It depends how wild the guess is, something like saying I expected counter activity is a lot more dumb than saying I was attempting to share a slot or something like that. If there is a good reason to guess a mindset fair enough, but pulling it out of nowhere is scummy.

I do agree I'm not the towniest slot in the world, however I think samoy is far worse than me, and I think most people who have been keeping up with the game agree.
Jumping in to defend a random person, constantly calling on me rather than promoting actual discussion, being mostly focused on the other person... Not very civvy if you ask me.
If you feel like I'm pushing hard to make sure I don't get lynched you are correct, because in know town wins as long as I'm not the lynch, so I'm going to continue to push hard to avoid getting lynched until someone hammers me or deadline. Sorry :(

I know he's scum my process of elimination of me being town and townreading ep1k. Would you expect me to push anyone but the guy I know is scum?
Also I have promoted more discussion than anyone else today in the game by s long way. The whole gamestate resolves around a 1v1 between me and samoy, and I'm trying my best to come up with defences and promote discussion and be constructive to town.
Meanwhile samoy does nothing but pops in and tags hal to come defend him while most of the people keeping up with the conversation are pressuring him and believe he has more scum equity.
