[OVERVIEW]

Ground
========

Landorus-T finds itself on Ground teams as a fantastic revenge killer and excellent option to add to any team due to it being one of the few viable Choice Scarf Pokemon available to Ground teams. Landorus-T provides a fantastic way to keep faster foes in check outside of sand, which most Ground teams lack, able to take down threats such as Porygon-Z and Choice Specs Keldeo after prior chip outside of sand. Landorus-T also has access to fantastic setup moves that allow it to become a threatening setup sweeper, namely Rock Polish, which allows it to take on offensive teams very easily, and Swords Dance, which allows it to break through walls with more ease. Intimidate is a fantastic ability that allows it to check physical attackers by dropping their Attack by one stage, allowing it to take on threats such as Mega Lopunny. U-turn allows Landorus-T to capitalize on the switches it forces by bringing in a more favorable teammate, allowing it to pick up momentum for Ground teams. Additionally, it brings fantastic utility moves in Knock Off, which can cripple walls such as Suicune by removing Leftovers, and Defog, allowing it to clear hazards off the field. Unfortunately, Landorus-T stacks Ice- and Water-type weaknesses that Ground-type teams are naturally weak against, though its secondary Flying-type provides Ground with a neutrality to Grass-type coverage and an immunity to Ground-type attacks, and though it is a fantastic pivot, due to its lack of recovery, it needs to be brought into battle cautiously. Also, by using Landorus-T, Ground teams miss out on using Landorus, which is a staple to Ground teams by providing Gravity support and being able to form a nice wallbreaking core with Excadrill as a fantastic special attacker.

Moves
========

Earthquake is Landorus-T's strongest STAB attack, allowing it to take on Pokemon such as Keldeo. Knock Off allows it to cripple Pokemon by removing their items, such as Chansey's and Porygon2's Eviolites, and can be spammed in the Psychic matchup. U-turn allows Landorus-T to safely bring in a teammate and pick up momentum while taking on Pokemon such as Celebi that can be a nuisance for Ground teams to deal with. Defog allows it to clear entry hazards from the field, freeing a slot for its teammate Excadrill. Stone Edge is an option over Defog to take on Pokemon such as Volcarona, Zapdos, and Mega Charizard Y. Since using Stone Edge means it can no longer use Defog, however, the team becomes more vulnerable to hazards and can be broken more easily by wallbreakers such as Tapu Bulu. Toxic allows it to cripple switch-ins such as Porygon2 and Staraptor, which would otherwise easily wall it.

Set Details
========

Maximum Attack and Speed investment alongside a Jolly nature and Choice Scarf allows Landorus-T to hit as hard and fast as possible, allowing it to outspeed threats such as Mega Lopunny and Porygon-Z at +1. Intimidate allows Landorus-T to check physical attackers such as Victini and Mega Gallade.

Usage Tips
========

Landorus-T should take advantage of forced switches by using the turn to get off a free U-turn and bring in a teammate or clear entry hazards off the field with Defog. Since being locked into Defog can invite setup sweepers in, it is best to make sure the team can still check them before doing so. Intimidate allows Landorus-T switch into physical attackers it can easily take care of such as Choice Scarf Excadrill. However, if the opposing player has a switch-in to Landorus-T, it should click U-turn to pick up momentum. Knock Off should be used to cripple foes by removing their items, such as Porygon2's Eviolite, allowing Choice Band Excadrill to 2HKO it with Earthquake, or Suicune's Leftovers, preventing it from being able to spam Substitute. Landorus-T can also be used as a lead due to its natural Speed paired with Choice Scarf and U-turn, which can be used to scout the opponent's set and pivot into a better teammate. Landorus-T is a fantastic late-game revenge killer, being able to clean through weakened teams and take on threats such as Keldeo after minor chip damage. Landorus-T should pivot out against Pokemon it cannot take on with U-turn and bring in a better teammate. However, against Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Greninja, Landorus-T should directly switch out to a Pokemon that can tank its Ice Beam such as Gastrodon.

Team Options
========

All Ground teams appreciate Landorus-T's ability to clean late-game with its Choice Scarf, outspeed threats such as Mega Gallade, remove items such as Porygon2's Eviolite, and clear hazards with Defog such as Sticky Web and Toxic Spikes. Hippowdon has access to Sand Stream and Stealth Rock, both of which chip down potential checks to Landorus-T, giving it an easier time cleaning late-game, and appreciates Landorus-T's Intimidate, which only further bolsters its capabilities as a mixed wall. In return, Landorus-T appreciates Hippowdon's ability to take on physical attackers and wipe off the damage with Slack Off, taking the pressure off of Landorus-T to be the team's only switch-in to physical attackers. Excadrill forms a nice offensive core with Landorus-T, as they both share similar checks and can help each other chip them down. Excadrill can also take on annoying Fairy-type Pokemon such as Tapu Bulu that Landorus-T struggles to take down and appreciates Landorus-T's Defog, which allows it to run extra coverage such as X-Scissor or even Swords Dance over Rapid Spin. Seismitoad and Gastrodon provide the team with a Water-type immunity, being able to freely switch into Water-type attacks that threaten Landorus-T. Gastrodon is a more defensive option, being able to passively recover and chip foes with Toxic, that appreciates Landorus-T's ability to remove the items of other walls such as Mandibuzz with Knock Off, allowing Gastrodon to wear them down more easily. Seismitoad brings a more offensive presence, being able to beat Pokemon such as Azumarill. Garchomp can form a fantastic physical wallbreaking core with Landorus-T, as it can break walls such as Porygon2 with Swords Dance and Devastating Drake, allowing Landorus-T to sweep with more ease late-game. Landorus-T also appreciates Garchomp's ability to take on physically defensive Pokemon that it has trouble breaking past such as Ferrothorn with Fire Blast. Dugtrio's Arena Trap allows it to trap threats such as Tapu Bulu, which it can weaken with Sludge Wave, and pick off weakened threats such as Celebi with Sucker Punch. Nidoking is a great teammate that makes up for an absence of Landorus, being a strong special attacker that is also able to hit Ground-immune Pokemon such Levitate and Flying-type Pokemon for Landorus-T.

Moves
========

Earthquake is Landorus-T's main STAB attack and allows it to take on Pokemon such as Scizor, Excadrill, and Mega Altaria. Stone Edge allows it to take on Flying-types such as Skarmory and Celesteela that are immune to Earthquake. Swords Dance allows it to take on defensive threats such as Mega Venusaur and Ferrothorn and helps it against bulkier teams. Rock Polish allows it to take on offensive threats and become a sweeper by outspeeding offensive threats such as Choice Scarf Greninja.

Set Details
========

Maximum Attack and Speed investment paired with a Jolly nature allows Landorus-T to hit as fast and hard as possible, being able to outspeed the entire unboosted metagame such as Choice Scarf Greninja after a single Rock Polish. Rockium Z allows Stone Edge to become Continental Crush, taking out Pokemon that would otherwise wall Landorus-T after a boost, such as Celesteela after Stealth Rock. Intimidate allows Landorus-T to take on Pokemon such as Scizor and Mega Lopunny as well as find more opportunities to set up against physical attackers such as Mimikyu.

Usage Tips
========

Landorus-T should set up to sweep once all its checks and counters such as Celesteela have been weakened to a point where it can sweep through the opposing team. It should set up Swords Dance against more defensively oriented teams, allowing it to beat Pokemon such as Ferrothorn and Chansey. However, against more offensively oriented teams, Landorus-T should set up Rock Polish, since Pokemon are most likely unable to wall it even without a Swords Dance boost. It should avoid status conditions at all times, as burns prevent it from being an effective cleaner while Toxic poisoning puts Landorus-T on a timer, limiting the amount of time it has in battle. Landorus-T should be kept healthy the entire match until it is ready to sweep, allowing it to set up more comfortably. Landorus-T should set up against a physical attacker such as Mimikyu to take advantage of Intimidate allowing it to set up more easily. Landorus-T should time the use of Continental Crush, as it can help break checks such as weakened Celesteela, which would otherwise be impossible to break.

Team Options
========

All of Landorus-T's teammates appreciate its ability to break walls with Swords Dance and outspeed threats such as Choice Scarf Greninja after a Rock Polish. Landorus-T appreciates Hippowdon's ability to set Stealth Rock, as it provides useful chip allowing Landorus-T to clean more easily late-game. Excadrill appreciates Landorus-T's ability to beat Choice Scarf Greninja at +2 Speed, allowing it to run an Adamant nature and become a more fearsome wallbreaker. Excadrill can also break Fairy- and Ice-type Pokemon such as Tapu Bulu and Kyurem-B for it in return. Seismitoad and Gastrodon are the team's Water-immune Pokemon. The former is a special wallbreaker that can take on threats such as Azumarill with Sludge Wave, while the latter is a more defensive Pokemon that Landorus-T can fall back on and switch into powerful special attacks such as those of Kyurem-B. It can also provide Toxic support, weakening Landorus-T's checks such as Rotom-W late-game, allowing it to clean more easily. Mamoswine appreciates Landorus-T's ability to dent the other team with its powerful attacks, letting it more readily click Ice Shard to clean through weakened teams. It can also use Knock Off to remove items from defensive Pokemon such as Porygon2's Eviolite, allowing Landorus-T to always OHKO Porygon2 with +2 Continental Crush after Stealth Rock damage. Mega Garchomp is a fantastic mixed attacker, being able to take on a variety of different threats due to its dual STABs and access to coverage in Fire Blast and Stone Edge. Mega Garchomp can also tank +6 Azumarill's Aqua Jet, allowing the Ground-type team to use the better of the two Water-immune Pokemon in Gastrodon. Dugtrio can support Landorus-T with Memento, allowing it to set up Swords Dance and Rock Polish with more ease.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

Ground
--------
Sludge Wave and a Naive nature can be run over Defog on the Choice Scarf set to allow Landorus-T to catch Tapu Bulu off guard and OHKO it. However, running Sludge Wave means losing out on running Defog, which makes the team weaker to entry hazards such as Sticky Web and Toxic Spikes. Flyinium Z can be used with Fly instead of Stone Edge and Rockium Z to target and OHKO defensive threats like Buzzwole, which would otherwise wall it.

Checks and Counters
===================

Ground
--------
**Water-types**: Water-type Pokemon that are faster or can easily wall Landorus-T all threaten it by outright OHKOing it with powerful STAB attacks, such as Keldeo with Hydro Pump, or burning it through Scald, such as Swampert.

**Ice-types**: Ice-type Pokemon such as Kyurem-B and Alolan Ninetales can threaten to OHKO Landorus-T with their powerful STAB attacks. Pokemon such as Weavile and Mamoswine can also threaten to OHKO it with priority Ice Shard.

**Physical Walls**: Physical walls such as Porygon2 and Skarmory can easily wall Landorus-T due to their above average bulk and ability to shrug off damage with their recovery moves. However, after a Swords Dance boost, Landorus-T can 2HKO Porygon2 with its STAB Earthquake and can OHKO Skarmory after minor chip damage with Continental Crush.

**Status Conditions**: Status conditions such as burn and Toxic poison severely limit Landorus-T's ability to sweep, as the former prevents it from effectively wallbreaking and the latter puts it on a timer, limiting the number of turns it has left on the battlefield.

**Revenge Killers**: Faster attackers such as Choice Scarf Greninja, Choice Scarf Keldeo, and Choice Scarf Latios can all threaten Landorus-T with their powerful STAB attacks. Strong priority attacks such as Choice Band Dragonite's Extreme Speed and Azumarill's Aqua Jet can threaten to severely dent it as well.

Overview:

- While it's true that Landorus-T makes a good pivot from Intimidate, it's definitely not going to be switching in as much as it like having no sort of recovery, which means it needs to be played more cautiously and preserved.

Choice Scarf

Moves:
* Earthquake is it's strongest STAB attack allowing it to take on Pokemon such as Keldeo and Garchomp.
- I don't see why you said Keldeo here. Later on, the analysis is contradicted cause you did mention Keldeo as a checks and counters on Landorus-T being Choice Scarf. I would either be specific with which Keldeo you're talking about or remove it and replace it with a different threat such a. It confuses the reader as to whether or not it's a good idea to leave Landorus-T in on a possible scarf Keldeo.

Usage Tips:
- Should mention how Landorus-T can also be used as a lead. It's a great way to scout a threat, plus you have U-turn to switch out with.

Team Options:
* Hippowdon has access to Sand Stream and Stealth Rock, both of which chip potential checks to Landorus-T giving it an easier time cleaning late-game.
- And can sponge physical attacks for Landorus-T, and with access to Slack Off, it definitely takes pressure of Landorus-T in switching in often.
* Garchomp appreciates its ability to Knock Off items from Pokemon such as Porygon2's Eviolite allowing Garchomp to OHKO it with Devastating Drake after a Swords Dance Boost.
At this point, Landorus-T's teammates in general appreciates the Knock Off support. I would go more in depth with what Garchomp and Landorus-T does together.

Double Dance

name: Dual Dance (Ground)
move 1: Earthquake
move 2: Stone Edge
move 3: Swords Dance
move 4: Rock Polish
item: Rockium Z
ability: Intimidate
nature: Jolly
evs: 96 HP / 252 Atk / 160 Spe 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe

The EVs that you listed, helps against Latios specifically is what you're telling me cause Lando-T outspeeds Greninja if it manages to get a boost off. But if you're running 160 speed, you're surely outsped by Suicune and Sand Rush Excadrill. I don't really understand the main point of that EV spread at all.
Set Details:
* 160 Speed along side a Jolly Nature allows it to outspeed threats such as Heatran before a Rock Polish and Choice Scarf Greninja after a Rock Polish.
- Please change to the designated EVs listed above.
- Heatran is definitely a huge threat to ground (not really).

Other Options:
* Adamant Nature can be ran on the Dual Dance set however running an Adamant Nature means that it would lose out on outspeeding key threats such as Choice Scarf Greninja after a Rock Polish boost.
- This isn't true

Checks and Counters:

- Mention Keldeo in one part or the other part of checks and counters. The same goes for Weavile.

Everything else is fine to me

* Landorus-T finds itself on Ground teams as a fantastic revenge killer and excellent option to add to any team due to it being one of the few viable Choice Scarf Pokemon available Ground teams due to its decent natural speed and high base Attack.
* As ground teams don't have another viable scarf really, what does Landorus-T enable that Ground otherwise is lacking by running scarf? Meaning what can you check better or deal with more effectively that threatens Ground?
* Landorus-T has access to fantastic setup moves that allow it to become a threatening setup sweeper, namely Rock Polish, which allows it to take on Offensive teams very easily, and Swords Dance, which allows it to break through walls with more ease.
* Intimidate is a fantastic ability that allows it to check Physical attacker by dropping their attack by 1 stage, allowing it to take on threats such as Mega Lopunny. However, even though it is a fantastic pivot due to its lack of recovery it needs to be played more cautiously when being brought into battle.
* I think you can make u-turn its own bullet as its the only Ground-type that can effectively run a pivot move. Also, could add a bullet to talk about the importance of Knock Off.
* Landorus-T's stacks an Ice- and Water-type weakness that Ground-type teams are naturally weak against, however its secondary Flying-type provides Ground with a neutrality to Grass-type coverage and an immunity to Ground-type attacks.
* By using Landorus-T Ground teams miss out on using Landorus, which is a staple to Ground teams by providing Gravity support and being able to form a nice wallbreaking core with Excadrill.

Moves

* Earthquake is it's strongest STAB attack allowing it to take on Pokemon such as Garchomp. This is kind of a blah example.
* U-turn allows it to safely bring a teammate and pick up momentum while taking on Pokemon such as Celebi that can be a nuisance for Ground teams to deal with. Could probably also mention that U-turn pairs effectively with Intimidate as you can very reliably bring in defensive teammates like Hippowdon or Gastrodon while providing chip, or this could be a usage tips thing.
* Knock Off allows it to cripple Pokemon by removing their items such as Victini's Choice Band and Chansey and Porygon2's Eviolite.
* Defog allows it to clear hazards from the field. Why is this important? Probably relate it to TSpikes
* Stone Edge is an option over Defog as it allows it take on Pokemon such as Volcarona, Zapdos, and Mega Charizard Y. However using Stone Edge means that it can't clear hazards leaving the team weaker to setup sweepers such as Kommo-o. I don't follow the second sentence. What does hazards up have to do with Kommo-o? A sweeper whose teammates only have SR, which Ground takes little damage from.
* Toxic allows it to cripple a switchins such as Porygon2 and Staraptor which would otherwise easily wall it.

Set Details
========

* Maximum Attack and Speed investment alongside a Jolly Nature and Choice Scarf allow Landorus-T to hit as hard and fast as possible allowing it to outspeed threats such as Mega Lopunny.
* Intimidate allows Landorus-T to check Physical attackers such as Victini and Mega Gallade.

Usage Tips
========

* Since Landorus-T is a fantastic offensive pivot being able to force many switches it should take advantage of those forced switches by using the turn to get off a free Defog. These are two different things, you're saying it's an offensive pivot, but saying to take advantage of Defog. I would talk about forced switches -> u-turn for free chip and then after say OR it can get a free defog.
* Landorus-T is the best Choice Scarf Pokemon available to Ground teams it should be used as a late-game cleaner, when its checks have been withered to a point where it can spam Earthquake to win the game. I don't really like this statement. You're using it for speed control, not as a late game cleaner. Your late game cleaner is Excadrill.
* Due to Intimidate, Landorus-T can switch-in Physical attackers it can easily take care of such as Choice Scarf Excadrill. However if the opposing player has a switch-in to Landorus-T it should click U-turn to pick up momentum. This has to do with forced switches, put this statement together with your forced switches bullet.
* Knock Off should be used to cripple foe's by removing their items such as Porygon2's Eviolite allowing Choice Band Excadrill to 2HKO it with Earthquake or Suicune's Leftovers preventing it from being able to spam Substitute.
* It can also be used as a lead Pokemon, due to its natural speed paired with Choice Scarf and U-turn it can be used to scout the opponent's set and pivot into a better matchup teammate.
* Landorus-T should pivot out on unfavorable matchups against Pokemon it cannot take on with U-turn and bring in a teammate that can better handle the matchup it. However against Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Greninja, Landorus-T should hard double switch into a Pokemon that can tank its Ice Beam such as Gastrodon.
* Avoid status conditions such as Toxic poisoning and being Burnt as they both hinder its ability to effectively late-game clean, by either crippling its attack or setting it on a timer.

Team Options
========

* All Ground teams appreciate Landorus-T's ability to clean late-game as a Choice Scarf Pokemon being able to outspeed threats such as Mega Gallade, remove items such as Porygon2's Eviolite, and being able to clear hazards with Defog such as Sticky Webs and Toxic Spikes.
* Hippowdon has access to Sand Stream and Stealth Rock, both of which chip potential checks to Landorus-T giving it an easier time cleaning late-game. Landorus-T appreciates Hippowdon's ability to take on Physical attackers and wipe off the damage with Recover, taking the pressure of Landorus-T as the teams only Physical attacker switchin. Add in that Intimidate makes it very easy to pivot into Hippowdon.
* Excadrill forms a nice Offensive core with Landorus-T as they both share similar checks and can help each other chip them down. Excadrill can also take on annoying Fairy-type Pokemon such as Tapu Bulu that Landorus-T struggles to take down. Excadrill also appreciates its ability toLandorus-T's Defog clearing a space for which allows it to run extra coverage such as X-Scissor or even Swords Dance.
* Seismitoad and Gastrodon provide the team with a Water-type immunity being able to freely switch into Water-type attacks that threaten Landorus-Tpowerful STAB attacks such as Choice Specs Kingdra's Hydro Pump. Gastrodon is a more Defensive Water-type immunity being able to passively recover and chip foe's with Toxic. Seismitoad however is the preferred Water-type immunity due to its key ability in being able to beat Azumarill and offering a more Offensive presence. It doesn't matter how powerful the Water-type move is, they don't take any damage. Also "offensive" shouldn't be capitalized.
* Garchomp can form a fantastic Physical wallbreaking core with Landorus-T as it can break walls such as Porygon2 with Swords Dance + Devastating Drake allowing Landorus-T to sweep with more ease late-game. Mega too
* Mamoswine can take on Dragon-type Pokemon such as Kyurem-Black as well as pick off weakened threats such as Tapu Bulu with Ice Shard. It appreciates Landorus-T's ability to switch into Fighting-type attacks such as Terrakion's Close Combat.
* Dugtrio's Arena Trap allows it to trap threats such as Tapu Bulu and weaken it with Sludge Wave and pick off weakened threats such as Celebi with Sucker Punch.

Moves
========

* Earthquake is its main STAB attack and allows it to take Pokemon such as Scizor, Excadrill, and Mega Altaria.
* Stone Edge allows it to take on Pokemon such as Mega Charizard Y and Volcarona Bug- and Flying-types that otherwise take little or no damage from Earthquake. Continental Crush allows it to take on Pokemon that would otherwise wall it even after a Swords Dance boost such as Skarmory and Celesteela. Z-move info should go in set details since it's not an actual move, only enabled by the item
* Swords Dance allows it to take on Defensive threats such as Venusaur and Ferrothorn and helps it against bulkier teams.
* Rock Polish allows it to take on Offensive threats such as Choice Scarf Greninja after a Rock Polish. Rock Polish is what enables Lando-T to be a sweeper at all.

Set Details
========

* Maximum Attack and Speed investment paired with a Jolly Nature allow Landorus-T to hit as fast and strong as possible being able to outspeed the entire unboosted metagame after a single Rock Polish.
* Rockium Z allows Stone Edge to become Continental Crush. Above comment
* Intimidate allows it to take on Pokemon such as Scizor and Mega Lopunny. Gives it more chances to set up against weakened physical attackers

Usage Tips
========

* Landorus-T should setup to sweep once all its checks and counters have been weakened to a point where it can sweep through the opposing team. What are some checks/counters that should be removed?
* It should setup Swords Dance against more Defensively oriented teams allowing to beat Pokemon such as Ferrothorn and Chansey.
* However against more Offensively oriented teams Landorus-T should setup Rock Polish, since Pokemon are most likely unable to wall it even without a Swords Dance boost.
* It should avoid status conditions at all times as burns prevent it from being an effective cleaner while Toxic poisoning puts Landorus-T on a timer limiting the amount of time it has in battle.
* Landorus-T should be kept healthy the entire match until it is ready to sweep, allowing it to more comfortably setup.
* Against balanced teams where there are both Offensive and Defensive Pokemon it should access the situation to see what the appropriate action is such as if their is a Pokemon that can outspeed or OHKO you should setup Rock Polish, if it can beat the Pokemon infront of it Landorus-T should attack, and if the Pokemon infront of it can threat it and it can not OHKO that Pokemon it should switch into a teammate. This is essentially just repeating what you talked about in previous bullets
* Taking advantage of Intimidate to set up
* Using Z-move correctly

Team Options
========

* All if Landorus-T's teammates appreciate its ability to break walls with Swords Dance and outspeed threats such as Choice Scarf Greninja after a Rock Polish.
* Hippowdon can setup Stealth Rocks and its Sand Stream can help Landorus-T sweep with more ease late-game due to the chip damage they provide.
* Excadrill forms a fantastic wallbreaking core with Landorus-T as they both share similar checks being able to wear down their similar checks so the other can proceed to clean with more easy. Excadrill also can take on Fairy- and Ice-type Pokemon such as Tapu Bulu and Kyurem-Black for it.
* Gastrodon & Seismitoad both provide the team with a necessary Water-type immunity. Gastrodon is a fantastic defensive option that recover off damage from threats such as Kyurem-Black and cripple other walls with Toxic, allowing it to sweep easier late-game. Seimsitoad is the preferred partner as its natural Speed and Special Attack allow it to form a nice wallbreaking core with Landorus-T and can take on threats such as Azumarill.
* Mega Garchomp is a fantastic mixed attacker being able to take on a variety of different threats due to its Dual Stab and access to coverage in Fire Blast and Stone Edge. Mega Garchomp can tank +6 Azumarill's Aqua Jet allowing the Ground-type team to use the better of the two Water-type immunities in Gastrodon, thanks to its defensive utility.
* Dugtrio's Arena Trap allows it to trap threats such as Tapu Bulu and weaken it with Sludge Wave and pick off weakened threats such as Celebi with Sucker Punch. Dugtrio's access to Memento also allows Landorus-T to setup Swords Dance and Rock Polish with more ease.
* Mamoswine can also pick off weakened threats such as Latios and Tapu Bulu with Ice Shard as well as threat Pokemon such as Mega Latias with Icicle Crash.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options

Ground
--------
* Sludge Wave and a Naive nature can be run over Defog on the Choice Scarf set to allow it to catch Tapu Bulu off guard and OHKO it. However running Sludge Wave means losing out on running Defog, which makes the team weaker to hazards such as Sticky Web and Toxic Spikes.
* Flyinium Z can be ran with Fly instead of Stone Edge and Rockium Z to target and OHKO defensive threats such as Mega Venusaur and Buzzwole which would otherwise wall it.

Checks and Counters
===================

Type Ground
--------
**Water-types**: Water-type Pokemon that are faster or can easily wall Landorus-T all threaten it either with burning through Scald such as Swampert or outright OHKOing it with powerful STAB attacks such as Keldeo's Hydro Pump. These mons are the wrong order, you say faster or wall then say swampert then keldeo

**Ice-types**: Ice-type Pokemon such as Kyurem-Black and Alolan Ninetales can threaten to OHKO it with their powerful Ice-type STAB attacks. Pokemon such as Weavile and Mamoswine can threaten to OHKO it with priority Ice Shard.

**Physical Walls**: Physical walls such as Porygon2 and Skarmory can easily wall it due to their above average bulk and ability to shrug off damage with their recovery moves. However, after a Swords Dance boost it can threaten Physical walls such as being able to 2HKO Porygon2 with its STAB Earthquake and can OHKO Skarmory after minor chip with Continental Crush.

**Status Conditions**: Status Conditions such as being Burnt and Toxic poisoned severely limits its ability to sweep as the former prevents it from effectively wallbreaking and the latter puts it on a timer, limiting the amount of turns it has left on the battlefield.

**Revenge Killers**: Faster attackers such as Choice Scarf Greninja, Choice Scarf Keldeo, and Choice Scarf Latios can all threaten it with their powerful STAB attacks. Strong priority attacks such as Choice Band Dragonite's Extreme Speed and Weavile's Ice Shard and Azumarill's Aqua Jet can threaten to severely dent it as well.

Overview:
- The line about Landorus-T being good at revenge killing out of sand repeats that detail unnecessarily.
- No mention of bringing both Knock Off and Defog support to the team? Both are great utility options.
- Should point out that part of why Landorus is so valuable is that it's a very strong special attacker on a type that is already filled with good physical attackers in addition to Gravity.

Choice Scarf:
Moves:
- Not really pointing out a change, but Garchomp seems like a bit of a random and weird example for EQ?
- Reorder this to match the set.
- Victini isn't really going to stay in to take a Knock Off, so I don't like that here. You can just talk about using Knock Off to check Psychic-types in general maybe?
- Defog line is detail-less right now. Can you say something more valuable here?
- The Tapu Bulu line took me a few seconds to figure out. This needs to be way more clear.
- Can you explain why Toxic isn't on the set?

Set Details:
- Probably worth mentioning that Jolly lets you outspeed Porygon-Z?

Usage Tips:
- Okay this entire block of text says one thing. Can you compress it or add details to make it valuable?
Since Landorus is a fantastic offensive pivot being able to force switches it should take advantage of those forced switches by using the turn to get off a free U-turn and bring in a teammate or get off a Defog. Intimidate allows Landorus-T can switch-in Physical attackers it can easily take care of such as Choice Scarf Excadrill. However if the opposing player has a switch-in to Landorus-T it should click U-turn to pick up momentum. Landorus-T is the best Choice Scarf Pokemon available to Ground teams and should be used as a means of speed control outside of sand while also using its forced switches to keep up momentum.
- Can we see more about using Defog?
- Nothing on revenge killing?
- Honestly, is Toxic poison even that bad when you're not really staying in that long anyway?

Team Options:
- Hippowdon doesn't learn Recover.
- Worth specifying that Excadrill doesn't need to run Rapid Spin, so it can run those moves.
- Need to talk about Landorus-T having Knock Off for Gastrodon teams, since Seismitoad is the one that usually runs it. Also, these days Seismitoad isn't "the preferred".
- Not sure I'd say Mega Garchomp and Landorus-T share checks. Mega Garchomp boosts like hell and does so much damage.
- No Nidoking??
- Also I'd probably not bother with Mamoswine here. Kinda weird teammate

Dual Dance:
Set:
- Double Dance.

Moves:
- Specify you're talking about Celesteela and Skarmory for Stone Edge, yeah?

Set Details:
- Jolly needed to outspeed Choice Scarf Greninja

Usage Tips:
- +2 Continental Crush can OHKO Celesteela with Stealth Rock damage, so I'm not really sure that's the best example to go with here.
- Talk about bluffing too.

Team Options:
- Is this literally partially copy pasted? Rewrite this.

Other Options:
- Mega Venusaur takes a ton from +2 Earthquake. Not really a good example.

Checks and Counters:
- It should be Ground not Type Ground.

Fix your second set's Team Options and tag me to review again.

You talk about Mamoswine in two different places for some reason. Put them together and we'll call it QC 3/3

Ground
========

Landorus-T finds itself on Ground teams as a fantastic revenge killer and excellent option to add to any team due to it being one of the few viable Choice Scarf Pokemon available to Ground teams. Landorus-T provides fantastic Speed control outside of sand,(AC) which most Ground teams lack,(AC) allowing it to check threats such as Porygon-Z and Choice Specs Keldeo after prior chip outside of sand. Landorus-T has access to fantastic setup moves that allow it to become a threatening setup sweeper, namely Rock Polish, which allows it to take on offensive teams very easily, and Swords Dance, which allows it to break through walls with more ease. Intimidate is a fantastic ability that allows it to check physical attackers by dropping their Attack by 1 one stage, allowing it to take on threats such as Mega Lopunny. However, even though it is a fantastic pivot,(AC) due to its lack of recovery,(AC) it needs to be played more cautiously when being brought into battle. U-turn allows Landorus-T to capitalize on the switches it forces by bringing in a more favorable teammate,(AC) allowing it to pick up momentum for Ground teams. Additionally,(AC) it beings brings fantastic utility moves in Knock Off,(AC) which can cripple walls such as Suicune by removing its Leftovers,(AC) and Defog,(AC) allowing it to clear hazards off the field. Unfortunately, Landorus-T's stacks an Ice- and Water-type weaknesses that Ground-type teams are naturally weak against, however though its secondary Flying-type provides Ground with a neutrality to Grass-type coverage and an immunity to Ground-type attacks. Also, however, by using Landorus-T,(AC) Ground teams miss out on using Landorus, which is a staple to Ground teams by providing Gravity support and being able to form a nice wallbreaking core with Excadrill being as a fantastic special attacker.

Earthquake is it's Landorus-T's strongest STAB attack,(AC) allowing it to take on Pokemon such as Keldeo. Knock Off allows it to cripple Pokemon by removing their items,(AC) such as Chansey's and Porygon2's Eviolites, while being able to be spammed in the Psychic matchup. U-turn allows it to safely bring in a teammate and pick up momentum while taking on Pokemon such as Celebi that can be a nuisance for Ground teams to deal with. Defog allows it to clear hazards from the field, freeing a slot for its teammate Excadrill. Stone Edge is an option over Defog as it allows it take on Pokemon such as Volcarona, Zapdos, and Mega Charizard Y. Since using Stone Edge means it can no longer use Defog,(AC) however, the team becomes more vulnerable to hazards and can be broken easier by wallbreakers such as Tapu Bulu. Toxic allows it to cripple switchins such as Porygon2 and Staraptor which would otherwise easily wall it.

Set Details
========

Maximum Attack and Speed investment alongside a Jolly nature and Choice Scarf allow Landorus-T to hit as hard and fast as possible,(AC) allowing it to outspeed threats such as Mega Lopunny and Porygon-Z at +1. Intimidate allows Landorus-T to check physical attackers such as Victini and Mega Gallade.

Usage Tips
========

Landorus-T should take advantage of it forcing forced switches by using the turn to get off a free U-turn and bring in a teammate or clear hazards off the field with Defog. Since being locked into Defog can invite setup sweepers in,(AC) it is best to make sure the team can still check them before doing so. Intimidate allows Landorus-T can switch-in to switch in to physical attackers it can easily take care of such as Choice Scarf Excadrill. However if the opposing player has a switch-in to Landorus-T,(AC) it should click U-turn to pick up momentum. Knock Off should be used to cripple foe's foes by removing their items,(AC) such as Porygon2's Eviolite,(AC) allowing Choice Band Excadrill to 2HKO it with Earthquake,(AC) or Suicune's Leftovers,(AC) preventing it from being able to spam Substitute. It Landorus-T can also be used as a lead Pokemon, due to its natural Speed paired with Choice Scarf and U-turn,(AC) which it can be used to scout the opponent's set and pivot into a better teammate. Landorus-T is a fantastic late-game revenge killer,(AC) being able to clean through weakened teams and take on threats such as Keldeo after minor chip damage. Landorus-T should pivot out against Pokemon it cannot take on with U-turn and bring in a better teammate that can better handle it. However,(AC) against Pokemon such as Choice Scarf Greninja, Landorus-T should hard directly switch into a Pokemon that can tank its Ice Beam such as Gastrodon.

Team Options
========

All Ground teams appreciate Landorus-T's ability to clean late-game as a Choice Scarf Pokemon being able to outspeed threats such as Mega Gallade, remove items such as Porygon2's Eviolite, and being able to clear hazards with Defog such as Sticky Webs and Toxic Spikes. Hippowdon has access to Sand Stream and Stealth Rock, both of which chip potential checks to Landorus-T,(AC) giving it an easier time cleaning late-game. Landorus-T appreciates Hippowdon's ability to take on physical attackers and wipe off the damage with Slack Off, taking the pressure off of Landorus-T as to be the team'(add apostrophe)s only physical attacker switchin while Hippowdon also appreciates Landorus-T's Intimidate,(AC) which only further bolsters its capabilities as a defensive wall. Excadrill forms a nice offensive core with Landorus-T as they both share similar checks and can help each other chip them down. Excadrill can also take on annoying Fairy-type Pokemon such as Tapu Bulu that Landorus-T struggles to take down. Excadrill also appreciates Landorus-T's Defog,(AC) which allows it to run extra coverage such as X-Scissor or even Swords Dance rather than Rapid Spin. Seismitoad and Gastrodon provide the team with a Water-type immunity,(AC) being able to freely switch into Water-type attacks that threaten Landorus-T. Gastrodon is a more defensive Water-type immunity,(AC) being able to passively recover and chip foe's foes with Toxic. Gastrodon appreciate'(remove apostrophe)s Landorus-T's ability to remove the items of other walls such as Mandibuzz items with Knock Off,(AC) such as Mandibuzz allowing Gastrodon to more easily wear them down. Seismitoad brings a more offensive presence,(AC) being able to beat Pokemon such as Azumarill. Garchomp can form a fantastic physical wallbreaking core with Landorus-T as it can break walls such as Porygon2 with Swords Dance + and Devastating Drake,(AC) allowing Landorus-T to sweep with more ease late-game. Landorus-T also appreciates Garchomp's ability to take on physically defensive Pokemon that it has trouble breaking past such as Ferrothorn with Fire Blast. Dugtrio's Arena Trap allows it to trap threats such as Tapu Bulu,(AC) which it can weaken and weaken it with Sludge Wave,(AC) and pick off weakened threats such as Celebi with Sucker Punch. Nidoking is a great teammate that makes up for an absence of Landorus, being a strong special attacker, while that is also being able to hit Ground-immune Pokemon immunities such Levitate and Flying-type Pokemon for Landorus-T.

Earthquake is its Landorus-T's main STAB attack and allows it to take on Pokemon such as Scizor, Excadrill, and Mega Altaria.

Set Details
========

Maximum Attack and Speed investment paired with a Jolly nature allow Landorus-T to hit as fast and strong as possible,(AC) being able to outspeed the entire unboosted metagame such as Choice Scarf Greninja after a single Rock Polish. Rockium Z allows Stone Edge to become Continental Crush,(AC) taking. Continental Crush allows it to take on Pokemon that would otherwise wall Landorus-T, such as being able to OHKO Celesteela at +2 after Stealth Rock chip. Intimidate allows it to take on Pokemon such as Scizor and Mega Lopunny. This also allows Landorus-T more opportunities to setup set up against physical attackers such as Mimikyu.

Usage Tips
========

Landorus-T should setup set up to sweep once all its checks and counters such as Celesteela have been weakened to a point where it can sweep through the opposing team. It should setup set up Swords Dance against more defensively-(add hyphen)oriented teams,(AC) allowing it to beat Pokemon such as Ferrothorn and Chansey. However,(AC) against more offensively-(add hyphen)oriented teams,(AC) Landorus-T should setup set up Rock Polish, since Pokemon are most likely unable to wall it even without a Swords Dance boost. It should avoid status conditions at all times as burns prevent it from being an effective cleaner while Toxic poisoning puts Landorus-T on a timer,(AC) limiting the amount of time it has in battle. Landorus-T should be kept healthy the entire match until it is ready to sweep, allowing it to more comfortably setup set up. Landorus-T should setup set up against a physical attacker such as Mimikyu to take advantage of Intimidate allowing it to setup set up easier. Landorus-T should time the use of Continental Crush as it can either (you use either here but only list one option) help it break checks such as weakened Celesteela, which would otherwise be impossible to break for it.

Team Options
========

All of Landorus-T's teammates appreciate its ability to break walls with Swords Dance and outspeed threats such as Choice Scarf Greninja after a Rock Polish. Landorus-T appreciate'(no apostrophe)s Hippowdon's ability to set Stealth Rock as it provides useful chip allowing Landorus-T to clean easier more easily late-game. Excadrill appreciate'(no apostrophe)s Landorus-T's ability to beat Choice Scarf Greninja at +2 Speed,(AC) allowing it to run an Adamant nature allowing it to and become a more fearsome wallbreaker. Excadrill can also break Fairy- and Ice-type Pokemon such as Tapu Bulu and Kyurem-B for it in return. Seismitoad and Gastrodon are the team'(add apostrophe)s Water-immune Pokemon immunities. The former is a special wallbreaker that can take on threats such as Azumarill with Sludge Wave for it. While the latter is a more defensive Pokemon that Landorus-T can fall(two words) back on and switch into powerful special attacks such as those of Kyurem-B. It can also provide Toxic support, weakening Landorus-T's checks such as Rotom-W late-game,(AC) allowing it to clean easier. Mamoswine appreciates Landorus-T's ability to dent the other team with its powerful attacks,(AC) letting it more readily click Ice Shard to clean through weakened teams. It can also Knock Off items from defensive Pokemon such as Porygon2's Eviolite,(AC) allowing it Landorus-T (not sure if you meant Lando or Mamo here) to always OHKO Porygon2 with +2 Continental Crush after Stealth Rock chip. Mega Garchomp is a fantastic mixed attacker,(AC) being able to take on a variety of different threats due to its dual Stab STABs and access to coverage in Fire Blast and Stone Edge. Mega Garchomp can also tank +6 Azumarill's Aqua Jet,(AC) allowing the Ground-type team to use the better of the two Water-type immunities in Gastrodon, thanks to its defensive utility. Dugtrio's can support Landorus-T with Memento,(AC) allowing it to setup set up Swords Dance and Rock Polish with more ease.

Ground
--------
Sludge Wave and a Naive nature can be run over Defog on the Choice Scarf set to allow it Landorus-T to catch Tapu Bulu off guard and OHKO it. However,(AC) running Sludge Wave means losing out on running Defog, which makes the team weaker to hazards such as Sticky Web and Toxic Spikes. Flyinium Z can be ran used with Fly instead of Stone Edge and Rockium Z to target and OHKO defensive threats like Buzzwole,(AC) which would otherwise wall it.

Checks and Counters
===================

Ground
--------
**Water-types**: Water-type Pokemon that are faster or can easily wall Landorus-T all threaten it by outright OHKOing it with powerful STAB attacks such as Keldeo's Hydro Pump or through with burning through Scald from Pokemon such as Swampert.

However, after a Swords Dance boost,(AC) Landorus-T it can threaten Physical walls such as being able to 2HKO Porygon2 with its STAB Earthquake and can OHKO Skarmory after minor chip with Continental Crush.

**Status Conditions**: Status conditions such as being burnted and Toxic poisoned severely limits its ability to sweep as the former prevents it from effectively wallbreaking and the latter puts it on a timer, limiting the amount of turns it has left on the battlefield.

**Revenge Killers**: Faster attackers such as Choice Scarf Greninja, Choice Scarf Keldeo, and Choice Scarf Latios can all threaten it with their powerful STAB attacks. Strong priority attacks such as Choice Band Dragonite's Extreme Speed and Azumarill's Aqua Jet can threaten to severely dent it as well.
