Mew is legit, but none of the other ubers, so Celebi and Jirachi are also allowed
Only Starf/Leppa Berry are allowed as items
No Nature/EV changes (EVs must be set at even across the board)
Obviously, only Metronome is allowed as your pokemon's only move.
DUE TO THE EXTREME LUCK INVOLVED IN A METRONOME MATCH, THE MATCHES WILL BE BEST TWO OUT OF THREE.

The deadline for the semi-finals is Monday, June 19 at 12:00 AM EDT (GMT-4). Everyone left has been making an effort to do their battles fast, so I don't see a problem with this deadline. No sub requests for now, I'll see how things go... I don't see needing more than one this late in the tournament.
