Mega Hitmonlee
Ability:
Expert Fighter (Magic Guard + Reckless)
HP: 50
Atk: 120 ---> 180 (60)
Def: 53 ---> 43 (-10)
SpA: 35 ---> 35 (0)
SpD: 110 ---> 130 (20)
Spe: 87 ---> 117 (30)

New Moves: Zen Headbutt, Psychic
Description: It has meditated to a high level of inner mastery of brains and brawn. While it doesn't have the power to use special moves, it uses it to enhance its physical strength. A powerful glass cannon with a decent STAB combination, and a reliable STAB in HJK and Zen Headbutt. It's also immune to burn and poison damage as well as Leech Seed, though without Life Orb or a Choice Scarf to hold, I guess this isn't too bad. Hopefully Mega Medicham doesn't get overshadowed.

Mega Hitmonchan
Ability:
Titanium Body (Fighting Levitate clone)
HP: 50
Atk: 105 ---> 135 (30)
Def: 79 ---> 139 (60)
SpA: 35 ---> 35 (0)
SpD: 110 ---> 130 (20)
Spe: 76 ---> 66 (-10)

New Moves: Meteor Mash
Description: Yeah, there's a pattern. Nothing more or less a full-on spread with different arrangements. Here, we have Hitmonchan turning into a decent wall. No weakness to Priority either, so it could work.

Mega Hitmontop
Ability:
Revolution (Increases the power of multi-hit moves by 50% and have +1 priority.) (Combination of multi-hit Strong Jaw and Prankster)
HP: 50
Atk: 95 ---> 125 (30)
Def: 95 ---> 115 (20)
SpA: 35 ---> 35 (0)
SpD: 110 ---> 100 (-10)
Spe: 76 ---> 136 (60)

New Moves: Tail Slap, Rock Blast
Description: Hey, it ain't going to be a full-on top Pokemon without it being fast, and that's what its going to do. It has acceptable bulk, but it mostly just wants to abuse Triple Kick as its normal STAB, with basically a 90 BP priority STAB move. I know its pretty wild considering it has priority multi-hit moves, but just remember that they can't hit always at max BP, so its not too busted.

These are all pretty cool, but hitmontops mega evolution seems really busted. 5 hit priority moves will quite obviously be VERY abused, and without a tapu lele teams will crumple pretty fast to sub EQ top. Even then, lele loses if top sets substitute up. It has a way around every foreseeable check with only one set, which is the definition of overpowered.

OK, it doesn't hit for maximum anymore. Now it just fufills the real purpose it had: Priority Triple Kick.

Didn't make a submission, but I guess I'll take a vote.

Hitmonlee: OPStellar, -Latios-, Demon Dragon
Hitmonchan: Anaconja, Whisper, OPStellar
Hitmontop: Demon Dragon, -Latios-, Ticktock

Hitmonlee: OPStellar, Shoopz_Whisper, -Latios-
Hitmonchan: OPStellar, Anaconja, Demon Dragon
Hitmontop: Anaconja, -Latios-, Ticktock

The winners are opstellar for Hitmonlee, Anaconja for Hitmonchan, and -Latios- for Hitmontop. Next slate is the Legendary Genies.

Landorus has to be optimized for Ubers, as its base form is Ubers. The other two are to be optimized for OU. Be careful that the new moves don't break either the Incarnate or Therian formes, as they share movepools. 4.5 for the ability limit and 2 new moves for each.

Thundurus-Mega
Ability: Prankster / Defiant ----> Sheer Force
Typing: Electric / Flying -----> Electric / Flying

Stats:
HP: 79 (0)
Attack: 115 ----> 140 (+25)
Defense: 70 -----> 75 (+5)
Special Attack: 125 ----> 165 (+40)
Special Defense: 80 ----> 80 (0)
Speed: 111 ----> 141 (+30)
Base Stat Total: 580 ----> 680
Movepool Additions: Hurricane, Bolt Strike
Description: Now that it has an actual Flying STAB in Hurricane, Thundurus can act as a powerful wallbreaker with Nasty Plot, easily blowing back many Grass-types that walled it such as Amoonguss and Tangrowth. Thundurus is not limited to special sets either, as its new toy in Bolt Strike can pull off the way for a fearsome mixed set as well, hitting special walls like Chansey hard.

Tornadus-Mega
Ability: Prankster / Defiant ----> No Guard
Typing: Flying -----> Flying / Fighting

Stats:
HP: 79 (0)
Attack: 115 -----> 150 (+35)
Defense: 70 ----> 70 (0)
Special Attack: 125 ----> 160 (+35)
Special Defense: 80 ----> 70 (-10)
Speed: 111 ----> 151 (+40)
Base Stat Total: 580 ----> 680
Movepool Additions: Dynamic Punch, Brave Bird, Calm Mind (I know you said 2 but I'll explain why)
Description: Tornadus is now a powerful offensive force to be reckoned with thanks to its Flying / Fighting typing, allowing it to hit many steel types that could switch on its Hurricane, and No Guard allowing it to spam its otherwise frustratingly inaccurate moves all the time. Tornadus can go special, physical or even mixed due to its great attacking stats and new physical moves in Dynamic Punch and Brave Bird. Calm Mind can also be used to sweep and KO many bulky walls. However, its new Fighting typing leaves it weak to many prominent offensive typings, like Flying, Psychic and Fairy. It also doesn't have the best bulk, so Calm Mind sets may have a hard time sweeping. Finally, Brave Bird is not broken on Tornadus-T because it would much rather spam its special moves and Brave Bird recoil would wear down its already limited longevity.

Landorus-Mega
Ability: Sand Force / Sheer Force -----> Magnet Pull
Typing: Ground / Flying ------> Ground / Fire

Stats:
HP: 89 ----> 89 (0)
Attack: 125 ----> 175 (+50)
Defense: 90 ----> 110 (+20)
Special Attack: 115 ----> 145 (+30)
Special Defense: 80 ----> 80
Speed: 101 ----> 101
Base Stat Total: 600 ----> 700
Movepool Additions: Flare Blitz, Fire Blast
Description: Landorus has gone from being complete trash in Ubers to a rampant offensive force. Landorus-Mega can now bring amazing utility to a team that desperately needs Steel-types removed thanks to Magnet Pull and its Fire-typing and STABs. Aside from that, Landorus can now be a powerful wallbreaker in general, tearing up many teams due to its amazing offensive STAB combo and Swords Dance. However, it is completely shut down by Primal Kyogre, which can promptly OHKO with any water move it has. Despite this, Landorus-Mega is not a thing to take lightly, and could see great use alongside Xerneas.

Alrighty, now I'm ready for a submission! (can we give these guys mega evos for their therian formes and incarnate forms at the same time? Do I have do the incarnate formes? Or can I submit a mega for just the therian form only?):

Mega: Thundurus-Incarnate-Mega
Ability: Prankster / Defiant ----> Storm's Wrath (All allies' Electric-, Flying-, Water-, and Ice-Type moves have their damage output increased by 50% while opponents' Fire-, Ground-, and Rock-Type moves have their damage output halved)
Typing: Electric/Flying

Stats:

HP: 79
Attack: 115
Defense: 70 ----> 75 (+5)
Special Attack: 125 ----> 150 (+25)
Special Defense: 80 ----> 130 (+50)
Speed: 111 ----> 131 (+20)
Base Stat Total: 580 ----> 680
Movepool Additions: Nothing!
Description: Fast Nasty Plot sweeper that takes advantage of its high speed and good special bulk to set up NP, but its passable-at-best physical bulk can put it into a sticky situation at times. Due to its high speed tier, it's no longer mandated to run Agility, meaning that Thundurus-I is free to run Flash Cannon to deal with Rock- and Ice-types or Focus Blast to hit steel-types that may otherwise wall it.
Sample set:
Thundurus - Incarnate @ Thundurite
Ability: Defiant >> Storm's Wrath
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power Ice
- Flash Cannon
- Nasty Plot

Mega: Tornadus-Incarnate-Mega
Ability: Prankster / Defiant ----> Sky's Shield (Allied Flying-Types will be healed by 1/6 of their total HP upon switching out and are immune to residual damage)
Typing: Flying

Stats:

HP: 79
Attack: 115
Defense: 70 ----> 105 (+35)
Special Attack: 125 ----> 165 (+40)
Special Defense: 80 ----> 105 (+25)
Speed: 111 ----> 121 (+10)
Base Stat Total: 580 ----> 680
Movepool Additions: Nothing!
Description: Unlike Mega Thundurus - I, Mega Tornadus - I finds itself taking on an offensive support role due to its great natural bulk and high speed, while Sky's Shield makes it less risky to switch in on common hazard setters and defog due to being immune to residual damage. However, mono-Flying is not a very good defensive typing, meaning that it can get exploited by common pokemon such as Stone Edge Landorus-T and Mega Mawile.
Sample Set:
Tornadus - Incarnate @ Tornadite
Ability: Defiant >> Sky's Shield
EVs: 252 HP / 56 Def / 200 Spe
Timid Nature
- Defog
- Hurricane
- Knock Off
- U-turn

Mega: Landorus-Incarnate-Mega
Ability: Sheer Force / Sand Force ----> Heart of the Land (Allied ground-types will be healed by 1/16 of their maximum HP each turn and become immune to residual damage)
Typing: Ground/Flying

Stats:

HP: 89

Base Stat Total: 580 ----> 680
Movepool Additions: Nothing!
Description: Likewise with Thundurus - I's Mega, Landorus - I's Mega is taking on a more offensively-inclined approach. Access to Swords Dance allows it to boost its attack to absurd levels, while its good bulk allows it to stomach a good bit of damage. However, lack of recovery and a forced item slot mean that Landorus - Incarnate - Mega is prone to getting worn down very, very easily.
Sample Set:
Landorus - Incarnate @ Landonite
Ability: Sheer Force >> Heart of the Land
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Stone Edge
- U-turn

Ability -

HP - 79 → 79
Atk - 115 → 150 (+35)
Def - 70 → 85 (+15)
SpA - 125→ 180 (+55)

Spe - 111 → 91 (-20)
BST - 580 → 680 (+100)

Megastone → Tornadite
Movepool Additions → Nasty Plot
Competitive Analysis → No Guard Focus Blast + Hurricane with very strong offensive stats and Nasty Plot. À la Mega Garchomp it loses some speed along the way, but with so much raw power it's only fair.

using therian sprites because ew those incarnate forms

Thundurus-Mega
Stats: 79/120 (+5) /100 (+30) /170 (+45) /100 (+20) /111
Ability: Drizzle
New Moves: Hurricane, Surf
Typing: Electric/Flying
Description: A storm's brewing... Thundurus-Mega channels the moisture in the atmosphere and creates an intense rainstorm to amplify its power to extremely threatening levels. With its potent offense, great coverage and Nasty Plot, this genie is a threat to consider and one of the most potent stallbreakers around. Its biggest downfall is its middling Speed stat for the meta which leaves it outsped and revenged by a number of threats, as well as facing competition from Mega Vikavolt which has similar power and better Speed.

Tornadus-Mega
Stats: 79/135 (+20) /110 (+40) /135 (+10) /110 (+30) /121
Ability: Drizzle
New Moves: Calm Mind, Roost
Type: Flying
Description: Did somebody call for a Hurricane? Because that's definitely what you're getting with Tornadus-Mega, and probably not much else. With its solid bulk, access to Roost which makes it typeless for a turn and the Calm Mind at the eye of the storm, this vortex is hard to stop once it gets spinning. Well, until you hit it with a Toxic or some rocks or something.

Landorus-Mega
Stats:89/150 (+25) /110 (+20) /140 (+25) /110 (+30)/101
Ability: Overabundance (sets the pledge Swamp effect upon switchin)
New Moves: Psych Up, Taunt
Typing: Ground/Flying
Description: The best you can get in Speed control bar none! Landorus-Mega makes the battlefield slightly too perfect for plant growth with its overflowing power, creating a swamp that hugely impedes the opponent's movement. With great defenses, solid mixed offenses, the ability to outspeed absolutely everything and a movepool to back it up, this mon will have a significant impact on the Ubers meta. Good thing Hidden Power Ice is already popular otherwise this could be overbearing! The provided moves let it mess with big threats such as Xerneas and miscellaneous defensive Pokés better.

Mega Landorus
Ability:
Aerilate
HP: 89
Atk: 125 ---> 140 (+15)
Def: 90 ---> 110 (+20)
SpA: 115 ---> 130 (+15)
SpD: 80 ---> 100 (+20)
Spe: 101 ---> 131 (+30)
Weight: 129 kg

New Moves: Fire Blast, Ice Beam
Description: I never liked how 'mons have low Special Attack and Sheer Force. So I dropped Sheer Force. Mostly because you aren't able to take advantage of Life Orb under Mega, so I gave it something more deadly. Aerilate gives it some of the best STAB, BP-wise. Earthquake + -ate boosted Return under STAB is enough to, probably, hit Pdon under half. The moves were mostly for its base form, as its new one doesn't really need anything.

New Moves: Thunder, Earth Power
Description: Gave it Thunder and Earth Power as sort of inheritances from its brothers. It can run Rain Dance on it's base form and hit with those moves, or Mega for a better benefit to Focus Blast or something. I had the perfect set for Delta Stream, but it turns out, its level 5. Feel a bit betrayed, but it's fine. We're O.K.

Cookie Butter

formerly the someone
Subbing the winning Incarnate megas from MFA V2, Thundurus-I and Tornadus-I were made by me, Landorus-I was made by nightsitter. Hopefully they win again :D
Type: Ground/Flying -> Ground/Grass
Ability: Sand Force/Sheer Force -> Germinate (Grass type -ate clone)
New Moves: None

HP: 89 -> 89
Atk: 125 -> 155 (+30)
Def: 90 -> 100 (+10)
SpA: 115 -> 125 (+10)
SpD: 80 -> 120 (+40)
Spe: 101 -> 111 (+10)

Flavor Concept: Landorus comes down from the sky to bless the land with bountiful crops, hence the type change from Flying to Grass. It gets Herbilate because it can make plants rise from nothing and to avoid giving it a bunch of new Grass moves.

Competitive Concept: Mixed sweeper with hella powerful STAB grass attacks. I made this as a sort of competitor for Mega Pinsir’s role: Lando has better speed, mixed attacking stats, and coverage, but Pinsir has priority and a much better STAB to work with. Mega Landorus-I retains its terrible 4x weakness to Ice and is an unfortunate one base stat point away from speed tying Greninja.
Type: Electric/Flying -> Electric/Fire
Ability: Prankster/Defiant -> Ignite (Fire type -ate clone)
New Moves: None

HP: 79 -> 79
Atk: 115 -> 125 (+10)
Def: 70 -> 110 (+40)
SpA: 125 -> 155 (+30)
SpD: 80 -> 90 (+10)
Spe: 111 -> 121 (+10)

Flavor Concept: Thundurus's type change from Flying to Fire is due to its Pokedex entry. Thundurus is said to fly around shooting lightning all over the place, and thus causing forest fires.

Competitive Concept: A mixed sweeper with two great STABs offensively. Unfortunately, it loses the Ground immunity and gains a 4x Ground weakness. With this, you can play situational mind games with Thundurus, predicting a Ground type move, etc. It can be walled by bulky Ground types, but it has access to Grass Knot.
Type: Flying -> Flying/Water
Ability: Prankster/Defiant -> Hydrate (Water type -ate clone)
New Moves: None

HP: 79 -> 79
Atk: 115 -> 125 (+10)
Def: 70 -> 110 (+40)
SpA: 125 -> 155 (+30)
SpD: 80 -> 90 (+10)
Spe: 111 -> 121 (+10)

Flavor Concept: Tornadus's type addition is due to its Pokedex entry. Tornadus is said to expel massive energy from its tail, causing severe storms.

Competitive Concept: Yet another mixed sweeper to finish off this trio. Tornadus now competes with Gyarados, but has much better stats overall (even physically) and a better movepool.

Thundurus: Ezaphs, lyd, Cookie Butter
Tornadus: Anaconja, Demon Dragon, Cookie Butter
Landorus: Shoopz_Whisperer, Demon Dragon, Cookie Butter
