Meteor Beam in tandem with Power Herb allows Archeops to boost its Special Attack while nailing common switch-ins such as Weezing and Regirock. Air Slash 2HKOes Pokemon such as Scrafty and Eldegoss after a Meteor Beam boost. Earth Power defeats Steel-type Pokemon such as non-Choice Scarf Togedemaru, Aggron, and Doublade. Archeops is a great offensive entry hazard setter, and provides defensive utility against foes such as Charizard. Heat Wave can be used as well to defeat Ferroseed and Frosmoth. Roost is a alternative to both Stealth Rock and Heat Wave for Archeops to stay out of Defeatist range. Teammates such as Frosmoth and Ribombee appreciate the damage Archeops provides against bulky Pokemon such as Gigalith and Aggron; Frosmoth is able to defeat Ground-types that Archeops struggles against, such as Sandaconda. Other teammates such as Doublade can help switch into foes that Archeops is forced out by, such as opposing Ribombee.

Meteor Beam in tandem with Power Herb allows Archeops to give itself a boost to its Special Attack and pick off foes such as Weezing and Mesprit (rephrase this to taking advantage of standard switch-ins and replace Mesprit with Regirock). Air Slash is Archeops's main attacking move of choice, and allows it to 2HKO Pokemon such as Scrafty and Eldegoss after a Meteor Beam boost. Earth Power allows Archeops to defeat Steel-type Pokemon that the former moves do not, such as non-Choice Scarf Togedemaru, Aggron, and Doublade. (mention why it runs Rocks here, having a Rocks setter without dedicating a slot to it, is huge for more offensive builds) Heat Wave can be used as well to defeat Ferroseed and Frosmoth, however common teammates for Archeops in Charizard and Scrafty help alleviate this matchup. Roost is a alternative option to both Stealth Rock and Heat Wave in order for Archeops to remain healthy throughout the battle and to avoid being weakened from its ability, Defeatist, and allow it to keep sweeping. Teammates that appreciate the damage that Archeops provides against Steel-type Pokemon work well with it, such as Frosmoth and Ribombee, while the former is able to defeat Ground-types that Archeops struggles against. Defensive teammates such as Ferroseed and Wishiwashi can help switch into foes that Archeops is forced out by such as opposing Ribombee and Sneasel respectively (MB Archeops isn't really run with defensive partner and is mostly used on HO and the ocassional plain offense builds, you're better off mentioning fellow breakers/sweepers that can switch into these mons, like Doublade and Glastrier).

Earth Power allows Archeops to defeat Steel-type Pokemon that the former moves do not, such as non-Choice Scarf Togedemaru, Aggron, and Doublade. Stealth Rock allows Archeops to have role compression on offensive teams, combining a sweeper and entry hazard setter into one meh, think it'd be better to describe as a strong offensive setter with decent defensive utility for foes like Charizard. Heat Wave can be used as well to defeat Ferroseed and Frosmoth, however common teammates for Archeops in Charizard and Scrafty help alleviate this matchup wouldn't say this (second part) is true at all really, meteor beam is most common on HO. Roost is a alternative option to both Stealth Rock and Heat Wave in order for Archeops to remain healthy throughout the battle and to avoid being weakened from its ability, Defeatist, and allow it to keep sweeping stay out of Defeatist range. Teammates that appreciate the damage that Archeops provides against Steel-type Pokemon mention gigalith somewhere around here and use different examples than steel since EP ohko most/won't stay in once specially offensive is revealed work well with it, such as Frosmoth and Ribombee, while the former is able to defeat Ground-types like? not sure how relevant they even are here that Archeops struggles against. Other teammates such as Doublade and Glastier can help switch into foes that Archeops is forced out by such as opposing Ribombee and Sneasel respectively.

Meteor Beam in tandem with Power Herb allows Archeops to give itself a boost to its Special Attack and take advantage of common switchins boost its Special Attack while nailing common switch-ins (I imagine the point is that youre hitting them hard, rather than using them for a boosting opportunity? if i'm wrong or incomplete here, though, just use "taking advantage of" like you had before) such as Weezing and Regirock.
