[SET COMMENTS]
Manectric finds itself an optimal SubToxic user due to its excellent speed tier and its propensity to lure in slow Ground types that normally check it, such as Rhydon, Stunfisk, and Piloswine, all of whom lack reliable recovery. After poisoning the switch in, Manectric can proceed to stall out the opponent with a combination of Substitute and Leftovers recovery. Protect lets Manectric further abuse Toxic poison and Leftovers recovery, Thunderbolt is a strong STAB that deals with Wishiwashi and Qwilfish, and Flamethrower lets it finish off weakened steel-types and deals significant damage to Dugtrio-Alola and Stunfisk-Galar. Lightning Rod allows it to come in on common Electric-type Choice Scarf users such as Rotom and other Manectric, then proceed to provide even more pressure on the opponent's next switch in.

SubToxic Manectric is a great option for those looking to break bulky/stall teams as well as have speed control all in one Pokemon. Offensively, Manectric is best paired with sweepers that appreciate weakened walls, such as Silvally-Poison and Skuntank, who otherwise struggle to break Rhydon and Stunfisk without prior damage or status pressure. Defensively, Manectric appreciates Pokemon that can punish the likes of Flame Charge Silvally-Poison and Choice Band Cinccino, making defensive Qwilfish and Coalossal, both whom also hate Volt Switch, ideal partners to punish setup and also provide hazard support.

Manectric can run a Heavy-Duty Boots set with Toxic over Switcheroo; however, it lacks the power of Choice Specs and Speed of Choice Scarf and the recovery from Leftovers is required for the SubToxic sets, making it hard to justify.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Ground-types:** Ground-types like Stunfisk, Rhydon, and Piloswine are immune to Manectric's STAB moves and OHKO it. However, Galarian Stunfisk and Alolan Dugtrio have to watch out for Choice Specs-boosted Fire-type coverage, while the others have to account for SubToxic Manectric.

**Special Walls:** Special walls like Eldegoss and Clefairy are able to sponge Manectric's hits, and the former can nullify the chip damage from Volt Switch with Regenerator while the latter is immune to Toxic. Appletun, in particular, resists every move from Manectric and mitigates damage with Recover. However, it dislikes losing its items to Switcheroo and is easily taken advantage of by SubToxic sets. Additionally, Specially Defensive Altaria completely walls Subtoxic Manectric through a combination of special bulk, recovery, and Natural Cure, but it dislikes being hit by a Volt Switch from the Choice sets.

**Speed Control:** Due to Manectric's lackluster bulk, it gets easily removed by priority users such as Choice Band Thwackey, Kangaskhan, and Shiftry after chip damage, as well as faster Pokemon such as Dugtrio, Scarf Sawk, and Cinccino if not behind Substitute. Cinccino is notable for being faster and able to break through Substitute with Skill Link moves.

formating notes; remove hyperlinks and don't bold checks and counters, instead use ** **. For instance: **Ground-types** instead of Ground-types.
Ping me when this is implemented so I can give a second look.

Manectric finds itself an optimal ToxTect user due to its excellent speed tier and its propensity to lure in slow Ground types that normally check it. Typical Manectric with its Electric/Fire coverage will force common meta sweepers such as Qwilfish and Jynx out into bulkier Pokemon such as Rhydon, Stunfisk, and Piloswine. This allows Manectric to get a Toxic onto its common checks, whom often lack reliable recovery. These three sentences translate the same idea; Manectric lures in Ground-types and then were them down with the combination of Toxic + Substitute. After poisoning the switch in, Manectric can proceed to stall out the opponent with a combination of Protect, Substitute, and Leftovers recovery, all the while punishing Poison and Steel Types that look to switch in such as Silvally-Poison and Klinklang with Thunderbolt or Flamethrower. Explain the different uses between the slashed moves. Protect lets rack more Leftovers recovery and Toxic damage, Thunderbolt is a strong STAB that deals with Wishiwashi and Qwilfish, Flamethrower lets it finish off weakened steel-types and lets it touch alolan dugtrio and galarian stunfisk. Explain what Lightning Rod does, it's quite relevant.

Manectric is a great option for those looking to break bulky/stall teams as well as have speed control in one Pokemon. Manectric is mostly self sufficient with this set, although optimal support for Manectric would come in the form of pressuring the likes of Altaria and resisting threats such as Flame Charge Silvally-Dark/Poison and Cinccino, the latter who outspeeds Mane and breaks Substitute with Skill Link moves. As such, partners such as Defensive Qwilfish, Klinklang, and Rocky Helmet Persian-Alola work well with ToxTect Manectric. This is kinda messy. The goal of this section is giving partners that appreciate Manectric's role (i.e. pokemon that like ground-types and special walls being weakened and also, as you said, bulkier teams looking for a fast electric immunity) and partners that deal with its checks. Try looking at other analyses to see how those are separated into several sentences.

Manectric can run a Heavy-Duty Boots set; however, it lacks the power and speed of Choice items and the recovery and utility of ToxTect, making it hard to justify. Special Walls
: Special walls like Eldegoss and Clefairy are able to sponge Manectric's hits, and the former can nullify the chip damage from Volt Switch with Regenerator, while the latter is immune to Toxic. Appletun, in particular, resists every move from Manectric and mitigates damage with Recover. Emphasize on status absorbers that hate getting chipped by Volt Switch but completely walls the subtoxic set.

Priority Users
: Due to Manectric's lackluster bulk, it gets easily removed by priority users such as Choice Band Thwackey, Kangaskhan, and Shiftry after chip damage. tbh this could be rephrased to incorporate faster attackers like cinccino

Lightning Rod allows it to come in on common Electric-type Choice Scarf users such as Rotom and other Manectric, then proceed to provide even more pressure on the opponent's next switch in preventing them to freely chip Manectric's teammates with Volt Switch.

SubToxic Manectric is a great option for those looking to break bulky/stall teams as well as have speed Speed control all in one Pokemon. you are not really breaking bulky stall teams with Manectric because they often have heal bell and status absorbers that don't care about Manec. You're better abusing the more offensive ends of balance and bulky offense. Offensively, Manectric is best paired with sweepers partners (skuntank isn't a sweeper) that appreciate weakened walls, such as Silvally-Poison, Nasty Plot Rotom-S, (i wanted a non poison type partner) and Skuntank, who otherwise struggle to break Ground-types like Rhydon and Stunfisk without prior damage or status pressure. This latter part is a bit messy; you could be clearer saying "Bulky pivots like Qwilfish and Coalossal can switch into Manectric's offensive counterplay such as Silvally-Poison and Cinccino." Mention VoltTurn users luring in Manectric being a part of them and also providing Manec switch-in opportunities despite its trash bulk.
