Anaconja - 1 + 1 + 2 + 2 = 6

And here are your winners!

Name of Pokemon: Abomasnow
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Abomasite X
New Mega's Type: Grass / Water
New Mega's Ability
: Regenerator
New Mega's Stats: 90 / 112 (+20) / 95 (+20) / 102 (+10) / 135 (+50) / 60
New Moves (if any): Liquidation, Horn Leech
Flavor (Optional): Mega Abomasnow X's ice melts, making it now a Water-type. It wishes to recover from the harsh, freezing conditions it was in, so it tries to repair itself, hence Regenerator. The ice was too fragile for some attacks, so it still retains much of its bulk due to it having more control of its body.
Competitive Description: Though lacking Water-type moves (except Liquidation which I've given it), Mega Abomasnow X is meant to wall common special attackers in OU, such as Ash Greninja, Mega Alakazam, and more. Think of it as a beefed up Assault Vest Tangrowth with two less weaknesses, both being Fire and Ice, which Tangrowth is still pressured by, making it one reason to use Mega Abomasnow X over it.

Name of Pokemon: Absol
Name of New Mega Stone: Absolite Y
New Mega's Type: Dark/Electric
New Mega's Ability: Galvanize
New Mega's Stats: 65 / 110 (-20) / 60 / 115 (+40) / 100 (+40) / 115 (+40)
New Moves (if any): Hyper Voice, Calm Mind
Flavor (Optional): Absol only takes this form if a major disaster is coming. It runs as fast as it can to a town and alerts them with it's powerful voice.
Competitive Description: Fast and powerful special sweeper with an interesting type combo. It can run physical, special, or mixed sets thanks to set-up moves for physical and special. Galvanize gives strong Returns and Hyper Voices.

Name of Pokemon: Aerodactyl
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Aerodactylite Y
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability: Savagery* (Moxie clone that raises SpA)
New Mega's Stats: 80 / 105 / 75 (+10) / 130 (+70) / 85 (+10) / 140 (+10) = 615 BST
New Moves (if any): Hurricane, Power Gem
Flavor (Optional): Aerodactyl finally gains a strong Flying STAB. It's not Brave Bird.
Competitive Description: Mega Aerodactyl Y is a very fast special attacker with Hurricane and Power Gem as its main STABs. Fire Blast is a strong coverage move against Steel-types, especially things like Celesteela and Skarmory.
With this, the first normal slate comes to close!
Now, with these new OU threats, their counterparts could do with being, at the very least, UU viable, so Mega Abomasnow (Y) and Mega Absol (X) will be buffed! Buffing slates follow the same format as normal slates, though they are slightly different, so be sure to use the template and read the rules below.

Buffing slates will be shorter than normal slates, this slate lasting until Friday, December 7th. Voting will be during the next normal slate.

1. The buffs to RUBL and below Megas will give them that Mega a place in the OU Metagame
2. Follows mostly the same rules as normal slates
3. When buffing, you can give 2 new moves to the base form. Do note that these moves are usable by its other Mega and the base form
4. Buffed Megas should generally have the same role as the original, but that's completely up to you
Moves added by the other Mega are in brackets. You can still add two more

Name of Pokemon: Mega Abomasnow Y
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Abomasite
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability: Sheer Force
Old Mega's Stats: 90 / 132 / 105 / 132 / 105 / 30 = 594 BST
New Mega's Stats: 90 / 102 (-30) / 85 (-20) / 142 (+10) / 95 (-10) / 80 (+50) = 594 BST
New Moves (if any): [Liquidation, Horn Leech], Earth Power
Competitive Description: Mega Abomasnow Y is a powerful special wallbreaker with Sheer Force-boosted STABs like Blizzard/Ice Beam and Energy Ball with Earth Power as a strong coverage move. However, it has a middling speed tier that doesn't do well in or out of Trick Room, so it can be easily outsped by most offensive threats. Grass/Ice is a bad defensive typing with a 4x Fire weakness and Stealth Rock weakness as well.

Name of Pokemon: Mega Absol X
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Absolite
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability: Magic Bounce
Old Mega's Stats: 65 / 150 / 60 / 115 / 60 / 115 = 565 BST
New Mega's Stats: 65 / 160 (+10) / 90 (+30) / 75 (-40) / 60 / 115 = 565 BST
New Moves (if any): [Hyper Voice, Calm Mind], Earthquake, U-turn
Competitive Description: Mega Absol X gains a bit more attack and defense to differentiate it from its specially oriented counterpart. Dark/Fairy provides almost perfect neutral coverage, with either Earthquake or Superpower rounding it out. Swords Dance makes it extremely dangerous, especially with its good speed tier. However, it is still very frail, especially on the special side.

Gonna extend this buffing slate in tomorrow!

Reminder: Voting for the buffing slate goes up alongside the next normal slate

Time to start the next slate!

Slate 2:

Mega Aggron Y: Ability Limit of 3.5
Mega Alakazam X: Ability Limit of 3.5
Mega Altaria Y: Ability Limit of 4

Deadline is Friday, December 14th

Additionally, the buffing slate will be extended throughout this slate and voting will happen alongside it. The procedure of future buffing slates (mostly when to do them) may be changed, so stay tuned.

Edit: Added Mega Altaria Y and fixed the HP stat issue. (Thank you for letting me know about that!)

Name of Pokemon: Mega Aggron Y
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Aggronite (Y)
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability: Unaware
New Mega's Stats: 70 / 90 (-20) / 125 (-55) / 145 (+85) / 150 (+90) / 50 (BST: 630)
New Moves (if any):
Defog, Shadow Ball
Flavor (Optional): Centuries of work on the mountains have eroded Aggron's body and mind. It lumbers around endlessly without aim.
Competitive Description: Just like its other mega, Mega Aggron is an excellent Pokémon on stall, having a fantastic defensive typing, great mixed bulk, and some offensive presence. Aggress already has an impressive special move pool, and only really needs a secondary STAB option.

Name of Pokemon: Mega Alakazam X
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Alakazite (X)
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability: Psychic Aura (Dark/Fairy Aura clone for Psychic-type moves)
New Mega's Stats: 55 / 135 (+85) / 90 (+45) / 105 (-30) / 95 / 120 (BST: 600)
New Moves (if any):
Flare Blitz, Swords Dance
Flavor (Optional): Alakazam has awakened in a fiery rage through visions of the past in future. It's mind has carved out a stronger body, using its anger for strength.
Competitive Description: Alakazam is a brutal mixed attacker, with fantastic coverage on both sides and excellent STAB. Psychic Aura allows it to hit extremely hard (even more so with Psychic Terrain), while it gains the bulk needed to survive a few weaker hits from faster Pokémon or priority.

Name of Pokemon: Mega Altaria Y
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Altarianite Y
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability:
Berserk
New Mega's Stats: 75 / 70 (-10) / 100 (+10) / 125 (+55) / 115 (+10) / 115 (+40) (BST: 590)
New Moves (if any):
Hurricane, Thunderbolt
Flavor (Optional): Altaria takes to the skies after shedding it's feathers, blurring the lines between bird and dragon. It can fly for weeks at a time, and its mood depends on the weather around it.
Competitive Description: Mega Altaria Y is a Pokémon that can handle a variety of situations, thanks to a vastly improved Speed stat and good bulk, allowing it to effectively use Berserk. It can function in rain teams that need a Grass-resist, while also being perfectly useable outside of it.

Name of Pokemon: Aggron
Name of New Mega Stone: Aggronite Y
New Mega's Type: Steel/Rock
New Mega's Ability: Unbreakable (Immune to Fighting moves, raise SpA when hit by one.)
New Mega's Stats: 70 / 90 (-20) / 180 / 130 (+70) / 80 (+20) / 80 (+30)
New Moves (if any): Power Gem
Flavor (Optional): Aggron learned mystical arts. 10/10 lore
Competitive Description: Bulky special attacker with good coverage (Boltbeam and fire moves somehow)

WIP

Name of Pokemon: Altaria
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Altarianite Y
New Mega's Type: Dragon/Flying
New Mega's Ability: Cloud Cover (Thick Fat clone)
New Mega's Stats: 70 / 80 / 110 / 100 / 150 / 80
New Moves: Calm Mind, Hurricane, Icy Wind, Surf
Flavor: Mega Altaria Y are capable of ascending far above ground due to their fluffy bodies, protecting them from the cold. This also gives them the capability to dive into more pressured conditions, due to the heat protection the cloud provides.
Competitive Description: Mega Altaria Y is a strong supportive threat with a movepool that gives it the capability to fight back what it checks, such as Heatran and Mega Charizard Y. It also acts as a very strong Water-type check, taking on Greninja-Ash and Keldeo very well. Regardless of this however, it does struggle with some bulky Pokemon, such as Magearna and Toxapex, and its low Hurricane and Heal Bell PP means it can be worn down quickly if not aptly supported. Regardless of this, however specific its role may be, Altaria Y is a good choice for any balanced team that wants a solid check to the many Fire, Water and Grass types that lurk in OU.

Name of Pokemon: Mega Aggron Y
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Aggronite Y
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability: Storm Drain
New Mega's Stats: 70 / 110 / 150 (-30) / 120 (+60) / 120 (+60) / 60 (+10) = 630 BST
New Moves (if any): Power Gem, Calm Mind
Flavor (Optional):
Competitive Description: Bulky special attacker, can run Calm Mind sets with its wide special movepool including Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Flamethrower, Power Gem, Flash Cannon, and Earth Power. Storm Drain removes one of its weaknesses but it still has two 4x weaknesses and is slow.

Name of Pokemon: Mega Alakazam X
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Alakazite X
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability: Earthly Resonance* (Ground-type Flash Fire clone, immune to Ground and boosts its Ground-type moves if hit by one)
New Mega's Stats: 55 / 50 / 105 (+60) / 165 (+30) / 105 (+10) / 120 = 600 BST
New Moves (if any): Earth Power, Stealth Rock
Flavor (Optional):
Competitive Description: Mega Alakazam X is still a powerful special attacker but now it has a secondary STAB and greater physical bulk. Earth Power allows it to hit grounded Steel-types like Heatran without having to rely on Focus Blast. It can also use its good speed to set Stealth Rock now too.

Name of Pokemon: Mega Altaria Y
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Altarianite Y
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability: Aerilate
New Mega's Stats: 75 / 70 / 90 / 125 (+55) / 130 (+25) / 100 (+20) = 590 BST
New Moves (if any): Boomburst, Earth Power
Flavor (Optional):
Competitive Description: Special wallbreaker with Aerilate Boomburst, Draco Meteor, and Fire Blast/Earth Power for Steel-types. It also has good special bulk and a moderate speed tier.

Defog, Shadow Ball
Flavor (Optional): Centuries of work on the mountains have eroded Aggron's body and mind. It lumbers around endlessly without aim.

When did the HP stat get affected for mega evolutions?

Name of Pokemon: Mega Aggron Y
Name of New Mega Stone: Aggronite Y
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability: Speed Boost
New Mega's Stats: 70 / 120 (+10) / 160 (-20) / 85 (+25) / 70 (+10) / 125 (+75)
New Moves (if any): Blaze Kick, Accelrock
Flavor (Optional): When the surface environment becomes devoid of iron, Aggron will dig deep below the ground in search of iron deposits. If it goes to deep, the intense heat of the underground causes its metal carapace to become molten, greatly increasing its speed and power. However, Aggron is in constant agony as its body melts.
Competitive Description: A fast and powerful lategame cleaner with a strong STAB combination and the movepool to back it up.

Name of Pokemon: Mega Alakazam X
Name of New Mega Stone: Alakazite X
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability:
Steelworker
New Mega's Stats: 55 / 50 / 115 (+70) / 150 (+15) / 100 (+5) / 130 (+10)
New Moves (if any): Flash Cannon, Autotomize
Flavor (Optional): Occasionally, even the great mind of an Alakazam can be twisted by a puerile obsession. Alakazam's connection to and affinity towards spoons can sometimes spiral out of control, forcing an Alakazam to focus all of its efforts towards hoarding as many spoons as possible. With innumerable amounts of spoons under its control, Mega Alakazam X relentlessly lashes out at any creature it perceives to be a threat to its "treasure".
Competitive Description: Now usable physical bulk alongside an incredibly powerful Flash Cannon makes this Alakazam a more directly threatening offensive alternative to its Y variant, but it lacks the utility of Trace, stronger non-Steel attacks, and the absurd speed tier of Y.

Competitive Description:
This doesn't look broken, but remember that Mega Altaria X will also get access to Boomburst, which may cause problems combined with Calm Mind. Boomburst can stay on this, but that is something to consider.

Speed Boost is a 4.5 Ability and I'm not entirely convinced that this wouldn't be extremely good or broken. Proving that this wouldn't be broken or changing the ability will suffice.

I've gotta say, including the above two, I'm really liking the submission for this slate so far!

Fair enough, wish it didn't have Ice Punch so it had more viable counters. If I were to swap out Blitz for Blaze Kick and lower the attack significantly would that be better? I would really like to stick with Speed Boost

Name of Pokemon: Mega Alakazam X
Name of New Mega Stone: Alakazite X
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability:
Sheer Force
New Mega's Stats: 55 / 135 (+85) / 50 / 135 / 95 / 135 (+15)
New Moves (if any): Play Rough, Close Combat
Competitive Description: Alakazam X is even more of a glass cannon that its counterpart, but it actually hits slightly harder with special moves that benefit from Sheer Force, and it gains an entire physical side of things to play with. It has the elemental punches and Play Rough to benefit from Sheer Force, and Knock Off and Close Combat which are useful without any boost. Sheer Force is one ability tier above the limit, but I think that this is rather anti-min-maxed with its two high attacking stats, and it doesn't even have a dual STAB to pair them with.

Name of Pokemon: Mega Aggron Y
Name of New Mega Stone: Aggronite Y
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability: Mega Launcher
New Mega's Stats: 70 / 120 (+10) / 180 / 120 (+60) / 80 (+20) / 60 (+10)
New Moves (if any): Aura Sphere
Competitive Description: Aggron Y is still a physical tank, but with newly decent Special Attack and Mega Launcher, it packs much more of a punch. Mega Launcher Dragon Pulse hits hard at 127.5 BP, and its coverage is amazing with boosted Dark Pulse and Aura Sphere, STAB Flash Cannon, Ice Beam, Thunderbolt, Earth Power, and Fire Blast. It can even go mixed with Heavy Slam. Aggron Y is less bulky than X, and lacks a defensive ability like Filter, so it doesn't completely outclass it; however, Y has a better overall typing, which coupled with its better offensive movepool should make it more viable than its cousin.

Name of Pokemon: Mega Altaria Y
Name of New Mega Stone: Altarianite Y
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability: Fluffy
New Mega's Stats: 75 / 70 / 115 (+25) / 120 (+50) / 130 (+25) / 80
New Moves (if any): Air Slash, Hurricane
Flavor (Optional): It's a cloud. It's fluffy.
Competitive Description: A mixed wall, doubling down on Altaria's more defensive nature. As a Fluffy user, being immune to the most common physical non-contact move is very nice. Naturally resisting Fire is helpful, too. A max defense M-Altaria Y would have comparable physical bulk to a physical version of Blissey ( against contact moves ), making it incredibly fat. Defog, Haze, and Heal Bell give it decent, but not overwhelming support options to use with its gargantuan bulk, while access to Fire moves gives it decent coverage. Its cons are being slightly passive, weak to SR, and having a 4x weakness to Ice.

Name of Pokemon: Alakazam
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Alakazite X
New Mega's Type: Psychic/Fighting
New Mega's Ability: Iron Fist
New Mega's Stats: 55 / 130 (+80) / 75 (+30) / 115 (-20) / 105 (+10) / 120
New Moves (if any): Mach Punch, Bulk Up
Flavor (Optional): Alakazam trades its brains for brawn, its spoons for gloves. Now, its fists do the talking. Mega Alakazam X is still an intelligent fighter, capable of outsmarting its opponents in a fight.
Competitive Description: Alakazam has a surprisingly wide physical movepool, and this mega variant aims to make the most out of it. Iron Fist boosts most of its physical movepool that includes the elemental punches, STAB Drain Punch, and the newly added Mach Punch. Bulk Up allows it to set up the same way classic Mega Alakazam sets up with Calm Mind.

Name of Pokemon: Altaria
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Altarianite Y
New Mega's Type: Dragon/Flying
New Mega's Ability: Cloud Nine
New Mega's Stats: 75 / 70 / 90 / 145 (+70) / 115 (+10) / 100 (+20)
New Moves (if any): Thunderbolt, Surf
Flavor (Optional): The cloud thickens.
Competitive Description: The anti-weather Pokemon. Dragon typing allows it to check Rain teams with its new Thunderbolt move punishing Rain setters Pelipper and Politoed. It also counters Mega Charizard Y by virtue of its typing and new moves. Flamethrower roasts Ninetales and Mega Abomasnow. It's also worth noting that this mega hard checks Primal Groundon in Ubers thanks to its typing, ability, and Surf.

New Mega's Stats: 65 / 150 / 60 / 115 / 60 / 115 = 565 BST
New Moves (if any): [Hyper Voice, Calm Mind] Poison Jab

Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Abomasite
New Mega's Type: Grass/Ice
New Mega's Ability: Slush Rush

New Mega's Stats: 90 / 92 / 105 / 132 / 105 / 70 = 594 BST
New Moves (if any): [Liquidation, Horn Leech]
Competitive Description: A Hail Sweeper that takes advantage of its own pre-Mega Hail. It still wants A-Ninetales as teammate to get more chances of sweeping as well as that Aurora Veil boost.

New Moves (if any): [Hyper Voice, Calm Mind] Earthquake, Iron Head
Competitive Description: Went for a bit of a conservative buff. By improving Absol's Attack and Speed tier and adding Moxie, Mega Absol becomes a much more effective sweeper, now with Earthquake and Poison Jab to fend off Steel-types and Fairies without lowering its stats or having a chance to miss.

Name of Pokemon: Mega Abomasnow Y
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Abomasite
New Mega's Type: Grass/Ice
New Mega's Ability: Slush Rush
Old Mega's Stats: 90 / 132 / 105 / 132 / 105 / 30 = 594 BST
New Mega's Stats: 90 / 92 / 105 / 132 / 105 / 70 = 594 BST
New Moves (if any): [Liquidation, Horn Leech]
Competitive Description: A Hail Sweeper that takes advantage of its own pre-Mega Hail. It still wants A-Ninetales as teammate to get more chances of sweeping as well as that Aurora Veil boost.

On to the next slate! Buffing slates will likely take place after all the normal slates are done, but if any has any feedback about that, let me know! But, this slate wouldn't have anything to buff anyway.

Slate 3:

Mega Ampharos X: Ability Limit of 4
Mega Audino Y: Ability Limit of 4.5
Mega Banette Y: Ability Limit of 4.5

(I'd advise being careful if you wanna give Fur Coat to Audino)

Name of Pokemon: Ampharos
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Ampharosite X
New Mega's Type: Electric/Steel
New Mega's Ability: Steelworker
New Mega's Stats: 90/135/95/115/100/75
New Moves (if any): Bullet Punch, Iron Head
Flavor (Optional): Mega Ampharos X works at Steel-type Gym Leader Jasmine's gym to maintain its lighthouse.
Competitive Description: Physical Mega Ampharos. Steelworker boosts Ampharos' Steel-type STABs to give it wallbreaking capabilities. It also gets a strong Bullet Punch to mitigate its average speed. Speaking of its Speed, Agility sets are now much more potent as it now outspeeds a lot more Pokemon after a boost.

Name of Pokemon: Audino
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Audinite Y
New Mega's Type: Normal/Psychic
New Mega's Ability: Magic Guard
New Mega's Stats: 103/60/86/130/86/80
New Moves (if any):
Flavor (Optional): Mega Audino Y uses witchcraft and bloodmagic to cure other Pokemon.
Competitive Description: Mega Audino Y takes advantage of its great special movepool with its 130 base Special Attack. Its new typing gives it a strong STAB to use while Magic Guard prevents it from being worn down by passive damage.

Name of Pokemon: Banette
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Banettite Y
New Mega's Type: Ghost/Fairy
New Mega's Ability: Soul-Heart
New Mega's Stats: 64/105/65/143/63/115
New Moves (if any): Moonblast
Flavor (Optional): Mega Banette Y has a good heart and is willing to forgive the child that disowned it.
Competitive Description: Mega Banette Y is a special attacker with high Speed and good typing, offensively and defensively. Though not wide, Banette has good coverage moves in Thunderbolt and Psychic. Every KO Mega Banette nets makes it harder to stop.

Name of Pokemon: Audino
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Audino Y
New Mega's Type: Normal/Fire
New Mega's Ability: Prankster
New Mega's Stats: 103/ 80 (+20)/106 (+20) /110 (+50) /96 (+10) /50
New Moves (if any): Defog
Flavor (Optional): Audino becomes a firefighter, I guess.
Competitive Description: Since Audino has a wide variety of status moves, I decided that it should have Prankster to take advantage of it. Mega Audino Y can use Thunder Wave, Defog, Calm Mind, Wish, Heal Bell, and Gravity before the foe could act as long as they don't use priority moves or there's Psychic Terrain. And in doubles, there's Heal Pulse for prioritized recovery to the ally, and After You. Audino also packs some nice offensive moves, being able to unleash Flamethrower, Fire Blast, Ice Beam, and Surf with its remarkable 110 Special Attack.

Banned deucer.

Name of Pokemon: Ampharos
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Ampharosite X
New Mega's Type: Electric/Fire
New Mega's Ability: Elemental Body*
New Mega's Stats: 90/130/105/105/110/70
New Moves (if any): Roaring Crush**, Wild Charge,
Flavor (Optional): Mega Ampharos X uses its immense bulky stature to crush or Slam into its opponents, who often can’t handle Mega Ampharos X’s huge body temperature. While its firepower is a force to be reckoned with, MAX can electrocute its opponents with merely a swish of a tail or any contact. Lots of MAX’s fur round its head has been singed away with its own fire, leaving it with a terrifying blackened head. MAX works hard to stay away from humans, as it fears that it may harm them accidentally.
Competitive description: with great offensive stats and reasonable bulk, this Pokemon often hurts people with its strong physical moves. Elemental body allows it to paralyse or burn on 75 BP priority.

*Elemental Body- Has 10% to paralyse and 10% to burn when any contact happens with this Pokemon (MAX using contact, and foe using contact triggers the possibility)
**Roaring Crush- 75 BP physical Fire move which has +1 priority and 20% to paralyse

Name of Pokemon: Audino
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Audinite Y
New Mega’s type: Normal/Ghost
New Mega's Ability: Phantom’s Spirit*
New Mega's Stats: 103/50/74/130/88/100
New Moves (if any): Phantom Force, Focus Blast
Flavor (Optional): MAY floats around unnoticed in any room it’s in, occasionally entering one’s mind to possess him/her.
Competitive Description: Mega Audino Y has a greate Spak stat, utilising Hyper Voice And Shadow Ball to hurt the opponent. It’s unique Normal/Ghost typing allows is to beat popular coverage like normal/ghost and fighting/ghost, while using some very good coverage itself. It’s amazing ability lets it take advantage of lower accuracy moves in order for more hax, and parafuse seems like a miserable option for the opposition.

*Phantom’s Spirit- whenever the foe misses a move or whenever they become statused or switch in while they’re statused, the foe becomes confused.
