Yes, "balance team" is used in Smogon by other users but I think they use it during informal conversations. I'm not saying that it should never ever be used but it doesn't seem to be "formal" considering that this material is about to be uploaded on a site where many people visit. "Balanced team" sounds better, don't you agree?
