Sparky creates an electric field and shows off his surfing skills to the crowd. Desert Rose tries to catch Sparky but is left in the dust as Sparky moves around with lightning speed making use of Surge Surfer, throwing off weak jolts of electricity to taunt the already humiliated Desert Rose
