Gyarados is one of the 4 S ranked pokemon so it is clearly pretty strong but his dark type makes it immune to stored power so u wont be able to touch it
Charixard X is another S ranked pokemon that can beat latias by simply using outrage
Magearna is also extremly common and can one shot u unless u have substititue
