Pending Link resources to all tiers and metagames in /formathelp or /om

I'd like to suggest that you make it mandatory for every laddered metagame to supply, at very least, these two things:

1. a link to a Smogon thread that details the metagame
2. name of the PS chat room that is relevant to the metagame (with a hyperlink to the room)

Then, show them in /formathelp, /om and all such relevant places.

These are things that people ask about relatively much, thus they should be available. Many metagames do have these, but sadly all do not.

Ideally, there could also be a button somewhere in the GUI for this information for those who aren't familiar with the /commands.

More about this: it could look like in the attachment. Pressing it would either show a small box, like those private message boxes, or a whole new tab like the buttons on the below (teambuilder, ladder, etc.) do. If it were a full tab, it could also be available as its own button, and you'd be able to select from known metagames which details to check.

I feel something like this would make oms more approachable, especially for casual players who aren't very familiar with /command magickery. Having metagame information readily available in a GUI form would be a huge improvement over the current alternative, which is more or less manually searching the forums for a specific thread.

I can also try and code it myself if y'all think it's worth doing.
