Mew is a great fit on hyper offense teams due to its access to both Stealth Rock and Spikes, good Speed tier, and outstanding movepool. Its access to utility moves such as Taunt and Skill Swap allows it to consistently get entry hazards up for teams and deny hazards from opposing setters and leads. Taunt allows Mew to shut down Defoggers such as Corviknight and Mandibuzz, other hazard setters such as Seismitoad, Hippowdon, and Ferrothorn, and setup sweepers that want to use Mew as setup fodder such as Clefable, Rotom-H, and Togekiss. Flare Blitz allows it to deal significant damage to Excadrill, preventing it from spinning freely while also taking Mew out due to recoil, allowing it to get in a teammate safely; however, that can be dropped for Explosion, which allows Mew to prevent Defog and Rapid Spin attempts from the aforementioned Defoggers and Excadrill while still allowing it to bring in its teammates safely. Additionally, Skill Swap can be an option to set up hazards against Magic Bounce users like Xatu and Hatterene. Red Card gives Mew a way to force switches on pivots that would take advantage of Mew, such as Rotom-H and Jirachi.

Setup sweepers and powerful wallbreakers generally benefit from Mew's presence. Hawlucha and Gyarados are examples of Pokemon that can take full advantage of the entry hazards on the field to make it easier to sweep teams. Powerful wallbreakers such as Crawdaunt and Bisharp love their checks being worn down by the hazards that are on the field, making it easier to break them; the latter can also pressure Defoggers due to its ability Defiant. Furthermore, Grimmsnarl and Alolan Ninetales have great synergy with Mew due to their ability to set up dual screens for the aforementioned sweepers, and Grimmsnarl's access to priority Taunt is useful to prevent hazard removal and fast Pokemon such as Ribombee and opposing Mew from setting up hazards.

Make sure to note that Skill Swap is used so Magic Bounce users can’t just come in when you set up rocks. Attack investment shouldn’t be used when you run that move because you have 4 non-attacks and it’ll only increase damage from Mandibuzz Foul Play or something; maybe you could replace one of the hazard moves with an attacking move in that case? Also, it should be noted that Grimmsnarl just demolishes this set, so you absolutely want to lead with something else if the other team is packing one. Or switch in something that’s just not bothered by it on turn 1.

Mew is a great fit on hyper offense teams due to its access to both Stealth Rock and Spikes, great speed tier ehhh "great" is overselling it a tad I feel and outstanding movepool; getting access to utility moves such as Taunt and Skill Swap and thus allowing it to consistently get hazards up for teams. also makes it great at denying hazards from opposing leads/setters Stealth Rock is essential for its ability to wear down anything that switches in more than once. Spikes allows for it to wear cripple and wear down grounded opponents, and in combination with Stealth Rock allows it to punish grounded opponents really effectively. this is fluff Taunt is an incredibly important move as it allows Mew to shut down Defog users such as Corviknight, Mandibuzz and Rotom-H, as well as other hazard setters such as Seismitoad, Toxapex and Ferrothorn, and set-up sweepers who want to use Mew as setup fodder such as Clefable, Hydreigon and Rotom-H. Explosion is a great option for stopping any Rapid Spin or Defog attempts from Pokemon like Excadrill and Corviknight, as well as giving teammates the opportunity to safely switch in. Skill Swap is an alternative option for it as it allows it to freely set up entry hazards on Magic Bounce users such Hatterene, allowing Mew to ensure hazards stay up on the field. tbh you may as well specify Xatu too if you're going to say "users such as"

a line about Red Card should be included as well as a mention of Flare Blitz in the last moveslot

Powerful wallbreakers such as Crawdaunt love its checks being worn down by the hazards that are on the field, making it easier for them to break their checks. move the Bisharp mention up here because realistically it's being used as a wallbreaker in some capacity and fits well with the notion of appreciating hazards up; you can easily transition into the point about it helping keep them up with Defiant Furthermore, Pokemon such as Grimmsnarl have great synergy with Mew for its ability to set up dual screens and access to priority taunt to prevent fast Pokemon from laying down hazards such as Ribombee, meanwhile a Pokemon such as Bisharp is effective at punishing any Defog attempts from the aforementioned Corviknight and Mandibuzz.

Taunt is an incredibly important move as it allows Mew to shut down Defog users such as Corviknight, Mandibuzz and Rotom-H, Rotom-H isn't that relevant of a Defogger as well as other hazard setters such as Seismitoad, Toxapex and Ferrothorn, and Hippowdon, Toxic Spikes aren't that common, Hippowdon is a better mention here and set-up sweepers who want to use Mew as setup fodder such as Clefable, Hydreigon and Rotom-H, and Togekiss Hydreigon is threatening regardless and a lot of them are Choice Scarf, I'd say Togekiss would be a better mention. Explosion is a great option for preventing any Rapid Spin or Defog attempts from Pokemon like Excadrill and Corviknight, as well as giving teammates the opportunity to safely switch in. Skill Swap is an alternative option for it as it allows it to freely set up entry hazards on Magic Bounce users such Hatterene and Xatu, allowing Mew to ensure hazards stay up on the field. Red Card allows Mew to force out Pokemon like Dragapult and Hydreigon out, allowing it to set up another layer of hazards before fainting. Talk about the fact that Red Card can force a random switch (punishing U-turn and Volt Switch), which Mew can take advantage of. Your current sentence is a bit weird because Dragapult can just take you out with Will-O-Wisp + Hex for instance. Additionally, you can choose Flare Blitz for the last moveslot in order to pressure Excadrill, preventing it from spinning freely. Move this sentence and reword it a bit to reflect Flare Blitz > Explosion > Skill Swap.

I'd like to take one final look once this is implemented.

I think it's worth mentioning that Flare Blitz's recoil can also allow Mew to take itself out to prevent hazard removal and bring in a teammate safely, similarly to Explosion. Looks good otherwise.
Good job, 2/2.

EDIT: They also prevent Rapid Spin (in case of no prior Speed boost), not just Defog. You should change that in Explosion's sentence too.
