Pet Mod Little Colosseum [Slate 4 : The Battle Begins Voting Phase]

Fixed, hopefully its more balanced now.
looks good thank you.

Also, maybe change the name of the "Hazard Absorb" ability. Right now the name suggests the ability removes hazards, but it only makes Slugma immune to them. Can,t think of the right name, but pretty sure someone can come up with it.
[/QUOTE]
Forgot to mention this but this have been renamed and the sheet shows the buffs and nerfs now.

I post the vote process soon.

New Moves: Thunderbolt, Boomburst, Sludge Bomb, Volt Switch, Psychic Noise, Shift Gear
Removed Moves: -
Justification: Punishes Voltorb a bit harder
Choice: Council choice
Name: Toxel :toxel:
Type: Electric-Poison
Stat Changes: +35 Defense, +35 Special Defense
Abilities: Rattled/Static/Good Conductor
Custom Ability: Good Conductor: This Pokemon's Electric moves will be able to damage Ground type Pokemon.
New Moves: Slack Off, Volt Switch, Sludge, Acid Spray, Poison Fang, Shock Wave, Spark, Thunder Shock.
Custom Move: No
Removed Moves: No
Justification:
We finally have a Pokemon that can replicate Ash's Pikachu success at damaging Ground Mons with Electric moves. This means that Toxel can paralyze almost every Pokemon (Limber ones and ones with abilities that make them immune to Electric moves being the exception) with Nuzzle. Of course, it still has trash Stats so it won,t be able to do actual damage, just paralyze things and pivot out with Volt Switch. However, I did increase its bulk a lot and gave it Slack Off, so that Toxel can stick around longer. This Pokemon is supposed to be very weak by its lore, so no Thunderbolt and no Sludge Bomb, just a bunch of weak Electric and Poison moves. The whole idea is to paralyze and pivot, while checking threats like Mienfoo with the Poison typing.

Abilities: Rattled / Static / Pickpocket
New Moves: Spark, Thunder, Thunderbolt, Discharge, Volt Switch, Poison Jab, Acid Spray, Clear Smog, Sludge Bomb, Slack Off
Justification: typing lets it naturally beat stuff like mienfoo, voltorb, vullaby kinda, etc so i leaned into taking knocks by giving it pickpocket to steal eviolites right afterward
:Rookidee:
Choice: jtb ref
Name: Rookidee
Type: Flying
Stat Changes

Justification: make the bird not ass
Choice: Theme

Stats: 45/75/30/50/30/75 (+10 HP, +20 SpA, +10 Spe)
Abilities: Keen Eye/Skill Link/Pick Up
New Moves: Overheat
Removed Moves: -
Justification: Some bulk and more SpA to function as a mixed attack, chunking switch-ins like Pawniard and Meowth-G with Overheat. Also outspeeds Mienfoo now.
Choice: Theme
Name: Pikipek :pikipek:
Type: Normal-Flying
Stat Changes: +8 Speed, +8 Attack
Abilities: Keen Eye, Skill Link, Pickup
Custom Ability: No.
New Moves: No.
Custom Move: No
Removed Moves :No
Justification: Barely any changes are neeed to make Pikipek good. I already used this Mon a lot in Gen 7 and it was a very competent Scarfer. Its problem was being pretty much restricted to that role due to the cursed 17 Speed Tier. So, now Pikipek has 18 Speed and one point more in Attack too. This will allow the bird to use its incredible (just look at it, it has everything it could dream of) offensive movepool to the fullest. Eviolite sets with Roost or without are now viable. Sword Dance + Flame Charge is now viable. Life Orb + 4 Attacks is now viable. Outspeeding Mienfoo, Drillbur, Toedscool, Zorua, etc. instead of Speedtying them can change the viability of a Mon a lot.
:fletchling:
Choice: Theme
Name: Fletchling
Type: Fire / Flying
Stat Changes: 45/50/55(+12)/40/38/52(-10) (290)
Abilities: Big Pecks / Gale Wings
Gale Wings: if the user is above 25% health, its flying type attacks receive priority.
New Moves: Flamethrower, Fire Blast,
Removed Moves: Brave Bird
Justification: We are bringing back Gen 6 Gale Wings (well, sort of). Priority Acrobatics is nothing to scuff at, but given our selection of mons it should not be too much of an issue, especially with how reliant it is on rocks in a knock off infested meta. Fire Flying typing may suck on the hazard side, but being able to switch into Tepig or tank a high jump kick from big man mienfoo is nothing to scuff at. The removal of brave bird means fletch has to compromise between boots for hazard damage removal, eviolite for bulk, or itemless for strong acros.
:ss/hoothoot:
Choice: Theme
Name: Hoothoot
Type: Normal / Flying
Stat Changes 60/30/35/60/56/63
Abilities: Insomnia/ Compound Eye / (HA) Tinted lens
New Moves: Nightmare, Psychic Noise
Removed Moves: Extrasensory, Psychic
Justification: Hoothoot already has a strong movepool, but it has always lacked the stats to fully makes use of it. I've buffed it to make it a more effective sleep abuser, giving it a more accurate Sing and Hurricane with Compound Eyes. To balance this, I've removed its two strongest Psychic moves, forcing it to rely on Hypnosis and Dream Eater for taking down threats like Glimmet.
Choice: bird
Name: Pikipek
Type: Normal/Flying
Stat Changes: 35/75/30/33/30/62 (+3 SpA, -3 Spe)
Abilities: Keen Eye / Skill Link / Punk Rock
New Moves
: Rock Blast, Beak Blast, Beak Cannon (Custom Move)
Custom Move: Beak Cannon - Flying, physical, 20 BP, 100% accu, 30 PP (max 48)
Hits two to five times. Has a 35% chance to hit two or three times and a 15% chance to hit four or five times. If one of the hits breaks the target's substitute, it will take damage for the remaining hits. If the user has the Skill Link Ability, this move will always hit five times.
Justification: With the extra 3 spa stat, pikipek can reach 13 spa, punk rock + boomburst allows it to do decent damage on the special side. I also give it the signature move of its line Beak Blast, and I add rock blast together with a custom move which is a slightly nerfed flying type bullet seed to match its Skill Link. The bird can still reach 17 spe rn with Jolly or Timid, but I think it shouldn't be that broken with new ghost types we introduced, and if it ended up being broken, we can nerf it to 16 spe max easily. Nerfed to 16 spe max.

Abilities: Return Fire (Flash Fire + Slow Start) | Overcoat
Flash Fire but it boosts attack and speed instead of fire damage
New Moves: Overheat, Fire Lash, Blazing Torque, Rapid Spin
Removed Moves:
Justification: really don’t like what I’ve seen from swablu gameplay. This adds a nasty wisp punish as both swablu and eepy spam the move unpunished. Can run haze, spin amd tspikes as a support but has a general lack of recovery
:sv/jangmo-o:
Choice: Hybrid Ability
Name: Jangmo-o
Type:
Dragon.png

Stat Changes: +5 Def, -5 SpA
Abilities: Bulletproof / Soundproof / Magic Scale [HA]
Hybrid Ability: Magic Scale - Combined Effects of Magic Guard + Multiscale
New Moves: None
Removed Moves: None
Justification: Multiscale DDancer. Ability plays Magic Guard’s hazard passive damage protection to ensure this guy can get in and ensure the first attack directed its way gets half damage. Slightly altered the BST so that this guy can now make full use of EV investments (before Jangmo-o had 36 EVs that could never be meaningfully distributed)
Choice: Hybrid
Name: Shroodle :shroodle:
Stats: 40/65/35/40/35/75
Abilities: Unburden/Pickpocket/Assassinize
Custom Ability: Increases priority of status moves and moves that can inflict poison by +1.
New Moves: Barb Barrage
Removed Moves: -
Justification: Situational revenge killer :nerd:
Choice: Hybrid
Name: Bellsprout :bellsprout:
Type: Grass-Poison
Stat Changes: No.
Abilities: Sun Blessing, Gluttony.
Custom Ability: Sun Blessing: Chlorophyll + Dazzling
New Moves: No
Custom Move: No
Removed Moves: No
Justification: Sun Pokemon that is completely immune to priority, meaning that if it gets to Boost with Growth, the only way to stop it will be with a fast scarfer or by stalling out Sun turns. It can also forget Growth and just attack with LO, having very good power even unboosted.
:spoink:
Choice: Hybrid
Name: Spoink
Type: Psychic / Rock
Stat Changes: 60/25/35/70/75(-5)/70(+10) (335)
Abilities: Magic Resistance / Own Tempo / Gluttony
Magic Resistance: Effects of Magician + Thick Fat.
New Moves: Ancient Power, Meteor Beam.
Removed Moves:
Justification: In a meta where Vullaby bullies psychic types out of viability, while mienfoo bullies rock types, Spoink stands out to fight against both. Psychic Rock is an especially effective type combination in this meta due to the lack of sturdy steel types, which makes Spoink into a deadly late game sweeper. With a generous donation into its speed stat, Spoink speedties mienfoo, while its ability magic resistance not only grants it switch in opportunities into fire and ice type attacks, but also steals important items such as eviolite or boots after using meteor beam, turning spoink into a powerful wallbreaker that dismantles common defensive cores. Low physical bulk and the presence of Voltorb should make this mon decently easy to revenge kill, even if overall it can hit extremely hard.
:ss/smoochum:
Choice: Hybrid
Name: Smoochum
Type: Ice / Psychic
Stat Changes: 45 / 30 / 15 / 85 / 65 / 75 | 315
Abilities: Oblivious / Forewarn / Realtime (This Pokemon ignores priority boosts when taking or dealing damage.)
New Moves: Tera Blast
Justification: basically you set all prio to 0 for attacks, letting you outspeed stuff like pawniard, stunky, grookey, etc and killing them before they can move. obv ur still super frail and die to basically any physical attack though

The deadline is 6 of September at 9pm GMT-0

I want to host a tournament end of next slate is there any preffences on the format i was thinking about doing a Swiss format so that everyone play a guaranteed amount of games.

Slate 3: Echoes of the Past

Hello! Welcome to the third slate of Little Colosseum. Our journey continues as we explore deep into the caves.
1725791063900.png

We've found the Skull Fossil and the Armor Fossil. After some research, it turns out the Skull Fossil contains :Cranidos:, while the Armor Fossil contains :Shieldon:.
For this slate, you can choose between these two Diamond and Pearl Little Cup veterans as your Theme Choice.

For the Council's Choice, we've chosen Cutiefly. This Pokémon was banned in regular SV due to its access to Quiver Dance and its ability to abuse it effectively with its moveset and abilitie. With a redesign :cutiefly: might have a chance to shine in LC.
(TLDR)
Council Choice : Cutiefly
Themed Choice: Cranidos and Shieldon.
Hybrid Ability Choice : Any, this Pokémon can have 2 abilities at the same time active.
Submission Deadline is 15 September 23:59PM GMT+2

Choice: Council
Name: Cutiefly :cutiefly:
Type: Bug-Fairy
Stat Changes: -30 HP, -30 Defense
Abilities: Honey Gather, Shield Dust, Sweet Veil
Custom Ability: Honey Gather: If a Pokemon with this ability has Honey held, this item can,t be removed and the Pokemon will heal 25% of its max HP every turn.
New Moves: No
Custom Move: No
Removed Moves: Protect, Rest, Sticky Web, Moonblast, Dazzling Gleam, Psychic.
Justification:

Cutiefly is the only Pokemon in LC that has Quiver Dance, so I didn,t want to remove the move. Instead, Cutiefly is now one of the physically frailest Pokemon in LC, every physical move it takes, will do a lot. This change is because IRL mosquitos are really frail, if you clap trying to kill them and miss, sometimes they are killed anyway just for the air movement your clap produces.
Additionally, while Quiver Dance stays, a lot of moves don,t: Protect removal means that First Impression and Fake Out will always damage Cutiefly, Nymble specifically will always OHKO. Rest removal is just for flavor reason, one of Cutiefly abilities prevents Sleep, so Cutiefly now doesn,t sleep at all. This fits for a mosquito, who are always more active at night. Being more a Bug than a Fairy, the strongest Fairy moves are also removed. Psychic removal means Cutiefly now is walled by almost all Poisons. Despite Moonblast and Dazzling Gleam being removed, Cutiefly still has Draining Kiss as Fairy STAB. Sticky Web removal doesn,t matter for now, since its banned, but maybe its unbanned later, so it should be a move that worse Mons than Cutiefly use.
Honey Gather won,t actually help Cutiefly too much (Eviolite will almost always be better(, its more a side help to Combee and Teddiursa. However, in some teams, specifically Screens, Cutiefly can get away with recovering health instead of being bulkier. It has to give up the other 2 abilities to do so.
Despite the nerf, Cutiefly is still a very dangerous set-up sweeper that can use Tera to beat its usual checks. It just has a harder time setting up and 3 whole types (Steel, Poison and Fire) that requite going Tera to avoid being walled.

Choice: Theme
Name: Shieldon :shieldon:
Type: Rock-Steel
Stat Changes: No
Abilities: Sturdy, Battle Armor, Stall.
Custom Ability: Stall: The Pokemon always moves last but if it uses a status move, it will move twice in a single turn (deducting only 1 PP).
New Moves: Body Press, Slack Off.
Custom Move: No
Removed Moves: No.
Justification:

Stall is an ability originally found just on Sableye. Its a bad ability that Sableye never uses. I looked the Pokedex entires of Shieldon and they all said things like these:
"It is outstandingly armored. As a result, it can eat grass and berries without having to fight."
"This Pokémon lived in primeval jungles. Few enemies would have been willing to square off against its heavily armored face, so it's thought. "
"Much remains unknown about this Pokémon, as few have ever seen it. However, we know that it is calm and dislikes conflict, and it enjoys polishing its face against trees and rocks."
Basically, this a Defensive Pokemon that doesn,t need to fight and doesn,t like to do it. Defensive Mons in LC tend to be worse, especially if they have a terrible defensive typing like Shieldon has. With the reworked Stall ability, Shieldon can do the following:
-Be back to full health in a single turn. Slack Off having just 8 PPs balances this.
-Be at +2 Attack and Defense with Curse in a single turn.
-Be at +4 Defense to use Body Press.
-Use Scary Face to put the enemy at -4 Speed.
-Use Screech to put the enemy at -4 Defense.
-Use Metal Sound to put the enemy at -4 Special Defense. All 3 of these are supposed to be used right before Shieldon dies.
-Swagger cheese to the fullest.
-Taunt bypassing Mental Herb (non existant in LC though).
-Roar phazing the opponent twice per turn.
-Sleep Talk attacking twice in a single turn.
With its enormous bulk and the new access to Slack Off, Shieldon can stick around and mess with opponents by using bizarre defensive tactics and even try to sweep with Body Press. Of course, the typing still sucks and Shieldon will require Tera to actually wall some things.

Choice: Hybrid.
Name: Poliwag :poliwag:
Type: Water
Stat Changes: No
Abilities: Water Absorb, Damp, Swamp.
Custom Ability: Swamp: Primordial Rain + Water Absorb.
New Moves: Calm Mind, Bulk Up.
Custom Move: No
Removed Moves: Protect.
Justification:

LC has no Drizzle Mons and seeing Psyduck with Nasty Plot means that if we want a Drizzle user, it has to be so terribly bad that it would basically be playing with 5 vs 6. Poliwag is unfortunately strong and fast enough to be such Drizzle user, so instead of putting Rain for teammates, it just puts Rain for itself, using the great Speed to break.
Outside of Speed Poliwag Stats are very mediocre. So, it now will learn Bulk Up and Calm Mind, allowing Poliwag to be a very versatile threat. It still has Belly Drum as an option to destroy slower teams with a good prediction. However, its frailty means that boosting is quite hard. Protect being removed allows Nymble to easily Revenge Kill Poliwag.

Choice: Theme
Name: Cranidos
Type: Rock / Fairy
Stat Changes: 67/125/40/30/30/65
Abilities: Mold Breaker | Sheer Force
New Moves: Play Rough, Moonblast
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification: Rock fairy is pretty usable with a now sheer force boosted play rough to hit mons like the foo, while being resistant to dark type moves. Added speed to tie the foo, and outrun the pawn and we have a powerful breaker.

:cutiefly:
Choice: Council
Name: Cutiefly
Type: Bug / Fairy
Stat Changes: 40/45/40/55/40/94(+10) (314)
Abilities: Honey Gather / Shield Dust / Sweet Veil
New Moves: Roost, Mud Shot
Removed Moves: Calm Mind, Quiver Dance,
Justification: Cutiefly loses access to its strongest tools in exchange for being able to reach the coveted 20 speed tier, forcing even voltorb to invest a bit more evs to try and outspeed it. The justification of reaching the same tier as voltorb is that its rocks weak, the newly added flying/poison/fire types force it to tera to make progress due to its poor coverage / lack of good fairy stab, no setup options and the fact that to reach the 20 speed tier it sacrifices a significant amount of its evs.

:shieldon:
Choice: Theme
Name: Shieldon
Type: Rock / Steel
Stat Changes: 48(+18)/42/100(-18)/42/88/30 (350)
Abilities: Sturdy / Soundproof / Innards Out
New Moves: Rapid Spin, Slack Off, Spikes, Toxic
Removed Moves: None.
Justification: I was trying to see how to make Rock Steel work defensively but other than giving it a very complicated ability I could not see how to make a mon that could work with that typing, especially on a meta where the most common mon on teams takes advantage of it. So I did the opposite: I made Shieldon die harder. Reaching 24 hp with the right investment, Shieldon threatens pokémon with low hp to get killed when attacking it at full hp, resulting in interactions such as Mienfoo avoiding the high jump kick to not get killed back or Mudbray avoiding clicking Earthquake in front of its to not get lest without hp. This makes Shieldon into a decent hazard setter, capable of stopping sweeps in emergency situations by immensly chipping the sweeper to leave it in priority range or simply forcing progress with tools like Stealth Rocks, Spikes or Toxic.

:wooper:
Choice: Hybrid
Name: Wooper
Type: Water / Ground
Stat Changes: 55/65(+20)/65(+20)/25/45(+20)/35(+20) (290)
Abilities: Damp / Go with the Flow
Go With The Flow - Water Absorb + Unaware
New Moves: Ice Punch, Poison Jab.
Removed Moves: None.
Justification: Simple buff to an old fella who hasn't kept well with the times. There's not much to say here, Wooper gets an actual attack stat so it can threaten stuff out, way more bulk so it can do its job better as well as a bit more speed so it isn't completely outsped by even the slowest mons in the meta. Its existence brings new life to grass types like toed, foongus and voltorb, while helping check the likes of h-growlithe, toxel, mareanie and Stunky.

Name: Shieldon :shieldon:
Type: Rock-Steel
Stat Changes: 30/50/92(-26)/50(+8)/88/40(+10)(350)
Abilities: Sturdy, Battle Armor, Ironclad Shield.
Custom Ability: Ironclad Shield: The Pokemon is immune to fighting type moves
New Moves: No
Custom Move: No
Removed Moves: No.
Justification: Shiedon has a ton of common weaknesses, but the 4x fighting weakness really kills any viability the mon could have in the tier. However, what is often forgotten is how deep this pokemon's movepool is. Seriously why does it learn damn near every Special-attacking TM? By giving it a fighting immunity instead of a 4x weakness, it gives it an opportunity to come in vs mienfoo, which is for all intents and purposes every game. It’s 2x Weakness to water and 4x weakness to ground does not make it too much for most teams to deal with either.

Choice: Hybrid
Name: Croagunk :Croagunk:
Type: Poison-Fighting
Stat Changes: No changes
Abilities: Water Pockets
Custom Ability: Water Pockets: Dry Skin + Fluffy
New Moves: No
Custom Move: Aura Sphere, Close Combat
Removed Moves: No.
Justification: Croagunk has always been a very interesting pokemon to me just because of how versatile it is, but has always had no bulk to make use of its deep movepool. Fluffy hopes to rectify that without making it an impenetrable physical wall. Aura Sphere and Close Combat gives the mon better, but imperfect stab options.

Type: Rock / Steel
Stats: 50 / 42 / 118 / 42 / 88 / 30 | 370
Abilities: Sturdy / Soundproof / Shield Hero (This Pokemon's attacks use its Defense stat in calculation.)
Movepool: + Body Press, Head Smash, Zen Headbutt
Justification: besides checking stunky/vullaby/foongus pretty well it gets really good coverage off 118 def, making it a pretty good physical tank (hella weak to trapping and mienfoo though)

:ss/applin:
Choice: Hybrid
Name: Applin
Type: Grass / Dragon
Stats: 110 / 40 / 50 / 70 / 50 / 20 | 340
Abilities: Bulletproof / Cute Charm / Fruitful (Harvest + Ripen)
Movepool: + Seed Bomb, Grass Knot, Giga Drain, Mega Drain, Absorb, Leech Seed, Grassy Terrain, Ingrain, Worry Seed, Synthesis, Outrage, Draco Meteor, Dragon Pulse, Double-Edge, Facade, Tackle, Sleep Talk, Substitute, Zen Headbutt, Rest, Iron Head, Head Smash
Justification: has an actual movepool including a very strong draco as well as decent bulk which allows it to check stuff like grookey/voltorb/mudbray. fruitful may be a little memey considering it wants eviolite but in theory it does allow you to get stamina x2 or 50% reliable healing

Name: Cutiefly
Type: Bug/Fairy
Stats: 50/35/50/50/50/25 260
Abilities: Oblivious/Shield Dust/Hover
Hover - This Pokemon is immune to Ground; Gravity/Ingrain/Smack Down/Iron Ball nullify it, and on switch-in, this Pokemon avoids Stealth Rock.
Movepool: - Calm Mind, -Quiver Dance, -Psychic +Tail Glow
Justification: Cutiefly has grown a tail turning into a Mayfly (a fly with a tail), this in turn causes it to be slower (13 speed max so Trailblaze boosted can't outspeed Voltorb-Hisui. This also means that it's not as calm as it's more aggresive, losing Calm Mind and Quiver Dance as it's not as nimble. Psychic is another loss as otherwise, it can break Poison types, this forces it to be a Trick Room sweeper or a bulky setup Pokémon.

Primordial Rage - This Pokemon's Attack is 1.2x however, it loses 1/10 its max HP after any damaging attack.
Movepool: +Rock Polish, +Raging Fury, +Flare Blitz, -Fire Punch
Justification: Cranidos has stumbled into a volcano, and while all the other dinosaurs died ~65 million years ago, the heat of the volcano molded it and protected it, but it's angry for it's fallen dinosaurs. I removed Fire Punch as forcing recoil would be a good way to KO it, Rock Polish can help to increase speed as it's so slow, but with a typing like that, it's hard to set up. Raging Fury and Flare Blitz respectively for 120 BP nukes, but with big drawbacks. The ability also makes Cranidos more easily to be chipped, as losing 1/10 of your max HP after you attack, (Life Orb esque) makes you a lot easier to take down. (use items like charcoal, rock incense, etc. to calc, i think it should be fine it just seems like a slower harder hitting hlithe)

Name: Poliwag :poliwag:
Type: Water
Stat Changes: No
Abilities: Water Absorb, Damp, Swamp.
Custom Ability: Swamp: Primordial Rain + Swift Swim.
New Moves: Calm Mind, Bulk Up.
Custom Move: No
Removed Moves: Belly Drum, Protect.
Justification:

LC has no Drizzle Mons and seeing Psyduck with Nasty Plot means that if we want a Drizzle user, it has to be so terribly bad that it would basically be playing with 5 vs 6. Poliwag is unfortunately strong and fast enough to be such Drizzle user, so instead of putting Rain for teammates, it just puts Rain for itself, using the gigantic Speed to sweep. Of course, we can,t allow a Pokemon that outspeeds everything to have Belly Drum, so it has been removed. There are more than enough Belly Drum Pokemon in LC, no need for this one.
Outside of Speed (which will be boosted to new levels, allowing Poliwag to become the fastest LC Pokemon by far), Poliwag Stats are very mediocre. So, it now will learn Bulk Up and Calm Mind, allowing Poliwag to be a very versatile threat. However, its frailty means that boosting is quite hard. Protect being removed allows Nymble to easily Revenge Kill Poliwag.
Council believes that the combination of Primordial Rain + Swift Swim is way too much, especially for Poliwag. Ignoring the fact that it completely destroys speed tiers as even with 0 speed investment it outspeeds the entire meta including scarfers, between its nuclear Hydro Pumps and plentiful coverage to take good chunks out of would be checks like foongus or mareanie makes this mon extremely overwhelming. We would recommend to remove the Swift Swim aspect entirely, and given how naturally fast it already is (hits 19 speed with full speed investment), it would also have to lose nearly all its coverage to be remotely balanced. My recommendation would be going Primordial Rain + Water absorb + either a speed nerf or near total coverage loss.

There is not a single pokémon in the entire tier that is able to tank the damge from this pokémon's attacks, even mudbray gets obliterated:
236 Atk Huge Power Cranidos Flare Blitz vs. 116 HP / 196 Def Eviolite Mudbray: 24-28 (96 - 112%) -- 68.8% chance to OHKO. I understand the objetive is for it to be sort of handled through it being chipped, but it taking itself out slowly isn't worth much when you need to sack at least 3 pokémon to handle it. Even if the ability were to be removed you still get a mon that does everything growlithe-hisui does but in a more overwhelming manner. Would scrap the insane ability and maybe provide a different secondary typing and moves so it isn't just stronger Growlithe-H.

We will give those two subbers the opportunity to change their subs, so voting begins in 1 day or until all vetoed subs have been revised.
