Where is Italy team? Where is a regional reason about Italy team? Why not a 10 teams tour?
The italy decision was not considered controversial because no one requested or expressed interest in an independent team. There were 0 manager signups for Italy when the managerial decisions were made yesterday, so Team Italy was not considered. There are not 10 teams because the tournament playerbase is not that large and we don't want it spread too thin across different regions. We hope Italian players will form an important part of the European roster!

It looks to me that there was not a deadline specified to sign up as a manager. We took a while to have a player sign up as a manager because we couldn't reach fran17. Now we have a manager (and if for whatever reason fran17 is not suitable, i can do that without problems). We have enough players (probably more than other regions - haven't checked in detail) to create a team, so idk, i hope this gets fixed :(

I intended the post where I said managers would be decided the next day as a manager signup deadline, I apologize for not making this more clear. At this point, it would be difficult to make a change to existing regions, but I can promise I'll talk over and consider our options with my co-host and give you a decision.
Sorry Nineage, but I don't think it was exactly like that. First of all, italian players have shown only a primary elegibility (Italy exactly) without a second possibility. So "no one requested or expressed interest in an independent team" seems not what really is happened. About captain, we were talking about between us, without write something innacurate or imprecise. Don't say you need an "I want to be the captain" wrote only to mark "a team with a captain". And I am sorry about that.
