Abilities: Poison Point; Poison Touch (Hidden Ability)

drawing for not my type. i rushed the drawing a bit, the shading is especially kinda shitty, but i really liked how the concept came out at least, popplio is the sea lion pokémon, so i immediately thought of lionfishes, who are known to be extremely venomous, so that's where the inspiration came from ^^
