To get a Slam + Flail LC-eligible Krabby, you need to breed two Slam + Flail Krabby in the 4th generation (and you miss out on 3rd-gen-only tutors like Mimic). If you want the tutors, you have to breed in the 3rd generation, where you can only have one of the egg moves.
