fwiw I do think L-2 can still be indicative of alignment, no? like if 2 townies voted AG then enough mafias could still hammer that. I do agree with sunny that the optimal way to play for mafia last night is to agree to be online all at once to do a hammer if they can, but there's all sorts of reasons why they wouldn't be able to.

Let me clarify here ftr. I def scumread vizh and by extension you by what seemed to be a blanket defense of AG with very little engagement of what seems to me pretty damning evidence of his guilt. And it’s not the whole 3 minute thing that I had issue with; it was the multiple attempts to change the topic which I found suspicious

To clear themselves and remove each other from the poe. It’s a risky play when there are few mafia but they are so far ahead I can see a world where it happens when it’s basically MYLO/ LYLO

And again I don’t want to flip either mason claim today because I think AG as scum will be p AI for the duo.

Is it bad if I don’t really care if we lose by misvoting me?

AG is scum and if I am validated by this I’ll tell town “I told you so” but I am quite simply just done.

It’s very frustrating as town because it seems that for most of the game people are clueless (myself included) and when we finally have an obvscum slot you have a bunch of doubtful townies who are easily manipulated by scum (idk which is which obv)

Anyway I digress. At least this experience made me remember why I stopped playing NOC; it will be a long time (couple of years, if ever) before I play a NOC game again.
 
Also idk how scummy it makes me but I do not want an extension.

I have IRL commitments coming up so either we catch a scum here and solve a lot of slots in my opinion or we lose.

If it’s the former after today I likely sub out.

a thought i had is is it possible every role on town has 1 kind of copy? like 2 roleblockers, 2 trackers, 2 masons, 2 bpvs of some kind. i haven't lined this up with a role list of some kind but i'm wondering if this was something meant to be figured out

Yeah pretty much

1. The "100% town success rate" of reading into roles and AG has similiar roles to sunny and bluedoom/des
2. AG wasn't hammered

My reasoning for voting marlyne today is because they're (at least to me), the most obvious scum, and it helps push us back to a point where eventually scum has to try to take a shot at me/Mekkah/Hydro(if Hydro is town)
