Mega-Gallade [WIP]

[OVERVIEW]

-Mega-Gallade is a bullky-offensive antimeta pokemon that can take on many opponents with a combination of high,balanced stats and wide movepool.
-Its ability,Inner Focus,is key to beating threats like Lopunny,Zeraora (as they can't get the fake out chip for free) and to having a safe matchup vs M-Gyarados,Jirachi.
-Its typing allows it ,with the powerful STAB Close Combact in combination with its utility moves and extremely high attack stat,to beat many pokemon that aren't simply weak to fighting,like:Charizard-x, Zeraora,Crustle,Meloetta,Hoopa-u,M-Swampert,Greninja,Haxorus,Jirachi.It can also make use of psychic STAB to beat threats like:Kommo-o,M-Venusaur,Naganadel,M-Heracross.
-Its wide movepool allows it to use many utility moves like:Rock Tomb,Encore,Will-o Wisp,Swords Dance,Bulk Up;these moves allow M-Gallade to gain advantage over the opponents to ultimately finish them with Close Combact or,less often,with Zen Headbutt.
-Mega-Gallade's main problem is being forced to use very accurate spreads and moves to beat the threats it is supposed to,for example:it cannot beat Meloetta while running a Speedy Anti-Zards spread,but can while running a Specially-Defensive set and vice-versa.It struggles with pokemons that can survive its powerful attacks and hit hard enough in return,like:Dragonite,Tapu-Lele,Aegislash,Magearna,Landorus-T.

[SET]

move 1: Close Combact
move 2: Rock Tomb
move 3: Encore/Bulk Up/WiIl-o Wisp/Ice Punch/Zen Headbutt

-Close Combact is the main way of getting games done,as it is a 120 BP STAB attack.
-Rock Tomb is extremely necessary as it allows to get chip on opponents while keeping/gaining speed advantage to ultimately finish the game with the stab of choice,examples:Both Charizard Megas,M-Gyarados,Zeraora,Greninja,Sawk.
-Encore allows M-Gallade to have an extremely safer Charizard-X mu as you can encore them on will-o wisp/dragon dance while keeping the speed advantage with rock tomb.
-Bulk Up allows M-Gallade to setup on other bulky-offensive mons like M-Swampert and Garchomp
-Ice Punch allows an extremely safe Garchomp matchup,in fact,they could theorically use substitute on your close combact and force you to lower your defenses.
-Zen Headbutt allows this M-Gallade to try pushing thorugh M-Venusaur and M-Heracross.

Set Details
========
The HP and DEF allow M-Gallade to live attacks from many offensive threats,like:M-Charizard-X,M-Gyarados,M-Lopunny,Zeraora,Scarf Haxorus,Garchomp,Greninja.The speed allows it to outrun Garchomp and many slower pokemons like Both Charizard Megas,M-Gyarados,Z-Conversion Porygon-Z.

[SET COMMENTS]
-Close Combactcis the main way of getting games done,as it is a 120 BP STAB attack.
-Swords Dance is needed to get through high defense pokemons like Meloetta and M-Venusaur
-Rock Tomb allows M-Gallade to get chip on Meloetta while gaining speed control,it is also needed to break Magnezone's sturdy while keeping the speed advantage.
-Zen Headbutt allows this M-Gallade to beat pokemons like M-Venusaur,Naganadel,M-Heracross.
-Poison Jab can be used to beat non Fairium Tapu-Fini.

Set Details
========
The ATT allows this M-Gallade to beat Meloetta,M-Venusaur and Tapu fini.The SPD allows this M-Gallade to tank powerful attacks from Meloetta,Magnezone,Naganadel.

Usage Tips
========

Use the utility moves of choice to get advantage on the opponent to ultimately finish them with the STAB of choice.

Team Options
========

-M-Gallade can should be paired with a Steel type pokemon like Registeel and Heatran as they can cover its weakness to Psychic and Fairy types while M-Gallade protects them from many offensive stall-breakers like: Both Charizard Megas,M-Gyarados,Zeraora,M-Lopunny,Heatran.
-M-Gallade ,funny enough,pairs very well with its female counterpart,M-Gardevoir,as it can protect the Fairy type pokemon from Steel and Poison type ones while M-Gardevoir acts as a stall breaker and covers many weaknesses of M-Gallade.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

M-Gallade can use an Encore,Disable set to beat threats like Magearna and Torrent Greninja.

move 1: Substitute
move 2: Encore
move 3: Disable
move 4: Drain Punch/Zen Headbutt
ability: Steadfast
nature: Careful
evs: 252 HP/44 ATT/12 DEF/200 SPD

-Zen Headbutt can be used over drain punch to beat Kommo-o as most spreads of this Dragon type can't take out this M-Gallade with Z into +1 Clanging Scales.
Checks and Counters
===================

M-Gallade struggles with pokemons that can survive its powerful attacks and hit hard enough in return,like:Dragonite,Tapu-Lele,Aegislash,Magearna,Landorus-T.

Not a QC, but just some formatting things and general practices to bear in mind-

This isn't bad so far, though I'd try thinking of more negatives. It never hurts to take a peek at other analyses or the writing guide.

You missed wisp here, and are all these moves really main set material? Bear in mind, there are three different tiers for viability when it comes to analyses:
1. Main set: These moves appear in the actual set (the move 1, move 2, etc). The set basically wouldn't be complete without them.
2. Move mention: These moves aren't necessarily viable enough to warrant inclusion in the main set, but are more viable than anything in Other Options, and should be mentioned. In this case, you'd just mention them in the Moves section and say what they do, as well as why they aren't viable enough to be part of the main set.
3. Other Options: These are usually either more gimmicky moves or moves that typically only see use against a limited variety of pokemon OR part of an entirely different set, but not viable enough to be included in the above two.

This should be in bullet points for each stat (though you can get away with combined evs like HP and Def to explain things you bulk physically, etc). Additionally, you only really need to explain things you are just barely EV'd for, like, stuff that can only hit you at 99% maximum, or at least close enough to it, as well as anything you're strong enough to just barely KO.

Also there's no Usage Tips or Team Options section listed for this set, both of which are severely important.

You could stand to be a little more clear with your Set Details, as you have a lot of particular stat investments that don't necessarily add up with what you're saying here.

Usage Tips
========

Use the utility moves of choice to get advantage on the opponent to ultimately finish them with the STAB of choice.
You 100% need to fill out the Usage Tips with more than just this- This section is supposed to outline how you go about using Gallade in the 1v1 metagame. Remember, these analyses are supposed to be written for newer players who may not know the detailed matchups that we do with our years of experience, so please do try to be as thorough as possible.

Team Options
========

Be sure to fill this up a bit more. Typically at least two bullets of groups of pokemon and two bullets of particular pokemon cover pretty much everything. Also be sure to actually name the things Gallade is covering for its partners, what its partners cover for it, etc, as a vague "X type pokemon" doesn't quite get the point across.

[STRATEGY COMMENTS]
Other Options
=============

M-Gallade can use an Encore,Disable set to beat threats like Magearna and Torrent Greninja.

move 1: Substitute
move 2: Encore
move 3: Disable
move 4: Drain Punch/Zen Headbutt
ability: Steadfast

-Zen Headbutt can be used over drain punch to beat Kommo-o as most spreads of this Dragon type can't take out this M-Gallade with Z into +1 Clanging Scales.
You don't put entire sets in Other Options- You can add alternative EV spreads for sure, but make sure to keep it to one bullet at a time in describing them.
Checks and Counters
===================

M-Gallade struggles with pokemons that can survive its powerful attacks and hit hard enough in return,like:Dragonite,Tapu-Lele,Aegislash,Magearna,Landorus-T.
In doing Checks and Counters, you wanna format it like this:

**Threat**: explanation with examples

Checks and Counters
===================

**Super effective attacks**: Registeel has the unfortunate weaknesses of Fire, Ground, and Fighting, all of which being common and powerful types that easily overwhelm Registeel, despite its immense bulk. Common examples for Fire types being Mega Charizard, Victini, Mega Blaziken, Volcarona, and Incineroar. Examples for Ground type users including Choice Band Dragonite, Zygarde, Landorus-T, Donphan, and Garchomp. Fighting type users primarily consisting of Mega Lopunny, Pheromosa, Sawk, Choice Band Kartana, and Choice Band Zeraora

**Taunt**: Because Registeel is heavily dependent upon its three status moves, Taunt users that either stall out Seismic Toss or KO first can present issues. The main pokemon that threaten Registeel with Taunt include Mega Gyarados, Torrent Greninja, Kee Berry Mew, Kommo-o, Tapu Fini Victini, Heatran, Sableye, Mega Tyranitar, and Whimsicott.

**Critical hits**: As a stall-oriented pokemon, Registeel can very easily have its day ruined by a poorly timed critical hit. Additionally, there are a couple of pokemon like Meloetta and Aegislash that can force critical hits with the move Laser Focus in order to bypass Registeel's boosts and KO it.

**Overwhelming offense**: As bulky as Registeel is, there are still some pokemon that set up to overwhelm Registeel and deal enough damage to 3HKO it while it's asleep like Earthquake Crustle, Waterium Carracosta, and Earthquake Mega Pinsir.

You'll need to do this for everyone who QCs and GPs you, as well.

Since this is flawed from a foundational level, I'll be giving this a 1/3 QC Reject
This does not mean that the entire analysis is rejected, just that you need to set it back to WIP phase (which you completely skipped). To do this, you can scroll to the top of the page and select the "Edit thread" button, then change the title from [QC 0/3 GP 0/2] to [WIP].

Please be sure to utilize the links I provided above when going back over all this.
