[SET COMMENTS]
Gholdengo makes magic happen with its great stats and typing, being a offensive threat which provides defensive utility checking common pokemon like Scream Tail, Azelf and Dragonite. 252 Speed can be ran to let Gholdengo break more efficiently, outspeeding threats like Adamant Cerulege. However, a defensive set can also be employed, with 220 HP letting it live an Earthquake from Great Tusk, and check the likes of Scream Tail more efficiently. 36 speed lets it outspeed Defensive Tusk and most Pecharunt. Steel Beam and Shadow Ball are both potent STABs, but Gholdengo can also run Hex. Shadow Ball is the more consistent option, always getting a KO on Pecharunt, but Hex is an option to 2HKO Heatran when afflicted with Status. Thunder Wave serves as speed control, and can power up Hex. Nasty Plot is an alternative, making Gholdengo an even more threatening breaker. Recover ensures longevity, letting Gholdengo consistently switch into attacks. Iron Moth is a great offensive partner, as it can spread Toxic to things Gholdengo cannot status such as Swampert, which gives Gholdengo an easier time breaking. Fluffy or Intimidate Corviknight is a great defensive partner, as it can switch into attackers that Gholdengo is weak to, such as Roaring Moon and Offensive Great Tusk.

MP

Gholdengo makes magic happen with its great typing and stats, allowing it to be an offensive threat while serving some defensive utility, checking common pokemon in the metagame such as Scream Tail, Azelf and Dragonite. Its speed tier lets it outspeed defensive pokemon like Bulky Great-Tusk and Pecharunt. It threatens alot of the metagame for notable damage, with its powerful Steel Beams which can OHKO Great Tusk, Offensive Primarina and 2HKO Ting-Lu. Hex is standard stab and pairs well with Thunder Wave which can cripple switch-ins like Manaphy and non Volt Absorb Empoleon. With the boost from Status, Hex can 2HKO Heatran, RegenVest Primarina, as well as physically defensive RegenVest Manaphy. Shadow Ball can be used as a more powerful STAB move, being able to OHKO Pecharunt. Nasty Plot can be used over Thunder Wave, giving Gholdengo a big boost in power which can more effectively threaten the likes of Volt Asorb Empoleon. Recover gives longevity, ensuring Gholdengo can stay healthy though a game. A spread of 252 SpA, 252 Spe and a Modest nature lean into Gholdengo's offensive capabilities, notably getting the jump on defensive Gholdengo but a more Bulky spread can be used to more effectively wall things and switch into Defensive Non-Scrappy Great-Tusk to prevent removal of hazards. 36 Speed outspeeds Pecharunt and Defensive Great-Tusk.

Weaknesses, Partners.

Gholdengo is weak to Knock-Off due to it being a super-effective move, but also its secondary effect of removing its item in turn making it weaker. Partners like Great Tusk, Corviknight and RegenVest Manaphy and Primarina can check the common Knock-Off users of the tier such as: Roaring Moon, Great Tusk and special threats such as Azelf and Deoxys-Speed. Gholdengo also struggles with breaking the likes of Swampert and Volt Asorb Empoeon both resisting Steel Beam and taking minimal damage from Hex. Partners like Iron Moth can break Empoleon, 2HKOing it with Fiery Dance provided it gets the SpA boost from the move. It can also status Swampert with Toxic, boosting Hex's power. Gholdengo benefits from partners that can threaten Knock-Off and Status. Partners like Scarf Azlef and Deoxys-Speed can Knock-Off defensive items such as Assault Vests and Leftovers as well as accommodating for Gholdengo's lack of speed.

In this section, make sure to include:
- the role that the Pokémon plays;
- coverage moves that affect its role;
- a description of the EV spread in one sentence or less; don't focus on "default" things like maximum Attack investment, do give reasoning behind the benchmarks chosen;
- a brief example of teammates that benefit from the analyzed Pokemon's presence;
- a brief example of foes that the analyses Pokemon is vulnerable to + teammates to help cover them.
- a brief explanation of Tera type (if applicable)

Specifically, this means that Set Comments should only be one paragraph and not two like other analysis formats, make sure to change this accordingly before you send this to QC.

Gholdengo makes magic happen with its great stats and typing usually only intros that have fluff "...makes magic happen" are used for spotlights, so reword to something like "Gholdengo's great stats and typing make it a offensive threat..." or equivalent, being a offensive threat which provides defensive utility checking common pokemon like Scream Tail, Azelf and Dragonite. 252 Speed can be ran to let Gholdengo break more efficiently, outspeeding threats like Adamant Cerulege Ceruledge. However, a defensive set can also be employed, with 220 HP letting it live an Earthquake from Great Tusk, and check the likes of Scream Tail more efficiently. 36 speed lets it outspeed Defensive Tusk and most Pecharunt move the entire section about EVs to after the moves section. Steel Beam and Shadow Ball are both potent STABs, but Gholdengo can also run Hex. Shadow Ball is the more consistent option, always getting a KO on Pecharunt, not really relevant since pech is never staying in + steel beam does more than hex anyways but Hex is an option alongside Thunder Wave to 2HKO Heatran when afflicted with Status. Thunder Wave serves as speed control, and can power up Hex mention some twave targets like rmoon and mana. Nasty Plot is an alternative, making Gholdengo an even more threatening breaker. Recover ensures longevity, letting Gholdengo consistently switch into attacks. Iron Moth is a great offensive partner, as it can spread Toxic to things Gholdengo cannot status such as Swampert, which gives Gholdengo an easier time breaking when running Hex also mention toxic spikes. Fluffy or Intimidate Corviknight is a great defensive partner, as it can switch into attackers that Gholdengo is weak to, such as Roaring Moon and Offensive Great Tusk just mention physdef guys in general like corv and tusk.
