Welcome to Little Colosseum! A Little Cup mod that focuses on making the weaker Pokémon from Gen 9 Little Cup stronger and more viable, while also adjusting uber Pokémon to give them a chance to shine. We try to do this by giving them new typings, abilities, and adjusting their movesets, with the possibility of introducing fusion abilities. The goal of this mod is to show that all baby Pokémon can be usable while maintaining a balanced meta.

How Slates will work:
This mod will have 10 slates. To begin the mod, the council will modify five Pokémon before Slate 1. This will be Slate 0 the purpose of Slate 0 is to show the direction of power level we are aiming for. Each slate will proceed as follows:

Submission Phase (7 Days)
Every slate you can submit 3 different pokemon
Council Choice: The council will select one Pokémon for submitters to modify.
Themed Choice: Submitters can choose one Pokémon based on the theme of the current slate.
Hybrid Ability Choice: Submitters can submit one Little Cup Pokémon of their choice. This Pokémon will gain a Hybrid ability. A hybrid ability is an ability that merges the effects of two vanilla abilities to make a new one.

Submitters can submit 1 pokemon for each choice. They have the option to change the Pokémon’s type, abilities, and adding or removing moves. They have the option to submit a not existing move or ability but try to keep it simple and balanced.

Voting Phase (3 Days)
After the submission phase, there will be a voting phase. During this phase, you can vote for your three favorite subs by using a 3-2-1 format. You can only include one of your own submissions in your votes, and it cannot be your top vote.

Discussion Phase (2 Days)
A slate concludes with a discussion phase. This phase is made for discussing balance changes to the submissions.
Choice: [What type of pick you are submitting]
Name: [Name of the Pokémon]
Type: [The Pokémon's typing]
Stat Changes: [The stats you want to change]
Abilities: [The Pokémon's set of abilities]
Custom Ability: [Not exising Ability you want to add and what it is supposed to do]
New Moves: [Any moves that you are adding to the Pokémon]
Custom Move: [Not exising move you want to add and what it is supposed to do]
Removed Moves: [Any move that you are removing from the Pokémon]
Justification: [Explain why these changes should be added to make this pokemon viable]

Important things to know:
- Little Colosseum is based on Gen 9 LC, so National Dex Pokemon cannot be submitted for adjustments. Dexited moves, items, and abilities can be submitted, as that's no different from subbing a new move/item/ability.
- This mod aims to make weaker Pokémon viable, so to avoid submitting already strong Pokémon, you can refer to the SV LC Viability Rankings.
- I recommend using the damage calculator to compare them with similar Pokémon to avoid submitting Pokémon that are too strong or too weak. If you're unsure about what to calculate, feel free to DM me on Smogon or Discord (ta1llow) with any questions.
- In LC, Pokémon with setup moves are usually quite strong because level 5 Pokémon stat boosts have a significant impact on damage calculations. When submitting a Pokémon with setup moves, keep in mind to avoid giving it super high stats that would allow it to OHKO every Pokémon in the tier.
- There will be forum-based tournaments. The number of tournaments that will be hosted depends on the sign-ups for the first tournaments.

Pokemon only need to follow three rules in order to be eligible for.
  1. All Pokemon need to be level 5.
  2. The Pokemon must be able to evolve, but be in the lowest stage of evolution. For example Pichu is legal, but Pikachu is not.
  3. All Pokemon must be attainable in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet.
The following Pokemon, Moves, and Abilities are currently banned in Little Colosseum: :Aipom:, :Basculin-White-Striped:, :Diglett: , :Dunsparce:, :Duraludon:, :Flittle:, :Girafarig:, :Gligar:, :Meditite:, :Misdreavus:, :Murkrow: :Porygon:, :Qwilfish-Hisui:, :Rufflet:, :Scraggy:, :Scyther:, :Sneasel:, :Sneasel-Hisui:, :Snivy:, :Stantler:, :Vulpix:, :Vulpix-Alola: and :Yanma:

HI! This is post will reveal the first 5 4 pokemon we will release to give a indication for the power level of this mod with some advice from the council team. We decided that everyone can edit 1 pokemon and i myself edited 1 uber pokemon. The Slate 0 pokemon will be :slugma: :swablu: :gastly: :Sprigatito:

Name: Swablu
Type: Fairy Flying
Stat Changes: +5 Atk, +5 SpA
Abilities: Natural Cure / Scrappy / Pixilate
New Moves: Will-O-Wisp, Body Press, Encore
Removed Moves: NA
Justification: Make it a mini mega altaria. Fairy is a rare type in SVLC and once changed into fairy type, swablu provides another option other than tink and snub with valuable matchup vs common threats like foo and vull. Will-O-Wisp improves match up vs shellder and mudbray. Body Press brings one possible way to exploit its Cotton Guard. Encore is just good in its utility bracket.

Name: Slugma
Type: Fire Stat Changes: +20 Spe, + 10 sp atk,- 10 Spdef,-10 hp
Abilities: Flame Body / Weak Armor / Hazard Absorb.
New Moves: Surging Lava
Removed Moves: Light Screen, Reflect
Justification: Slugma's current niche is its ability to set up Stealth Rocks with Weak Armor, which I want to keep, while removing its ability to set screens. Although it currently serves as a suicide lead, I aim to give it an additional role as a special sweeper. With the new move Surging Lava , which grants +1 Special Attack and +1 Speed, I've increased its speed so that it can outspeed the current meta Pokémon that aren't holding a Choice Scarf after 1 Surging Lava . To remove its annoying Stealth Rock weakness, I’ve given Slugma the ability "Hazard Absorb," which allows it to ignore Hazard damage by utilizing its magma body.

Name: Gastly
Type: Ghost, Poison
Stat Changes: -30 Sp atk -20 speed
Abilities: Frisk / Protean / Neutralizing Gas.
New Moves: Draining kiss, Psychic Noise
Removed Moves: Energy ball, Dazzling Gleam, Nasty plot
Justification: Gastly is in SV LC Ubers due to its great speed, outstanding Special Attack, and widepool movepool, which, combined with Tera, make it an overwhelming force. I wanted to maintain its role as a wallbreaker but with slightly reduced speed and power. I gave Gastly Protean, inspired by its shape-shifting seen in the anime, and Neutralizing Gas to give it a unique role in countering common Regenerator Pokémon.

Name: Sprigatito
Stat Changes: +4 Attack + 10 Speed -14 Special Attack
Type: Grass Abilities: Overgrow, Generation 7 Protean
New Moves: Flower Trick, Knock Off
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification: Despite Sprigatito’s vast movepool and great ability in protean, its underwhelming attack stat, middling speed tier that leaves it speed-tying with many of Little Cups most prominent threats, and lack of a truly great primary attacking option leaves it rather underwhelming option. By boosting its base stat to the point where it can have 1 extra point of Speed and Attack while giving it better attacking options should help to remedy these issues.

Things to keep in mind when submitting:
Typically, bulky Pokémon in LC tend to be a bit slower. When submitting one, aim for a maximum Speed stat of 50 or 60 to prevent it from being too fast. Similarly, keep its Attack stat around 50 or 60 to avoid making it too strong.

For offensive Pokémon, we recommend keeping their Speed stat at 100 or below. A 100 Speed stat means it have 20 Speed in LC, which is currently the fastest in the tier. If you’re submitting a stronger sweeper, we advise aiming for a Speed stat in the 16/17/18 range, depending on the moveset, other stats, and typing.

when it comes to setup Pokémon, it’s important to avoid them becoming to strong after 1 setup move. Due to how stats work in LC, stat boosts are often more impactful compared to level 100 Pokémon. A good way to check if your Pokémon is too strong is to calculate whether it can OHKO a Mienfoo with the EVs provided below. Most LC Pokémon have a Defense stat between 45-60, so using this set with a neutral hit serves as a good benchmark.

This is just advice you can make your submission have 21 Speed if you balance it by making it weaker in other aspects. Just try to avoid making it too strong. If we deem it to be too overpowered, the Council reserves the right to veto the submission.
Mienfoo @ Eviolite
Ability: Regenerator
Level: 5
Tera Type: Fighting
EVs: 196 Def / 196 SpD

Slate 1: The Journey Begins

Hello! Welcome to the first slate of Little Colosseum. The theme for this slate is The Journey Begins since this is my first pet mod.

The first Council Choice for Little Colosseum will be Dreepy. My own journey on this subforum began with the Solomods Premier League, where the Driftveil Drakloaks won the tournament. To celebrate their victory, We have decided to base the first Council Choice on Drakloak. Unfortunately, Drakloak is not an LC Pokémon, so Dreepy will take its place.

For the Theme Choice, I've decided to go with an obvious but fitting option: starter Pokémon! Each generation we get three new starters, but after nine generations, only two (torchic and Grookey) unfortunately remain viable in LC. To kick off this mod, you can submit your favorite starter or one that you like.

(TLDR)
Council Choice : Dreepy
Themed Choice: Starter pokemon
Hybrid Ability Choice : Any, this Pokémon can have 2 abilities
Council Choice: The council will select one Pokémon for submitters to modify.
Themed Choice: Submitters can choose one Pokémon based on the theme of the current slate.
Fusion Choice: Submitters can submit one Little Cup Pokémon of their choice. This Pokémon will gain a fusion abbility and can be given 2 abilities

Submission Deadline is 21 August 23:59PM GMT+2

Choice: Council
Name: Dreepy :dreepy:
Typing: Ghost/Dragon
Stat Changes: +15 Atk, +20 SpAtk, +20 Spe
Abilities: Clear Body/Infiltrator/Cursed Body
New Moves: Shadow Ball, Dragon Pulse, Iron Head, Hex, Shadow Sneak, Clear Smog, Thunderbolt, Incinerate, Phantom Force
Removed Moves: -
Justification: Ghost/Dragon is pretty good offensively, but Dreepy didn't really have the stats to justify using it nor any usable moves, really. Now it hits harder and finally has an offensive movepool outside of Draco. I gave it enough speed to hit 19 to outpace potential sweepers and possibly stop them from rolling.

Choice: Theme
Pokemon: Mudkip :mudkip:
Typing: Water/Ground
Stat Changes: -10 Atk, +10 SpAtk
Abilities: Torrent/-/Mud Coat
New Moves: Flip Turn
Removed Moves: -
Mud Coat: Takes half damage from attacks on switch-in. User also heals 1/8 of Max HP at the end of each turn.
Justification: Wanted to add another bulky mon but didn't want to just smack Regen on it and call it a day. Its defenses still aren't anything spectacular, but it gets some passive recovery and pivoting, allowing it to perform as a pseudo-bulky pivot with some sustainability.

Choice: Fusion
Pokemon: Ralts :ralts:
Typing: Psychic/Fairy
Stat Changes: +10 HP, +20 Def, +10 SpAtk, +15 SpDef, -10 Spe
Abilities: Synchrotrace (?)/Sheer Force
New Moves: -
Removed Moves: -
Syncrotrace: Effects of both abilities (Essentially Synchronize + whatever the opponent's ability is)
Justification: Not sure if this is how Fusion works. Ralts was kind of weak and frail, so I fixed that. Sheer Force is essentially a LO boost, meaning Ralts can choose to run Eviolite to further bolster its bulk. Synchrotrace mainly exists to copy Regen from Mienfoo and Foongus. The reduction in speed is to let it underspeed Foongus with 0 IVs and -Spe nature, allowing it to effectively run OTR sets (i love tr).

Choice: Any (Fusion Ability)
Name: Mankey :Mankey:
Typing: Fighting
Stat Changes: +3 HP, +7 Defense, +4 Speed
Abilities: Adrenaline, Defiant (HA)
New Moves: Temper Flare, Knock Off, Stealth Rock
Removed Moves: Curse
Justification: Mankey is unfortunately outclassed in LC by a plethora of options varying from Mienfoo, to Crabrawler, to Riolu. Each Pokemon has varied sets of tools and more suitable stats to make them work. With Mankey, we feel it best suits it's interests if we flesh it out with some additional utility tools with Knock Off and Stealth Rock as well as increase it's stats in meaningful areas to make sure it can maximise the most out of it's current abilities: Defiant; and the new ability: Adrenaline (more details below). Being able to provide more utility roles as well as buffing Scarf to now be able to outspeed Mienfoo, Wattrel and Zorua-Hisui among examples should help to provide it more than enough of a niche as a fast, unique attacking Fighting-Type.

HP: 43 (+3)
ATK: 80
DEF: 42 (+7)
SP.ATK: 35
SP.DEF: 45
SPEED: 74 (+4)
TOTAL: 319 (+14)
30% Chance of Raising this Pokemon's attack stage by 2 if hit by a Contact Move

Choice: Fusion
Name: Gimmighoul (Roaming Form)
Type:
Ghost.png

Stat Changes: -5 Atk, +10 Def, -5 SpA
Abilities: Golden Hoard
Fusion Ability: Golden Hoard - Prankster + Sticky Hold
New Moves: Recover, Volt Switch, Will-O-Wisp
Removed Moves: Light Screen, Nasty Plot, Reflect
Justification: Fast Prankster Wisp Pivot. Prankster wisp checks certain phys threats such as Mienfoo, Shellder, and Mudbray. Offenses toned down slightly but to compensate its abysmal 25 base defense gets bumped to 35

Choice: Themed Choice
Name: Tepig:tepig:
Type: Fire/Ground
Stat Changes: +5 Def, +5 Sp. Def, -10 Sp. Atk
Abilities: Blaze, Sap Sipper
Custom Ability: N/A
New Moves: Earthquake, High Horsepower, Slack Off, Stealth Rock
Custom Move: N/A
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification: Tepig isn't useful as is, weak to rocks and offering little offensive utility that isn't offered by other stronger and/or faster pokemon, so giving it a stronger typing with an ability that helps it deal with important pokemon like Foongus and Voltorb-Hisui alongside useful utility moves should give it a little more to work with in its ability to deal with the metagame. The base stat changes don't change a stat before EVs but after EVs should grant Tepig an extra point or so in a stat of choice by saving EVs on defence and special defence investment.

Choice: Fusion
Name: Hisuian Voltorb (+ Ponyta)
Type: Electric/Fire
Stat Changes: +10 Def +10 Spa +5 SpDef
Abilities: Soundproof, Aftermath, Radiator
Fusion Ability: Radiator (Fusion of Static + Flame Body, 30% to inflict para and 30% to inflict burn. If rng wheel rolls both para and burn then inflict a custom status called "Radiated" which is paralysis and burn at the same time)
New Moves: Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Flare Blitz, Morning Sun, Will-o-Wisp
Removed Moves: all of its grass moves
Justification: Everyone loves contact abilities so we have static and flame body at the same time, also removing torb's ability to demolish grounds with broken elec/grass typing but giving it a small stat buff in return (also not like fire secondary type is bad lmao)

Just woke up with great subs keep it going guys :bellipog:On request changed the sub format. Added Custom Move and Custom Ability line. Keep in mind that the Fusion Choice is only mixing 2 abbilities that already exist. Not fusing 2 pokemon togheter

:ss/scorbunny:
Choice: Theme
Name: Scorbunny
Type: Fire
Stat Changes: +5 Atk, +10 Spe
Abilities: Blaze / Libero
New Moves: Fire Lash, Court Change
Justification: 18 spe helps it outspeed mienfoo. fire lash drops the def of any switchin allowing it to libero the following turn on its big stab like gunk and hjk. court change is also there if u want

:ss/meowth-galar:
Choice: Fusion
Name: Meowth-Galar
Type: Steel
Stat Changes: +10 HP, +10 Def
Abilities: Tough Claws / Spiked Fur
Custom Ability: Spiked Fur - If this Pokemon is damaged by a move with less than 60 BP, the attacker loses 1/8 max HP. (Technician + Iron Barbs)
New Moves: Slack Off
Justification: puts the clamp on shellder by making it lose half its hp when it clicks its multihit moves; otherwise a generic steel def pivot

Choice: Council
Name: Dreepy :dreepy:
Type: Dragon-Ghost
Stat Changes: +19 Special Attack + 11 Speed
Abilities: Clear Body, Infiltrator, Cursed Body
Custom Ability: No
New Moves: U-Turn, Shadow Sneak, Phantom Force
Custom Move: No
Removed Moves: Rest, Protect
Justification: Every other prevo of a pseudo has 300 BST (except Frigibax, who has 320), Dreepy has just 300, so with that in mind I only added 30 Stats. Since Dreepy is terribly weak, the 30 points were added in 2 good Stats. Now Dreepy reaches 20 Speed and can have 15 in either Attack or Special Attack. This is comparable to Hisuian Voltorb (second best LC Mon), who reaches exactly the same Stats (except in Attack, which it doesn,t care for), but is bulkier and with less weaknesses. In order to not make Dreepy broken, I maintained his original theme, a weak Pokemon with bad movepool. Therefore, I didn,t give him Shadow Ball, forcing it to use Tera Blast as Special Ghost STAB. I did give him U-Turn however, to be a fast pivot and revenge killer. From the physical side, Dreepy doesn,t have a good Ghost STAB either, but has still been improved, it used to have just Astonish.
Regarding removed Moves, they have 0 impact on Dreepy. However, I see no physical means for this Pokemon to use Protect and in my opinion, most Ghost shouldn,t learn Rest, since they are literally spirits that can,t rest.
Being (one of) the fastest LC Mons, Dreepy right now is the only LC Mon that can use the powerful Draco Meteor. It works as a Revenge Killer and pivots out of unfavourable match-ups (Mons that can take 1 Draco Meteor and use Knock Off) with U-Turn. Dreepy is extremely weak to Fairies, but can beat them with a timely Tera Blast, though that means it can,t use Tera Fight to remove Pawniard, which balances Dreepy. It should be used with big hazards support, since Draco Meteor isn,t strong enough to OHKO most foes, even with Tera Dragon.

Choice: Theme
Name: Chikorita :chikorita:
Type: Grass
Stat Changes: +6 Attack, -6 Special Attack
Abilities: Overgrow and Regenerator
Custom Ability:
No
New Moves: Knock Off, Frenzy Plant and Mirror Coat
Custom Move: No
Removed Moves: No
Justification: Its time for Chikorita to be good. As seen with Mienfoo, Knock Off and Regenerator is an insanely good combo. Chikorita is much bulkier than Mienfoo at the cost of being slower, having more weaknesses and not having U-Turn. What Chikorita has instead is Bullet Seed (in LC multihit moves are very good) and Countercoat, which pairs very well with Regenerator. If opponent can,t OHKO Chikorita, he will be OHKOd as long as Chikorita predicts the move opponent uses. Opponents that play passively meanwhile will have their item knocked and take Bullet Seeds. If opponent decides to go smart and use boosting moves... well, Chikorita has Encore. If countercoat is not your thing, Chikorita can go wild with SD + Synthesis, the great bulk it has allows to do that vs foes like Mudbray, Toedscool or Drillbur.
Where are the drafbacks? Well, Chikorita still has only 4 moveslots and therefore can,t do everything at once. Being a pure Grass means it has 5 weaknesses and it's also pretty slow. Nevertheless, Regenerator + Knock Off Chikorita should become a strong force in the metagame.

Choice: Fusion
Name: Eevee :eevee:
Type: Normal
Stat Changes: +5 HP
Abilities: Run Away, Supreme Survivor, Anticipation
Custom Ability: Supreme Survivor (taking suggestions to improve the name): Adaptability + Protean effect.
New Moves: Muddy Water, Volt Switch, Flame Wheel, Psyshock, Bullet Seed, Icy Wind.
Custom Move: No
Removed Moves: No
Justification: Right now, neither of the 3 Protean/Libero Pokemon is considered viable in LC, they are all unranked. This is because they lack both power and Speed to reliably kill things before being killed themselves. If only there was something that gave Protean an additional boost...
Enter Eevee. Adaptability + Protean make Eevee extremely strong:
252 SpA Adaptability Eevee Alluring Voice vs. 0 HP / 36 SpD Eviolite Mienfoo: 20-24 (95.2 - 114.2%) -- 6.3% chance to OHKO (Calc was made with Eevee as Fairy type).
The new coverage Eevee has (I gave one move from the type of each Eeveelution, Eevee already had Bite and Alluring Voice) makes Eevee extremely hard to check. With a Choice Scarf, Eevee outspeeds the whole meta and threatens everything with the endless STAB combo. With Volt Switch it now again (before the BP Ban Eevee could already do this) can pivot out, as long as the opponent doesn,t send a Ground (which Eevee can threaten with Muddy Water, Bullet Seed or Icy Wind).
Of course, Eevee is still pretty limited, since its still slow. It pretty much needs to use the Scarf (unless you can provide a lot of Para support or use Eevee in Trick Room), meaning that taking Knock Off is devastating for Eevee. Another problem is that going Tera means Eevee becomes a lot weaker with every move except the Tera type (which only becomes marginally stronger). Therefore, its a Pokemon, that while strong, needs to be used very carefully.

:drakloak:
Choice: Dreepy
Name: Dreepy
Type: Dragon/Ghost
Stat Changes: +10 def +10 spd (28/60/40/40/40/82)
Abilities:Infiltrator/Clear Body | Dragon’s Maw (HA)
New Moves: U-Turn, Dragon Pulse
Justification: This mon is not a ghost type. The only reason you would ever TOUCH dreepy is because of that nasty nasty draco and life orb only costs 1 health point, giving it the lc equivalent of sheer force. Dragons Maw allows it to pull one shots on neutrally defensive mons with hazards, making it a fierce mid speed offensive force. It does fold into mons like pawniard and snubbull but it can’t win them all. Slight buff to defenses to make sure it doesn’t die to resisted hits while spinblocking.

:samurott-hisui:
Choice: Starter
Name: Oshawott
Type: Water
Stat Changes: Swap Atk/Spa (55/63/45/55/45/45)
Abilities: Torrent/Sharpness
New Moves: Ceaseless Edge, Psycho Cut
Removed Moves:
Justification: Cedge. Mon has all the sharp moves it needs already, and adding sedge and sharpness allow for it to be an excellent wall breaking pivot. Psycho cut is also really nice coverage hitting mons like the foos

:shroomish:
Choice: Fusion
Name: Shroomish
Type: Grass
Stat Changes: +20 Atk, -5 Spe (60/60/60/40/60/30)
Abilities: Feet Heal (Pheal + Quick Feet) | Effect Spore
New Moves: Wood Hammer
Removed Moves: -Leech Seed -Spore
Justification: I saw this mon have a silly combination of abils and thought it would be a good fusion to make shroomish more offensive. Leech seed and spore are gone for obv reasons. 5 speed was dropped to force it to choose between a power boost or being slower than 19 speed mons. Of course in a knock heavy meta, you have to be careful and play around knock or else this mon becomes absolutely worthless

:fennekin:
Choice: Starter
Name: Fennekin
Type: Fire / Psychic
Stat Changes: +25 SpA, +10 Spe
Abilities: Blaze / Magician
New Moves: Psychic Noise
Removed Moves:
Justification: Speed ties sprig and choice scarf outspeeds voltorb-hisui with minimal investment. Main Idea here is providing a fire type option that doesn't invite mareanie in. Choice scarf is a good option but Magician can do cool stuff such as taking advantage of colbur for knock off users then stealing their items away.

:Pichu:
Choice: Fusion
Name: Pichu ( Fused with :Duraludon: )
Type: Electric / Dragon
Stat Changes: +25 HP, +50 Defense +35 Spa, +15 Speed
Abilities: Lightning Rod / Hyperactive (Stamina + Static)
New Moves: Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Tail, Electroshot.
Removed Moves:
Justification: Say gg.

Choice: Fusion
Name: Duskull
Type: Ghost / Dark
Stat Changes: +20 HP, +15 Atk
Abilities: Spiritual (Levitate + Pressure) | Frisk
Custom Ability:
Spiritual - Immunity to Ground, increase PP consumption of enemy Pokémon
New Moves: Soul Siphon
Custom Move:
Soul Siphon - Physical; 70 BP; 16 PP; 100% accuracy; recover 75% of damage dealt
Removed Moves: None
Justification: The increased HP is done to make better use of it’s bulk, and Soul Siphon allows it to recover lost health and simultaneously circumventing it’s passivity. Dark-type is added to avoid Dark-type weakness through Knock Off, and Spiritual allows it to be also immune to Ground-type moves, alongside potential PP stalling.

Choice: Themed
Name: :treecko: Treecko :treecko
Type: Grass/Flying
Stat Changes: -30 speed, -20 attack
Abilities: Unburden
Custom Ability:
New Moves: Belly Drum
Custom Move:
Removed Moves:
Justification: Treecko is sadly bad, but it has a broken ability. I wanna give it a broken set too, but i dont want it to be too overtuned so i lowered its stats until it had the same as zigzagoon basically, and gave it a bad defensive typing (no, it wont really help with acros dmg, at +6 it ohkoes everything still). this mon is threatening if unprepared, but it wants 5 different moves and is now very slow, even when boosted, so scarfers will outspeed it.

:ss/dreepy:
Name: Dreepy
Type:

Ghost.png

Stat Changes: 41 / 60 / 40 / 42 / 40 / 82 (+13 HP, +10 Def, +2 Sp.Atk, +10 Sp.Def)
New Moves: Dragon Claw, Hex, Psychic Fangs, U-turn, Will-O-Wisp
Justification: Somehow the only sub to give back Will-O-Wisp? Basically just mini support Pult.

:ss/tinkatink:
Name: Tinkatink
Type:
Fairy.png
Steel.png

Ability Changes: Own Tempo / Shield Breaker | (Mold Breaker + Pickpocket) This Pokemon's moves and their effects ignore the items of other Pokemon.
Stat Changes: 50 / 45 / 45 / 34 / 64 / 58
New Moves: Iron Head
Justification: Eviolite Ignorer HEHEHEHA!

Choice: Hybrid Ability
Name: Wiglett :wiglett:
Type: Water/Fairy
Stat Changes: +10 Attack +25 Speed +40 HP +30 SpAtk
Abilities: Squirm Around (Moxie+Dig Down)
Custom Ability: Dig Down (Has a Times 1/4 after each time it Prevents moves from affecting the user this turn) (basically just protect ability) It starts at 1/4 then after it happens once the chance is 1/16 then 1/64 and then on.
New Moves: Play Rough, Spirit Break, Charm, Misty Terrain, Moonblast, Alluring Voice, Fleur Cannon, Wave Crash, Hydro Cannon, Scald, Surging Strikes, Icicle Crash, Ice Spinner
Custom Move: Sling it around 90BP Fairy Type PP: 15 Max:24 (User switches out after damaging the target.)
Removed Moves: None
Justification: :wiglett: has transformed with the magical plants in Paldea and is now sprouting with red magical vines coming out. This gives Wiglett base 335 stats, the same as Deerling, Cacnea, Toedscool, and Tentacool. The moves are added to allow Wiglett to benefit off it's secondary typing and gain more access to damage with it's Water STAB. The stats were added to make it the fastest Pokémon in the tier while not being too strong. (image below).

Justification: Ghost/Dragon is pretty good offensively, but Dreepy didn't really have the stats to justify using it nor any usable moves, really.

:ss/scorbunny:
Choice: Theme
Name: Scorbunny
Type: Fire
Stat Changes: +5 Atk, +10 Spe
Abilities: Blaze / Libero
New Moves: Fire Lash, Court Change
Justification: 18 spe helps it outspeed mienfoo. fire lash drops the def of any switchin allowing it to libero the following turn on its big stab like gunk and hjk. court change is also there if u want
Name: Oshawott
Type: Water
Stat Changes: Swap Atk/Spa (55/63/45/55/45/45)
Abilities: Torrent/Sharpness
New Moves: Ceaseless Edge, Psycho Cut
Removed Moves:
Justification: Cedge. Mon has all the sharp moves it needs already, and adding sedge and sharpness allow for it to be an excellent wall breaking pivot. Psycho cut is also really nice coverage hitting mons like the foos
:fennekin:
Name: Fennekin
Type: Fire / Psychic
Stat Changes: +25 SpA, +10 Spe
Abilities: Blaze / Magician
New Moves: Psychic Noise
Removed Moves:
Justification: Speed ties sprig and choice scarf outspeeds voltorb-hisui with minimal investment. Main Idea here is providing a fire type option that doesn't invite mareanie in. Choice scarf is a good option but Magician can do cool stuff such as taking advantage of colbur for knock off users then stealing their items away.
Name: :treecko: Treecko :treecko
Type: Grass/Flying
Stat Changes: -30 speed, -20 attack
Abilities: Unburden
Custom Ability:
New Moves
: Belly Drum
Custom Move:
Removed Moves
:
Justification: Treecko is sadly bad, but it has a broken ability. I wanna give it a broken set too, but i dont want it to be too overtuned so i lowered its stats until it had the same as zigzagoon basically, and gave it a bad defensive typing (no, it wont really help with acros dmg, at +6 it ohkoes everything still). this mon is threatening if unprepared, but it wants 5 different moves and is now very slow, even when boosted, so scarfers will outspeed it.
30% Chance of Raising this Pokemon's attack stage by 2 if hit by a Contact Move
Name: Gimmighoul (Roaming Form)
Type:
Ghost.png

Stat Changes: -5 Atk, +10 Def, -5 SpA
Abilities: Golden Hoard
Fusion Ability: Golden Hoard - Prankster + Sticky Hold
New Moves: Recover, Volt Switch, Will-O-Wisp
Removed Moves: Light Screen, Nasty Plot, Reflect
Justification: Fast Prankster Wisp Pivot. Prankster wisp checks certain phys threats such as Mienfoo, Shellder, and Mudbray. Offenses toned down slightly but to compensate its abysmal 25 base defense gets bumped to 35
:ss/meowth-galar:
Name: Meowth-Galar
Type: Steel
Stat Changes: +10 HP, +10 Def
Abilities: Tough Claws / Spiked Fur
Custom Ability: Spiked Fur - If this Pokemon is damaged by a move with less than 60 BP, the attacker loses 1/8 max HP. (Technician + Iron Barbs)
New Moves: Slack Off
Justification: puts the clamp on shellder by making it lose half its hp when it clicks its multihit moves; otherwise a generic steel def pivot
:bronzor:
Name: Bronzor
Type: Steel / Psychic
Stat Changes: +25 SpA, +20 Spe
Abilities: Steelforged (Levitate + Heatproof), Heavy Metal
New Moves: Recover
Removed Moves:
Justification: less passive, speed ties mare
:Pichu:
Name: Pichu ( Fused with :Duraludon: )
Type: Electric / Dragon
Stat Changes: +25 HP, +50 Defense +35 Spa, +15 Speed
Abilities: Lightning Rod / Hyperactive (Stamina + Static)
New Moves: Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Tail, Electroshot.
Removed Moves:
Justification: Say gg.
:duskull:
:ss/tinkatink:
Name: Tinkatink
Type:
Fairy.png
Steel.png

Ability Changes: Own Tempo / Shield Breaker | (Mold Breaker + Pickpocket) This Pokemon's moves and their effects ignore the items of other Pokemon.
Stat Changes: 50 / 45 / 45 / 34 / 64 / 58
New Moves: Iron Head
Justification: Eviolite Ignorer HEHEHEHA!
