Pet Mod Little Colosseum [Slate 5: The Battle Continues Submission Phase]

Should we continue to slate 10 or make sequel of the mod with natational dex

Not a submission (Cetoddle is literally 4 posts above, lol), but just realized something that should have been done long ago. Just like Wooper, Meowth Galar has alternative forms. Since Meowth Galar was given 10 points increase in HP and another 10 in Defense, the other cats should be given (provisionally, until someone actually does a submission for them, respecting the BST total) the same treatment.

Impact of this:
-LO Kanto Meowth actually gets worse, since it won,t be able to get its HP down to 19 in order to reduce LO damage. With any other item it does get a slight increase in bulk, being able to have 21 HP and 12 Defense. Won,t matter much, since Meowth is quite uncommon.
-Alolan Meowth too gets to have 21 HP and 12 Defense (provided it invests in Special Attack and Speed). Its probably still pretty bad, but this does give it better chance to use Nasty Plot or Hypnosis. If someone submits Fur Coat on it (which Alolan Persian has naturally), things can get funny.

Name: Mankey :mankey:
Type: Fighting/Normal
Stat Changes
: 40/80/35/35/45/70 (305, no changes)
Abilities: Vital Spirit/Tiltation/Defiant (HA)
Custom Ability: Tiltation - If this Pokemon attack misses/fails, increases Attack and Speed by +1 (Open to changes)
New Moves: +Knock Off, +Iron Tail, +Mega Kick,+Swords Dance,
Removed Moves: -Focus Punch
Justification:
A Pokemon that I submitted earlier but didn't really have the uniqueness to warrant its inclusion the first time, so we made some more intruiging changes to make for a Pokemon that could compete with the current Fighting- and Normal-types of the tier. Mankey helps to differentiate from Mienfoo's shadow through the new tools that are granted. The Normal-type allows Mankey to use moves like Body Slam, Double-Edge and Fury Swipes more effectively. Tiltation grants a Blunder Policy styled ability for Mankey, making it more enraged every time one of it's attacks fails. This in combination with it's currently included Fury Swipes and the added Iron Tail allows it to become a serious force after the attack/speed boost. Knock Off helps to improve it's offensive utility when using Choice Scarf sets. Mega Kick also helps maximise the benefits of Tiltation with huge damage and low accuracy. Swords Dance mimics Mienfoo and Riolu by boosting it's damage output by two stages, giving Mankey more of an opportunity to clean through teams. Focus Punch was removed as Mankey is often viewed to be violent and ill-tempered, making it difficult for one to focus carefully in battle.
Mankey is still susceptable to being revenge killed by priority and faster Pokemon such as Springatito and Voltorb-Hisui. It's bulk without Eviolite and Bulk Up boosts is very limited. It's vulnerable to status from Dreepy and Tinkatink. It doesn't bolster the same longevity as Mienfoo, but it uses its damage output more effectively, granting it much needed competition.

Justification: After playing SV Ubers and sv lc a lot i noticed that the tiers are very similiar so i wanted to make it in Little colosseum even closer adding baby koraidon. Koraidon is a lizzard pokemon and scraggy and both looking like eachother i felt like its a good match

Name: Cetoddle :cetoddle:
Type: Ice
Stat Changes: No
Abilities: Thick Fat, Sheer Force, Sliding Whale
Custom Ability: Sliding Whale: Slush Rush + Aftermath.
New Moves: Rapid Spin
Custom Move: No
Removed Moves: Icicle Spear, Knock Off, Superpower, Earthquake.
Justification:

Four main reasons to choose this Mon:
1. Meta for now doesn,t have updated Ice Mons.
2. Everyone in LC was very dissapointed at the beginning of the gen when it turned out Cetoddle didn,t have Slush Rush, time to fix that.
3. Yesterday I won a SCL battle with its evolution.
4. Its cute.

So, with Snow and a free turn, Cetoddle is a devastating Belly Drum sweeper. Additionally, even when Cetoddle is killed, if it is with contact move, it will severely damage the opponent. This is based on this phenomenom: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exploding_whale
Cetoddle (according to Bulbapedia) is the only Pokemon that learns Ice SPINNER by level, therefore I gave him Rapid Spin. Now both Cetoddle and Sandshrew can be spinners for Snow team, one Spins, the other sweeps or breaks.
Since obviously a well executed Belly Drum is hard to stop, I removed some moves. Notable, multi-hit moves in LC are very strong, leading to calcs like this one when accounting for Tera:
+6 252+ Atk Tera Ice Cetoddle Icicle Spear (4 hits) vs. 116 HP / 180+ Def Eviolite Mareanie: 20-28 (86.9 - 121.7%) -- approx. 93.8% chance to OHKO < 5 hits obviously OHKO

Knock Off is also the best move in LC, therefore it should have a low distribution, and obviously be removed from a fast Belly Drum sweeper.
Being a baby Pokemon is also enough of a justification to remove Earthquake and Superpower. Despite losing EQ, Cetoddle still has very good coverage and even Ground moves like High Horsepower or Stomping Tantrum. However, should Mareanie Tera (to Water for example), and it will live a non Tera +6 move (EQ killed even after Tera Water). Other Bulky Waters not weak to Ground also have a better shot at taking Cetoddle's +6 hits.

Losing Icicle Spear, Knock Off and EQ differentiates Cetoddle from Alola Sandshrew, who has all these moves alongside SD and a far better defensive typing.

Regarding checks, the Main one is preventing Cetoddle from setting-up, abusing its bad mono-Ice typing. The high HP also back-fires Cetoddle due to Oran Berry being far less effective on it. If Cetoddle does get to set-up, priority moves are the best answer, but also Unaware Mons (Wooper and Fuecoco), some bulky Waters, timely Tera, Bronzor, Cloud Nine Psyduck, opposing Alola Sandshrew and Protect/Switch stalling to wait until Snow ends.
:Slakoth:
Name: Slakoth
Type: Normal / Dark
Stat Changes: 60/100(+40)/60/35/35/40(+10) (330)
Abilities: Fur Coat
New Moves: Knock Off, Rapid Spin, Sucker Punch, Thunder Wave
Removed Moves: Slack Off
Justification: We haven't had a normal type yet so I thought of making a particularly strong one at that. Slakoth with Fur Coat prioritises matchups against physical attackers like Stunky, Vullaby, Tepig among others, holding gargantuan bulk on the physical side but alright special bulk. Normal Dark has the obvious drawback of losing to Mienfoo and Swablu, but its an aceptable trade not only can you tera against them, but the rest of physical attackers o the tier can struggle to break past you. It also has the option of Rapid Spin, which is a niche but acceptable option given that our available spinners can be somewhat awkward to fit on a team due to types stacking, something that is less of an issue with Slakoth. Removed Slack Off on the account that it is extremely bulky by itself.
Name: Mareep
Type: Electric / Grass
Stat Changes: +15 SpDef
Abilities: Static, Fluffy Charger
Custom Ability: Fluffy Charger: Fluffy + Electromorphosis
New Moves: Slack Off, Body Press, Giga Drain, Worry Seed
Justification: Make Mareep actually useful and give it a unique niche. Fluffy + Electromorphosis gives it excellent defensive utility against common threats, but the addition of Grass type alongside with Fluffy makes it still threaten by common fire/poison types in the meta.

Submission so good you can vote for it thrice

Right now I have 5 extra points (won every round of the tournament except the first one), so...

6: Eeveeto (own submission needs to get ensured)
4: Nashrock (very cool defensive/ofensive electric, though it will suffer a lot vs the dominant pig, just like Voltorb. Its fine, though, that's what teammates are for).
1: Gekokeso (Originally was going to give -3232323246 points to this on account of it being broken, but then I saw that Slack Off got removed, so its kinda fine and the most interesting submission outside of the 2 above).

I'm currently 4-1 atm, so that should be 4 extra votes.
6: Zpice - Don't hate the player, hate the game.
3: Nashrock - The Mareep line is probably my favourite of the entire series, provides a lil more Electric-type competition that I think might be interesting all things considered. Not that it matters much but wish it had Defog.
1: Gekokeso - Tough call between this and the Cetoddle for the final vote. Snow might become absolutely broken if Cetoddle was brought in (and I was snubbed by Eeveeto smh my head my head), so the Slakoth gets the last vote for me

Fun submissions. Shame it's only a top 2.

Playoffs for the tournament will go up after these new pokemon are implemented. Slates will be held on pause till the tournament is over.

I also made a poll if we should continue till slate 10 as promised or keep it till let's say 8 and make a season 2 of the mod with natdex and potentially some other changes!
