compared to other revenge killers such as Ribombee, Sneasel, and Cinccino, Kadabra offers a lot in terms of utility and raw power not really. the best part is that it'll consistently live a hit from faster things. for example, none of those beat a +2 scrafty. this really really needs to be clear, the thing kadabra brings is consistency. Whilst, not the fastest revenge killer Kadabra more than makes up for it with the combination of Magic Guard and Focus Sash. This allows Kadabra to check most set up pokemon, such as Scrafty, Silvally -Fairy, -Ghost, and Lycanroc, however, Kadabra has to avoid getting hit for it to be able to check them. Kadabra can be quite hard to fit on teams because of how hard it is to get in without losing its Focus Sash or a teammate, Kadabra also has to be wary of multiple hitting move users such as Gigialith, Scyther banned, Sneasel, and Cinccino Because of this Kadabra offers little to no defensive switch in play, unlike aforementioned revenge killers.

Kadabra also struggles against common SpD walls such as Audino, Aggron, and Eldegoss and should be paired with pokemon able to take advantage of them coming in, such as Gallade and Scrafty. I would remove this sentence, it doesnt matter if kadabra cant beat special attackers if it does its revenge killing job. Also why is this stuff before the moves explanation? moves always go first Psychic is used as a powerful stab option and is always reliable, Dazzling Gleam is Kadabra's best option to deal with Dark-types, such as Scrafty and Absol. Shadow Ball is a solid choice for Kadabra as it lets it hit both Steel- and Psychic-types such as Doublade and Galarian Articuno for good damage. Counter is Kadabra's best way to kill healthy physical set-up sweepers such as Perrserker, Silvally-Fairy, and Carracosta. Kadabra can use Thunder Wave or Encore to help deal with Quiver Dance users that it can't kill, like Ribombee or Frosmoth. Even so, Kadabra's unique utility, power, and speed can be quite worth it. move twave first, it's most important. then counter, then just deslash encore entirely, it's not worth it
