Effect: Ends all weather and terrain, removes all hazards and screens.
Z-move: Raises speed by 1 stage (regular Mega Rayquaza cannot megaevolve if it is holding a z-crystal)
New Moves (if any): Haze, Vacuum Wave
Flavor (Optional): Rayquaza is now purely one with the air and causes winds with its presence.
Competitive Description: It also loses its quad weaknesses, this time at the cost of a STAB. It has less of an offensive boost than the standard mega, but offers speed control.

Name of Pokemon: Hyper-Necrozma
Name of New Z-Crystal: Hypernecrozium Z
New Form's Type: Psychic/Rock
New Forms's Ability: Radiance Vortex -
Storm Drain clone for Fairy
New Form's Stats: 97/97/167/129/167/97 (Total: 754)
New Signature Move:Inner Light Suction [/B]
- Type: Psychic
- Classification: Status
- Power: -
- Accuracy: -
- PP: 5 (max 8)
- Effect: Strength Sap clone for Special Attack
New Signature Z-Move: Devour Dawn[/B]
- Type: Psychic
- Classification: Status
- Effect: As Inner Light Suction, but also Burns the opponent and sets dual screens.
New Moves: Dazzling Gleam, Moonblast
Flavor: Necrozma absorbs the light around it and hardens it's shell into rock. Any fairy attacks are absorbed like light and make it stronger.
Competitive Description : It has a poor defensive typing, but bulky stats and moves.

Name of Pokemon: Groudon-Protector
Name of New Orb: Tremor Orb
New Form's Type:

New Form's Ability:
Blistering Heat - Sets up (regular) sun, but overrides Primal Weather as well as normal weather. In both sun or Desolate Land, Groudon's Attack is multiplied by 1.3x.
New Form's Stats: 100 / 190 (+40) / 155 (+15) / 110 (+10) / 100 (+10) / 115 (+25) (BST: 770)
New Moves (if any): Solar Blade

Flavor (Optional): With Primal-Kyogre flooding the world thanks to its ceaseless rain, the scientists of Hoenn along with Team Magma have worked together to figure out something that will save the world. After finding the other mythical legendary, Groudon, they worked on getting it to harness the full potential of its sun; the result, Groudon-Protector, is the last resort for the world.

Competitive Description: Groudon-Protector acts differently from its counterpart primarily thanks to an improved Speed stat, being far more effective as a revenge killer and emergency check than its other Forme. Blistering Heat actually makes Groudon-Protector far stronger than its Primal-Forme, allowing it to use its immense power to wall break even without a boost. Solar Blade slaps Primal-Kyogre hard, and it wins against its own Primal thanks to it not having a Ground-weakness and always getting an Attack boost. It is significantly less bulky than its counterpart, making it slightly less versatile, but still has an enormous presence nothentheless.

Name of Pokemon: Kyogre-Protector
Name of New Orb: Monsoon Orb
New Form's Type:

New Form's Ability: Torrential Downpour - Sets up (regular) rain, but overrides Primal Weather as well as normal weather. In both rain or Primordial Sea, Kyorge's Special Attack is multiplied by 1.3x.
New Form's Stats: 100 / 100 / 120 (+20) / 190 (+40) / 155 (+15) / 115 (+25) (BST: 770)
New Moves (if any): Defog, Leaf Storm

Flavor (Optional): With Primal-Groudon boiling the oceans with its endless sun, the scientists of Hoenn along with Team Aqua have worked together to figure out something that will save the world. After finding the other mythical legendary, Kyogre, they worked on getting it to harness the full potential of its rain; the result, Kyogre-Protector, is the last resort for the world.

Competitive Description: Kyogre-Protector does something its other forms wishes it could do: switch into Primal-Groudon. With an Earthquake resistance and the ability to neuter any Fire-type attacks from the titan of Ubers, Kyogre-Protector easily makes a name from itself. While Primal-Kyorge is useful for its coverage within its wall breaking sets, often being able to go mixed, Kyorge goes instead for sheer power, and approach taken from old Choice-Scarf and Choice Specs sets before the Primals. Its Water Spout and Leaf Storm allow to put incredible pressure on teams, although both have their drawbacks.

Name of Pokemon: Mega Rayquaza X ("Rayquaza-Annihilator")
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability:
Download
New Mega's Stats: 105 / 138 (-12) / 78 (-12) / 195 (+45) / 155 (+65) / 109 (+14) (BST: 780)

Move that Allows Mega Evolution:
  • Titanium Rush |
    |
    | 100 BP | 100% Accuracy | 10 PP (16 Max) | Has a 25% chance to raise the user's Speed by 1 stage
  • Z-Move: Corkscrew Crash (180 BP)
New Moves (if any): Metal Sound

Flavor (Optional): Angry at being awakened by humans, Rayguaza seeks revenge. Using the technology that has allowed mankind to prosper, it increases its power to become Mega Rayquaza X. Although it is part machine and part legendary, it is 100% designed to cause chaos.

Competitive Description: While its other forms is a jack of all trades that happens to be a master of all of them, Mega Rayquaza X has a more refined niche. Its primary goal is to absolutely demolish more defensive teams by switching in on nearly any special attack, thanks to its great typing and bulk. To support this, it has an outstanding base 195 Special Attack, a ridiculous Special movepool, and a fantastic STAB in Titanium Rush, not only giving it consistency, but the ability to boost its Speed and take teams by surprise. It has weakness, however: 109 Base Speed is not great in the Ubers metagame and it loses out on some physical bulk, making it easily taken care of by a lot of offensive Pokémon.

Name of Pokemon: Warped Necrozma
Name of New Z-Crystal: Warpnecrozium Z
New Form's Type:

New Form's Ability:
Light Absorb *Fairy-type Volt Absorb clone
New Form's Stats: 97 / 139 / 139 / 139 / 139 / 101 (BST: 754) *All prime by coincidence

New Signature Move:
  • Light Ender |
    |
    | 130 BP | 90% Accuracy | 5 PP (8 Max) | Lowers the user's Special Attack by 2 stages
  • Z-Move: Event Horizon (195 BP)
New Moves (if any): Nasty Plot, Shadow Ball

Flavor (Optional): Rather than sending light outwards, Necrozma instead uses its powers to warp the fabric of time and suck all light in, in essence becoming a black hole. The evil contained within Necrozma is only magnified by this power, further driving its desire to absorb all light and good from the world.

Competitive Description: Wapred Necrozma is a very well rounded Pokémon that is suited for both offensive and defensive roles. With two immunities and only one, rarely seen weakness (except for U-turn), Warped Necromza can use its excellent defensive stats to its advantage. Its versatility is compounded by access to hazards, recovery, some status, and a wide offensive move pool. Unfortunately, it does not excel at any one thing meaning it can be easily outclassed in some roles by other Uber Pokémon.

Sorry for getting this out late. I didn't have much time to work on it, and also had a lack of ideas until now.

Name of Pokemon: Polluted Groudon
Name of New Orb: Magenta Orb
New Form's Type: Ground/Poison
New Form's Ability: Landfill - Poison-type Steelworker clone + Air Lock effects
New Form's Stats: 100 / 170 (+20) / 180 (+40) / 100 / 130 (+40) / 90 = 770 BST
New Moves (if any): Gunk Shot, Toxic Landslide (Poison Rock Tomb clone)
Flavor (Optional): Rather than being from the past, the Magenta Orb was actually recovered by scientists who used Ultra Space to go to a different dimension. In this dimension, land pollution ran rampant, with landfills and trash in nearly every urban area. Due to this, Groudon itself, the Pokemon of the Land, became infused with the pollution, now being able to wield poison powers similar to its new surroundings. Scientists speculate that the Magenta Orb is really a transformed Red Orb and fear that our dimension could end up like this if we're not careful.
Competitive Description: Groudon is now probably tied for Uber's best Xerneas counter with Heart Swap Magearna.

Name of Pokemon: Polluted Kyogre
Name of New Orb: Indigo Orb
New Form's Type: Water/Ghost
New Form's Ability: Vengeful Soul - Ghost-type Steelworker clone + Air Lock effects
New Form's Stats: 100 / 100 / 130 (+40) / 170 (+20) / 180 (+40) / 90 = 770 BST
New Moves (if any): Shadow Ball, Avenger's Toll (Ghost-type Strength Sap that is based on/lowers the target's Special Attack)
Flavor (Optional): Like the Magenta Orb, Kyogre's Indigo Orb was also retrieved from a dystopian dimension. However, in this dimension, it was the ocean that was over run with pollution. While said pollution actually didn't affect humans much at first, except for taking seafood off the table for many, Pokemon in the ocean were suffering and even dying at the hands of plastic and toxic chemicals. Over time, the Guardian of the Sea, Kyogre, quite literally took their pain to heart, absorbing the souls of the deceased Pokemon in order to take revenge on the humans who let the ocean fall to this point. Scientists have the same fears they had when they discovered the Magenta Orb.
Competitive Description: Do you hate Lugia? Mewtwo? Necrozma? Well, here's your bulkiest answer to those pests in Ubers while being able to run fully offensive Yveltal or something.

Name of Pokemon: Mega Rayquaza X
New Mega's Type: Dragon/Fire
New Mega's Ability: Radiator - Fire-type Steelworker clone + Air Lock
New Mega's Stats: 105 / 153 (+3) / 120 (+30) / 153 (+3) / 120 (+30) / 129 (+34) = 780 BST
Move that Allows Mega Evolution: Solar Flare - 120 BP - 85% Acc - Fire - Special - 30% chance to burn the target(s), 30% chance to lower the target(s)'s Special Attack by 1 - Hits all adjacent foes - Z-Move: 190 BP Inferno Overdrive
New Moves (if any): Calm Mind
Flavor (Optional): In yet another doomsday dimension, a dormant version of Rayquaza was found. This Rayquaza was a very bright yellow, pretty much impossible to look at directly without pain, and it's been observed to give off radiation more damaging than gamma rays at full power. Scientists speculate that this Rayquaza came about due to air pollution's negative effects on the Ozone layer of the atmosphere, eventually destroying it and letting in more radiation than useful. Rayquaza, King of the Skies, absorbed much of this radiation, creating the monstrosity that scientists are now horrified to find.
Competitive Description: With Rayquaza's expansive physical movepool, it can be easy to forget that its special movepool is just as large and just as threatening. Enter Mega Rayquaza X. Draco Meteor, boosted Solar Flare, and one or two of Energy Ball, Ice Beam, and Earth Power shreds most of Ubers. Also, it can hold an item. Mega Rayquaza X might be AG worthy, though its much lower offenses compared to Mega Rayquaza Y, 4MSS, and using Draco inviting in Xerneas and Support Arceus forms might keep it balanced.

Name of Pokemon: Consumer Necrozma
Name of New Z-Crystal: Necrophium Z
New Form's Type: Psychic/Poison
New Form's Ability: Neurotoxin - Poison Touch clone that effects Super Effective moves
New Form's Stats: 97 / 179 / 109 / 179 / 113 / 77 = 754 BST
New Signature Move: Chaotic Crunch - 100 BP - 100% Acc - Poison - Physical - 20% chance to badly poison the target - Normal Z-Move: 180 BP Acid Downpour
New Signature Z-Move: Fangs That Scar The World - 200 BP - Poison - Physical - Ignore immunities
New Moves (if any): Crunch, Sludge Wave
Flavor (Optional): Based on the Egyptian deity Apep/Apophis, which is a snake that tries to eat the world and opposes the Egyptian Sun God, Ra, which is this case we can call Solgaleo.
Competitive Description: WIP

Legendary Winners

Name of Pokemon: Groudon-Fallen
Name of New Orb: Golden Orb
New Form's Type:

New Form's Ability: Apocalyptic Wasteland*
Apocalyptic Wasteland: Summons Heavy Sandstorm, boosts Special Defense of Rock, Ground and Steel type pokémon by 50% and heals them 1/16 of their max health every turn, deals damage equal to 1/16 of max health to non-Rock, Ground, or Steel type pokémon, ignores accuracy check for Precipice Blades, can only be overridden by other Primal Weathers or negated by Air Lock
New Form's Stats: 100 / 160 / 180 / 100 / 120 / 110 = 770 BST (+10 Atk, +40 Def, +30 SpD, +20 Spe)
New Moves (if any): Bulk Up, Meteor Mash
Flavor (Optional): This is the Golden Orb, a Red Orb from another universe, found by Team Magma when they tried to use the Link Cable to find another world where they can repeat their plans anew. This other Earth is an apocalyptic wasteland, covered in Heavy Sandstorms and devoid of life. What may have caused this, some would ask? Surprisingly, this was a world where Groudon had defeated Kyogre and Rayquaza in their spectacular battle eons ago, bringing about a world where oceans, rivers and lakes ceased to exist. In such a hot and humid environment, civilisation ceased to exist, and the world became a dusty wasteland, with the heavy sand storms that would end up blocking out its familiar sun. It would travel the world, its joy fading into regret as it sees the world it created around it, eventually returning to the place where it killed Kyogre and Rayquaza, settling down into a slumber haunted with regret and sorrow, its skin covered in steel plating from its travels and its distorted Gold Orb in hand. This desolate and sorrowful world would finally convince Maxie, who had seen enough, to give up his dream and choose a new path, having Team Magma focus on maximising the use of land available instead.
Competitive Description: This thing was built to be long lasting set up threat. It is intended as a set up sweeper with the likes of Bulk Up and Swords Dance, with passive bulk and healing granted by its ability giving it longevity to do so.

Name of Pokemon
: Kyogre-Edge
Name of New Orb: Green Orb
New Form's Type:

New Form's Ability: Primordial Soup - On switch-in, the terrain becomes Primordial Terrain that prevents damaging Fire-type moves from executing, in addition to all the effects of Grassy Terrain. This terrain remains in effect until this Ability is no longer active for any Pokemon, or the weather is changed by Edge Groudon.
New Form's Stats: 100/130/120/150/170/100 = 770 BST [+30 Atk, +30 Def, +30 SpD, +10 Spe]
New Moves: Energy Ball, Giga Drain
Flavor: Kyogre represents the planet's hydrosphere. Edge Kyogre represents the planet's ecosphere/biosphere, portions of the planet where there is life. It's called Edge because every edge of the planet has life. Ability name continues to follow Primals' Japanese ability names, this time with "permanent." It blocks Fire moves because life has to be at the right temperature to flourish.

Name of Pokemon: Mega Rayquaza X
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability: Rho Influence -
While the holder is on the field (effects are applied only on grounded Pokémon): [ legenda: same as classic Psychic Terrain/Surge; new feature ]

- Psychic-type moves inflict 50% more damage;
- Nature Power becomes Leaf Storm, Secret Power can confuse the target and Camouflage changes the user to Psychic-type;
- The item Psychic Seed activates;
- If Tailwind is active on holder's side, it lasts until the holder switches out;;
- Ghost, Dark and Bug-type moves inflict half damage;
- Psychic-types receive a +1 to Defense and Sp. Def when they enter the field (including MRayY when it Megaevolves and every time it switches in);

BP: 100
PP: 5-8
Accuracy: 100%
Effect: Lowers user's Speed by 1.
Z-move: 180 BP Shattered Psyche (regular Mega Rayquaza cannot megaevolve if it is holding a Z Crystal tho)
New Moves (if any): Psychic Fangs, Calm Mind
Flavor (Optional): Scientists of the Silph Co. in Mossdeep City space agency tried to use Deoxys meteor's power on Rayquaza, but it resulted in a corruption of its mind that made it dangerous and out of their control. Tentacles have grown on its body and the power of the violet stone pervades it from the inside; its tail is always coiled to the shape of infinite. The letter of the Greek alphabeth associated with this new form is Rho (Ρ; ρ or ϱ). Competitive Description:
Rayquaza @ Life Orb
Ability: Air Lock
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 Spe
Modest Nature
- Calm Mind
- Draco Meteor / Dragon Pulse

Name of Pokemon: Necrozma-Pure
Name of New Z-Crystal: Purenecrozium Z
New Form's Type: Psychic/Fairy
New Forms's Ability: Shield Dust
New Form's Stats: 97/97/167/97/167/129 (Total: 754)
New Signature Move: Life's Light
- Type: Fairy
- Classification: Special
- Power: 90
- Accuracy: 100
- PP: 5 (max 8)
- Effect: Heals your side of the field by 50% of Necrozma's max HP at the end of the next turn.
New Signature Z-Move: Dawn of a New Day
- Type: Fairy
- Classification: Status
- Effect: Heals your side of the field fully, and cures all status ailments for your team
New Moves: Dazzling Gleam, Moonblast
Flavor: Long ago, Necrozma was merely a core, but over time it gathered crystal shards that absorbed light in order to feed itself more light. It became a swirling mass of crystalline dust that absorbed the light around it. It eventually formed some of this dust into a protective crystal sphere, which helped it to develop further as time went on. This is the purest form of Necrozma, and prioritizes stability over raw power, though Ultra Necrozma is more resemblant of Necrozma's perfected form.
Competitive Description: A much more defensive take on Ultra Necrozma, meant to resemble cosmic dust forming a planetary body. While it cannot hold an item other than Purenecrozium Z, it does have a powerful attack that can also heal you to give you an edge over other bulky Ubers like Lugia. Plus, you also have access to Pure Necrozma's prior forms, which you can remain in to dish out more damage or resist certain types Pure Necrozma dislikes dealing with.
Hall of Fame Update:

Failure999 has moved up to the rank of Mega Bracelet!

-

As per usual, there will be a short discussion phase for this slate.

However, since the Pet Mods Grand Slam is ongoing, I'd say it would be unwise to try and run a Mega Mirrors forum tour right now (not to mention the fact that I'm currently running the SylveMons Open, too (BTW go sign-up for that)), so after this discussion phase, we will jump directly into the buffing phase with Ampharos, Audino, and Banette.

Stay tuned for that!

Time for the much anticipated 2nd Buffing Slate, and the first one after since normal slate 1!

Buffing Slate 2:

Mega Ampharos Y: Ability Ranking of 4
Mega Audino X: Ability Ranking of 4.5
Mega Banette X: Ability Ranking of 4.5

I'll have to wait for confirmation, but assume that any changes you make to Mega Banette X also effects it in Super Smash Mods
1. The buffs to RUBL and below Megas will give them that Mega a place in the current Mega Mirrors OU-based Metagame
2. Follows mostly the same rules as normal slates
3. When buffing, you can give 2 new moves to the base form. Do note that these moves are usable by its other Mega and the base form
4. Buffed Megas should generally have the same role as the original, but that's completely up to you
Moves added by the other Mega are in brackets. You can still add two more

Ampharos-Mega
Type: Electric/Dragon
Stats: 90 / 75 / 100 / 165 / 105 / 75
Ability: Mold Breaker
New Moves: Yawn, Calm Mind
Reason for Change: Mega Ampharos is a wallbreaker with a niche as an Agility sweeper, but it can't run Modest without being outsped by things like Mega Alakazam or Choice Scarf users. Now, it can outpace things like Mega-Zam, with some investment in bulk to boot. Or, if it runs full Speed, it's on pace with Scarf Whimsicott (and thus outspeeds anything slower). Its new moves may seem a bit unusual, but the truth is that they're sheep flavor. People count sheep when they want to sleep, so I think a sheep could make people want to sleep. Calm Mind has the same logic.

Audino-Mega
Type: Normal/Fairy
Stats: 103/60/126/90/126/40
Ability: Regenerator
New Moves: Moonblast, Moonlight
Reason for Change: Come on, someone had to. Regenerator is a fantastic ability, and the lack of it is most often referenced as why Mega Audino is underwhelming. That touch extra SpA is useful, too, especially since it now gets Moonblast. Moonlight rounds things out as a relatively reliable recovery move that Audino can pair with Wish to act as a powerful cleric.

New Moves (if any): +Circle Throw, Moonblast
Competitive Description: With effective immunity to status, even better bulk and a phasing move, Mega Audino X is insanely tough to break down. However, it's even weaker than in vanilla, and Ghost types are its worst enemy.

New Moves (if any): +Bulk Up, Drain Punch
Competitive Description: Finally, it can actually use Prankster for offense by abusing Bulk Up coupled with a great defensive typing and decent bulk!

New Mega's Stats: 90 / 75 / 105 / 165 / 110 / 65 = 610 BST
New Moves (if any): Tail Glow
Competitive Description: With access to the mighty Tail Glow, and an actual speed stat, Mega Ampharos can finally be the wallbreaker it was born to be. Speed tieing with Magearna seems like more than enough speed for MAmp without being too overbearing for OU to handle.

Name of Pokemon: Mega Audino X

New Mega's Type: Normal / Fairy
New Mega's Ability: Triage

New Mega's Stats: 103 / 60 / 126 / 80 / 126 / 50 = 545 BST
New Moves (if any): Recover, Draining Kiss
Competitive Description: Instead of going the Regenerator route, I decided to try out Triage, which fits very well on Audino. With Triage and Recover, its ability to wall things jump by a big margin. Draining Kiss is niche but cool priority.

Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Ampharosite
New Mega's Type: Electric/Dragon
New Mega's Ability: Regenerator
Old Mega's Stats: 90 / 95 / 105 / 165 / 110 / 45 = 610 BST
New Mega's Stats: 90 / 75 / 115 / 165 / 120 / 45 = 610 BST
New Moves (if any): [Hyper Voice, Earthquake], Surf
Competitive Description: With Regenerator and additional bulk, Mega Ampharos becomes a self-sustaining bulky offensive pivot that can also give teams momentum via Volt Switch. Surf allows it to nail Ground-types, most notably Landorus-T and Mega Camerupt.

Name of Pokemon: Mega Audino X
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Audinite
New Mega's Type: Normal/Fairy
New Mega's Ability: Aroma Veil

New Mega's Stats: 103 / 60 / 126 / 80 / 126 / 50 = 545 BST
New Moves (if any): Morning Sun, Seismic Toss
Competitive Description: Aroma Veil may not seem much, but it does give Mega Audino a very useful Taunt immunity since it loves to use it wide support moves to its fullest. In addition to that, she also gains immunity to annoying things like Encore and Disable. Seismic Toss gives Mega Audino good damage output should it desire to go on a fully defensive route. Morning Sun grants it a one-turn recovery move to ease it from offensive pressure.

New Mega's Type: Ghost / Dark
New Mega's Ability: Tough Claws
Old Mega's Stats: 64 / 165 / 75 / 93 / 83 / 75 = 555 BST
New Mega's Stats: 64 / 165 / 75 / 83 / 83 / 85 = 555 BST
New Moves (if any): [U-Turn], Agility
Competitive Description: Mega Bannette has huge claws so Tough Claws fits it flavour-wise. Despite its huge 165 Attack, Mega Bannette has low BP Ghost STAB, with 70 BP Shadow Claw as its best. Tough Claws boosts Shadow Claw to 93BP and Shadow Sneak to 53 BP, giving it enough power to break defensive and offensive teams alike. Agility lets it boost its low Speed to give it more of a sweeper role. Dark-type gives its Knock Off a huge boost, especially with Tough Claws. A newfound Fairy weakness is not too detrimental as it has Gunk Shot to deal with Fairy-types.

Name of Pokemon: Mega Ampharos Y
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Ampharosite Y
New Mega's Type: Electric / Dragon
New Mega's Ability: Adaptability
Old Mega's Stats: 90 / 95 / 105 / 165 / 110 / 45 = 610 BST
New Mega's Stats: 90 / 40 / 100 / 180 / 125 / 70 = 610 BST
New Moves (if any): +Nasty Plot, Draco Meteor
Competitive Description: A stallbreaker that takes advantage of its sheer attacking power, good bulk on both sides, and decent speed tier? Yes, please! 70 base speed allows it to outspeed quite a bit of common defensive staples, while its good bulk on both sides allows it to stomach hits from offensive teams like nobody's business! Nasty Plot allows it to become an absurdly powerful stallbreaker, being one of the few special attackers able to 2HKO Chansey at +2, while Draco Meteor gives it a more powerful Dragon-type STAB move. Adaptability is there to turn Ampharos from fearsome to one of the scariest things to face in OU. I could have just given it Tail Glow but I do not want to break this thing to the point where it ends up in AG.

New Mega's Stats: 103 / 30 / 116 / 100 / 146 / 50 = 545 BST
New Moves (if any): +Moonblast, Recover
Competitive Description: A specially defensive wall which packs good physical bulk, a decent offensive presence, and a fantastic ability in Magic Guard is obviously nigh-unbreakable, right? Well, that's how you'd define this revamped Mega Audino! This buffed-up variant patches up a lot of its previous flaws, namely, lack of reliable recovery (patched up by Recover), vulnerability to residual damage (patched up by Magic Guard), and general passivity (patched up via that 20-point special attack increase). Moonblast gives it actual Fairy-type STAB outside of Dazzling Gleam (the latter still works, though), while Recover gives it a one-turn recovery move, making it a bit harder to offensively pressure.

New Mega's Type: Ghost / Poison
New Mega's Ability: Speed Boost
Old Mega's Stats: 64 / 165 / 75 / 93 / 83 / 75 = 555 BST
New Mega's Stats: 64 / 160 / 120 / 33 / 83 / 100 = 555 BST
New Moves (if any): +Poison Jab, Drain Punch
Competitive Description: A bit weaker than the old Mega Banette, but still definitely as strong! Speed Boost patches up its awkward speed tier, which, at +2, allows it to outspeed quite a bit of the OU meta. While that meaty 160 attack could suggest otherwise, a lot of Banette's moves don't have fantastic base power, with Shadow Claw being its strongest and most reliable Ghost-type STAB at a measly 70 BP. This flaw does somewhat carry over to this buffed-up variant, but the added Poison typing gives it STAB on Gunk Shot and Poison Jab, allowing it to pressure offensive and defensive cores alike thanks to its STAB combo, while Drain Punch gives it coverage against pokemon such as Ash-Greninja and Heatran. Its newfound weaknesses of Ground-types and Psychic-types aren't too detrimental as Knock Off takes care of them easily.

New Mega's Stats: 90 / 95 / 115 / 145 / 120 / 45 = 610 BST
New Moves (if any): [Hyper Voice, Earthquake] Draco Meteor, Parabolic Charge
Competitive Description: Slow wallbreaker that boosts itself with Contrary STAB Draco Meteor. +2 STAB off of 165 SpA would be overkill, so its bulk is increased instead. Parabolic Charge is an extra option if you want to keep it alive longer.

Name of Pokemon: Mega Banette X
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Banettite
New Mega's Type: Ghost/Steel
New Mega's Ability: Mechanize (Steel-type Galvanize clone)

New Mega's Stats: 64 / 165 / 75 / 63 / 83 / 105 = 555 BST
New Moves (if any): [U-Turn], Swords Dance, Quick Attack
Competitive Description: Mega Banette X remains a priority user, but in a vastly different way. It can set-up with Swords Dance and use -ate boosted Steel STAB Quick Attack. Might not be as strong as Technician Bullet Punch, but Banette's Attack is higher than any Technician user. Its low BP move problem is no more, at least in the Steel department with -ate Return.

New Mega's Stats: 90 / 95 / 85 / 175 / 120 / 45
New Moves (if any): [Hyper Voice, Earthquake] Draco Meteor, Recover
Competitive Description: Honestly, it would be nice if it got a better speed tier, but I wanted to not significantly alter its main niche as a slow but powerful attacker, so here is an attempt to patch up some of its other flaws, notably its lack of useful dragon STAB and recovery to abuse its acceptable bulk and momentum via Volt Switch. I don’t like Ice Beam on Electrics as it pretty much just screws most Ground and Grass types in OU over to the point where it can more easily force 50/50 on what move it may click to mess with you, though in the end it can be accepted.

New Mega's Stats: 103 / 60 / 146 / 60 / 136 / 40
New Moves (if any): Parting Shot, Whirlwind
Competitive Description: This looks disgusting tbh, with Regenerator and those stats, as well as phasing and pivoting? Dear god. This would most certainly fit OU as a good pivot that can take hits and heal them off thanks to its unique typing and its wide status movepool, including Heal Bell, Wish, Healing Wish, and more.
Banette is WIP

Also as a quick note,

New Mega's Stats: 103 / 30 / 116 / 100 / 146 / 50 = 545 BST
We already have a Magic Guard Audino as the Y variant that was submitted as this pokémon’s counterpart. Yes, the stats and movepool inclusions are different, but it looks a little too similar to me. I’m not stopping you from the submission, I’m otherwise okay with it, just wanting to note that.

New Mega's Stats: 90 / 95 / 105 / 165 / 110 / 45 = 610 BST
New Moves (if any): [Hyper Voice, Earthquake] Tail Glow
Competitive Description: With Tail Glow + Galvanize Hyper Voice, it should be very self-explanatory as to how this is a major improvement. Also buffs Mega Amph X as now it has Refrigerate Hyper Voice + Tail Glow
