Similar to Sharpedo, Serperior can give itself a boost in Special Attack before Mega Evolving.

Special Defense: 70 ----> 85 (+20)
Speed: 70 ----> 100 (+30)
Base Stat Total: ~528 ----> 628
Movepool Additions: Close Combat, Rock Slide, Bulk Up
Description: Samurott becomes a bipedal creature similar to Dewott and Oshawott, it's scalchops retract from it's feet while it's arm scalchops become longer and pointier, pretty much turning into swords, it's helmet grows to become a mask over it's face, and it's color scheme switches to Teal body with orange armor. Samurott has moves to support his stats, but it isn't fast enough to be a mixed sweeper, nor bulky enough to abuse shell armor. This stat spread aims to give Samurott a more defined role as a physical sweeper, and give it an ability to support that spread. Any electric type with decent speed, (i.e. all of them) can easily take out Mega Samurott, but now it can simultaneously increase it's Attack and Defense, as well as a super powerful Physical STAB attack that consistently has the same power.
As for Emboar and Serperior, I got nothing.

Mega Stone
Serperiorite
Movepool Additions
Psychic, Dark Pulse, Shadow Ball
Rationale
Speed Boost isn't particularly fitting, but considering Serperior speedy nature and how snakes attacks by lunging its prey I think it's fair enough to give it said ability. The added coverage also fits with Serperior's kind of regal and mysterious nature I feel.
Competitive Analysis
Serperior's Mega Evolution fixes one of its main problems Speed. While 113 base Speed is good enough, oftentimes it's just not enough to sweep more offensive teams. The added coverage does kind of help, but it still makes Serperior susceptible to being walled Steel-types.

Movepool Additions
Slack Off, Circle Throw
Rationale
Stamina kinda fits due to the fact that Emboar is pretty fat so it has plenty of fat to burn making it endure for a long time. Slack Off ad Circle Throw all kind of fit it's concept as well.
Competitive Analysis
Mega Emboar is now quite a Physical Wall. 110 / 125 Bulk and Stamina to top it off makes it a great option to handle the likes of Mega Kartana and other broken Mega Evolutions. It's also decently solid on the Special Defense department, and a solid Attack stat along with Circle Throw and Heat Crashes makes Emboar anything but set up bait. Still, a weakness to Stealth Rock and a rather awkward defensive typing makes it so most Special Attackers can break past it.

Supreme Samurai - The user's Blade-based moves (Cross Poison, Cut, Fury Cutter, Leaf Blade, Megahorn, Night Slash, Psycho Cut, Razor Shell, Sacred Sword, Secret Sword, Slash, Smart Strike, Solar Blade, X-Scissor) are always a critical hit. (Mega Launcher + Merciless)

Mega Stone
Samurottite
Movepool Additions
Agility, Cross Poison, Psycho Cut
Rationale
Supreme Samurai fits very well with its Samurai concept, whereas the added moves reflect its new ability.
Competitive Analysis
Now this is a hell of a wallbreaker. Swords Dance + 3 Attacks can definitely punch some holes in unprepared teams whereas Double Dance acts a secondary yet almost as threatening set. It also has plenty of coverage options designated for its would-be-checks. Tapu Fini is threatened by Cross Poison whereas Toxapex can't handle a Psycho Cut. However, the 4MSS along with a middling Speed makes Samurott rather easy to revenge kill with the correct Pokemon; Agility may make it tougher for Offensive teams to deal with, but it has trouble setting up and struggles even further with 4MSS.

Special Defense: 95 ----> 105 (+10)

Movepool Additions: Bounce, Air Slash, Hurricane
Design: Serperior's collar leaves grow in size to become large and winglike, and spikes similar to those on its tail emerge along the whole length of its back and turn gold.
Description/Competitive: Serperior-Mega retains Contrary while gaining boosts in all stats, particularly its speed stat. It also gains a Flying typing along with new STAB moves. Its higher base SpA means that it can start snowballing with Leaf Storm even better, though base 95 SpA isn't amazing to begin with and it still maintains most of the same threats like Heatran and other Steel-types. A Flying typing also gives it a 4x Ice weakness along with a new weakness to Stealth Rock, and it no longer receives the benefits of terrains like Grassy Terrain's boost to Leaf Storm.

Design: Emboar's body becomes encased in black stone with flames emerging from the neck, head, and joints.
Description/Competitive: Emboar-Mega becomes very bulky and doubles its weight, with its ability reducing the damage it takes from super effective moves. While bulky, it isn't passive with its boosted attack stat. Its weaknesses are very obvious in its bad defensive typing and low speed, which mean it will likely take a hard hit before being able to respond, though it could potentially be more effective on a Trick Room team.

Design: Samurott's dual wields its seamitars which are much longer and have serrated edges. Its sheathes grow larger to cover its legs like armor.
Description/Competitive: Samurott-Mega gets much faster with modest boosts to its other stats. It gets Sheer Force, which increases the power of moves like Focus Blast, Liquidation, and Ice Beam. It can run physical or special offensive sets. However, Samurott-Mega's offensive stats aren't exactly amazing compared to other Mega evolutions when not using a Sheer Force-boosted move, plus it can't use recoil-less Life Orbs like most Sheer Force attackers do.

Description: It's still Serperior, it's just got more of everything and Focus Blast to break through the Steel-types that give it trouble, however it still doesn't have great bulk and Focus blast is unreliable.

Ability: Contrary
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe

Stallbreaker. Mega Serperior has enough bulk to come in on almost any wall in the game and can quickly get off one of a number of moves that could potentially cause major trouble for a stall team if used at the right time.

Subseed. Serperior is fast enough to outrun most non-scarf pokemon in OU and powerful enough to force out most things slower in fear of letting it snowball, which it can use to get off a free Substitute. From there it can either Leech Seed, switch, or use whatever is in the last slot, which is basically just a utility slot where you can throw in anything as everything has a use.

Movepool Additions: Slack Off, Discharge
Appearance : Emboar's stomach wrap shrinks to about half size and the swirling design is replaced with a sharper, more lightning-like design and it's hands light up with electricity.
Description: Decent bulk, decent power, a decent status movepool including Will-O-Wisp and Yawn and a lot of coverage adds up to a pokemon that while not amazing at any one thing can be very threatening if you aren't prepared for whatever set it's running, but it's still slow, has a lot of weaknesses including a 4x weakness to Ground, and relies a lot on recoil moves for physical power.

- Iron Head / Iron Tail / Head Smash / Earthquake / Hammer Arm / Poison Jab / Sucker Punch
- Zen Headbutt / Head Smash / Earthquake / Hammer Arm / Poison Jab / Sucker Punch

All out physical attacker. Flare Blitz will hit like a truck off of 145 with Sheer Force acting a a psuedo-Life Orb, Wild charge is a second STAB and then your choice of coverage.

Ability: Blaze
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SpA / 8 SpD
Modest Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Fire Blast
- Discharge
- Focus Blast
- Scald / Hidden Power ?

All out special attacker. Not nearly as much coverage to choose from, but unlike the physical set only Hidden Power isn't boosted by Sheer Force and there is no recoil moves, so it should last longer.

Emboar @ Emboarite
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 172 HP / 76 Def / 8 SpA / 252 SpD or 172 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpA / 76 SpD

- Will-O-Wisp / Toxic
- Substitute / Yawn

Stallbreaker. 110/90/90 defences are more then most walls can break substitutes from in a single hit, with the health EVs providing 101 HP subs for Seismic Toss. If you wanted you could swap in Yawn or a different attack, but you either lose protection from status by replacing Sub and Fire Blast is the strongest non-recoil move Emboar learns.

Description: Slow, powerful, bulky and equipped with one of the best boosting moves in the game, Samurott could easily become a major threat if given an opportunity to set up but even with a boosting nature it only hits 450 after a single shift gear so anything with >100 base speed and a scarf is capable of outrunning it even without a boosting nature and 100 base Attack if rather low without a nature boost or item.

Rationale
"Magcargo's shell is actually its skin that hardened as a result of cooling. Its shell is very brittle and fragile - just touching it causes it to crumble apart. This Pokémon returns to its original size by dipping itself in magma." - Pokémon Omega Ruby. Considering this dex entry, it's clear that Magcargo is based on some type of volcanic creature, this explaining access to the new moves as well as it's ability.
Competitive Corner
Magcargo can function as both a Shell Smash sweeper or a physical wall, in both cases making great use of its signature ability. One for ensuring full-powered Eruptions and making revenge killing more difficult, and on its other set enabling recovery with extreme PP while simultaneously using Will-O-Wisp or Lava Plume. Nonetheless unreasonable Speed and poor defensive typing acts as a drawback for both sets respectively.

Movepool Additions
Flamethrower, Recover, Toxic Spikes
Rationale
"Swalot's appearance may be based on a single, giant poison gland." - Bulbapedia. Its ability can be explained by it being based on a poison gland, which would sprout a lot of Poison upon breaking. Flamethrower may also be quite a stretch, but it already has quite a colorful coverage, including stuff like Fire Punch and Ice Beam.
Competitive Corner
Swalot acts as a wall that punishes Pokémon that wallbreak it. Nice bulk and a decent defensive typing makes it quite good at what it does.

Gastrodwestite
Movepool Additions
Refresh, Whirlpool.
Rationale
Decided to base it on Charybdis, a Greek mythological monster living on the west side of the Strait of Messina. Thus, explaining its ability, as Charybdis was said to be able to control whirlpools. Refresh comes from the ability to create whirlpools, which would swirl the water around, refreshing it.
Competitive Corner
Mega Gastrodon-West can beat most bulky Water-types one-on-one thanks to its ability and access to Toxic and Refresh.

Rationale
Decided to base it on Scylla, a Greek mythological monster living on the east side of the Strait of Messina. Thus, explaining its ability, as Scylla was poisoned to turn into the monster it is. Stealth Rock comes from the fact that it leaves near a rocky edge.
Competitive Corner
Mega Gastrodon-East is an excellent mixed wall, with impressive bulk and typing all-around.

Gastrodon-West-Mega
Ability
: Sticky Hold / Storm Drain / Sand Force ----> Slip 'n Slide (Water-type Motor Drive clone)
Typing:
/

Stats:
HP
: 111 ----> 111
Attack: 83 ----> 105 (+22)
Defense: 68 ----> 77 (+9)
Special Attack: 92 ----> 115 (+23)
Special Defense: 82 ----> 82
Speed: 39 ----> 85 (+46)
Base Stat Total: 475 ----> 575
Movepool Additions: Hydro Pump, Aqua Jet
Design: Gastrodon-West oozes a purple liquid from its skin, which it makes its body very slippery. It slides around quickly while spraying and tackling opponents.
Description/Competitive: Gastrodon-West-Mega becomes much faster with boosts to its offensive stats. Its ability still allows it to absorb Water-type moves but boosts its speed instead. It gains access to some priority in Aqua Jet and a stronger Water STAB in Hydro Pump, allowing it to run mixed offensive sets. However, it retains its 4x Grass weakness and has no way of boosting its offenses.

Gastrodon-East-Mega
Ability
: Sticky Hold / Storm Drain / Sand Force ----> Water Absorb
Typing:
/

Stats:
HP
: 111 ----> 111
Attack: 83 ----> 83
Defense: 68 ----> 108 (+40)
Special Attack: 92 ----> 102 (+10)
Special Defense: 82 ----> 132 (+50)
Speed: 39 ----> 39
Base Stat Total: 475 ----> 575
Movepool Additions: Haze, Soak
Design: Gastrodon-East grows a shell made of water that blocks most attacks. When agitated or stressed, a bad-tasting purple substance fills up the water shell, which the Pokemon can use to spray at its opponents.
Description/Competitive: Gastrodon-East-Mega gains large boosts to its defenses which allow it to take hits much better. It also gains Haze which can be used to stop set up attackers that can't be hit with Clear Smog. Water Absorb is a better defensive ability than Storm Drain, allowing it to regain health rather than boost its special attack. While very bulky, Gastrodon-East-Mega is very slow and will likely have to take a hit before making a move. It also has an exploitable 4x Grass weakness, and its special attack stat leaves it somewhat passive.

Magcargo-Mega
Ability
: Magma Armor / Flame Body / Weak Armor ----> Igneous Incarnate (Fire and Rock -type Volt Absorb variant)
Typing:
/

Stats:
HP
: 60 ----> 60
Attack: 50 ----> 50
Defense: 120 ----> 160 (+40)
Special Attack: 90 ----> 115 (+25)
Special Defense: 80 ----> 100 (+20)
Speed: 30 ----> 45 (+15)
Base Stat Total: 430 ----> 530
Movepool Additions: Power Gem, Shore Up
Design: Magcargo's rocky shell expands to encase its entire body, leaving only holes for its eyes and mouth. Lava still leaks out of small cracks as it moves, leaving the battlefield a dangerous molten mess. It now moves around by rolling like a ball, and it apparently doesn't get dizzy.
Description/Competitive: Magcargo-Mega is much bulkier with higher special attack and speed. It gains Power Gem as a special Rock-type STAB move as well as Shore Up for extra recovery in the sand. Its ability allows it to recover health from opposing Fire and Rock -type moves, removing one of its weaknesses and giving it extra ways to regain health. However, Fire/Rock is a bad defensive typing with 4x weaknesses to Ground and Water while still being weak to Stealth Rock (which its ability doesn't protect it from) so its bulkiness can be circumvented. It also has lower special bulk and is still slow.

EDIT: Sereg: Igneous Incarnate doesn't protect against damage from switching into Stealth Rock, but it does prevent the opponent from setting Stealth Rock in Mega Magcargo's face, healing it instead.

Swalot-Mega
Ability
: Liquid Ooze / Sticky Hold / Gluttony ----> Contaminate (Poison-type -ate clone, yes it's been done before for other subs)
Typing:

Stats:
HP
: 100 ----> 100
Attack: 73 ----> 110 (+37)
Defense: 83 ----> 96 (+13)
Special Attack: 73 ----> 110 (+37)
Special Defense: 83 ----> 96 (+13)
Speed: 55 ----> 55
Base Stat Total: 467 ----> 567
Movepool Additions: Hyper Voice, Recover
Design: Swalot becomes much larger with poisonous fluids constantly oozing from its body. It grows two more arms below its other arms which can all now extend from its body to grab things to put into its mouth.
Description/Competitive: Swalot-Mega gains significant boosts to its offenses with some increases to its defenses and Recover for reliable recovery. Its new ability gives it access to stronger or more reliable STAB moves in Contaminated Hyper Voices, Returns, and even Explosion. It has access to the elemental punches for physical coverage as well as some special coverage like Ice Beam for Ground-type opponents. Swalot-Mega gained no boosts to its speed stat so it remains slow and while its bulk and offenses are now usable, it can still be vulnerable to common Earthquakes that many Pokemon use as STABs or coverage moves.

Heh, is the reason a mon with 430 BST and a wretched defensive type denied 4.5 to avoid simple shell smash like I tried for Caracosta?

Interesting. Is this its Alolan form?
It's being actively edited at the moment. Using my Mega Serperior as a template.

Cookie Butter

Swalot-Mega
Ability
: Liquid Ooze | Sticky Hold | Gluttony ----> Overdose: This Pokemon is considered to have eaten a berry and considered to be at stockpile stage 2 (without the defense boosts). (Comatose clone, but with these two volatile status conditions instead of the non-volatile sleep condition)
Typing: Poison/Normal
Stats:
HP: 100 ---> 100
Atk: 73 ---> 73 (+0)
Def: 83 ---> 123 (+40)
SpA: 73 ---> 93 (+20)
SpD: 83 ---> 133 (+50)
Spe: 55 ---> 45 (-10)
Base Stat Total: 467 ---> 567
Appearance: Mega Swalot looks like the typical depiction of a cartoon character who has eaten too much. More round/inflated, hunched back, with its eyes closed and a smile of satisfaction. See pic below but imagine it's Swalot.

Description: Well would you look at that, an ability that makes use of Stockpile mechanics. Mega Swalot is supposed to be a tanky wallbreaker, who makes up for its low Special Attack with high BP moves. With Overdose's mechanics, Swalot gets recovery that it much deserved in the form of Swallow. Coupled with its mega bulk, makes it a pretty solid tank. Its ability also gives it access to a scary 200 BP STAB move in the form of Spit Up, and a 120 BP STAB move in the form of Belch. This may seem broken, but. due to not being able to hold items, Spit Up ends up doing about as much damage as Specs Swellow Boomburst. Ultimately, Mega Swalot has trouble against any Steel-types, but it does very well against other types.

Gastrodon-Mega
Stats:
111 / 103 (+ 20) / 108 (+ 20) / 102 (+ 10)/ 132 (+ 50)/ 39 (575)
Ability: Poison Touch
New Moves:
Acid Spray, Venoshock
Type: Water/Poison
Description:
Gastrodon elongates and its stomach turns purple while its back turns a sickly green. Its bumps also become spikier, though its colour and shape are still slightly reminiscent of whichever regional variation it started out as. Its disgusting, purple liquid becomes truly poisonous and it can now fully weaponise it, spreading poison and then punishing with venoshock, while losing its grass weakness. However, its type is worse overall and it is still slow with most of its other stats being pretty even. That said, it ends up rather bulky, especially on the special side.

Magcargo-Mega
Stats:
60 / 20 (- 30)/ 160 (+ 40) / 150 (+ 60)/ 110 (+ 30)/ 30 (530)
Ability: Mega Launcher
New Moves:
Aura Sphere, Power Gem
Type: Fire/Rock

Description: Magcargo’s shell turns into a spiral cone with a hole in the middle which it uses to blast its enemies like a canon. It gets a huge increase in special attack and its defences, but it’s still slow with a terrible typing, requiring a lot of support from teammates, such as with eliminating water and ground types, setting up sandstorm and setting trick room. Also, its Ability barely benefits it, only boosting one move that is not even STAB.

Swalot-Mega
Stats:
100 / 73 / 113 (+ 30)/ 103 (+ 30)/ 123 (+ 40)/ 55 (567)
Ability: Digest: While the opposing pokemon has a status effect, this pokemon heals every turn as if it is holding Leftovers. (Bad Dreams variation)
New Moves: Acid, Toxic Spikes
Type: Poison

Description: Swalot's moustache elongates into dancing, bile-covered tendrils. It fattens up and turns pink, with black, spike-like markings. It is now coated in digestive juices and can begin to digest and absorb the essence of any pokemon that is suffering from a status condition, like the poison it is likely to spread. To benefit from that, it gaisn a lot of bulk and it gets a significan special attack boost as well. Its still slow though.44

EDIT: Origin0: How does Igneous Incarnate interact with Stealth Rocks?

Adaptability
Stats: 60 / 50 / 90 (-30) / 100 (+10) / 80 / 150 (+120) (BST: 530)
New Moves: Power Gem, Rock Polish

Description: The magma around its body happens to cool down, leaving only a deep black obsidian shell. Its shell is under it, so it can use it like a wheel or something.
Competitive: A really fast Shell Smash user. You've got to be incredibly cautious when you know there's this mon around, except if you have priorities or an unaware wall.

Swalot-Mega

Ability: Blob Sponge (Any Absorb ability clone) ->Absorbs any kind of hazards on switch in and restores 25% of its health instead of suffering from the hazards' effects.
