Your Winners

Name of Pokemon: Diancie
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Diancite Y
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability: Levitate
New Mega's Stats: 50 / 120 / 180 / 120 / 180 / 50 = 700 BST (+20 Atk, +30 Def, +20 SpA, +30 SpD)
New Moves (if any): Recover, Play Rough
Flavor (Optional): Diancie's diamonds grow into a large diamond shield that levitates with Diancie, which can be used for attack and defense.
Competitive Description: Mega Diancie Y is very bulky with modest offenses, but its low speed means it will pretty much always move last. Recover helps it stay alive longer, and Play Rough finally gives it and its counterpart a physical Fairy STAB. Levitate allows it to avoid one of its weaknesses and hazards, making it difficult to take down.

Name of Pokemon: Mega Gallade Y
Name of New Mega Stone: Galladite Y
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability: Technician
New Mega's Stats: 68 / 105 (-20) / 95 (+30) / 145 (+80) / 125 (+10) / 80 (BST: 618)
New Moves (if any): Acid Spray, Nasty Plot

Flavor (Optional): The phrase "brains beats brawn" is never more embodied than in Mega Gallade Y. With a stunning array of tools at its disposal, you never know what it will hit you with next.

Competitive Description: Mega Gallade Y has improved bulk and excellent mixed offenses, bringing it to OU standards. However, its true power lies in Technician, its gigantic move pool, and access to Nasty Plot to be a fantastic cleaner. Acid Spray not only hits Fairy-types hard, but also can be substituted for Nasty Plot in certain sets.

Name of Pokemon: Gardevoir
Name of new Mega Stone [X or Y]: Gardevoirite X
New Mega’s type: Psychic/Grass
New Mega’s ability: Triage
New Mega’s stats:
HP 68
Atk 65
Def 130 (+65)
SpA 155 (+30)
SpD 130 (+15)
Spe 70 (-10)
BST 618 (+100)

New moves: Giga Drain, Mind Tap (Psychic Draining Kiss clone)
Flavour: The red spike on Gardevoirs chest blooms into an orchid and the green headpiece turns into a vine that wraps around the body providing a sense of bulk.
Competitive: A Pokemon that punishes balance teams with the use of sub cm and priority, sets up on mons like toxapex. Pairs up well with magnezone. Forces decision making. Countered heavily by uturn
Hall of Fame Update!:

God of Llamas and Origin0 have moved to the rank of Mega Anchor!

Also, due to the immense amount of points Noire got for Mega Gardevoir X, a separate leaderboard will be added for point totals above 15 (which also includes MegaFlareon's 15 from slate 3).

This slate is a special one. Due to some planning that'll be relevant in the future and for the sake of something out of the norm, this slate will include all of the Pseudo-Legendaries (that have Megas). These Megas can be made for Ubers or OU, but please specify. Ubers Megas can also break the ability rankings limit within reason.

Slate 6 - Pseudo Legendaries:

Mega Garchomp Y: Ability Limit of 4
Mega Metagross Y: Ability Limit of 4
Mega Salamence Y: Ability Limit of 4
Mega Tyranitar Y: Ability Limit of 4
(Sand Stream is a 4.5, but be careful with the other 4.5s for TTar)

Deadline is February 2nd

Name of Pokemon: Metagross
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Y
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability: Download
New Mega's Stats: 80 / 145 (+10) / 130 / 145 (+50) / 100 (+10) / 100 (+30)
New Moves (if any): Flamethrower
Competitive Description: A powerful and unpredictable mixed wallbreaker. Although it can go fully physical or special, I think mixed sets have the most potential due to really cutting down on the amount of possible checks using Psychic and Meteor Mash. Although it has a pretty good speed tier, it can boost it if it feels the need using Agility.

(Tentatively OU)
Name of Pokemon: Salamence
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Y
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability: Merciless
New Mega's Stats: 95 / 150 (+15) / 95 (+15) / 110 / 130 (+50) / 110 (+10)
New Moves (if any): Sludge Bomb
Competitive Description: A pokemon that very much enjoys poison spreading. Most Pokemon that can't be poisoned are killed by it's powerful Earthquakes.

Name of Pokemon: Mega Garchomp Y [UBER]
Name of New Mega Stone: Garchompite Y
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability: Levitate
New Mega's Stats: 108 / 65 (-65) / 105 (+10) / 170 (+90) / 115 (+30) / 137 (+35) (BST: 700)
New Moves (if any): Flash Cannon, Nasty Plot

Flavor (Optional): Faster than a jet, Mega Garchomp Y blasts through the air at Mach 5. Nothing can outrun it, allowing Mega Garchomp Y to hunt its prey with ease.

Competitive Description: A chance to fix some of the issues with its X-forme, Mega Garchomp Y is partially inspired from elements of DPP Gar chomp. A Dragon/Steel typing with Levitate, besides being fantastic defensively, allows Mega Garchomp Y to check many of the Fairies it had once struggled with, namely Xerneas. It's no slouch offensively, either; its base 170 Attack and 137 Speed, surprisingly good special move pool, and Nasty Plot enable Garchomp to be a sweeper, cleaner, or wallbreaker.

Name of Pokemon: Mega Metagross Y [OU]
Name of New Mega Stone: Metagrossite Y
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability:
Sand Rush
New Mega's Stats: 80 / 160 (+25) / 144 (+14) / 110 (+20) / 125 (+35) / 76 (+6) (BST: 700)
New Moves (if any): Swords Dance

Flavor (Optional): When it was first discovered, Mega Metagross Y was thought to be an ancient desert monolith. It only awakens during a sandstorm, where it causes massive earthquakes.

Competitive Description: Mega Metagross Y was built to be a great physical tank, just like its non-Mega forme. Its good physical typing is helped by great mixed bulk and a base 160 Attack stat. However, Sand Rush is what turns Mega Metagross Y into a monster, albeit a situational one; it can leverage its great bulk and mixed offenses to outright demolish teams under sand.

Name of Pokemon: Mega Salamence Y [OU]
Name of New Mega Stone: Salamencite Y
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability:
Air Lock
New Mega's Stats: 95 / 135 / 105 (+25) / 150 (+40) / 105 (+25) / 110 (+10) (BST: 700)
New Moves (if any): Energy Ball, Thunderbolt

Flavor (Optional): When Mega Salamence Y lands, it ushers in a bizarre calm. The weather appears to bend to its will, protecting Mega Salamence Y from its effects.

Competitive Description: With a unique typing, good move pool, and excellent offensive stats, Mega Salamence Y is a potent threat to any team. It is blessed with new coverage options on its special side, but can also go mixed with Dragon Dance and its pre-existing physical options. Air Lock is great for Mega Salamence Y, as its typing allows it to counter most weather abusers and hits back hard.

Name of Pokemon: Mega Tyranitar Y [UBER]
Name of New Mega Stone: Tyranitarite Y
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability:
Terrorize (Dark-type -ate ability)
New Mega's Stats: 100 / 174 (+40) / 135 (+25) / 95 / 155 (+55) / 41 (-20) (BST: 700)
New Moves (if any): Knock Off, Shore Up

Flavor (Optional): As the sun sets on the kings reign, Mega Tyranitar Y absorbs the power of the night itself. The ground shakes at the feet of this mighty tyrant.

Competitive Description: Rock is not a good type to begin with, and is even worse in Ubers, leading it to get replaced by Ground. Mega Tyranitar Y has a fantastic stat distribution that allows it to function as a wall, tank, or wallbreaker, depending on its investment and moves. Shore Up gives Tyranitar a recover moves that is independent of weather, and Terrorize in conjunction with Knock Off and ground coverage allows Mega Tyranitar Y to take on many potent threats, such as Primal Groudon, Necrozma-DM, and Mega-Gengar.

Def 105 (+10)
SpA 140 (+60)
SpD 105 (+20)
Spe 112 (+10)
BST 700 (+100)
New Moves (if any): Shore Up, Scald
Flavor (Optional): The terror of the oasis, this mon hides in the water and waits to strike from range or in melee. If there is no oasis nearby, it creates its own with a mirage.
Mega Garchomp Y takes on a more shark-like appearance its skin becomes smoother and slouches lower.
Competitive Description: While Mega Garchomp X (regular) had the pure power of Garchomp bolstered. Mega Garchomp Y has a focus on the initial versatility of Chomp. The Spattack helps for initial burst, but a SD physical set is still viable. Mega Garchomp Y only has Dragon and Fairy as a weakness and its speed tiers is higher than most mons that can OHKO. Illusion allows it to be a good bait for setting up or just for a cheap OHKO.

Def 90 (-40)
SpA 165 (+70)
SpD 90 (0)
Spe 145 (+75)
BST 700 (+100)
New Moves (if any): Zap Cannon, Volt Switch
Flavor (Optional): The pure psychic energy of metagross can no longer be contained by its metal shell, now shards of metal float around a glowing ball of energy barely held together by the X plate.
Competitive Description: Yes I really am letting the no guard zap cannon loose, a balanced hackmons nightmare with the speed and power to back it up, obviously there is one major flaw that would stop this mon from being absolutely broken and that is it's huge weakness to the most common mon in ubers Pdon, the mon pairs well with counters to pdon. Has the ability to flex with meteor mash or bullet punch to beat xerneas and thunder punch can do some work on flying types.

Name of Pokemon: Tyranitar-Mega Y
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Tyranitarite Y
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability: Sand Force
New Mega's Stats: 100 / 134 / 110 / 145 / 130 / 81 (+50 SpA, +30 SpD, +20 Spe)
New Moves (if any): Power Gem
Flavor (Optional): Ancient relics show that Tyranitar wasn't always a Dark-type and aggressive. It resembled much more like its pre-evolution, Larvitar, though a whole lot larger. Scientists have invented a mega stone which tranfsorms a Tyranitar to its primal form.
Competitive Description: A different take on a Rock/Ground combo attacker, as it is a specially-based attacker. Pre-mega evolution Sand allows Sand Force to take effect immediately upon mega-evolving for effective wallbreaking. Its typing is excellent offensively, but also balanced defensively thanks to its double weakenesses to Grass and Water among other weaknesses, meaning it's not too overpowered in OU.

Name of Pokemon: Salamence-Mega Y (Uber)
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Salamencite Y
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability: Refigerate
New Mega's Stats: 95 / 135 / 110 / 150 / 110 / 100 (+30Def, +40SpA, +30SpD)
New Moves (if any): No need
Flavor (Optional): A battle with Glalie saw Glalie critically struck Salamence to death. Salamence was soon revived, but it has shown icy characteristics in DNA. It is a recessive gene however, inhibited, only shown when exposed to Salamencite Y.
Competitive Description: Mega Salamence Y takes the spot of the premier Ice-type in Ubers, giving White Kyurem a run for its money. It has a surprisingly strong special movepool, with Hyper Voice and Dragon Pulse for STAB, and strong coverage options in Hydro Pump and Fire Blast. Mega Salamence Y breaks down common defensive Pokemon such as Lugia, Giratina, and even Primal Groudon. It's also worth noting that base 100 Speed is much more valuable in Ubers than in OU.

Name of Pokemon: Metagross-Mega Y
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Metagrossite Y
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability: Filter
New Mega's Stats: 80 / 135 / 140 / 145 / 130 / 70 (+10Def, +50SpA, +40SpD)
New Moves (if any): Haze
Flavor (Optional): More Beldum clump into Metagross giving it more psychic powers.
Competitive Description: In OU, Mega Metagross Y functions as a bulky tank that is very hard to take down due to its good defenses, defensive typing, and Filter. It also hits hard with its high offenses.
In Ubers, Mega Metagross Y gains a niche as a reliable Xerneas and Ultra Necrozma hard check.

Name of Pokemon: Garchomp-Mega Y
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Garchompite Y
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability: Solar Power
New Mega's Stats: 108 / 130 / 115 / 140 / 105 / 102 (+20Def, +40SpA, +20SpD)
New Moves (if any): (ex: None)
Flavor (Optional): The heat of the sun has toasted its skin, giving it extra strength and guts. It is hurt by its burns however.
Competitive Description: Mega Garchomp Y tries to revive Sun teams after a long absence. Alongside Ninetales and Victreebel, Mega Garchomp Y can form aSun sweeper-wallbreaker core. Alternatively, it can set up its own sun and wallbreak. Mega Garchomp Y also funtions as a good Mega Charizard Y check.
In Ubers, Mega Garchomp Y can check Primal Groudon thanks to its resistances to Fire and Stone Edge while Solar Power allows it to plow through the bulkiest of Primal Groudon variants.

This is my first time here, let's see how well this goes. Please let me know if there's anything off or illegal with this nomination, and I'll change it.

Name of Pokemon: Metagross-Mega Y [UBERS]
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Metagrossite Y
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability: Analytic
New Mega's Stats: 80 / 115 / 155 / 130 / 150 / 70 (-20 Atk, +25 Def, +35 SpA, +60 SpD)
New Moves (if any): Recover, Earth Power
Flavor (Optional): Most of the energy given off by the Mega Stone is used up by the neuron links between the four Beldum minds that form a Metagross, fusing the four minds into one and boosting its Psychic powers even further. It is said that its mind can process information so fast, it can predict its opponent's next move, as well as detect and memorise its target's weak spots.
Competitive Description: An offensive powerhouse that can set up, has a great typing, and has that much power just on the word go? I tried my best to make sure it has its place in Ubers, where it gains a niche as a reliable Xerneas counter, a switch-in and check to Solgaleo-Dusk-Mane with Shadow Ball or Earth Power, as well as a potential bulky, but slow, sweeper with Calm Mind.
Edit: Patched up the problems mentioned below, thank you Yoshiblaze for the catch.

You got everything right accept that you can only add two new moves and your BST adds up to 690 instead of 700, so you actually have 10 points to spare

Name of Pokemon: Gyarados-Mega-Y
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Gyaradosite Y

New Mega's Stats: 95 / 95 / 90 / 140 / 90 / 130 (-30 Atk, +11 Def, +80 SpA, -10 SpD +49 Spe)
New Moves (if any): Psychic, Focus Blast
Flavor (Optional): After years of research on Gyarados, their brain structure and their interactions with those they are close with, scientists have finally managed to understand the Pokemon's thought processes, and realised that Gyarados, behind its aggressive facade it is known for (from Gyarados' Pokedex entry), is actually, at it's core, a kind-hearted pokemon. While Gyaradosite X causes temporary changes in Gyarados' thinking processes, and as a result makes Gyarados more aggressive and brutal as it attempts to protect itself just to achieve its purpose, Gyaradosite Y causes its mind to develop further, allowing Mega Gyarados Y to sense danger in its vicinity and react with blazing speed, and attack whoever is causing conflict to end the fight and protect those it cares about. In the past, many sources depicting this creature call it 'Protecter of the Sea' because of its surprising ability to tell friend from foe at just one glance with its Psychic powers, immediately attacking dangerous and untrustworthy strangers, while showing immeasurable kindness towards kind-hearted and innocent trainers, who it is willing to help at any cost, even its own life. Oddly enough, its mind and Psychic powers are so powerful, it can actually absorb electricity into its mind to boost its power.
Competitive Description: Powerful STABs and coverage options in Flamethrower, Ice Beam and Thunderbolt make this pokemon a potential threat. Lightning Rod turns a massive weakness of its original form, into an immunity, and even help boosts their power to better sweep (At least it's more useful then on Sceptile-Mega). Great speed and special attack allow for it to sweep even without a boosting moves like Gyarados-Mega-X.

Name of Pokemon: Gengar-Mega-X [UBER]
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Gengarite X
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability: Spectralate
Spectralate: Turns Normal-type moves into Ghost-type, boosted by 1.2× (Ghost -ate)
New Mega's Stats: 60 / 150 / 80 / 90 / 75 / 140 (+90 Atk, +20 Def, -40 SpA, +30 Spe)
New Moves (if any): Close Combat, Flare Blitz
Flavor (Optional): Interestingly, this form of Mega Gengar has laid dormant and forgotten for centuries, to the point where this stone was thought to be an ordinary stone, and the sight of this pokemon was assumed to be an illusion by Gengar. Since so many ancient people fear of Gengars and their capabilities through their mystifying powers, and are unaware of Gengars' identity as dead fellow humans, Gengars were hunted by the hundreds throughout all regions, leaving quite a lot of Gengars fearful and lonely in the wild, wishing for a chance to find a companion to live and enjoy their time with (from Gengar's pokedex entry). As centuries went by, Gengars has lost their ability to fight on the physical end, as many hide in shadows trying defending, and as a result, become accustomed to using their mystifying ghostly powers. While over time more and more Gengar have started becoming less scared of humans, willing to even pull pranks on them, and vice versa, it would still take another century before people and Gengars started trusting each other like family, and therefore be able to realise the hidden power behind this seemingly useless stone. The Mega Stone, when activated only through an extremely close bond with a Gengar and its trainer, unleashes the warmth and life energy that it has stolen from others in the wild (from Gengar's pokedex entry), and expelling the toxicity that it has built up within it to protect itself in the wild, placing its trust and life in its trainer. It finally learns, with the help of it's trainer, to accept and love itself, unleashing the fighting spirit it had for so long lost access to.
Competitive Description: Basically Physical Blacephalon, but with Fighting Coverage and a different ability! Its physical movepool barely passable, with all the Elemental Punches, Shadow Claw, Shadow Punch, Knock Off, Sucker Punch, Poison Jab and Self-Destruct (lol), meaning that at any given moment it is able to surprise switch-in with targeted coverage other than Ghost-Fire-Fighting. Blazing speed with its amazing support movepool including Will-o-Wisp, Hypnosis, and Perish Song + Mean Look, allow it to cause havoc when it wants to. Not as good as say.... its Mega counterpart, but it'll be fine, whether in OU or Ubers. (In case you all realise, I don't focus too much on the Mega's competitive viability, only flavor which was hard to do for Gengar, since its present one fits it well. Good Job Game Freak.)

Name of Pokemon: Glalie-Mega-X
Name of New Mega Stone: Glalite X
Type:

Ability: Rock Head
Stats: 80 / 140 / 120 / 60 / 60 / 120 (+60 Atk, +40 Def, -20 SpA, -20 SpD, +40 Spe)
New Moves: Head Smash, Icicle Crash
Flavor: The power of this mega stone flows into Glalie's body, causing its soft rock insides to harden to the point where it was considered indestructible. Glalie is now able to use its rock parts to attack without fear of recoil, and as such, when it sees an enemy, it attacks without mercy, charging right into anything that stands in its way. However, its cyromatic abilities are still just as good, able to create painfully sharp icicles out of thin air to stab its opponents or lay on the floor to punish whoever dares to step on them
Competitive: While its typing guarantees that it would never be able to switch in easy, and it has very little coverage physically, its damage output from just Head Smash, Icicle Crash, and Earthquake, should be enough to make its home in OU or below as an anti-meta breaker with its coverage. Spikes gives it an additional supporting role to help break bulky waters and grounds more easily.
Also, Tiebreaker vote for God of Llamas

Edit: Changed literally everything lol, don't worry, I made them unique.

New Mega's Type: Ice/Dark
New Mega's Ability: Snow Warning
New Mega's Stats: 80 / 80 / 70 / 130 / 100 / 120 (-10Def, +50SpA, +20SpD, +40Spe)
New Moves (if any): Earth Power
Flavor (Optional): Winter is coming. Mega Glalie X plans to take over the seven regions with an army of deceased Pokemon.
Competitive Description: Fire off perfectly accurate Blizzards with 130 base SpA and 120 base Speed. Being a specially-based attacker means its Freeze-Dry is much more powerful as well. Dark-typing gives it some defensive utility via a Psychic immunity. Watch out for priority though, as it is very weak to it.

Name of Pokemon: Gyarados-Mega Y
Name of New Mega Stone [X or Y]: Gyaradosite Y
New Mega's Type: Water/Fairy
New Mega's Ability: Marvel Scale
New Mega's Stats: 95 / 105 / 129 / 120 / 110 / 81 (-20Atk, +50Def, +60SpA +10SpD)
New Moves (if any): Moonblast
Flavor (Optional): The moon and presence of Gyaradosite Y makes the atrocious Pokemon surprisingly calm and kind.
Competitive Description: A bulky Special Attacker that also makes a great status absorber.

Tiebreaker vote for Origin0

Name of Pokemon: Mega Gengar X
Name of New Mega Stone: Gengarite X
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability:
Competitive
New Mega's Stats: 60 / 65 / 105 (+45) / 150 (+20) / 100 (+30) / 115 (+5) (BST: 600)
New Moves (if any): Flamethrower, Moonlight

Flavor (Optional): Rising from the graveyards at night, Mega Gengar X possess the spirit of a fallen hero. Although it appears menacing, its power comes from the memories of its loved ones.

Competitive Description: A jack of all trades, Mega Gengar X is exceedingly unpredictable. It has a fantastic base 150 Special Attack backed by an infamously diverse move pool, and new defensive options given its typing, improved bulk, and access to Moonlight. Competitive allows it to threaten Defoggers, many of whom otherwise threaten this set.

Name of Pokemon: Mega Glalie X
Name of New Mega Stone: Glalite X
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability: Adaptability
New Mega's Stats: 80 / 128 (+48) / 102 (+22) / 65 (-15) / 102 (+22) / 103 (+23) (BST: 580)
New Moves (if any): Close Combat, Mach Punch

Flavor (Optional): It constantly trains, practicing its techniques on the icicles on its caves. After many months of work, Mega Glalie X has gained a set of arms, firing blistering punches at its opponents.

Competitive Description: Mega Glalie X desperately needed good physical STAB alongside something that would help fix its awful Ice-typing. While Fighting adds three additional weaknesses, it comes with a neutrality to Stealth Rock, a hard-hitting STAB move in Close Combat, and priority, which, alongside Ice Shard, is boosted by Adaptability. Base 103 Speed beats base 100s and Garchomp, and good defenses in conjunction with a solid base Attack stat make Mega Glalie X a versatile threat.

Name of Pokemon: Mega Gyarados Y
Name of New Mega Stone: Gyaradosite Y
New Mega's Type:

New Mega's Ability:
Storm Control*
New Mega's Stats: 95 / 80 (-45) / 79 / 140 (+80) / 141 (+41) / 105 (+24) (BST: 640)
New Moves (if any): Hurricane

* Storm Control - Halves damage from Electric- and Flying- type attacks (Thick Fat clone)

Flavor (Optional): Mega Gyarados Y seamlessly transitions from sea to air, finding just as much comfort in the clouds as in the water. It is extraordinarily rare, to the point where it was thought to be a myth.

Competitive Description: Mega Gyarados Y is a standard bulky special attacker, blessed with a great defensive typing. Storm Control removes its 4x Electric weakness and adds another resist to help its fantastic bulk, given its base 141 Special Defense and access to Intimidate before Mega Evolving. Hurricane is a great Special STAB, and with both of its STABs boosted by rain, Gyarados has another niche as a great weather abuser.
