League of Legends: Let's Talk About uhhh??

I've noticed recently that I have began to have aversions to certain champs that I play with or against. For example-

Khazix jungle: literally the worst or literally the worst champion you could pick as jungler in a team full of squishies?

Every game I've played with one (even with a tanky top), we always end up losing.

Personally I think Khazix is just so much better as a sololaner rather than as a jungler.

Also Vayne. I hate laning against Vayne. It literally is the worst, because Vayne can instantly become a lane bully once she gets a kill under her belt.

The only other champion I can think of is Udyr (if he's on their team). Even though he's "kitable" he always manages to find a way to stick to you. And it always are the Udyr players that have the legendary skin or w/e that play ballsy and shit. It's rather annoying.

If anyone has any similar lists of their own of champs they hate to play with/against, I wouldn't mind reading it.

shaco, nidalee, fiora, kassadin, and teemo seem like the 5 champs that always manage to feed horribly when they're on my team and get incredibly fed when they're on the opposing team.

kha'zix jungle is pretty strong, he's a little susceptible to being invaded since he gets pretty low doing his 2nd buff though. but he's a great duelist after first back and once he hits 6 he gets a huge spike in damage. tons of snowball potential but can also easily fall behind and has a hard time catching up due to mediocre clear times. stuff like lee sin, elise, and vi are much more reliable imo - stronger early game, more late game utility in the event that you fall behind.

been playing some nocturne recently and haven't lost a game with him yet, spell shield means he can win duels with most other junglers pre 6 and his ganks are actually decent even without the ult (really dependent on landing his q but thats a pretty wide hitbox). get doubles, gank a couple times, farm up till 6 and camp bot.

any other underrated junglers out there? i mean really underground stuff, not like wukong or gragas

gangplank
ftfy
edit: just realized you were recommending jungler, not naming a champion you hate to have on your team
I am dumb

but I stand by gang sucking shit

Edit: damn the upsets today. With WW, Galio and Teemo earlier this week, the LCS so far has been really fun to watch.

nidalee jungle

another thing ive been playing is nid top

ive also been experimenting with nid adc

lcs predictions: nid support will be 100% pick ban

in other news, nid mid sucks

The sole reason i ban out vayne, kha zix and leona everytime im first pick is because whenever you have one they have no idea how to play the champ (i had a support leo who stood behind me as tristana all laning stage and let thresh have complete bush control) and always manage to fuck up and then they're usually toxic as fuck (once had a kha zix bait jax top into a double kill to the opposing trynda w/ a failed level 3 dive then proceed to rage all game, not fun!)

but whenever your against them they snowball HARD and screw you over

EDIT: Riven and taric are pretty suprising junglers but the latter is fairly gimmicky and the former is really reliant on snowballing to be effective

I would like to thank our very own Scarizard for making me an official member of the 1k club.

I play this game too much.

i dont think i can play trynd anymore...everytime im up 2 towers and 100 cs on my lane opponent and the other team sends 3 top, so my team goes to farm their wolves instead of doing objectives with a 2 man advantage. then im pushing down a tower in top while team is defending tier 2 mid, leona engages 4v5 and they all die. its like do you understand the concept of a split push

also last promo we had a 0/10 teemo top, a 0/5 lux mid, a caitlyn support, and our vi dc'd 5 mins into the game. fuck yeah

someone please explain how ip works cos i do not understand. Someone told me it was some ratio of kills of your team/your participation (kills + assists) but that is totally not the case given the total kills in any of these games (game 2 was only 20 kills total meaning I had a 90% contribution to kill)

Also played with a lucian who said 1 triforce was bad on lucian 2 lucian was a mid-low tier adc and 3 that runaan's hurricane was worthwhile
although I guess you can tell by my score's that i'm pretty terrible so I guess it's predictable that everybody else is bad too but

iirc IP is only based on three things:

1) outcome of the match
2) type of match (ranked 5v5s being the highest, normals/ARAMs/Dominion/5vAI/3v3s/3vAI are all less in about that order)
3) length of the match

you also get less if you're playing beginner bots than if you're playing intermediate bots

the 2nd match probably lasted about 15-20 minutes, so you got much less IP than the others.

Triforce Lucian is: good right now.

Hurricane is a: bad item.

If you build hurricane: you are bad.

The you're much better off using that gold for Triforce if that is the case.

Lucian is a mid-high tier adc and fotm. He's strong in his earlygame trades thanks to his passive. That's why Triforce generally is a first buy on him if you are doing well. He's also been compared as a better graves.

His E is strong in the fact that it removes movespeed and (correct me if I'm wrong) attack speed debuffs. This is essential for getting away from the likes of Nasus among many.

Don't ever build Hurricane on any ranged carry unless you are running some sort of on-hit gimmick build (Teemo I'm looking at you, and even then Liandry's->Dcap->Nashors/Void Staff is always a better build).

Strongly disagree? how is he middle at all? who could you put as better than lucian?
ez cait vayne sivir? that's it right? even if he's "worse" than those four (he's not) he's still in the top third of all the adcs so to repeat myself, how is he middle at all?
(you know, ignoring the fact that he has an over 90% pick/ban rate in winter) (also what does fotm mean? face of the mountain? assuming you mean something else)

Flavor of the month.

Also you forgot Jinx and Tristana in that group. Jinx is straight up op, while Trist will always be a strong choice as an adc, and will always be underrated.

fotm = flavor of the month

Regarding ADC tiers, I would put Cait and Vayne above Ez/Sivir/Lucian, and maybe throw Jinx into that second group. I don't play bot lane tho so maybe I'm stupid

always something that weirded me out, cait has like, never stopped being a popular pick cos of e escape and 650 range, trist has never started being a popular pick because of w escape and 700 range? I understand not
but yea totes forgot about jinx. My list of "good adcs" was just what I was remembering from winter.

The issue with both is their horrendous midgame.

Cait has been a stronger pick than Trist historically because while Trist does cap at a higher range, Cait gets all 650 units of it up front, which gives her the most absurd laning and early pushing in the game - and if the CLG vs. Curse game from yesterday is anything to go off of, early pushing is where it's at nowadays.

which is funny because trist is like exactly the hyper late type of adc dl always plays. the times they are a changin

that was the 4-0 super control rotation game right? edit: checked yeah

Lucian and Jinx are clearly the strongest ADCs at the moment, though Ezreal and Caitlyn are both good as well. Draven is in my opinion the strongest solo queue ADC as he can stomp lane and deal a ridiculous amount of damage in all phases of the game, however he is weak in a team setting as he cannot reliably get kills to make his passive worthwhile and he is easily focused in teamfights, having relatively low range and no escape ability. Vayne and Graves are still serviceable but neither is particularly strong at the moment, as both do poorly against most of the strongest ADs currently (though Vayne can win against Ezreal and sometimes Caitlyn). Other than that Ashe and Tristana are niche hyper late game picks, and the others are rarely if ever used.
