Hi, my university is hosting an internal Nat-Dex Little Cup Draft league. I'm attempting to come up with tiers for pokemon, but I as I don't have experience with Little Cup draft format, I was wondering if anyone has access to a pre-existing tier system from USUM that I could perhaps use as a starting point. Best starting place for an informal draft tier list is probably to base it on the VR (though the SS one is currently outdated) and manually bump up the Pokemon that have relatively specific effective checks/move down Pokemon that are reliant on specific teammates.
