I am SO sorry if this question I ask you is very common..... I know people cant draw CAP pokemon, but can non-staff people draw Cap Pokemon Pre-Evo's?

Next time post this in the Simple Questions, Simple Answers thread. People can submit art during Art Submissions stages for an ongoing CAP/CAP Pre-Evo, but this is not the place for anyone, staff or otherwise, to post their personal Pokemon art. If you would like to post some fan-art, I'd recommend looking through Smeargle's Studio or posting in the Create-A-Pokemon Kitchen.
