move 1: Meteor Beam

move 3: Moongeist Beam
move 4: Roost
item: Power Herb
ability: Shadow Shield
nature: Timid
EVs: 252 SpA / 252 Spe / 4 Def

[SET COMMENTS]
Meteor Beam Lunala is a potent wincon due to its good SpA combined with potential to lure and break special defensive supports like Yveltal and Ho-Oh. Shadow Shield allows lunala to survive boosted attacks and soft check mons like Zygarde, Zekrom and Groudon. Meteor Beam allows Lunala to get a SpA boost and OHKO Ho-Oh and deal 60-70% to specially defensive Yveltal. Ice Beam allows Lunala to KO specially defensive Yveltal after landing meteor beam and getting a SpA boost . It also hits Zygarde-C, Groudon, Zekrom and Eternatus super effectively. Moongeist Beam is the main STAB move which deals a good amount of neutral damage at +1, also hitting Necrozma-DM for super effective damage. Roost allows Lunala to maintain Shadow Shield after hazard damage, while also helping it to survive knock off from Necrozma-DM or Ferrothorn. Timid nature with 252 speed EVs allows Lunala to outspeed non timid Yveltal and other special defensive supports. Full SpA allows Lunala to make key OHKOs and 2HKOs like Yveltal, Zygarde and Ho-Oh.

Calyrex-S is an outstanding partner, as it benefits from removal of Yveltal which makes sweep easier. Teammates like Zacian-C, Marshadow and offensive Necrozma-DM, which can deal with pokemon that wall offensive lunala like Tyranitar, Chansey, Blissey and Eternatus. Defensive Supports like Necrozma-DM, Yveltal, Zygarde/Xerneas and Kyurem-W/Eternatus to check threats like Assurance/Crunch Zacian-C, Calyrex-S, Marshadow and Kyogre respectively are recommended. Additionally, Defog support like Ho-Oh or Yveltal and weather control like Groudon or Kyogre are useful, to allow Lunala to come in safely and maintain Shadow Shield.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

Focus Blast can be run over Roost or Moongeist Beam to break Tyranitar but it has a low accuracy and Moongeist is preferred being a strong stab move, and Roost allows it to maintain Shadow Shield which lets it soft check other offenses and survive a Sucker Punch Yveltal

Checks and Counters
===================

**Specially Defensive Walls**: Pokemon like Chansey, Eternatus, Tyranitar completely wall Lunala. Eternatus can toxic/ mystical fire lunala to force it out. Chansey can toxic lunala, and teleport to gain momentum on Lunala switching out. Tyranitar threatens hitting with super effective dark moves.

**Revenge Killers**: Pokemon like Zacian - C, Calyrex- S , Marshadow threaten lunala out with 4* super effective moves, the latter two OHKOing lunala through shadow shield with stab Astral Barrage and Spectral Thief.

**Tyranitar**: It breaks Shadow Shield with Sand Stream, and walls non Fcous Blast variants.

**Hazard Stack** : Entry hazards can break Shadow Shield, which make Lunala vulnerable to Sucker Punch Yveltal, and also retards its ability to soft check other offensive pokemon.

[SET COMMENTS]
Meteor Beam Lunala is a potent wincon wallbreaker in AG due to its typing and good SpA respectable Special Attack stat combined with its potential to lure and break and remove common specially defensive supports Pokemon like Yveltal and Ho-Oh. Shadow Shield allows lunala to survive boosted attacks and soft check mons like Zygarde, Zekrom and Groudon. Meteor Beam allows Lunala to get a SpA Special Attack write it out in full! boost and OHKO Ho-Oh and deal 60-70% to severely weaken specially defensive Yveltal. don't mention damage rolls Ice Beam allows Lunala to KO specially defensive Yveltal after landing a meteor beam and getting a SpA special attack boost. It , and also hits Zygarde-C, Groudon, Zekrom and Eternatus super effectively. i'd reorder to list eternatus first before the grounds, as yve & etern are the main targets of ice beam Moongeist Beam is the main STAB move which is largely unresisted across the metagame deals a good amount of neutral damage at +1, also hitting the ubiquitous Necrozma-DM for super effective damage. Roost allows provides Lunala with reliable recovery to maintain Shadow Shield after hazard damage, allowing it to soft check Pokemon like Groudon, Zygarde-C and offensive Necrozma-DM in conjuction with Shadow Shield as long as it is intact. It also allows it to heal off weak attacks while also helping it to survive knock off from support Pokemon like Necrozma-DM and or Ferrothorn knock off is somewhat uncommon on both dm & ferro nowadays. Calm Mind allows Lunala to gain additional Special Attack boosts, allowing it to still threaten Yveltal and Eternatus even after Power Herb is consumed. i think cm deserves to be on the main set :x Timid nature with 252 speed EVs allows Lunala to outspeed max speed positive-natured Groudon, Kyogre, Zekrom and Zygarde-C, as well as most bulky non timid Yveltal and other special defensive supports. Full Maximum Special Attack investment SpA allows Lunala to make key OHKOs and 2HKOs like Yveltal, Zygarde and Ho-Oh.

Calyrex-S is an outstanding partner, as it benefits from removal of Yveltal immensely, allowing it to sweep much more easily which makes sweep easier. Teammates Physical wallbreakers like Zacian-C, Marshadow and offensive Necrozma-DM, which can threaten specially defensive walls deal with pokemon that wall offensive lunala struggles with like Tyranitar, Chansey, Blissey and Eternatus. Defensive Supports like Necrozma-DM, Yveltal, Zygarde/Xerneas and Kyurem-W/Eternatus don't use slashes; just list them separately to check threats like Assurance/Crunch Zacian-C, Calyrex-S, Marshadow and Kyogre respectively are recommended. too much stuff that is rather general here, even if true. i'd note offensive yveltal also being a threat to lunala, and mention only what defensive etern (marsh, yve & ogre check) & spdef yveltal (caly & spa yve check) do in separate sentences. Additionally, Defog support like Ho-Oh or Yveltal and weather control like Groudon or Kyogre are useful, to allow Lunala to come in safely and maintain Shadow Shield.

overall, you also need to say what lunala provides back for these recommended partners throughout this 2nd paragraph, eg. lunala threatens necrozma-dm & zygarde-c for zacian in return, and can lure walls like bliss/chans/etern/yve in for zacian to take advantage of

Other Options

Psyshock instead of Roost or Calm Mind allows Lunala to bypass Blissey and Chansey and deals more damage to Eternatus than Ice Beam; however, the latter two moves are preferred most of the time. Focus Blast can also be run over Roost or Calm Mind Moongeist Beam to break the relatively uncommon Tyranitar, but suffers the same drawbacks as Psyshock. it has a low accuracy and Moongeist is preferred being a strong stab move, and Roost allows it to maintain Shadow Shield which lets it soft check other offenses and survive a Sucker Punch Yveltal

Checks and Counters keep in mind this section is going to be merged with the defensive set in the future, so be specific when writing about meteor beam lunala's flaws
===================

**Specially Defensive Walls**: Pokemon like Chansey, Blissey Eternatus, and Tyranitar completely wall Lunala not carrying Psyshock or Focus Blast, and can cripple Lunala with status moves or threaten it with attacks respectively without much trouble. Eternatus can also toxic/ mystical fire switch into lunala to with relative impunity and force it out, although it has to beware of boosted Ice Beams from its Meteor Beam set. Chansey can toxic lunala, and teleport to gain momentum on Lunala switching out. Tyranitar threatens hitting with super effective dark moves. there are a lot of things the blobs/ttar/etern can do, so don't get too specific

**Revenge Killers**: Pokemon like Zacian - C, Calyrex- S , Marshadow, offensive Yveltal and Zacian-C threaten lunala out with 4* super effective moves, with the former three capable of latter two OHKOing lunala through shadow shield with their respective STAB attacks stab Astral Barrage and Spectral Thief.

**Tyranitar**: It breaks Shadow Shield with Sand Stream, and walls non Fcous Blast variants. you already mentioned this; you could instead mention bulky Yveltal potentially checking offensive Lunala after power herb has been consumed

**Entry Hazards Hazard Stack** : Entry hazards can break Shadow Shield deal damage to Lunala without Heavy-Duty Boots and break Shadow Shield, which limits its defensive capabilities make Lunala vulnerable to Sucker Punch Yveltal, and also retards its ability to soft check other offensive pokemon.

this is not too bad for your first analysis. a lot of the points are valid, but it just needs refining to be more specific & ensure you include all key information.

make sure you look over the spelling and grammar standards; i know it's a lot, but if you're unsure about anything, you can likely find an answer here. a fair bit of the language right now doesn't align with the standards (be careful with the capitalisation of pokemon names/moves/abilities especially!). i've tried to remove the glaring issues; you don't need to get everything, but try to minimise errors to make the life of the gp checkers easier.

let me know when you've implemented the changes or if you're unsure about anything, and i'll relook when it's ready
