yeah i agree, asian teams are way too strong. KTB destroyed gambit at MLG just a few days ago and they're looking ridiculously strong with their roster changes (insec is probably the best jungler in korea and ssumday is an astounding top laner, while score is easily one of the top five AD carries in the world). najin sword was incredible at OGN and they're going to be KTB's primary competition in korea, while blaze/frost are strong as ever
other asian teams have been pretty quiet (TPA has been stomping the GPL though) and we haven't heard from world elite since IPL5, but i'm expecting WE to be the strongest team in the world. i'm also eager to see how invictus does when they come out of the dark since they're probably the second strongest chinese team
anyway i don't see many teams having a chance against the asians. gambit, fnatic, SK, EG, and curse are probably the only NA/EU teams good enough to compete on that level, and i am hesitant to put EG and SK in there at all since they haven't been as consistently good recently as gambit/fnatic have
i am a little hesitant on the frost roster changes because even though woong misplayed the most on the team, he's still captain and was the primary theorycrafter despite not being the most technically skilled. i haven't seen hermes play, but i'm more concerned about the chemistry between him and madlife than his skill.

also i wouldn't say they're buffs
phoenix stance lost passive AD/AP increase while turtle stance lost mana sustain
the no minion collision on E and the movespeed buff are definitely great (although it lost a second on duration) while the tiger stance active damage being changed to physical has some bonuses and some drawbacks (armor pen works with it but tiger udyr is much easier to itemize against)
one potential consequence of the Q change is that people may start building cleaver on udyr. since his Q active is very frequent physical damage over time, he can potentially apply full cleaver stacks in less than one second, with the major drawback here being that his Q is literally his only skill that benefits from cleaver
