Movepool Additions:
:scovillain: Power Whip, Strength Sap, Flare Blitz
:scovillain-mega: Dragon Dance, Draco Meteor, Dragon Hammer, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Claw, Hex, Spiky Shield, Fire Lash
Niche: Inspired by when mega scov had contrary in legends zaou, it can now very easily snowball with leaf storm / overheat, or it can run spicy spray to spread burn very well, and combo it with dragon dance. It also gets spiky shield to help it more easily get up moody boosts. This feels like it could be a bit op but idk

Mega being Revolved: Mega Banette
New Pokémon Name: Maskionette (Mask + marionette)
Type of Pokemon: Evolution
Stats: 74 HP / 125 Atk / 65 Def / 123 SpA / 63 SpD / 90 Speed [540 BST]
Typing: Ghost / Bug
Abilities: Unburden / Prankster | Cursed Body
Movepool Additions: Me First, Hone Claws, Play Rough, Hyper Voice, Crunch, Zen Headbutt, Psyshock, Moonblast, First Impression, U-Turn, Bug Buzz, Lunge, Infestation, Leech Life, Pollen Puff, Pin Missile, Heal Order, Megahorn
Gravity, Speed Swap, Quick Attack, Bite, Night Slash, Crush Claw, Psycho Cut, Confusion, Extrasensory, Signal Beam, Bug Bite, Pounce, Struggle Bug, Steamroller, Rage Powder, String Show
Niche: Maskarette solves some of Mega Banette’s issues by, in addition of not needing a Mega Stone, taking more advantage of Prankster in Me First, which copies a damaging move and deal 1.5x more damage against the opponent with that move, making it an unique revenge killer against type neutral to itself, Dragon or weakened foes, or especially opposing Ghost-type Pokémon. This way, it forces set-up sweepers and walls to play cautiously due to Maskarette also having access to Taunt. Unburden can be used instead as a Focus Sash set-up sweeper. U-Turn serves for Pivoting against slower Pokémon.
Super Effective (2x): Dragon, Ghost (+STAB)
Not Very Effective (1/2x): Fire, Grass, Water, Psychic, Electric, Ice, Dark, Steel, Poison
Neutral (1x): Rock, Ground, Bug (+STAB), Fighting(!), Normal(!), Fairy, Flying
(!) Maskarette is immune to those types and thus doesn’t apply unless the opponent is oblivious or mispredicted.
Behind the Scene: Maskionette becomes a full-on marionette that set aside it’s grudge against it’s former owner… and go all out directly manipulating others with it’s strings for it’s own gains. Mega Banette has a niche in NatDex as an offensive disruptor Pokémon, but being a Mega Pokémon requires some commitment from teammates to make it work; Maskionette obviously has no such issue being a non-Mega Pokémon that can run Unburden instead, although the drastically lowered Attack but higher Special Attack means it get Me First to reflect it’s strings capable of temporarily controlling others and use their own attacks against them. It was originally Ghost / Psychic here, but I changed it to Ghost / Bug partially due to the fact we have very little Bug Revo’d Megas, and partially due to the fact that the only official Ghost / Bug is the Wonder Guard user, Shedinja.

:falinks-mega:
Mega being Revolved: Mega Falinks
New Pokémon Name: Centrojan (Centaur + trojan horse)
Type of Pokemon: Evolution
Stats: 80 HP / 115 Atk / 115 Def / 70 SpA / 85 SpD / 75 Speed [540 BST]
Typing: Fighting / Water
Abilities: Surge Surfer | Defiant
Weight (for Heavy Slam): 300 kg
Movepool Additions: Iron Head, Hone Claws, Iron Tail, Axe Kick, Hard Press, Heavy Slam, Parting Shot, Slack Off, Liquidation, Aqua Jet, Mach Punch, Wave Crash, Flip Turn
Magnet Bomb, Mirror Shot, Wide Guard, Quick Guard, Flash Cannon, Surf
Niche: No Retreat is not a powerful enough move to justify the combination of it’s downside (trapping the user) and Falinks’ rather average stats, so Centrojan focuses on being a physical oriented threat on it’s own right. It can set up with No Retreat, Bulk Up, Swords Dance or Hone Claws, and the two Abilities have their uses; Defiant serves as a deterrent to Intimidate or Defog, while Surge Surfer allows it to cover Tapu Koko or Gorochu against Ground-type foes. (Sand Rush Excadrill will be faster if Surge Surfer Centrojan didn’t used No Retreat, but won’t be able to OHKO it.)
Behind the Scene: It was originally Fighting / Steel but with Auranegade and cat111ca’s Falinked in mind, I turned it into Fighting / Water here to refer centaurs living near rivers. Centrojan poses as a horse-like Pokémon before revealing it’s true form as a centaur-looking Pokémon. Only the brass has significant changed in that it becomes a large quadruped Pokémon; the rest are mostly the same as they were as Falinks, but more numerous. Surge Surfer reflects that if there are lots of electricity or a thunderstorm active, their adrenalin become boosted and run faster.

:scovillain-mega:
Mega being Revolved: Mega Scovillain
New Pokémon Name: Karaiju (Corruption of Carolina + Kaiju)
Type of Pokemon: Evolution
Stats: 95 HP / 128 Atk / 95 Def / 128 SpA / 70 SpD / 34 Speed [550 BST]
Typing: Grass / Fire
Abilities: Solar Power / Spicy Spray | No Guard
Movepool Additions: Solar Blade, Power Whip, Fire Spin, Flare Blitz, Nasty Plot, Swords Dance, Earthquake, High Horsepower, Earth Power
Burn Up, Mud Shot, Mud Bomb
Niche: Spicy Spray is a tricky Ability to balance on a non-Mega Pokémon, so Karaiju lives on Mega Scovillain’s legacy by having a seemingly mediocre bulk (more fragile on the Special side) but has that Ability that will strike fear on any physical non-Fire, non-Guts Pokémon imaginable. Earthquake and Earth Power means that opposing Fire-type Pokémon has to be careful as well, especially Heatran. Well, Levitate Gorochu will pressure Karaiju immensively anyways with Fire Lash, but that’s aside the point. Special Attackers don’t care too much for being burned, so they can revenge kill or wallbreak Karaiju in return.
Behind the Scene: There are a few Pokémon that have clear inspiration of kaijus, particularly those of the Godzilla series including the titular giant monster regarding Tyranitar and Baxcalibur; Duraludon and Archaludon has Mecha-Godzilla and other robotic kaijus in mind, too. This is where Biollante of the Godzilla series come to play as the main inspiration of Karaiju, with the newly gained third head being the abnormal blue-colored pepper (not the expected yellow or orange, blue) to sell that it’s a monstrous abomination of nature, with the two red and green heads also serving as the blue head’s additional “hands”.

Mega being Revolved: Mega Scovillain
New Pokémon Name: Jalapunkyo [jalapeno + punk]
Type of Pokemon: Evo
Stats: 65/108/65/108/65/75 -> 90/111/81/111/81/81 [+25/+3/+16/+3/+16/+6]
Typing: Grass/Fire
Abilities: Chlorophyl / Spicy Spray / Moody
Movepool Additions:
:scovillain: Flame Charge, Flare Blitz, Heat Wave, Nasty Plot, Power Whip, Solar Blade, Swords Dance, Synthesis
:scovillain-mega: Fire Lash, Raging Fury
Niche: Buff on base Scovillain by giving new physical moves in Power Whip and Fire Lash, and access to Swords Dance and Nasty Plot to boost on both sides. Held back by lack of coverage but makes up for it with insane power.

:banette-mega:
Mega being Revolved: Mega Banette
New Pokémon Name: Raithrath [wraith + wrath + riffraff?]
Type of Pokemon: Evo
Stats: 64/115/65/83/63/65 -> 88/88/88/128/88/60 [+24/Sp.Atk+5/+23/Atk+13/+25/-5]
Typing: Ghost/Dark
Abilities
: Prankster / Infiltrator / Cursed Body
Movepool Additions:
:banette: Fake Tears, Parting Shot, Strength Sap
:banette-mega: Bitter Malice, Flash Cannon, Night Daze
Niche: Gengar becoming a Physical attacker opens up room for this Physical ghost to become a Special Attacker. This synergizes well with Prankster Wisp/TWave + Hex, while also pairing with its access to Nasty Plot. Added Dark typing gives it STAB on moves such as Knock Off, Sucker Punch and Foul Play. It already has a decently diverse movepool, it just needs the stats to use it well. With an excellent Special Attack and an actually useable bulk, this Pokemon should be able to use its tools quite excellently.

:falinks-mega:
Mega being Revolved: Mega Falinks
New Pokémon Name: Powerpals [Power Rangers + pals]
Type of Pokemon: Evo
Stats: 65/100/100/70/60/75 -> 70/120/120/70/70/90 [+5/+20/+20/+0/+10/+15]
Typing: Fighting
Abilities: Defiant / Emergency Exit
Movepool Additions
:
:falinks: Earthquake, Stone Edge
:falinks-mega: Sucker Punch
Niche: Just a general buff to the base stats and movepool of base Falinks. Name is because this absurd formation reminds me of Dragonzord or other "combining elements" from Power Rangers or adjacent shows. Emergency Exit feels like an unorthodox choice, but it would allow a No Retreat Powerpals locked in against a bad matchup to get a switch out to a better team member, if played correctly.

Mega being Revolved: Mega Banette
New Pokémon Name: Vendette (Vendetta + [Marion]ette)
Type of Pokemon: Evo
Stats: 69 (+5) / 130 (+15) / 80 (+15) / 83 / 83 (+20) / 95 (+30) (540 BST)
Typing: Ghost/Normal
Abilities: Prankster / Frisk / Clear Body
Movepool Additions:
:banette: + :banette-mega:: Recover, Brick Break, Parting Shot
:banette-mega:: Double-Edge, Fake Out, Leech Life, Superpower, Haze, Toxic Spikes, Spirit Break
:banette: + :banette-mega:: Thunder Punch, Ice Punch, Quick Attack
:banette-mega:: Crush Claw, Feint, Last Resort, X-Scissor, Simple Beam, Hyper Voice
Niche:
While an added Normal typing might seem weird, this gives Vendette a very unique typing with three immunities and only one real weakness (granted, a very bad weakness to have, but still). Ghost/Normal is also pretty interesting offensively, with its wide neutral coverage ensuring Vendette always has an opportunity to hit hard with its high-powered STABs and newfound other coverage moves. It also receives new tools to make use of Prankster's advantages too, such as Haze, Toxic Spikes, and even the dreaded Parting Shot, while Recover can work to let it heal back up in a pinch.

:falinks-mega:
Mega being Revolved: Mega Falinks
New Pokémon Name: Formmando (Form[ation] + Commando)
Type of Pokemon: Evo
Stats: 80 (+15) / 120 (+20) / 115 (+15) / 70 / 70 (+10) / 85 (+10) (540 BST)
Typing: Fighting/Dark
Abilities: Guts / Defiant
Movepool Additions:
:falinks-mega:: Stone Edge, Fake Out, Sucker Punch, Stealth Rock, Spikes
:falinks-mega:: Flash Cannon, Hard Press, Dark Pulse, Comeuppance
Niche:
Falinks already already has most of the tools it needs to succeed - STAB Close Combat, most of the offensive coverage it could ask for, and (most importantly) a powerful setup move in No Retreat. The main thing that holds Falinks back is a) its lack of stats, and b) lack of defensive utility due to its mono-Fighting typing and reliance on No Retreat to do much of note.

While Fighting/Dark is not quite the most robust defensively (dying to faster Fairies is quite bad for it), Formmando makes up for this in other areas, most notably, with good enough bulk (physically, anyways) for an offensive Pokemon and much higher speed and power that make it more of a threat after No Retreat. STAB Knock Off is a valuable asset that threatens many Pokemon, both defensive and offensive, and works well with Falinks' numerous other coverage moves to let it pick and choose what it wants to counter. Defiant is great for countering Intimidate and Defog, but Guts also works well as a means to punish status (and block incoming status in return, should Formmando choose to hold a Flame Orb) with significantly higher power.

:sv/scovillain-mega:
Mega being Revolved: Mega Scovillain
New Pokémon Name: Scovillord (Scoville + Lord)
Type of Pokemon: Evo
Stats: 75 (+10) / 123 (+15) / 100 (+35) / 123 (+15) / 75 (+10) / 60 (-15) (556 BST)
Typing: Fire/Grass
Abilities: Chlorophyll / Spicy Spray / Flash Fire
Movepool Additions:
:scovillain: + :scovillain-mega:: Swords Dance, Bulk Up, Seed Bomb, Heat Crash, Fire Lash, Flare Blitz
:scovillain-mega:: Power Whip, Earth Power, Superpower, Focus Blast
:scovillain-mega:: Scorching Sands, Dragon Claw, Dragon Pulse, Outrage, Breaking Swipe
Niche:
Spicy Spray is a very powerful ability - being an effective auto-Flame Body on any attack tends to do that to you. While not especially bulky (or fast - matter of fact it suffers a significant speed drop compared to the already not-very-fast Scovillain), its defenses are workable to let it live plenty of hits and fire back with some of its own. And on that front, Scovillord bears much stronger offenses and plenty of new coverage galore, with Earth Power and Focus Blast serving as ways around its usual checks and counters. Physical variants are now much more possible with stronger Physical STABs in Power Whip and Flare Blitz/Fire Lash as well as Swords Dance and Bulk Up. Of course, if you don't quite want Spicy Spray, the bread-and-butter Chlorophyll sets are plenty workable for Sun comps, while Flash Fire is a much more niche ability that gives Scovillord a useful Fire immunity that also powers up its Fire STABs that much more.

Mega being Revolved: Banette
New Pokémon Name: Purifette
Type of Pokemon: Evo
Stats: 70/125/102/84/85/65
Typing: Ghost/Fairy
Abilities: Prankster, Infiltrator, Misty Surge
Movepool Additions: Sweet Kiss, Babydoll-Eyes, Charm, Play Rough, Fairy Lock, Body Press
Niche: Gains a very strong type to use; plus a ton of fairy moves like Charm for support. It also gains enough defence to play Cotton Guard + Body Press attacker. Misty Surge also allows this Pokémon to hit really hard as a physical Fairy attacker.
:Falinks-mega:
Mega being Revolved: Falinks
New Pokémon Name: Falinks-Single-Strike
Type of Pokemon: Alternate Forme
Stats: 70/115/100/70/65/100 (Moved 5 from speed to attack)
Typing: Dark/Fighting
Abilities: Defiant, Iron Fist
Movepool Additions: Sucker Punch, Mach Punch, Obstruct, Night Slash, Drain Punch, Bullet Punch, Ice Punch, Fire Punch, Thunder Punch
Niche: As a wise man once said: “Aww shit, here we go again”. This Pokémon has now switched sides and trained in the Tower Of Darkness, and has gained a plethora of moves. (Apparently it doesn’t learn a single move w the punching tag says /ms) This thing now has more coverage, power and combos to use. (Each time I see an Iron Fist Mon I give it punching glove + set up + 3 punching moves. Always works trust:)
(No Urshifu-S makes this thing really really good)

:scovillain-mega:
Mega being Revolved: Scovillain
New Pokémon Name: Jalapeñorde
Type of Pokemon: Evo
Stats: 70/116/70/116/70/114
Typing: Grass/Fire
Abilities: Spicy Spray, Chlorophyll, Flash Fire
Movepool Additions: Heat Wave
Niche: This Pokémon is absolutely Uber level; however, its lack of coverage does not help it in anyway. Also, flying type has always been extremely common, with many teams I’ve seen using Torni-T, Talonflame, or one of our Revos. This one is def up for debate.

Movepool Additions
:
:scovillain: Flame Charge, Flare Blitz, Heat Wave, Power Whip, Solar Blade, Swords Dance, Synthesis
:scovillain-mega: Fire Lash, Raging Fury
Niche: Contrary Leaf Storm / Overheat makes this a potent Special Attacker held back by its below average Speed and lack of coverage. Increase to bulk increases longevity of Spicy Spray sets, making it easier for them to get the burns. Also fun fact Scovillain gets Flare Blitz in Champions, which obviously has not been ported over to NatDex.
:scovillain-mega: These two have the same problem. While on paper Spicy Extract and Contrary sets have their checks in Fire-types, in practise Contrary is just a really strong ability. Overheat, Leaf Storm, Leech Seed and literally any move makes quick work of any check you could think of. VETO

:Falinks-mega:
Mega being Revolved: Falinks
New Pokémon Name: Falinks-Rapid-Strike
Type of Pokemon: Alternate Forme
Stats: 70/110/100/70/65/105
Typing: Water/Fighting
Abilities: Defiant, Skill Link
Movepool Additions: Bullet Seed, Tail Slap, Rock Blast, Surging Strikes, Pin Missile, Triple Axel, Triple Kick
Niche: I was aghast to realize Falinks learns 0 multi hit moves, so we had to fix his movepool a bit. After being trained in the Water Tower, it can use Surging Strikes, and is essentially a slightly nerfed Urshifu; although it has better set up options through No Retreat. Note: it actually has better Stats in total I’m p sure, but it lacks Unseen Fist.
:falinks-mega: This competes with Urshifu-R. I'd advise you not give Pokemon niches that overlap with exisiting Pokemon. You either make your mon outclassed or outclass the already good Pokemon. Furthermore, Surging Strikes does not fit thematic wise, so outside of this niche, there isn't a reason for Surging Strikes to be here.

You have 24 hours.

Voting time! I included all the subs that have been given feedback to and accordingly changed.

Voting will take place on Google Forms and from there it is relatively easy to understand how it works. You have to vote for 3 submissions for each Pokemon and every submission can get 3, 2 or 1 point(s).

Self-Voting:
Check out the detailed explanation for a more precise explanation. TL;DR The amount of Self-Votes depends on your submission count. Each submission gets you a Self-Vote, and said Self-Vote is worth 2 points.
A Person with 3 submissions has 6 Self-Vote points, one with 4 submissions has 8 points and so on. The Self-Votes you give yourself cannot exceed this limit.
Let's say a person has 2 submissions resulting in 4 points: They can place themselves on 1st place for one Pokemon (which results in 3 points spend), and place themselves 3rd place for a different Pokemon (resulting in the last point being spend). Alternatively, they could place themselves in 2nd place twice, whichi results in 2 x 2 points being spend.

If you want to vote for yourself now, it gets slightly more complicated. You can always keep voting for yourself as second, but you can change the order a bit, for as long as the number of self-votes equals 2x the number of submissions you made. Let's use some examples to make it more understandable:

Stallbreaker: Yoshiblaze, Lyd, Ludicrousity
Special Wall: Ludicrousity, Lyd, Yoshiblaze
Defensive Pivot: Ludicrousity, Lyd, Yoshiblaze

So this voting format is good, cuz' Lyd voted for himself as second three times, and when you add everything up, he gave himself 6 votes, which is fine, as it is exactly the number of submissions he made for the slate x2. However, say he liked his Stallbreaker submission a lot, and he really wants it to win, he can play around with his votes a little bit:

Stallbreaker: Lyd, Yoshiblaze, Ludicrousity
Special Wall: Ludicrousity, Lyd, Yoshiblaze
Defensive Pivot: Ludicrousity, Yoshiblaze, Lyd

So to make his Stallbreaker first vote, he moved his Defensive Pivot self-vote to last. Makes sense, right? And when you add up the votes, 3 + 2 + 1 = 6 which is exactly what he wants. Let's say that he likes his Special Wall and Defensive Pivot submissions more, and he didn't like his Stallbreaker submission too much. He can do this:

Stallbreaker: Yoshiblaze, Ludicrousity, G-Luke
Special Wall: Lyd, Ludicrousity, Yoshiblaze
Defensive Pivot: Lyd, Ludicrousity, Yoshiblaze

3 + 3 adds up to six, so he's good to that. Small note that this can't be done if he made no Stallbreaker submission because if that was the case, the number of submissions he made x2 would actually end up as 4, which isn't enough. Also, had he only made a single submission, he'd always have to self-vote as #2 or lower because making only one submission gives him only two self-vote points. We hope that was clear, if you had any trouble to understand this, feel free to PM anyone from the council and we'll explain it as best as we can.

ViZar's Say:
This is for transperency's sake. I will tell you about my role in this votes and polls.
  1. Tiebreaker vote: I will never vote submission and stricly keep my vote to break a tie. My vote will be determined by the circumstances of the votes. If one of the submitters already won a submission in the current slate, I will give the vote to the other person. If that does not apply, I will ask someone from outside the mod, more specifically an uninvolved person from the main Pet Mods server, to break the vote. If that does not happen in an adequate time, I will vote based on design and metagame needs.
  2. Poll votes: I will always vote for the mod specific topics (e.g. Unseen Fist/Piercing Drill Topic, Future Slates). My vote will always be the least valuable vote however. In a tie, I will remove my vote if the other option will win.
Voting will last for 3 days and will be closed once every submitter has voted.

Mega being Revolved:
New Pokémon Name:
Type of Pokemon: (Evo, Split Evo, Alt Forme)
Stats:
Typing:
Abilities:
Movepool Additions:
Niche:
Movepool:
  • You can add moves to the Pokemon receiving a Revolution. Movepool Additions are not exclusive to the Revolutions.
  • Only list important and usable moves for your submissions! You can add flavour moves and usually useless moves but put them into a spoiler. Furthermore, mark your strong move additions via bold or cursive text or with an underline.
  • Moves that are not wildly accessible will be looked at with a harsher lense. Including them needs to have thematic sense or play into the niche of the Revolution.

Stats:
  • You are not allowed to lower stats, except for speed. If you lower speed however, every other stat must see an increase. The amount depending on how much you decreased your speed.
  • Swapping offensive stats is also allowed. Normally this is obvious, but it is appreciated if it is specified somewhere in the submission.
  • If it is an evolution or an alternate forme of a Pokemon, you don't have to add all stats that are given to you. You have to add the very minimum of the spectrum given to you.

Miscellaneous:
  • No custom elements.
  • When a submission changes during the slate or after feedback, the changes have to be noted.
  • You can choose between evolutions, split evolutions, regional variants, convergent species and alternate formes, unless noted otherwise.

Convergent Evolution / New set of Pokemon
The base forme of the Pokemon will receive a convergent evolution. It will not evolve from anything but take the base forme's learnset as a base. When it comes to Legendary and Mythical Pokemon, they can become a new set of Pokemon. Must have the same BST as the base forme.
:venusaur: = :venusaur-mega:
:venusaur: BST = :venusaur-mega: BST
:venusaur-mega: Movepool based on :venusaur: Movepool. This has its own movepool.

:dragonite-mega:
Mega being Revolved: Mega Dragonite
New Pokémon Name: Dragonite-Serpent
Type of Pokemon: Alt Forme
Stats: 91 HP / 100 Atk / 95 Def / 134 SpA / 100 SpD / 80 Speed | 600 BST (Atk and SpA swapped)
Typing: Dragon / Flying
Abilities: Technician | Multiscale
Movepool Additions:
:dragonite: + :dragonite-mega: Vacuum Wave, Charge Beam, Heat Wave, Dazzling Gleam
Niche: Given Dragonite is already OU in SV metagame, Dragonite-Serpent go for a different direction with higher SpA and Technician, allowing for Hidden Power as either it’s customizable coverage, or just for consistent special Flying STAB.
Behind the Scene: Mostly faithful to Mega Dragonite stat-wise, with the design being longer in length. Lack of reliable Special Flying STAB hurted Mega Dragonite as it relies on rain for Hurricane, so Technician being added as an alternative Ability allows it to not only give it Flying Hidden Power with 90 BP, but also gives Charge Beam, Vacuum Wave and Dragon Breath an extra oomph.
:tyranitar-mega:
Mega being Revolved: Mega Tyranitar
New Pokémon Name: Tyrantutar (Tarantula + Tyranitar)
Type of Pokemon: Convergent
Stats: 100 HP / 134 Atk / 110 Def / 105 SpA / 100 SpD / 51 Speed | 600 BST
Typing: Bug / Rock
Abilities: Sand Stream | Thick Fat
Movepool Modifications: (Italic are flavor moves)
(+) Bug Buzz, U-Turn, First Impression, Signal Beam, Struggle Bug, Lunge, Skitter Smack, Leech Life, String Shot, Gunk Shot, Toxic Spikes, Poison Jab, Acid, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Toxic Thread, Poison Fang, Circle Throw, Pin Missile, Bulk Up, Accelerock (Note: Accelerock was originally removed due to concern of dual STAB priority and Bulk Up, but ViZar pointed that it cannot reliably run both priority STABs unlike Lokix.)
(-) Dark Pulse, Payback, Thrash, Breaking Swipe, Dragon Claw, Dragon Pulse, Dragon Dance, Dragon Tail, Fire Blast, Fire Fang, Fire Punch, Flamethrower, Power Gem, Incinerate
Niche: Although Tyrantutar’s STABs are resisted by Steel, it make up for it with Ground-type coverage, less weaknesses than Tyranitar, and can instead using Thick Fat to resist Fire and Ice. U-Turn also provides it a slow pivoting tool, while Toxic Spikes add some pressure against Stall and Hyper Offense teams. That said, Rock-neutral Flying-type like Corviknight, Skarmory (standard or Sharpened) and Landorus-Therian can put pressure on it, and Karaiju doesn’t care too much of being hit by any Rock-type attack so long that Tarantutar get burned via Spicy Spray.
Behind the Scene: Given the lack of Bug-type Revos, Tyrantutar makes for a niche alternative that nonetheless provides a powerful Pokémon that the Bug-type is not known for. Access to Poison-type moves is due to tarantulas being venomous, and retaining Ground-type moves is due to tarantulas digging and living underground.
:metagross-mega:
Mega being Revolved: Mega Metagross
New Pokémon Name: Metagross-Paldea
Type of Pokemon: Regional form
Stats: 90 HP / 125 Atk / 130 Def / 95 SpA / 100 SpD / 60 Speed | 600 BST
Typing: Steel / Ice
Abilities: Tough Claws | Slush Rush
Movepool Additions: Icicle Crash, Icicle Spear, Ice Hammer, Ice Shard, Haze, Ice Spinner
Blizzard, Ice Beam, Icy Wind, Ice Ball, Snowscape
Niche: Both of Paldean Metagross’ Abilities of choice are to counterbalance having more weaknesses (especially to Fire and Figthing), with Tough Claws for wallbreaking (or revenge killing with Ice Shard or Bullet Punch), and Slush Rush for sweeping. Fighting and Fire-type in general greatly threatens it, and Karaiju in particular resists both of it’s STAB, has decent physical bulk and will instantly burn it via Spicy Spray when taking damage.
Behind the Scene: Goodra can’t be the only pseudo having a regional form, can it? Jokes aside, the Ice-type is to make it a rival of the Dragon / Ice Baxcalibur, and Slush Rush is a reference to the snow sliding minigame in the Paldea Ice-type Gym. Design-wise, Paldean Metagross is of a much darker blue hue, and the silver gray is replaced by icicles.
:salamence-mega:
Mega being Revolved: Mega Salamence
New Pokémon Name: Salamence-Alola
Type of Pokemon: Regional form
Stats: 85 HP / 135 Atk / 70 Def / 130 SpA / 70 SpD / 110 Speed | 600 BST
Typing: Dragon / Rock
Abilities: Intimidate | Aerilate
Movepool Additions: Power Gem, Stealth Rock, Rock Polish, Rock Blast, Wring Out (Note: Head Smash was added but it got removed as per ViZar’s request as, even without Rock Head which it doesn’t have anyways, it would deal way too much damage for it’s Speed and Attack, as well as recovery in Roost.)
Ancient Power, Smack Down, Rock Throw, Sandstorm
Niche: Having a more focused offense stat spread vs OG Salamence with slightly higher Speed and a much higher SpA at expense of it’s bulk, it can be a Suicide Lead or an offense pivot in addition to a potential sweeper of wallbreaker. Aerilate may not be STAB, but Aerilate Wring Out allows special attacking Alolan Salamence to have a higher power BP against healthy Fighting-type and Grass-type foes and with more accuracy vs Air Slash either way. Hyper Voice can be used for consistent BP instead.
Behind the Scene: With the legacy of Salamence being obtainable as early as Level 10 as a rare SOS of the already rare Bagon in Alola, Alolan Salamance takes an inspiration of gargoyles, and Medusa of the Greek Myths. Even with a rockier appearance, Salamance is able to fly, to go with the mandatory Ability Aerilate for this submission.
:garchomp-mega:
Mega being Revolved: Mega Garchomp
New Pokémon Name: Garchomp-Slayer
Type of Pokemon: Alternative form
Stats: 108 HP / 140 Atk / 110 Def / 80 SpA / 100 SpD / 62 Speed | 600 BST
Typing: Dragon / Ground
Abilities: Sand Force | Rough Skin
Movepool Additions: (Also for regular Garchomp) Slack Off, Thunder Punch, Night Slash, Psycho Cut
Niche: Unlike Garchomp-Mega, Garchomp-Slayer has more emphasis on having bulk and has access to Slack Off to be a mixed or physical wall, with Rough Skin to deters contact attackers more than regular Garchomp can. Slightly higher Attacks also makes Garchomp-Slayer more immediately threatening. Severely lower Speed means Scale Shot is less viable for it, and thusly leave Garchomp-Slayer easy to revenge kill by any Pokémon with Ice-type move. Freezeress is especially deadly for it due to much superior Speed and using the non-contact Ice Beam.
Behind the Scene: The gameplay idea behind Mega Garchomp is an interesting one; sacrifying some speed for extra bulk and power, but Sand Force doesn’t cut it for this purpose. With Slack Off and access to Rough Skin, Garchomp-Slayer is intended to be a fully realized idea that can hold an item, meaning Rocky Helmet + Rough Skin can deters contact-using attackers from trying to punish it, but at the same time, encourage Ice-type coverage and Pokémon even more than before.

Mega being Revolved: Mega Dragonite
New Pokémon Name: Dracangel (Draconic + Angel)
Type of Pokemon: Split Evo
Stats: 61 / 84 / 65 / 70 / 70 / 70 -> 86 (+25) / 89 (+5) / 95 (+30) / 125 (+55) / 95 (+25) / 110 (+40) (600 BST)
Typing: Dragon / Flying
Abilities: Cloud Nine / Multiscale
Movepool Additions:
:dragonair: + :dragonite-mega:: Earth Power, Flash Cannon
:dragonite-mega:: Air Slash, Hurricane, Mystical Fire, Aura Sphere, Calm Mind, Roost, Refresh
:dragonair: + :dragonite-mega:: Psybeam
:dragonite-mega:: Dual Wingbeat, Wing Attack, Ice Spinner, Psychic, Psyshock, Tailwind
Niche:
Fast, strong, special-attacking Dragon option, first and foremost. 110 base speed is wonderful and lets it get the jump on many of the mons in the meta, while base 125 special attack is still no slouch and lets it hit decently hard. 86/95/95 defenses might not seem like much at first, but they are serviceable enough to let Dracangel live a hit if it has to, which is further accentuated by Multiscale. Calm Mind is the real draw, adding a strong form of setup to Dracangel's game. Cloud Nine is an alternate ability that lets it disable weather altogether, which while niche, has its usecases.

:sv/tyranitar-mega:
Mega being Revolved: Mega Tyranitar
New Pokémon Name: Tyranitar-Radioactive
Type of Pokemon: Alt Forme
Stats: 95 (-5) / 124 (-10) / 145 (+35) / 80 (-15) / 95 (-5) / 61 (600 BST)
Typing: Rock / Poison
Abilities: Sand Stream / Solid Rock
Movepool Additions:
:tyranitar-mega:: Pain Split, Corrosive Gas, Gunk Shot, Poison Jab, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave, Toxic, Toxic Spikes, Superpower, Drain Punch, Supercell Slam
:tyranitar-mega:: Meteor Beam, Acid, Acid Spray, Acid Armor, Gastro Acid, Poison Fang, Poison Tail, Sludge, Venoshock, Muddy Water, Heat Crash, Overheat, Scorching Sands, Aqua Tail
Niche:
Whereas Tyranitar was a very well-rounded Pokemon across the board (only really being held back by a notoriously bad defensive typing), this form is more of that but attached to a defensive typing that doesn't immediately leave it open to 90% of the meta. Well, okay, being even bigger Ground-type food compared to vanilla Tyranitar really sucks, but Rock/Poison still has a variety of useful defensive applications, such as a Toxic immunity and a Fairy resist in addition to an inherent Fire resist and being a Rock-type that doesn't fear Fighting-type moves. This lets it leverage its still excellent bulk (improved on the physical side, arguably) to tank hits and apply its good variety of utility moves, such as Toxic, Toxic Spikes, the ever-useful Stealth Rock, and even niche options like Corrosive Gas or Thunder Wave. Solid Rock trades the weather disruption and 50% boost to Special Defense in exchange for being able to tank super-effective hits much more reliably; its Defense is high enough that with some investment to HP and Physical bulk, it is capable of facetanking even 4x super-effective attacks.

:sv/salamence-mega:
Mega being Revolved: Mega Salamence
New Pokémon Name: Aeromander (Aero[dyanmic] + Salamander)
Type of Pokemon: Split Evo
Stats: 65 / 95 / 100 / 60 / 50 / 50 -> 80 (+15) / 95 / 120 (+20) / 130 (+70) / 80 (+30) / 95 (+45) (600 BST)
Typing: Dragon / Flying
Abilities: Intimidate / Aerilate
Movepool Additions:
:shelgon: + :salamence-mega:: Flash Cannon
:salamence-mega:: Roost, Air Slash, Hurricane, Focus Blast, Vacuum Wave, Overheat, U-turn
:salamence-mega:: Dual Wingbeat, Wing Attack, Tailwind
Niche:
Compared to Salamence's more physical-leaning tendencies, Aeromander commits fully to sheer special attacking destruction. Aerilate turns its Hyper Voices into destructive nukes when coming off of its base 130 special attack stat, and it even has good enough coverage options to ensure it's not totally walled by Steels (or Fairies). While nowhere near the 100 speed of base Salamence, 95 speed is just good enough to get the jump on the mons it has to outspeed, and with a good natural defense stat, it is plenty capable of taking a beating if it has to.

:sv/metagross-mega:
Mega being Revolved: Mega Metagross
New Pokémon Name: Metagross-Multiplex
Type of Pokemon: Alt Forme
Stats: 85 (+5) / 115 (-20) / 120 (-10) / 90 (-5) / 95 (+5) / 95 (+25) (600 BST)
Typing: Steel / Psychic
Abilities: Clear Body / Tough Claws
Movepool Additions:
:metagross-mega:: Supercell Slam, Superpower, Knock Off, Teleport
:metagross-mega:: Aura Sphere, Focus Blast
Niche:
Decent midrange option across the board, which is honestly all that it really needs to be. 115 attack might not seem like much, but Tough Claws really enhances its many contact moves to make it hit harder than that attack would let on. 95 speed also gets the jump on a good majority of the mons that it needs to outspeed, and its solid bulk and defensive typing further enhances its offensive potential, ensuring that it is not as easily KOed. Supercell Slam and Superpower are Tough Claws-enhanced coverage options to let it bypass potential checks, while Teleport and Knock Off are added as potentially useful utility moves.

:sv/garchomp-mega:
Mega being Revolved: Mega Garchomp
New Pokémon Name: Garchavage (Garchomp + Savage/Ravage)
Type of Pokemon: Split Evo
Stats: 68 / 90 / 65 / 50 / 55 / 82 -> 118 (+50) / 145 (+55) / 100 (+35) / 75 (+25) / 80 (+25) / 82 (600 BST)
Typing: Dragon / Rock
Abilities: Sand Force / Dry Skin
Movepool Additions:
:gabite: + :garchomp-mega:: Hone Claws, Rock Blast
:garchomp-mega:: High Horsepower, Superpower, Gunk Shot
:garchomp-mega:: Meteor Beam, Zen Headbutt, X-Scissor, Cross Poison
Niche:
Slower version of Garchomp that sacrifices its signature 102 speed tier and the utility of Rough Skin + its typing in exchange for being drastically stronger and having much better coverage to bypass would-be checks and counters. Dry Skin is a bit of an unconventional ability, weakening Garchavage's Fire resistance (which, considering it is already 4x resistant to, is not that big of a deal) in exchange for a handy Water immunity. Sand Force is also an option to make Garchavage a fearful Sand abuser, with a 50% Special Defense boost and a strong boost to its Rock STAB and Earthquake. While Rock/Dragon is very exploitable defensively, Garchavage also carries with it strong enough defenses to make it rather hard to OHKO.

Mega being Revolved: Tyranitar
New Pokémon Name: Mechatar
Type of Pokemon: Split Evo
Stats: 90/126/85/100/110/99 (600)
Typing: Rock/Steel
Abilities: Sand Stream / Hadron Engine
Movepool Additions: Power Gem, Meteor Beam, Heavy Slam, Flash Cannon, Steel Beam, Electro Shot, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Psychic, Flamethrower, Autotomize, Thunder Wave, Roar
Niche: Strong Hadron Engine sweeper, as Hadron Engine essentially gives it a special attack of 130, which, when combo'd with meteor beam lets it easily snowball. It is held back by its bad typing, though it does have 99 speed to let it out speed threats like wrecksadrill, auranegade and steelix-crystal. It can also be used as a more tanky Pokemon, as its already high special defense stat gets heavily bolstered in sand, and also as a physical attacker since it has a pretty high attack stat and plus it gets dragon dance too.

Mega being Revolved: Dragonite
New Pokémon Name: Helikite (Helico + Kite + Dragonite)
Type of Pokemon: Split Evo (From Dragonair)
Stats: 81/94/95/120/95/115
Typing: Dragon/Flying
Abilities: Multiscale, Propeller Tail,
Movepool Additions: Coil, Tail Slap,
Niche: Very strong special attacker, supposed to be a more Dragonair-like evo. Will be a nice competitor in the format as it inhabits a nice speed tier.
:tyranitar-mega:
Mega being Revolved: Tyranitar
New Pokémon Name: Chaotar (Chaos + Tar)
Type of Pokemon: Split Evo (From Pupitar)
Stats: 100/94/140/95/120/51
Typing: Rock/Poison
Abilities: Sand Stream, Toxic Debris
Movepool Additions: Toxic, Toxic Spikes, Gunk Shot, Sludge Bomb, Sludge Wave,
Niche: Strong hazards setter, which is very similar to glimmora. Also it’s extremely mixed attacking, allowing it to be very versatile.
(This thing is kinda similar to War’s Mon)
:Metagross-mega:
Mega being Revolved: Metagross
New Pokémon Name: Metiant (Metal + Giant)
Type of Pokemon: Convergent
Stats: 90/125/120/105/100/60
Typing: Steel/Grass
Abilities: Tough Claws, Tablets Of Ruin
Movepool Additions: Power Whip, Trailblaze, Ingrain, Giga Drain, Grass Knot, Wood Hammer,
Niche: Another mixed attacker, however this one has the amazing type of Grass/Steel, letting it punish everything but Fighting and Fire types, at the cost of a 4x weakness. Also makes it be able to play either Tank or Hard hitter. (I don’t think Tables are very broken here cause we have a lot of fire mons)
:Salamence-mega:
Mega being Revolved: Salamence
New Pokémon Name: Pteroshel (Pter + Shell)
Type of Pokemon: Split Evo (From Shelgon)
Stats: 65/95/125/80/125/110
Typing: Dragon/Flying
Abilities: Aerilate, Filter
Movepool Additions: Body Press, Rapid Spin, Defog
Niche: Fast Tank with smaller attacking power than the a lot of Revos. Modelled after Shelgon more than Salamence, although they both find a way to fly.
Extremely tanky, however, it suffers from low-Hp syndrome.
:garchomp-mega:
Mega being Revolved: Garchomp
New Pokémon Name: Gark (Pls let it happen) (Gar (fish) + Garchomp + Shark)
Type of Pokemon: Regional Evo
Stats: 98/130/85/90/85/112
Typing: Dragon/Water
Abilities: Sand Force, Swift Swim
Movepool Additions: Waterfall, Flip Turn,
Niche: Essentially just water garchomp, with a goofy name and strong water type attacks. Still keeps a 4x weakness to Freeze Dry, but gets a net positive for a type. It’s only true downside is its abilities, which are extremely weather dependent.

Mega being Revolved: Mega Garchomp
New Pokémon Name: Garchomp-Aggressor
Type of Pokemon: Alt Forme
Stats: 108/130/95/80/85/102 -> 103/125/103/84/88/97 [-5/-5/+9/+4/+3/-5]
Typing: Dragon/Ground
Abilities: Sand Force / Sheer Force
Movepool Additions:
Niche: Turns out NatDex Garchomp has access to Hone Claws, which is useful when paired with STAB Dragon Rush, and non-STAB Rock Slide. Access to Liquidation and Iron Head also gives this tools to use will. This Pokemon gets an increase to its defenses in exchange for a bit less Attack and Speed. Despite the low Special Attack, it can still potentially run something like Fire Blast or Earth Power with the Sheer Force boost.

Niche: Bridging the gap in design between base Salamence and Roaring Moon, giving this a niche of Aerilate Blood Moon as a concept makes this a unique threat. A handful of stats are dropped by decent amount a bit in exchange for a solid increase to physical bulk and a bit more Speed. While this still benefits from classic Mega Salamence sets using Dragon Dance and Aerilate Return/Double-Edge, the new Special sets with Blood Moon will hit hard, even if it has no way to boost the stat.

I think that blood moon is just too strong even though it has that lower special attack stat. Because it can learn Protect it essentially has no cool down, which causes this to be extremely good.

I feel I just have to straight up veto this one, although the dragon type isn’t too broken on this Pokémon, the combination of Dragon Dance, Stamina, great ground coverage, sand unpredictability (can instead be specially defensive), amazing Stab for both Dragon and Rock. This was definitely well powered in Mnmls, but not here.

New Pokémon Name: Mechatar
Type of Pokemon: Split Evo
Stats: 90/126/85/100/110/99 (600)
Typing: Rock/Steel
Abilities: Sand Stream / Hadron Engine
Movepool Additions: Power Gem, Meteor Beam, Heavy Slam, Flash Cannon, Steel Beam, Electro Shot, Thunderbolt, Thunder, Psychic, Flamethrower, Autotomize, Thunder Wave, Roar
Niche: Strong Hadron Engine sweeper, as Hadron Engine essentially gives it a special attack of 130, which, when combo'd with electro shot and meteor beam lets it easily snowball. It is held back by its bad typing, though it does have 99 speed to let it out speed threats like wrecksadrill, auranegade and steelix-crystal. It can also be used as a more tanky Pokemon, as its already high special defense stat gets heavily bolstered in sand
Ngl it’s not too broken compared to others, it’s just that it has speed control, easy set up, Hadron Engine, which gives it the perfect toolset to become Uber level. Remember the reason why Miraidon isn’t banned to Hackmons is because it’s only set up is Charge Beam.

The slate will end in 48 hours.

Mega being Revolved: Mega Salamence
New Pokémon Name: Salamence-Alola
Type of Pokemon: Regional form
Stats: 85 HP / 135 Atk / 70 Def / 130 SpA / 70 SpD / 110 Speed | 600 BST
Typing: Dragon / Rock
Abilities: Intimidate | Aerilate
Movepool Additions: Power Gem, Stealth Rock, Rock Polish, Rock Blast, Head Smash, Wring Out
Ancient Power, Smack Down, Rock Throw, Sandstorm
Niche: Having a more focused offense stat spread vs OG Salamence with slightly higher Speed and a much higher SpA at expense of it’s bulk, it can be a Suicide Lead or an offense pivot in addition to a potential sweeper of wallbreaker. Aerilate may not be STAB, but Aerilate Wring Out allows special attacking Alolan Salamence to have a higher power BP against healthy Fighting-type and Grass-type foes.
Behind the Scene: With the legacy of Salamence being obtainable as early as Level 10 as a rare SOS of the already rare Bagon in Alola, Alolan Salamance takes an inspiration of gargoyles, and Medusa of the Greek Myths. Even with a rockier appearance, Salamance is able to fly, to go with the mandatory Ability Aerilate for this
I think that Head Smash is too much. Sure, it does not have Rock Head, meaning that it will eventually KO itself, but something like Arcanine-H or Aggron already do a lot of damage. Thus a Pokemon with higher attack, speed and access to recovery makes it too much.
:tyranitar-mega: Also you can add Accelerock back. It isn't too much, since it cannot reliably run both and I honestly see to reason to use either priority move, except for CB.

Stats: 68 / 90 / 65 / 50 / 55 / 82 -> 118 (+50) / 145 (+55) / 100 (+35) / 75 (+25) / 80 (+25) / 82 (600 BST)
Typing: Dragon / Rock
Abilities: Sand Force / Dry Skin
Movepool Additions:
:gabite: + :garchomp-mega:: Hone Claws, Rock Blast
:garchomp-mega:: High Horsepower, Superpower, Gunk Shot, Head Smash
Same as above. With the real difference being the exchange for recovery to a Water immunity. Remove Head Smash and it should be fine.

I agree with Ree that Electro Shot and Hadron Engine is too much, but I would remove only one of them. I'd recommend to remove Electro Shot though, since Hadron Engine would not be too much on it. Rock/Steel are bad special attacking types and it isn't as much as a nuke with Meteor Beam as Glimmortis was.

:tyranitar-mega: I don't agree with Stamina and set-up being too much on it. I think the combination is fine on its own, but I will say that its physical bulk is too much. Furthermore, you removed 32 SpA when the maximum is 20, therefore I would reduce its physical bulk and put some points back into Special Attack. Also remove Head Smash. Like I said, Stamina + set-up is managable on it.
:salamence-mega: Agree with Ree here, Blood Moon needs to go
:metagross-mega: This is really similar to Magearna. It isn't as good as it, but you can easily justify running a Shift Gear Stored Power set and thanks to Tough Claws, you can still go full physical. Furthermore, it has really good bulk and even if it cannot break through, nothing can break through it. I would reduce the bulk and depending on the stat spread, remove Shift Gear

36h warning for subs
