[OVERVIEW]

Ground
========

* Generalize what the Pokemon does in the metagame and as a whole and why you should or shouldn't consider using it on your teams.
* Steelix is a great niche Pokemon on Ground because of its ability to act as a win condition against certain types, most notably Fairy.
* Steelix's additional Steel typing allows it to neutralize Grass-type attacks from the likes of Tapu Bulu and Mega Venusaur, and because of its amazing defensive stats and bulk it is able to do this multiple times.
* Steelix is able to run a bulky Rest + Sleep Talk set that takes advantage of its high defenses and typing so that it can set up in front of Pokemon that do not threaten it and become very hard to check for certain teams.
* Typing flaw
* Niche Flaw
* Outclassed by whomst

Moves
========
* Curse allows Mega-Steelix to become a dangerous threat to unprepared teams because of its boost in Defense and Attack making it harder to check. Since Steelix is already slow it does not care whatsoever about the lowered speed.
* Heavy Slam is the primary STAB move of choice as it has the most PP and highest consistent damage out of all of of its STAB's. This allows Steelix to KO some threats to Ground like Tapu Bulu, Cradily, and Azumarill.
* Rest allows Steelix to have a form of recovery as well as shrug off burns so that it can effectively sweep once it wakes up.
* Sleep Talk allows Steelix to not become dead weight once it is asleep and can potentially allow it to set up more or weaken opposing Pokemon while it is asleep.

Set Details
========
* Describe the other aspects of the set such as what the EVs do and nature/item.
* Maximum HP and Maximum Special Defense EVs with an Impish Nature allows Steelix to be as bulky as possible
* Sturdy pre-mega ability
