Flying
========

Landorus-T has a wide array of options at its disposal, providing an absolutely stellar role compressor for Flying teams with its incredible offensive prowess, Stealth Rock, Double Dance, and other tools. Landorus-T is a fantastic revenge killer that threatens very potent enemies to Flying teams such as Mega Diancie and Tapu Koko. Its solid defensive typing, when coupled with above average bulk and Intimidate, can allow Landorus-T to act as a physically defensive pivot. Setup options in Swords Dance and Rock Polish can make Landorus-T a very deadly late-game sweeper. Its Electric immunity is always appreciated by Flying teams, especially against foes such as Tapu Koko and Magnezone that more often than not would lock themselves into Electric-type moves. Landorus-T's decent Speed tier lets it naturally outspeed threats such as Meloetta and Rotom-H, but it also leaves Landorus-T susceptible to faster threats such as Kyurem-B and Hidden Power Ice Nihilego. Furthermore, without a form of reliable recovery, Landorus-T must be played somewhat conservatively to avoid unnecessary damage. Landorus-T faces competition from its Incarnate forme, as the latter's better speed and power through Sheer Force and a Life Orb make it a better, more immediate wallbreaker for Flying teams.

Moves
========

Earthquake is Landorus-T's STAB attack and breaks through foes like Terrakion, Heatran, Mega Diancie, and Tapu Koko. U-turn is a pivoting option that Landorus-T utilizes to keep momentum and also reliably damages Psychic- and Dark-types such as Celebi and Hydreigon. Knock Off removes the foe's held item, hampering their defenses or recovery, and it's especially helpful against Normal teams for removing Eviolite from Porygon2 and Chansey. It also hits Psychic- and Ghost-types such as Latias and Gourgeist for super effective damage. Stealth Rock and Defog support are both solid roles that Landorus-T can compress in order to allow other teammates like Zapdos, Gliscor, and Skarmory to perform better and more effective roles for Flying teams. Stone Edge is an option to deal with opposing Flying-types such as Mantine and Mega Charizard Y. However, the move doesn't have much purpose outside of this, and the move itself tends to be walled by many of Landorus-T's most common switch-ins.

Set Details
========

Maximum Attack EVs allow Landorus-T to hit as hard as possible. Maximum Speed EVs, when paired with a Choice Scarf and a Jolly nature, allow Landorus-T to outspeed offensive threats in Tapu Koko, Mega Diancie, and Z-Conversion Porygon-Z. Intimidate is used to threaten physical attackers such as Mega Charizard X and Terrakion.

Usage Tips
========

This set mainly works as a momentum shifter, as its use of U-turn, when paired with Volt Switch from Zapdos and U-turn from Tornadus-T, chips the opposing Pokemon frequently while also keeping offensive momentum. Choice Scarf Landorus-T also acts as a revenge killer, so bring it in on weakened foes. By doing so, you put yourself in a good position while ensuring that Landorus-T takes minimal damage. When used against foes threatened by its presence like Mega Diancie and Tapu Koko, Landorus-T can set up Stealth Rock on their predicted switch to keep up residual damage or Defog to increase the longevity of Landorus-T and its teammates. Switch in on physical attackers such as Excadrill and Terrakion to lower their Attack with Intimidate, as lessening their damage output often forces a switch into a defensive option, which you then can take advantage of with U-turn to keep up momentum. Be careful of switching directly into Electric-types such as Mega Manectric and Tapu Koko, as many of them carry Hidden Power Ice to deal with Landorus-T and other Ground-types. Choice Scarf Landorus-T also works as a reliable lead, as it can scout for the foe's options and can either pivot into an appropriate check with U-turn or set up Stealth Rock to get residual damage off early. Using Knock Off has little to no drawback in many matchups, since it greatly inhibits the foe's passive recovery, defenses, and roles. However, be wary of locking into it, as Landorus-T can be turned into setup bait for Mega Evolutions like Gyarados, Scizor, and Latias. Avoid status conditions, specifically burns and paralysis, as they greatly inhibit Landorus-T's ability to act as a revenge killer.

Team Options
========

Mantine pairs very well with Landorus, as its typing and natural bulk provide defense against Ice- and Water-type moves. Its ability to remove Stealth Rock through Defog and its access to Roost grant extended periods of longevity for itself and its teammates. In return, Landorus acts as an offensive pivot into Electric-type attacks or foes such as Tapu Koko and Alolan Golem. Zapdos provides Landorus-T with some extra defensive utility, being neutral to Electric-type moves and being able to wear down bulkier foes such as Skarmory and Mantine. Its SubToxic set can stall out bulkier Water teams with foes such as Gastrodon and Suicune that would otherwise be pressuring for Landorus-T. Mega Charizard Y is a very powerful wallbreaker that checks Water-types such as Mega Swampert and Rotom-W, as its access to Drought and Solar Beam lets it weaken and threaten them for Landorus-T. In return, Landorus-T comes in on Electric- and Rock-type moves threatening to OHKO Mega Charizard Y. Celesteela is a solid wall for Landorus-T, as its defensive typing, high mixed bulk, and access to Leech Seed allow it to reliably come in on Ice- and Rock-type attacks, while Landorus-T can pivot into Electric-type attacks freely and can preemptively stop Magnezone from trapping Celesteela. Skarmory provides Spikes support to cripple grounded foes throughout the course of the battle and can also come in on many physical attacks for Landorus-T. In return, Landorus-T can come in on Electric-type attacks for Skarmory. Tornadus-T is a fabulous mixed attacker for Flying teams, and, because of its very high Speed, it also acts as an offensive Defogger for Flying teams looking to remove Stealth Rock. Landorus-T can pivot into Electric- and Rock-type attacks for Tornadus-T, and pairing them both together creates an offensive VoltTurn core that keeps momentum constantly, especially with Tornadus-T's excellent ability in Regenerator. Gliscor is an incredibly potent stallbreaker when it's poisoned, as it not only receives passive recovery through Poison Heal but also acts as a status sponge for Landorus-T by absorbing Scald and Will-O-Wisp from weaker utility foes such as Toxapex and Mega Sableye. Dragonite is a powerful wallbreaker with its access to various offensive moves ranging from Earthquake to Outrage, Superpower, and even Extreme Speed to revenge kill weaker threats like Azumarill and Greninja for Landorus-T. In return, Landorus-T weakens physical attackers for Dragonite, such as Terrakion and Mega Sharpedo. Mega Aerodactyl pairs well with Landorus-T, since it acts as a very potent Pursuit trapper for foes that can pressure Landorus-T, such as Choice Scarf Latios and Choice Scarf Gengar.

Moves
========

Earthquake is Landorus-T's best STAB move and does massive damage to foes that don't resist it. Stone Edge is used to hit Flying-types or foes that use Levitate, such as Mega Aerodactyl, Mantine, and Rotom-H. Swords Dance and Rock Polish are both Landorus-T's setup options, sharply raising its Attack and Speed stats, respectively. At +2 Attack, Landorus-T has the capacity to threaten slower, bulkier builds; for example, it can almost always OHKO Celesteela with Continental Crush when it has that boost. Conversely, being at +2 Speed makes Landorus-T a potent sweeper against faster, more offensive teams and threats such as Choice Scarf Greninja and Double Dance Mew.

Set Details
========

Maximum Attack investment allows Landorus-T to hit as hard as possible when combined with Swords Dance. Maximum Speed investment with a Jolly nature allows Landorus-T to go as fast as possible, outpacing threats like Choice Scarf Latios, Choice Scarf Gengar, and Choice Scarf Greninja after a Rock Polish boost. Intimidate is its only ability, lowering the foe's Attack stat by one stage. Rockium Z is used in tandem with Stone Edge to deal heavy damage to Flying-type foes, such as Gliscor and Celesteela.

Usage Tips
========

This set is designed to act as a late-game sweeper, so avoid bringing it in unnecessarily on Stealth Rock, priority attacks from foes like Mega Lopunny and Azumarill, and other sources of residual damage as much as possible. Bring Landorus-T in on physical attackers such as Mega Pinsir and Terrakion, as its Intimidate makes it easier to set up a Swords Dance or Rock Polish. Status conditions, specifically paralysis and burn, hinder Landorus-T's ability to act as a setup sweeper, so avoid moves that could inflict these conditions, such as Scald, Will-O-Wisp, and Glare. Rockium Z, being a one-time use move, should be well preserved to chunk physically defensive threats like Skarmory and Slowbro after a Swords Dance boost. In situations where Landorus-T's health is considerably low and beyond the point of saving, Continental Crush can be used as a last-ditch effort to heavily damage the foe at least to a point to where another Flying-type teammate, such as Dragonite or Mega Aerodactyl, can revenge kill them. Both Swords Dance and Rock Polish boost Landorus-T's stats, but they don't have to be used together. Rock Polish is better to use against offense-oriented teams like Electric and Psychic, as they often are frail and can be broken easily by Landorus-T's natural power. Swords Dance, on the other hand, works better against bulkier teams such as Steel and Dark, where the majority of foes are naturally slower than Landorus-T. Landorus-T can sometimes be used to bluff a Choice Scarf and can sometimes force switches this way by threatening to revenge kill a weakened threat. In situations like these, you can take the opportunity to set up.

Team Options
========

Mega Aerodactyl is a solid partner for Double Dance Landorus-T, with an amazing Speed tier that very few can match. It can also use its STAB Stone Edge against opposing Flying-types for Landorus while also being able to Pursuit trap weakened threats, such as Victini and Latios. In return, Landorus-T can switch into many Electric-type attacks for Mega Aerodactyl. Regular Aerodactyl is also a nice partner for Landorus-T, as its access to support moves such as Stealth Rock, Taunt, and Tailwind makes it a very good suicide lead. It even has the option of running Earthquake, as it Speed ties and threatens one of the greatest threats for Flying teams in Tapu Koko. Setting up Stealth Rock and Taunting potential Defoggers in Staraptor and Mandibuzz enable Landorus-T to set up and sweep much more effectively late-game. Mantine pairs very well with Landorus-T, as its typing and natural bulk provide defense against Ice- and Water-type moves. Its access to Roost and capability to remove Stealth Rock through Defog allow for extended periods of longevity for itself and its teammates. In return, Landorus acts as an offensive pivot into Electric-type attacks or foes such as Tapu Koko and Alolan Golem. Mega Charizard Y is a powerful special wallbreaker for Landorus-T, as it checks Ice-types like Mamoswine and Kyurem-B and also soft checks Water-types such as Mega Swampert and Rotom-W through its access to Drought and Solar Beam. In return, Landorus-T can come in on Electric- and Rock-type moves that threaten Mega Charizard Y. Celesteela is a solid wall, as its great defensive typing allows it to reliably come in on Ice- and Rock-type attacks for Landorus-T. In return, Landorus-T can switch into Electric-type attacks for Celesteela as long as it remains healthy. Skarmory provides hazard support in Spikes or Stealth Rock to cripple grounded foes for residual damage and can also come in on physical attackers such as Mamoswine and Weavile for Landorus-T. In return, Landorus-T can switch into Electric-type attacks for Skarmory if it's healthy enough. Gliscor is a physically defensive pivot that pairs well with Landorus-T, as its solid Defense and recovery options are very good. Given that Gliscor also receives passive recovery when paired with a Toxic Orb, it can function as a status sponge against Scald users such as Mantine and Suicune. In return, Landorus-T can deal with faster offensive threats like Kyurem-B and Mega Manectric after a Rock Polish boost, as Gliscor often tends to not have much Speed investment and is thus susceptible to these quicker attackers. Dragonite's natural power makes it a strong physical wallbreaker for Landorus-T, considering its options in Outrage, Superpower, and even Extreme Speed to revenge kill faster foes in Tapu Koko and Greninja. Landorus-T, in return, can use Intimidate to weaken physical attackers that threaten Dragonite, such as Terrakion and Mimikyu.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options

Flying
--------
Flyinium Z with Fly can also be used on the Double Dance set, as Landorus-T would use Supersonic Skystrike to hit physically defensive foes like Clefable, Porygon2, and Gliscor harder. As a standalone move, Fly naturally has more PP than Stone Edge and an increased chance of hitting the foe, but it also takes two turns to use. However, Fly can be easily counteracted by using Protect or switching out into a physically defensive foe. Additionally, using Fly would make it impossible for Landorus-T to break Steel / Flying types, such as Skarmory and Celesteela. An Adamant nature on Rockium Z sets can be used over a Jolly nature, as it provides a slight increase in power in exchange for lower Speed. However, while slightly more powerful at base value, the drop in Speed makes Landorus-T vulnerable to Choice Scarf Greninja, even after a Rock Polish boost. Superpower can be substituted over Stealth Rock or Defog on Choice Scarf variants to assist in the Normal matchup and is mainly used in tandem with Knock Off to break the defensive core of Chansey and Porygon2. However, there are very few uses to Superpower outside of this purpose. A physically defensive variant of Landorus-T can be utilized due to its decent physical bulk and access to Intimidate, but without a form of reliable recovery, there are more ideal partners for fulfilling a role like this, namely Gliscor and Skarmory. Toxic can be utilized on Choice Scarf variants of Landorus-T to break down some of its physically defensive switch-ins, such as Suicune and Gastrodon, effectively setting a timer on them. Be careful of using this option, though, as Poison-types, Steel-types, and Natural Cure users like Chansey and Celebi can ignore its use, halting your momentum and forcing a teammate to switch in directly.

Checks and Counters
===================

Flying
--------
**Water-types**: Water-types such as Suicune, Gyarados, and Mantine can take any one of Landorus-T's hits and can cripple it with any Water-type move or a Scald burn.

**Ice-types**: Ice-types such as Kyurem-B and Alolan Ninetales threaten to OHKO Landorus-T through their STAB attacks.

**Revenge Killers**: Faster Choice Scarf users in Greninja and Keldeo and other setup sweepers in Double Dance Mew and Kommonium Z Kommo-o greatly threaten Landorus-T through their powerful offensive options.

**Status and Residual Damage**: Status Conditions like burns and poison as well as consistent exposure to Stealth Rock greatly inhibit Landorus-T's ability to act as a revenge killer, as it has no reliable recovery.

**Physically Defensive Pokemon**: Physically defensive foes like Skarmory, Avalugg, Mega Venusaur, and Gastrodon have enough bulk to stall Landorus-T out of its moves and can reliably recover off any damage taken.

It's finally ready for QC. I knew Landorus-T is such a pivotal mon, so I really took my time to analyze what it offers, and did my best to make as little mistakes as possible. Apologies Eien for the long wait.

Overview:
- Absolutely necessary to bring up revenge killing not just Tapu Koko but even Mega Diancie as well. Choice Scarf Landorus-T is one of the best revenge killer options because of that.
- Must bring up Electric immunity due to its typing. This lets it switch into Electric-types locked into Electric-type moves.

Set:
- Again, [SET].
- Stone Edge is a bit cute but Landorus-T tends to be walled by a lot of stuff, making Stone Edge relatively ineffective. Going to move it to Moves instead of on the set.
- Stealth Rock and Defog are two great options that Landorus-T can provide while still being a good revenge killer.

[SET]
name: Choice Scarf
move 1: Earthquake
move 2: U-turn
move 3: Knock Off
move 4: Stealth Rock / Defog
item: Choice Scarf
ability: Intimidate
nature: Jolly
evs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

Moves:
- Add Stealth Rock and Defog here. Reorder the lines too based on the move order in the set.

Set Details:
- Mega Aerodactyl isn't really a problem here and Mega Lopunny really doesn't get revenge killed. It's more important to note Pokemon like non-Choice Scarf Greninja, Mega Diancie, and Z-Conversion Porygon-Z.

Usage Tips:
- Discuss using Stealth Rock and Defog. Both situations to use them and situations where they shouldn't be used.

Team Options:
- In general, you can talk about Landorus-T covering the utility of Stealth Rock or Defog for its teammates.
- SubToxic Zapdos should be the set we're discussing here, and it almost completely messes up Water teams for Landorus-T.
- Mega Aerodactyl's Pursuit is worth mentioning too.
- Discuss Gliscor as a stallbreaker not as a wall.

Set:
- [SET]
- Reordering this set. EQ and Stone Edge are most important, since you're definitely going to have games you only set up once or not at all, and Landorus-T's ability to still deal serious damage or sweep is huge.
- Jolly is really important because Choice Scarf Greninja actually outspeeds +2 Adamant Landorus-T.

[SET 2]
name: Rockium Z
move 1: Earthquake
move 2: Stone Edge
move 3: Swords Dance
move 4: Rock Polish
item: Rockium Z
ability: Intimidate
nature: Jolly
evs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

Moves:
- Let's have a bit more detail here. Talk about how strong Landorus-T becomes at +2 (almost always OHKOing Celesteela with Stealth Rock support). In that sense, you should discuss Landorus-T becoming a wallbreaker with Swords Dance's help and also discuss Rock Polish as a very strong sweeper against offensive teams.
- Reorder the moves too here by the way.

Set Details:
- Jolly, not Adamant. Adamant can go in Other Options.
- Important to note Choice Scarf Greninja in the +2 stuff. Mega Alakazam is really whatever.

Other Options:
- Jolly is now on the set. Adamant is now here.
- Superpower would replace the (new) 4th slot. Knock Off utility is too useful. The combination of Knock Off + Superpower can help vs Normal teams as well, for what it's worth.
- Defensive set should definitely go here.
- Toxic is a niche option but totally cripples a lot of Landorus-T's common switch-ins.

Good job. QC 1/3

Overview:

*Landorus-T has a wide array of options at its disposal. With access to offensive moves on both the physical and special spectrum, Stealth Rock, Double Dance, and others, it's an absolutely stellar role compressor for Flying teams.
- Don't really see the relevancy of mentioning anything special related from Landorus-T when the entire analysis focuses on its physical attacks.

Moves:
*U-turn is a pivoting option that Landorus-T utilizes to keep momentum. It also reliably damages Psychic and Dark-types such as Alakazam and Hydreigon.
- Should you really mention Alakazam? I'm sure that one of its teammates will be getting the short end of the stick given they predict and they use Counter. I'd use a different example like Celebi.

Should be all

In OO you don't really mention why you'd opt to use Fly other than the fact that it has more PP than Stone Edge and can get around Protect (in which, it's also countered by Protect). So probably state why you'd want to use Fly at all (targets).

Otherwise QC 3/3

[OVERVIEW]

Flying
========

Landorus-T has a wide array of options at its disposal. (It might be a good idea to combine this sentence with the second one as it's rather short on its own, and the second sentence perfectly transitions into Landorus-T's wide array of options. Completely up to you though.) With an incredible offensive prowess, Stealth Rock, Double Dance, and others, it's an absolutely stellar role compressor for Flying teams. Landorus-T is a fantastic revenge killer that threatens very potent enemies to Flying teams such as Mega Diancie and Tapu Koko. Its solid defensive typing,(AC) when coupled with above average bulk and Intimidate,(AC) can allow Landorus-T to act as a physically defensive pivot. Setup options in Swords Dance and Rock Polish can make Landorus-T a very deadly late game sweeper. Being an Electric resist is always appreciated by Flying teams, especially against foes such as Tapu Koko and Magnezone,(AC) that more often than not would Choice-lock themselves into Electric-type moves. Landorus-T's decent speed tier can naturally outspeed threats such as Meloetta and Rotom-Heat, but it's also leaves it susceptible to faster threats such as Kyurem-Black and HP Ice Nihilego. (The part after the comma either needs to have a subject or be reworked to be a continuation of the earlier part. This edit makes it its own sentence while making as little changes to the wording as possible.) Without a form of reliable recovery, Landorus-T must be played somewhat conservatively to avoid unnecessary damage. Landorus-T faces competition from its Incarnate form, as Landorus-I's better speed and power through Sheer Force and a Life Orb make it a better, more immediate wallbreaker for Flying teams. (Some of these sentences are rather short, and, when reading the paragraph, it can sound a bit choppy. Perhaps you may want to combine sentences or vary the sentence structure to have a more varied paragraph.)

Moves
========

Earthquake is Landorus-T's primary Ground STAB,(RC) and that breaks through foes such as like Terrakion, Heatran, Mega Diancie, and Tapu Koko. (You've been using 'such as' a lot; using 'like' as a substitute can keep things from sounding repetitive. I also opted to make this a continuous sentence instead of one connected by a conjunction as it has a better lead-in to the paragraph.) U-turn is a pivoting option that Landorus-T utilizes to keep momentum. It also reliably damages Psychic and Dark-types such as Celebi and Hydreigon. (Both this and the sentence before are very short + talk about U-Turn exclusively; combining them would keep the ideas all in one sentence and can help prevent the paragraph from sounding choppy. It also goes with the previous edit so that you don't have two sentences combined by a conjunction back-to-back.) Knock Off removes the foe's held item, hampering their defenses or recovery, and is especially helpful against Normal teams for removing Eviolite from Porygon2 and Chansey respectively. It also damages Psychic and Ghost-types,(AC) such as Latias and Gourgeist,(AC) for super-effective damage. (Commas are needed here since you can remove the clause and the original sentence does not change in meaning.) Stealth Rock and Defog are both solid roles that Landorus-T can compress in order to allow other teammates like such as Zapdos, Gliscor, and Skarmory to perform better, more effective roles for Flying teams. Stone Edge is an option to deal with opposing Flying-types such as Mantine and Mega Charizard Y. However, the move doesn't have much purpose outside of this, and the move itself tends to be walled by many of Landorus-T's most common switch-ins switchins.

Set Details
========

Maximum Attack EV's allow Landorus-T to hit as hard as possible. Maximum Speed EV's,(AC) when paired with a Choice Scarf and a Jolly Nature,(AC) allow Landorus-T to outspeed offensive threats in Tapu Koko, Mega Diancie, and Z-Conversion Porygon-Z. Intimidate is its only ability,(RC) and is used to threaten physical attackers such as Mega Charizard X and Terrakion. (The stuff after the comma isn't a complete sentence, so the comma is not needed.)

Usage Tips
========

This set mainly works as a momentum shifter,(RC) as its use of U-turn,(AC) when paired with Volt Switch Zapdos and U-turn Tornadus-T,(AC) chip the opponents constantly while also keeping offensive momentum. Scarf Landorus-T also acts as a revenge killer, so bring it in on weakened foes. By doing so,(AC) you put yourself in a good position while ensuring that you take as minimal damage as possible. ("By doing so" is a subordinate clause, so it needs to be separated by a comma.) Incidentally, when used against foes threatened by its presence,(RC) such as likeMega Diancie or Tapu Koko, you can Stealth Rock on their predicted switch to keep up residual damage,(RC) or Defog away Stealth Rocks from your side of the field and increase the longevity of Landorus-T and its teammates. (I changed 'such as' to 'like' to use less commas since you already needed one to end the interrupting clause, thus keeping the sentence less cluttered and easier to read.) Intimidate physical attackers,(AC) such as Excadrill and Terrakion, as lessening their damage output often forces a switch into a defensive option. U-turn on their switch to keep up momentum. (This sentence is very short and can be combined with the sentence prior to not sound choppy.) Be careful of hard switching into Electric-types,(AC) such as Mega Manectric and Tapu Koko, as many of them carry HP Ice to deal with Landorus-T and other Ground-types more often than not. (You might want to change/remove 'more often than not' since you've already stated that most Electric-types carry HP Ice prior. You could change it to "over other HP types" to show that these Electric-types may run a different HP. It's grammatically correct either way, so it's all up to you c: ) Choice Scarf Landorus-T also works as a reliable lead,(RC) as it can scout for the foe's options and can either U-turn into an appropriate check,(RC) or set up Stealth Rocks to get residual damage off early. Using Knock Off has little to no drawback in many matchups,(RC) as since it greatly inhibits the foe's passive recovery, defenses, and roles respecively. However, be wary of locking into Knock Off,(RC) as it can be turned into setup bait for Mega Evolutions in Gyarados, Scizor, and Latias. Avoid status conditions, specifically burns and paralysis, as they greatly inhibit Landorus-T's ability to act as a revenge killer.

Team Options
========

Mantine pairs very well with Landorus,(RC) as its typing and natural bulk provide defense against Ice and Water-type moves. Its capability to remove Stealth Rock through Defog and access to Roost allows for extended periods of longevity for itself and its teammates. In return, Landorus acts as an offensive pivot into Electric attacks or foes such as Tapu Koko and Alolan Golem. Zapdos provides Landorus-T with some extra defensive utility, being neutral to Electric-type moves and being able to wear down bulkier foes like such as Skarmory and Mantine for Landorus-T. (I opted to remove the extra Landorus-T since it's already been specified earlier in the sentence.) Its SubToxic set can stall out bulkier Water teams with foes such as Gastrodon and Suicune;(RS),(AC) foes that would otherwise be pressuring for Landorus-T. (A comma works here since what follows isn't a complete sentence; what follows it is just a clause.) Mega Charizard Y is a very powerful wallbreaker that checks Water-types,(AC) such as Mega Swampert and Rotom-Wash;(RS),(AC) as its access to Drought and Solarbeam both weaken and threaten them for Landorus-T. In return, Landorus-T comes in on Electric and Rock-type moves threatening to OHKO Mega Charizard Y. Celesteela is a solid defensive wall for Landorus-T,(RC) as its defensive typing, high mixed bulk, and access to Leech Seed allows Celesteela to reliably come in on Ice and Rock-type attacks. In return, Landorus-T can pivot into Electric attacks freely, and can pre-emptively stop Magnezone from trapping it. (You might want to change "In return" into something else since it was used 2 sentences prior as well as 2 sentences after and can sound repetitive.) Skarmory provides Spikes support to cripple grounded foes throughout the course of the battle,(RC) and can also come in on many physical attacks for Landorus-T. In return, Landorus-T can come in on Electric attacks for Skarmory. Tornadus-T is a fabulous mixed attacker for flying teams, and,(AC)because of its very high speed, it also acts as an offensive defogger for Flying teams looking to remove Stealth Rocks. (Subordinate clauses need to be surrounded by commas, and the part after 'and' needs to have a subject.) Landorus-T can pivot into Electric and Rock-Type attacks for Tornadus-T, and pairing both together creates an offensive VoltTurn core that keeps momentum constantly, especially when Tornadus-T has an excellent ability in Regenerator.(AP) Gliscor is an incredibly potent stallbreaker when it's poisoned,(RC) as it not only receives passive recovery through Poison Heal,(RC) but also acts as a status sponge for Landorus-T by absorbing Scalds and Will-o-Wisps from weaker, utility foes,(AC) such as Toxapex and Mega Sableye. ('Not only... but also' statements don't need commas before the words itself.) Dragonite is a powerful wallbreaker with its access to various offensive moves ranging from Earthquake, Outrage, Superpower, and even Extreme Speed to revenge kill weaker threats such as like Azumarill and Greninja for Landorus-T. In return, Landorus-T weakens physical attackers for Dragonite,(AC) such as Terrakion and Mega Sharpedo. Mega Aerodactyl pairs well with Landorus-T,(RC) for it acts mainly as a very potent Pursuit trapper for foes that can pressure Landorus-T, such as Scarf Latios and Scarf Gengar.

Stone Edge is used to hit Flying-types or foes that use Levitate, such as Rotom-Heat, Mega Aerodactyl, and Mantine. Swords Dance and Rock Polish are both Landorus-T's setup options,(RC) as they sharply raise its Attack and Speed stats,(AC) respectively. At +2 Attack, Landorus-T has the capacity to threaten,(RC) slower, bulkier builds; for example,(AC) it can almost always OHKO Celesteela with Continental Crush when it has that boost. Conversely, being at +2 Speed makes Landorus-T a potent sweeper against faster, more offensive teams and threats,(AC) such as Scarf Greninja and Dual Dance Mew. (Should it be Double Dance Mew to keep with consistency?)

Set Details
========

Max Attack allows Landorus-T to hit as hard as possible when combined with Swords Dance. Max Speed with a Jolly nature allows Landorus-T to go as fast as possible,(RC) as it outpaces threats such as like Scarf Latios, Scarf Gengar, and Scarf Greninja after a Rock Polish boost. Intimidate is its only ability, lowering the foe's Attack stat by one stage. Rockium Z is used in tandem with Stone Edge to deal heavy damage to Flying-type foes,(AC) such as Gliscor and Celesteela.

Usage Tips
========

This set is designed to act as a late game sweeper, so avoid bringing it in on unnecessary damage from Stealth Rocks, priority attacks from foes such as like Mega Lopunny and Azumarill, and other residual chips as much as possible. (The three nouns in the comma separated list need to be all plural, so that's why the 's' is added. If it sounds too awkward, you can reformat the previous entries to all be singular.) Bring in Landorus-T on physical attackers,(AC) such as Mega Pinsir and Terrakion, as its Intimidate makes it easier to set up either a Swords Dance or Rock Polish. Status conditions, specifically paralysis and burns, hinder Landorus-T's ability to act as a setup sweeper, so avoid moves that could inflict these conditions, such as Scald, Will-o-Wisp, and Glare.
Rockium Z, being a one time use, should be well preserved to chunk physically defensive threats in Skarmory and Slowbro after a Swords Dance boost. In situations where Landorus-T's health is considerably low and beyond the point of saving, Rockium Z can be used as a last ditch effort to heavily damage the foe,(RC) or at least to a point to where another Flying-type teammate,(AC) such as Dragonite or Mega Aerodactyl,(AC) can revenge kill them.
Both Swords Dance and Rock Polish boost Landorus-T's stats, but they don't have to be used together. Rock Polish is better to use against offense-oriented teams such as like Electric and Psychic,(RC) as they are often frail and can often be broken easily by Landorus-T's natural power. (I opted to remove the second 'often' to make the sentence sound less repetitive.) Swords Dance, on the other hand, works better against bulkier teams,(AC) such as Steel and Dark, of which the majority of foes on these teams consist of foes naturally slower than Landorus-T. Landorus-T can sometimes be used to bluff a Choice Scarf,(RC) and can sometimes force switches this way by threatening to revenge kill a weakened threat. In situations like these, you can take the opportunity to set up.

Team Options
========

Mega Aerodactyl is a solid partner for Double Dance Landorus-T. It has an amazing speed tier that very few can match. (You might want to combine this sentence with either the first sentence or the third sentence as it's very short on its own and can help to transition into the new paragraph better. I'd recommend the first sentence since the third is already rather long.) It can also fire off STAB Stone Edges against opposing Flying-types for Landorus,(RC)while also being able to Pursuit trap weakened threats,(AC) such as Victini and Latios. In return, Landorus-T can switch into many Electric-type attacks for Mega Aerodactyl. Regular Aerodactyl is also a nice partner for Landorus-T,(RC) as its access to support moves in Stealth Rock, Taunt, Tailwind, and others make it a very good suicide lead. It even has the option of running Earthquake,(RC) for it speed ties and threatens one of the greatest threats for Flying teams in Tapu Koko. Setting up Stealth Rocks and Taunting potential defoggers in Staraptor and Mandibuzz enable Landorus-T to setup and sweep much more effectively later in battles. Mantine pairs very well with Landorus-T,(RC) as its typing and natural bulk provide defense against Ice and Water-type moves. Its capability to remove Stealth Rock through Defog and access to Roost allows for extended periods of longevity for itself and its teammates. In return, Landorus acts as an offensive pivot into Electric attacks or foes,(AC) such as Tapu Koko and Alolan Golem. Mega Charizard Y is a powerful special wallbreaker for Landorus-T,(RC) as it checks Ice-types such as like Mamoswine and Kyurem-Black,(RC) and also soft checks Water-types,(AC) such as Mega Swampert and Rotom-Wash,(AC) through its access to Drought and Solar Beam. In return, Landorus-T can come in on Electric and Rock-type moves that threaten Mega Charizard Y. Celesteela is a solid defensive wall,(RC) as its great defensive typing,(RC) allows it to reliably come in on Ice and Rock-type attacks for Landorus-T. In return, Landorus-T can hard switch into Electric attacks for Celesteela,(RC) as long as it remains healthy. (You should change one of these 'In return' beginnings to your sentence as it's been used a lot here. Varied wording can help with readability.) Skarmory provides hazard support in Spikes or Stealth Rock to cripple grounded foes for residual damage,(RC) and can also come in Physical attacks for Landorus-T,(RC) against foes,(AC) such as Mamoswine and Weavile. In return, Landorus-T, can switch into Electric attacks for Skarmory if it's healthy enough. Gliscor is a physically defensive pivot for Landorus-T,(RC) as its solid physical defense and recovery options are very good. Given that Gliscor also receives passive recovery when paired with a Toxic Orb, it can also function as a status sponge against Scald users,(AC) such as Mantine and Suicune. In return, Landorus-T can deal with faster offensive threats such as like Kyurem-Black and Mega Manectric after a Rock Polish boost,(RC) as Gliscor often tends to be bulkier than faster speedy,(RC) and thus susceptible to these faster quicker attackers. Dragonite's natural power makes it a strong, Pphysical Wwallbreaker for Landorus-T, considering its options in Outrage, Superpower, and even Extreme Speed to revenge kill faster foes in Tapu Koko and Greninja. Landorus-T, in return, can Intimidate physical attackers that threaten Dragonite,(AC) such as Terrakion and Mimikyu.

Flying
--------
A Flyinium Z-crystal can also be used over Rockium Z variants,(RC) as Landorus-T would use Fly to hit Pphysically defensive foes such as like Clefable, Porygon2, and Gliscor harder. As a standalone move, Fly naturally has more PP than Stone Edge,(RC) with the increased chance of hitting the foe. It also takes two turns to activate,(RC) with the initial turn assisting you in avoiding attacks while conserving PP. (You might want to combine these two sentences about Fly since they both go into how the move works, keeping the flow of ideas in the same sentence.) However, Fly can be easily counteracted by using Protect or switching out into a physically defensive foe. Additionally, using Fly would make Steel/Flying-types,(AC) such as Skarmory and Celesteela,(AC) impossible to break. An Adamant nature on Rockium Z sets can be optimized over a Jolly nature,(RC) as it provides a slight increase in power in exchange for slower speed. While slightly more powerful at base value, the drop in speed makes it vulnerable to Choice Scarf Greninja, even after a Rock Polish boost. Superpower can be substituted over Stealth Rocks or Defog on Choice Scarf variants to assist in the Normal matchup,(RC) and is mainly used in tandem with Knock oOff to break the defensive core of Chansey and Porygon2. However, there are very few uses to Superpower outside of this purpose. A Pphysically Ddefensive variant of Landorus-T can be utilized due to its decent physical bulk and access to Initimidate. However ,but, without a form of reliable recovery, there are more ideal partners for fulfilling a role like this, namely Gliscor and Skarmory. Toxic on Scarf variants of Landorus-T can be utilized to break down some of its physically defensive switch-ins,(AC) such as Suicune and Gastrodon, effectively setting a timer on them. Be careful of using this option though,(RC) as Poison-types, Steel-types, and Natural Cure users such as like Chansey and Celebi can ignore its use, halting your momentum and forcing a hard switch into a teammate.

Checks and Counters

Flying
--------
**Water-types**: Water-types,(AC) such as Suicune, Gyarados, and Mantine,(AC) can take any one of Landorus-T's hits and can cripple it with any Water-type move,(RC) or a Scald burn.

**Ice-types**: Ice-types such as like Kyurem-Black and Alolan Ninetales threaten to OHKO Landorus-T through their Ice STAB.

**Revenge Killers**: Faster Choice Scarf users in Greninja and Keldeo,(RC) and other setup sweepers in Dual Dance Mew and Kommonium-Z Kommo-o greatly threaten Landorus-T through their powerful offensive options. (Should it be Double Dance Mew to keep with consistency?)

**Status and Residual Damage**: Status Conditions such as like Bburns and Ppoison,(RC) as well as consistent exposure to Stealth Rocks greatly inhibit Landorus-T's ability to act as a revenge killer,(RC) as it has no reliable recovery.

**Physically Defensive Walls**: Physically Defensive foes like Skarmory, Avalugg, Mega Venusaur, and Gastrodon have enough bulk to stall Landorus-T out of its moves and can reliably recover off any damage taken.

Landorus-T has a wide array of options at its disposal, (comma) With an incredible offensive prowess, Stealth Rock, Double Dance, and others, it's providing an absolutely stellar role compressor for Flying teams with its incredible offensive prowess, Stealth Rock, Double Dance, and other tools. Setup options in Swords Dance and Rock Polish can make Landorus-T a very deadly late-game (AH) sweeper. Being an An Electric resist resistance is always appreciated by Flying teams, especially against foes such as Tapu Koko and Magnezone,(AC) (n) that more often than not would Choice-lock themselves into Electric-type moves. Landorus-T's decent Speed tier can lets it naturally outspeed threats such as Meloetta and Rotom-Heat, but it's also leaves it ("it also leaves it") susceptible to faster threats such as Kyurem-Black and HP Hidden Power Ice Nihilego. Furthermore, without a form of reliable recovery, Landorus-T must be played somewhat conservatively to avoid unnecessary damage. Landorus-T faces competition from its Incarnate form forme, as Landorus-I's the latter's better speed and power through Sheer Force and a Life Orb make it a better, more immediate wallbreaker for Flying teams. (Some of these sentences are rather short, and, when reading the paragraph, it can sound a bit choppy. Perhaps you may want to combine sentences or vary the sentence structure to have a more varied paragraph.)

Moves

Earthquake is Landorus-T's primary Ground STAB,(RC) and that breaks through foes such as like Terrakion, Heatran, Mega Diancie, and Tapu Koko. (You've been using 'such as' a lot; using 'like' as a substitute can keep things from sounding repetitive. I also opted to make this a continuous sentence instead of one connected by a conjunction as it has a better lead-in to the paragraph.) U-turn is a pivoting option that Landorus-T utilizes to keep momentum (RP) It and also reliably damages Psychic and Dark-types such as Celebi and Hydreigon. Knock Off removes the foe's held item, hampering their defenses or recovery, and is especially helpful against Normal teams for removing Eviolite from Porygon2 and Chansey respectively. It also damages Psychic and Ghost-types,(AC) such as Latias and Gourgeist,(AC) for super effective (RH) damage. (Commas are needed here since you can remove the clause and the original sentence does not change in meaning.) (debatable if we're gonna nitpick, either works tbh but prefer no commas) Stealth Rock and Defog support are both solid roles that Landorus-T can compress in order to allow other teammates like such as Zapdos, Gliscor, and Skarmory to perform better, more effective roles for Flying teams. Stone Edge is an option to deal with opposing Flying-types such as Mantine and Mega Charizard Y. However, the move doesn't have much purpose outside of this, and the move itself tends to be walled by many of Landorus-T's most common switch-ins switchins.

Set Details
========

Usage Tips
========

This set mainly works as a momentum shifter,(RC) (keep this one) as its use of U-turn,(AC) when paired with Volt Switch from Zapdos and U-turn from Tornadus-T,(AC) chip chips the opponents opposing Pokemon constantly while also keeping offensive momentum. Choice Scarf Landorus-T also acts as a revenge killer, so bring it in on weakened foes. By doing so,(AC) you put yourself in a good position while ensuring that you take as minimal Landorus-T takes minimum damage as possible. ("By doing so" is a subordinate clause, so it needs to be separated by a comma.) Incidentally, when used against foes threatened by its presence,(RC) such as like Mega Diancie or and Tapu Koko, you Landorus-T can set up Stealth Rock on their predicted switch to keep up residual damage,(RC) or Defog away Stealth Rocks entry hazards from your side of the field and to increase the longevity of Landorus-T and its teammates. (I changed 'such as' to 'like' to use less commas since you already needed one to end the interrupting clause, thus keeping the sentence less cluttered and easier to read.) (removing the comma is fine but such as still would've worked) Intimidate Switch in on physical attackers,(AC) (no need) such as Excadrill and Terrakion to lower their attack with Intimidate, as lessening their damage output often forces a switch into a defensive option, (comma) which you then can take advantage of with U-turn on their switch to keep up momentum. (This sentence is very short and can be combined with the sentence prior to not sound choppy.) Be careful of hard switching into Electric-types,(AC) (same here no need) such as Mega Manectric and Tapu Koko, as many of them carry HP Hidden Power Ice to deal with Landorus-T and other Ground-types more often than not. Choice Scarf Landorus-T also works as a reliable lead,(RC) (keep this one) as it can scout for the foe's options and can either U-turn into an appropriate check,(RC) or set up Stealth Rocks Rock to get residual damage off early. Using Knock Off has little to no drawback in many matchups,(RC) as since (also keep comma here) it greatly inhibits the foe's passive recovery, defenses, and roles respecively. However, be wary of locking into Knock Off it,(RC) (and here) as it Landorus-T can be turned into setup bait for Mega Evolutions in like Gyarados, Scizor, and Latias. Avoid status conditions, specifically burns and paralysis, as they greatly inhibit Landorus-T's ability to act as a revenge killer.

Team Options
========

Mantine pairs very well with Landorus,(RC) (keep; from this point i'm gonna manually restore commas before as / since if they mean because and remove unnecessary commas around such as clause) as its typing and natural bulk provide defense against Ice- (AH) and Water-type moves. Its capability ability to remove Stealth Rock through Defog and access to Roost allows for grant extended periods of longevity for itself and its teammates. (A comma works here since what follows isn't a complete sentence; what follows it is just a clause.) Mega Charizard Y is a very powerful wallbreaker that checks Water-types such as Mega Swampert and Rotom-Wash;(RS),(AC) as its access to Drought and Solarbeam both weaken and threaten them for Landorus-T. In return, Landorus-T comes in on Electric- (AH) and Rock-type moves threatening to OHKO Mega Charizard Y. Celesteela is a solid defensive wall for Landorus-T, as its defensive typing, high mixed bulk, and access to Leech Seed allows Celesteela it to reliably come in on Ice- (AH) and Rock-type attacks, (comma) In return, while Landorus-T can pivot into Electric attacks freely (RC) and can pre-emptively preemptively stop Magnezone from trapping it Celesteela. Skarmory provides Spikes support to cripple grounded foes throughout the course of the battle,(RC) and can also come in on many physical attacks for Landorus-T. In return, Landorus-T can come in on Electric attacks for Skarmory. Tornadus-T is a fabulous mixed attacker for flying teams, and,(AC)because of its very high speed, it also acts as an offensive Defogger for Flying teams looking to remove Stealth Rocks. (Subordinate clauses need to be surrounded by commas, and the part after 'and' needs to have a subject.) Landorus-T can pivot into Electric and Rock-type attacks for Tornadus-T, and pairing them both together creates an offensive VoltTurn core that keeps momentum constantly, especially when with Tornadus-T's has an excellent ability in Regenerator.(AP) Gliscor is an incredibly potent stallbreaker when it's poisoned, as it not only receives passive recovery through Poison Heal,(RC) but also acts as a status sponge for Landorus-T by absorbing Scalds and Will-O-Wisps from weaker (RC) utility foes such as Toxapex and Mega Sableye. ('Not only... but also' statements don't need commas before the words itself.) Dragonite is a powerful wallbreaker with its access to various offensive moves ranging from Earthquake (RC) to Outrage, Superpower, and even Extreme Speed to revenge kill weaker threats such as like Azumarill and Greninja for Landorus-T. In return, Landorus-T weakens physical attackers for Dragonite,(AC) such as Terrakion and Mega Sharpedo. Mega Aerodactyl pairs well with Landorus-T, for it acts mainly as a very potent Pursuit trapper for foes that can pressure Landorus-T, such as Choice Scarf Latios and Choice Scarf Gengar.

Landorus-T's decent Speed tier lets it naturally outspeed threats such as Meloetta and Rotom-H, but it also leaves it Landorus-T susceptible to faster threats such as Kyurem-B and Hidden Power Ice Nihilego.

[SET COMMENTS]
Moves
========

Earthquake is Landorus-T's primary Ground STAB that STAB attack and (this set doesn't run any other ground move, it doesn't run flying stab, and earthquake is not unique among ground moves in its ability to break through said foes) breaks through foes like Terrakion, Heatran, Mega Diancie, and Tapu Koko. U-turn is a pivoting option that Landorus-T utilizes to keep momentum and also reliably damages Psychic Psychic- and Dark-types such as Celebi and Hydreigon. Knock Off removes the foe's held item, hampering their defenses or recovery, and it is especially helpful against Normal teams for removing Eviolite from Porygon2 and Chansey. It also damages Psychic hits Psychic- and Ghost-types such as Latias and Gourgeist for super effective damage. Stealth Rock and Defog support are both solid roles that Landorus-T can compress in order to allow other teammates like Zapdos, Gliscor, and Skarmory to perform better, (RC) and more effective roles for Flying teams. Stone Edge is an option to deal with opposing Flying-types such as Mantine and Mega Charizard Y. However, the move doesn't have much purpose outside of this, and the move itself tends to be walled by many of Landorus-T's most common switch-ins.

Set Details
========

Maximum Attack EV's EVs allow Landorus-T to hit as hard as possible. Maximum Speed EV's EVs, when paired with a Choice Scarf and a Jolly nature, allow Landorus-T to outspeed offensive threats in Tapu Koko, Mega Diancie, and Z-Conversion Porygon-Z. Intimidate is used to threaten physical attackers such as Mega Charizard X and Terrakion.

Usage Tips
========

This set mainly works as a momentum shifter, as its use of U-turn, when paired with Volt Switch from Zapdos and U-turn from Tornadus-Tm Tornadus-T, chips the opposing Pokemon constantly frequently while also keeping offensive momentum. Choice Scarf Landorus-T also acts as a revenge killer, so bring it in on weakened foes. By doing so, you put yourself in a good position while ensuring that Landorus-T takes minimum minimal damage. Incidentally, when (I don't really get what's "incidental" about it, that makes it seem unexpected or otherwise abnormal) When used against foes threatened by its presence like Mega Diancie and Tapu Koko, Landorus-T can set up Stealth Rock on their predicted switch to keep up residual damage, (RC) or Defog away entry hazards from your side of the field to increase the longevity of Landorus-T and its teammates. Switch in on physical attackers such as Excadrill and Terrakion to lower their attack Attack with Intimidate, as lessening their damage output often forces a switch into a defensive option, which you then can take advantage of with U-turn(remove doublespace) to keep up momentum. Be careful of hard switching directly into Electric-types such as Mega Manectric and Tapu Koko, as many of them carry Hidden Power Ice to deal with Landorus-T and other Ground-types. Choice Scarf Landorus-T also works as a reliable lead, as it can scout for the foe's options and can either U-turn pivot into an appropriate check with U-turn or set up Stealth Rock to get residual damage off early.

========

Mantine pairs very well with Landorus, as its typing and natural bulk provide defense against Ice- and Water-type moves. Its ability to remove Stealth Rock through Defog and its access to Roost grant extended periods of longevity for itself and its teammates. In return, Landorus acts as an offensive pivot into Electric Electric-type attacks or foes such as Tapu Koko and Alolan Golem. Zapdos provides Landorus-T with some extra defensive utility, being neutral to Electric-type moves and being able to wear down bulkier foes such as Skarmory and Mantine. Its SubToxic set can stall out bulkier Water teams with foes such as Gastrodon and Suicune, (RC) foes that would otherwise be pressuring for Landorus-T. Mega Charizard Y is a very powerful wallbreaker that checks Water-types such as Mega Swampert and Rotom-W, as its access to Drought and Solarbeam both Solar Beam lets it weaken and threaten them for Landorus-T. In return, Landorus-T comes in on Electric- and Rock-type moves threatening to OHKO Mega Charizard Y. Celesteela is a solid defensive wall for Landorus-T, as its defensive typing, high mixed bulk, and access to Leech Seed allows Celesteela allow it to reliably come in on Ice- and Rock-type attacks, while Landorus-T can pivot into Electric Electric-type attacks freely and can preemptively stop Magnezone from trapping Celesteela. Skarmory provides Spikes support to cripple grounded foes throughout the course of the battle and can also come in on many physical attacks for Landorus-T. In return, Landorus-T can come in on Electric Electric-type attacks for Skarmory. Tornadus-T is a fabulous mixed attacker for flying Flying teams, and, because of its very high speed Speed, it also acts as an offensive Defogger for Flying teams looking to remove Stealth Rocks Rock. Landorus-T can pivot into Electric Electric- and Rock-type attacks for Tornadus-T, and pairing them both together creates an offensive VoltTurn core that keeps momentum constantly, especially with Tornadus-T's excellent ability in Regenerator. Gliscor is an incredibly potent stallbreaker when it's poisoned, as it not only receives passive recovery through Poison Heal but also acts as a status sponge for Landorus-T by absorbing Scalds and Will-O-Wisps Scald and Will-O-Wisp from weaker utility foes such as Toxapex and Mega Sableye. Mega Aerodactyl pairs well with Landorus-T, for since it acts mainly as a very potent Pursuit trapper for foes that can pressure Landorus-T, such as Choice Scarf Latios and Choice Scarf Gengar.

Moves
========

Earthquake is Landorus-T's best STAB move and does massive damage to foes that don't resist it. Stone Edge is used to hit Flying-types or foes that use Levitate, such as Rotom-H, Mega Aerodactyl, and Mantine, (AC) and Rotom-H. Swords Dance and Rock Polish are both Landorus-T's setup options, sharply raising its Attack and Speed stats, respectively. At +2 Attack, Landorus-T has the capacity to threaten, (RC) slower, bulkier builds; for example, it can almost always OHKO Celesteela with Continental Crush when it has that boost. Conversely, being at +2 Speed makes Landorus-T a potent sweeper against faster, more offensive teams and threats, (RC) such as Choice Scarf Greninja and Double Dance Mew.

Set Details
========

Usage Tips
========

This set is designed to act as a late game late-game sweeper, so avoid bringing it in unnecessarily on Stealth Rock, priority attacks from foes like Mega Lopunny and Azumarill, and other sources of residual damage as much as possible. Bring in Landorus-T in on physical attackers such as Mega Pinsir and Terrakion, as its Intimidate makes it easier to set up a Swords Dance or Rock Polish. In situations where Landorus-T's health is considerably low and beyond the point of saving, (remove doublespace)Continental Crush can be used as a last-ditch effort to heavily damage the foe at least to a point to where another Flying-type teammate, such as Dragonite or Mega Aerodactyl, can revenge kill them.

========

Mega Aerodactyl is a solid partner for Double Dance Landorus-T, with an amazing Speed tier that very few can match. It can also fire off STAB Stone Edges use its STAB Stone Edge against opposing Flying-types for Landorus while also being able to Pursuit trap weakened threats, such as Victini and Latios. In return, Landorus-T can switch into many Electric-type attacks for Mega Aerodactyl. Regular Aerodactyl is also a nice partner for Landorus-T, as its access to support moves such as Stealth Rock, Taunt, and Tailwind, (RC) makes it a very good suicide lead. It even has the option of running Earthquake, for as it Speed ties and threatens one of the greatest threats for Flying teams in Tapu Koko. Setting up Stealth Rock and Taunting potential Defoggers in Staraptor and Mandibuzz enable Landorus-T to set up and sweep much more effectively later in battles late-game. Mantine pairs very well with Landorus-T, as its typing and natural bulk provide defense against Ice- and Water-type moves. Its access to Roost and capability to remove Stealth Rock through Defog and access to Roost allow for extended periods of longevity for itself and its teammates. In return, Landorus acts as an offensive pivot into Electric Electric-type attacks or foes such as Tapu Koko and Alolan Golem. Mega Charizard Y is a powerful special wallbreaker for Landorus-T, as it checks Ice-types like Mamoswine and Kyurem-B and also soft checks Water-types such as Mega Swampert and Rotom-W through its access to Drought and Solar Beam. In return, Landorus-T can come in on Electric Electric- and Rock-type moves that threaten Mega Charizard Y. Celesteela is a solid defensive wall, as its great defensive typing allows it to reliably come in on Ice Ice- and Rock-type attacks for Landorus-T. In return, Landorus-T can hard switch into Electric Electric-type attacks for Celesteela as long as it remains healthy. Skarmory provides hazard support in Spikes or Stealth Rock to cripple grounded foes for residual damage and can also come in on physical attacks for Landorus-T against foes attackers such as Mamoswine and Weavile for Landorus-T. In return, Landorus-T can switch into Electric Electric-type attacks for Skarmory if it's healthy enough. Gliscor is a physically defensive pivot that pairs well with Landorus-T, as its solid physical defense Defense and recovery options are very good. Given that Gliscor also receives passive recovery when paired with a Toxic Orb, it can function as a status sponge against Scald users such as Mantine and Suicune. In return, Landorus-T can deal with faster offensive threats like Kyurem-B and Mega Manectric after a Rock Polish boost, as Gliscor often tends to be bulkier than fast not have much Speed investment and is thus susceptible to these quicker attackers.

Flying
--------
Flyinium Z with Fly can also be used on Rockium Z variants the Double Dance set, as Landorus-T would use Fly Supersonic Skystrike to hit physically defensive foes (remove doublespace)like Clefable, Porygon2, and Gliscor harder. As a standalone move, Fly naturally has more PP than Stone Edge, (RC) with the and an increased chance of hitting the foe, but it also takes two turns to activate with the initial turn assisting you in avoiding attacks while conserving PP use. (You really don't need to state the full description of fly as a move) However, Fly can be easily counteracted by using Protect or switching out into a physically defensive foe. Additionally, using Fly would make it impossible for Landorus-T to break Steel / Flying types, such as Skarmory and Celesteela, (RC) impossible to break. An Adamant nature on Rockium Z sets can be used over a Jolly nature, as it provides a slight increase in power in exchange for slower speed lower Speed. A physically defensive variant of Landorus-T can be utilized due to its decent physical bulk and access to Initimidate Intimidate, but without a form of reliable recovery, there are more ideal partners for fulfilling a role like this, namely Gliscor and Skarmory. Toxic can be utilized on Choice Scarf variants of Landorus-T(remove doublespace) to break down some of its physically defensive switch-ins, such as Suicune and Gastrodon, effectively setting a timer on them. Be careful of using this option, though, as Poison-types, Steel-types, and Natural Cure users(remove doublespace) like Chansey and Celebi can ignore its use, halting your momentum and forcing a hard switch to a teammate to switch in directly.

Checks and Counters
===================

Flying
--------
**Water-types**: Water-types such as Suicune, Gyarados, and Mantine can take any one of Landorus-T's hits and can cripple it with any Water-type move or a Scald burn.

**Physically Defensive Walls Pokemon**: (defensive walls is redundant) Physically defensive foes like Skarmory, Avalugg, Mega Venusaur, and Gastrodon have enough bulk to stall Landorus-T out of its moves and can reliably recover off any damage taken. (Some of these are vulnerable to Continental Crush, no?)
