MY SHINY IS STILL FUCKING FABULOUS, AND THIS TIME I ACTUALLY KICK ASS

[OVERVIEW]

* Kommo-o received significant buff in Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon, with access to Close Combat, improved coverage moves via Move Tutors, but most importantly - Kommonium-Z, allowing Kommo-o to use Clangorous Soulblaze, which makes it one of the dangerous setup sweepers in VGC 2018.
* Has access to very spammable, 100% accurate and fairly powerful STAB spread attack, Clanging Scales.
* Has fairly respectable 75 / 125 / 105 bulk, allowing it to tank some hits and thus increasing changes of Kommo-o getting it's Z-move off. After using Clangorous Soulblaze, Kommo-o becomes a really bulky tank.
* Base 110 / 100 offenses are not terrible, but somewhat lackluster for a sweeper, making Kommo-o fairly reliant on using it's Z-move to be effective.
* Kommo-o is just flat out stopped by most Fairy-types, since they laugh at most attacks Kommo-o has access to, and are immune to Clangorous Soulblaze / Clanging Scales. Furthermore, Kommo-o also has a weaknesses to common offensive types like Psychic and Ice.
* Kommo-o sits on rather awkward speed tier, making it generally too speedy for Trick Room but pretty slow outside of it. It becomes pretty fast after using it's Z-move, but even then it is not impossible to outspeed.

Moves
========
* Clanging Scales is bread and butter attack for Kommo-o, having full accuracy, high base power, and being neutral against most types in the metagame, making it a very spammable spread move.
* Close Combat is a reliable Fighting-STAB with 100% base accuracy. Even with no Atk investment and -Atk nature, it OHKOs max HP Mega Kangaskhan 2/3 of time and max HP Heatran 4/5 of time. It however drops Kommo-o's defenses after use and is weakened by Intimidate.
* Low Kick is another option for physical Fighting-STAB, as it is just as powerful against Tyranitar, Heatran and Stakataka as Close Combat is due to their weight and it doesn't lower Kommo-o's defenses. However, it fails to OHKO Mega Kangaskhan unless Kommo-o uses nature that doesn't lower it's Attack.
* Focus Blast is another option for Fighting-STAB, as it hits harder than the other two options due to Kommo-o's higher SpA-investment, isn't affected by Intimidate and it doesn't drop Kommo-o's defenses. However, it is extremely unreliable and has a good chance of missing.
* Flamethrower is a nice coverage move. It enables Kommo-o to hit Mega Metagross, Kartana and Tapu Bulu hard.
* Protect is mandatory to protect Kommo-o from dangerous attacks, potentially stall things like opposing Trick Room or Tailwind, and to scout opponent's attacks.
* Kommo-o has several other options on it's 2nd or 3rd slot. Drain Punch is a 4th potential Fighting-STAB option, allowing Kommo-o to heal itself, but it is pretty weak, even after using Clangorous Soulblaze. Substitute allows Kommo-o to tank more hits, which can be very useful against bulky Fairy-types like Tapu Fini, as Kommo-o can use Protect + Substitute several times to protect itself against it, giving it's partner potentially multiple turns to KO it. Dragon Pulse allows Kommo-o to counter opposing Kommo-o, as Dragon Pulse is not blocked by Soundproof. Poison Jab is Kommo-o's best option against Fairy-types. It OHKOs Tapu Bulu after Clangorous Soulblaze, and with some Atk investment and a nature that doesn't drop Kommo-o's Atk stat, it also can OHKO non-bulky Tapu Lele.
* Soundproof is mandatory, as Kommo-o without Soundproof will lose to opposing Kommo-o. It also allows Kommo-o to ignore Perish Song, significantly improving it's matchup against Perish Trap teams, as well as giving it immunity to Snarl and Hyper Voice from Mega Salamence and Mega Gardevoir.
* While Overcoat and Bulletproof are pretty useful abilities as well, they are really not worth using over Soundproof as without it, Kommo-o will have very hard time against opposing Kommo-o.

You may want to make a note somewhere that Clangorous Soulblaze doesn't give any boosts if it fails due to both opponents being immune to it, because of either Fairy typing or Soundproof. Always be mindful of how many Dragon-immune mons the opposing team has left available to switch in and don't be too predictable with the Z-move.

Dropping this, got too much other stuff to do for following weeks. Besides, I havent been playing Pokemon for last few weeks at all, so I guess it would be more efficient if someone with more experience with Kommo-o in past days would take over this analysis.

Alright, locking. Added a link in the reservation thread for anyone that wants to continue this, as you had written quite a bit already.
