As it was not specified in the rules, DQ is default or whatever both battlers agree upon, which is 2 days in both cases iirc, so it would just default back to 2 days.

Precedence.

It is basically understandable for Dig suspend to be used to make one attack of the opp miss. If it can make two attacks of opps to miss, then it is too OP of a stuff to not sub against. I don't mind being proven wrong though, as I would learn something new.

So including Download, Quilava should be at 54 HP. If suspended Dig hits at -2 then Quilava should be at 72. Also, Skull Bash would do 18 damage barring crits.
