yeah i agree, asian teams are way too strong. KTB destroyed gambit at MLG just a few days ago and they're looking ridiculously strong with their roster changes (insec is probably the best jungler in korea and ssumday is an astounding top laner, while score is easily one of the top five AD carries in the world). najin sword was incredible at OGN and they're going to be KTB's primary competition in korea, while blaze/frost are strong as ever

other asian teams have been pretty quiet (TPA has been stomping the GPL though) and we haven't heard from world elite since IPL5, but i'm expecting WE to be the strongest team in the world. i'm also eager to see how invictus does when they come out of the dark since they're probably the second strongest chinese team

anyway i don't see many teams having a chance against the asians. gambit, fnatic, SK, EG, and curse are probably the only NA/EU teams good enough to compete on that level, and i am hesitant to put EG and SK in there at all since they haven't been as consistently good recently as gambit/fnatic have

i am a little hesitant on the frost roster changes because even though woong misplayed the most on the team, he's still captain and was the primary theorycrafter despite not being the most technically skilled. i haven't seen hermes play, but i'm more concerned about the chemistry between him and madlife than his skill.

here's a link to the PBE changes:

also i wouldn't say they're buffs

phoenix stance lost passive AD/AP increase while turtle stance lost mana sustain

the no minion collision on E and the movespeed buff are definitely great (although it lost a second on duration) while the tiger stance active damage being changed to physical has some bonuses and some drawbacks (armor pen works with it but tiger udyr is much easier to itemize against)

one potential consequence of the Q change is that people may start building cleaver on udyr. since his Q active is very frequent physical damage over time, he can potentially apply full cleaver stacks in less than one second, with the major drawback here being that his Q is literally his only skill that benefits from cleaver

im going to enjoy the new udyr if these changes go through. i was never a big fan of phoenix stance, tiger was way cooler and actually dealing physical damage now will be nice. new passive that gives move speed will also be pretty awesome for him.

To be fair, frontloading the damage on his phoenix stance is a pretty significant buff as suddenly he gains an extra 200 magic damage every single time he activates his ability (assuming you sequence them correctly and go activate -> attack 3x -> immediately activate again -> repeat), so although he did lose the bonus AD/AP I think it will help him quite a bit in both jungle speed (as phoenix stance) and burst damage on a gank. The removal of the mana sustain on his W is probably indicative of the fact that they want Udyr to be played as a jungler rather than a laner (as the sustain was pretty irritating to deal with, especially if Udyr got ahead in lane).

Apparently Udyr also got a tiny dash on Bear Stance. That little Riven Q sized thing will make a huge difference, I can't even count the number of times I've been kited as him from literally 25 range further then my autoattack range.

soo i think orianna is my favorite champion - i have decided it today

the last game i played (i'm level 14) i had 17 kills, 17+ assists, and maybe 6 deaths? and almost a full build aaa

i like a lot of the champions but i seem to have more fun with AP/ranged champs, and the fact that she functions really well as support in tandem with doing damage/tanking it is soo nice. and her tick-tocking skirt is adorable too.

are cdr boots still built on anyone, i hardly see them anymore

ap tryndamere used to but we don't see much of him anymore

in terms of competitive play KTR B used support kayle against gambit in game 1 and he went philo/sightstone/lucidity for the CDR on intervention

retarded 75 minute game (skip to last few minutes)

Now that they're literally the only item in the game that gives 15% CDR, anybody who wants CDR is just finding other means to get it that doesn't leave them either 5% short of capping or 5% over.

But if they get the Sorcery Mastery, that goes up to 19%, which would leave them 1% short with 20% more CDR. Even at that, I only ever get them on champs like Riven and Darius and that's only if I'm getting fed. Mages tend to be better off with Sorc Shoes for the extra Mag Pen.

Please put huge screenshots in hide tags from now on so it doesn't stretch the page~ If you want to put a preview, use imgur resize or thumbnails or something. :3 Thanks, everyone (and sorry to the guys whose posts I edited)!

gonna start a PC++ but instead of downser "WHOS YOUR FAV XD" let's go with something more substantial and interesting:

1. champion who most suits your playstyle
2. champion who you just can't adapt to how they should be played or hate playing as them

1. veigar and orianna.. both are mages who can sit mid and farmfarmfarm then in teamfights/lategame be huge players. I get accused of not roaming as mid as much as I should and they give me an excuse to have stayed afk farming. literally oneshotting the enemy mage with your ult as veigar after they spammed spells at you all laning phase is so satisfying, then just pimp hop away and go stun dfg WQ their ad carry. also great to have a blitz hook you into their team then you quickly ult zhonyas and blow someone to smithereens while stalling for your team to save you.
2. kassadin, I just do nothing as him. I even feed bots x.x like I legitimately cannot play him, we've done hard random games queuing for normal as 5 and I can play any free week champ I random but not kass I just suck as him lol.

1. irelia is my favorite champion and suits my playstyle the most. i like the mobility from her Q and her combos involving dashing to a low health minion to get your stun off, ulting a wave so your Q resets during a chase, etc. she's probably my most played champion in ranked although my WR is pretty bad on her since i kept first picking her during the preseason and getting hard countered by jax/darius lock-ins. regardless, she's my favorite champ, i've played her when you rushed triforce, then when Wickd popularized ionic spark, then when Shy popularized warmog's->sunfire, and now when the most common thing to do is rush bork. she's been very strong throughout.

2. i cannot play riven for the life of me. i am also a really shitty sona (aside from the faceroll, i'm pretty bad at placing her ultimate, i can't manage her power chords properly, and she's so squishy that it's not uncommon for me to give up kills in lane). i'm a really bad leona, too, although i haven't played her in months.

yeti you should play lux

she basically does what veigar does but trades his event horizon for a much stronger lane, ridiculous range, huge poke, huge AoE damage, a massively powerful ultimate on a 24 second cooldown that spans half the map, and one of the best late-games out of any AP mid in the game

anivia and vlad are also excellent late-game but they're definitely more sustained damage as opposed to "blow up their entire team". lux retains that feel.

I play lux, mostly as support, I just don't really like playing her mid. I don't find her that fun. personally I think she's utter trash when everyone is 6 items, I've never seen a lux successfully chunk teams when everyone's full build, not to mention she only waveclears with her E if she's ahead, so once her build maxes out she stops being able to clear waves, unlike veigar/ori/morg/etc. also a problem of xerath.

veigar just hops along as a leprechaun
is best

1, The champion who fits my playstyle the most is probably something like malzahar or the dinger. I really like being able to push really hard and really fast in order to shut down my enemy laner asap. I also like caitlyn who falls into this role as well. The problem with this is the fact that i leave myself vulnerable to ganks, but I can usually do it in time/place some strategic wards et cetera.

2. a champion that I can not play is malphite, every single time I play him I feed horribly. I do not like how he feels and i just have 0 idea what i am doing anytime i play him.
