Please find down below a detailed documentation of RNG abusing Giorno's custom TID:

• I use the 31D10483 PID and my 01985 TID to calculate the 12947 SID, using Lego's SID-For-Shiny tool
• I convert the 01985 TID and the 12947 SID, using the Decimal to Hexadecimal Converter
• I respectively obtain 07C1 and 3293, giving me the result of 07C13293
• I plug 07C13293 into PokéFinder v2.5.3's PID to IV function and get the seed of 4B07E7A8
• I plug the 4B07E7A8 seed into PokéFinder v2.5.3's GameGube RTC function to get a time of 00:03:27
• I adjust the RunAsDate settings with the 00:03:27 time, before launching Dolphin v4.0-6848 in developer mode
• Sephirona troubleshoots hardware issues that cause me to change in between odd and even frames
• I manage to RNG abuse my 01985 TID

Please find down below a detailed documentation of RNG abusing Giorno himself:

• I verify the existence of the Square Shiny - Jolly Nature - Ability 1 - 31/31/31/21/31/31 IVs - ♂ spread
• I generate times for the 6833D198 seed, using PokéFinder v2.5.3's GameGube RTC function to get a time of 01:56:15
• I adjust the RunAsDate settings with the 01:56:15 time, before launching Dolphin v4.0-6848 in developer mode
• I leave The Under Colosseum and head down the stairs until I am almost ready to trigger the battle with Rider Nelis
• I open the party menu, knowing that no frames will advance here and proceed to take a save state
• I then snag the Sneasel from Rider Nelis and calculate the IVs and nature to see on which frame it got generated
• Using the imported text file, I determine that it got generated on Frame 9
• I reload my savestate and carefully inch myself closer to the desired frame, using both the status summary of my shadow Entei and my Espeon
• I stop once I reach the threshold of 702
• I know that opening and closing the P★DA's snaglist screen advances 7 frames each time
• I know that I have to open and close the P★DA's snaglist screen 99 times: 702-9=693÷7=99
• I then close the menu and challenge Rider Nelis
• I snag the Sneasel from Rider Nelis at The Under Subway, using a Premier Ball
• The Sneasel appears as a shiny in the party window, confirming that the RNG project was a resounding success
• I purify the Sneasel at the Agate Shrine, using the Time Flute I got after defeating Dakim at Mt Battle
• I nickname the Sneasel ❝Giorno❞

The nickname is a reference to the eponymous protagonist from the 5th part of Hirohiko Araki's ❝JoJo's Bizarre Adventure❞ manga series.
Giorno is the illegitimate son of DIO, conceived with Jonathan Joestar's stolen body.
The nickname was chosen because shiny Sneasel's and shiny Weavile's colour palette matches that of Giorno.

It was named after Sue Hendrickson, the fossil collector that discovered the fossil on August 12, 1990, while exploring the cliffs at the Cheyenne River Indian Reservation in western South Dakota near the city of Faith.
Interestingly enough, she only found the fossil because her group's truck had a flat tire and she wanted to pass the time while exploring the area while waiting for the truck to be repaired.
Sue is now a permanent feature at the Field Museum of Natural History in Chicago, Illinois.
