Miasmaw was designed to prevent Teleport Pokemon like Blissey and Slowking from pivoting with Taunt and hinder Regenerator Pokemon with Neutralizing Gas. Draco Meteor is the highest damaging move it has and catches defensive Pokemon expecting it to have a physical set like Landorus-T, Tomohawk, and Slowbro. Earthquake mainly allows Miasmaw to hit Galarian Slowking and Equilibra, along with Rock- and Steel-type Pokemon like Tyranitar and Heatran. Thunder allows Miasmaw to hit Water-type pivots such as Toxapex and Slowbro even if it was burned by Scald. Thunder is also Miasmaw's most consistent option against Tapu Fini and Tomohawk. Miasmaw pairs nicely with offensive pivots like U-turn Cinderace and Parting Shot Kerfluffle that need defensive pivots like Galarian Slowking KOed to perform at their peak. Steel-types like Magearna, Equilibra, and Heatran help with Fairy-types like Clefable and Kerfluffle.

not qc but there are a few issues I notice here

there should be more emphasis in the first sentence on Regenerator cancelling; Miasmaw's concept was largely based around dealing with Regenerator Pokemon like the slow brothers and Toxapex by entirely denying them recovery via ability and Taunt

Draco Meteor doesn't need to be described idt unless you wanna mention some slower offensive Pokemon that it blows up; it's largely just there because it's a strong move that catches generic physical walls like Landorus-T that switch in expecting a physical Miasmaw variant

" Pokemon that tend to run Levitate like Equilibra and Rotom-W " they don't "tend" to run Levitate; that's their only ability

Celesteela is not a relevant Pokemon in the metagame, and Aegislash is also pretty uncommon (might change w/ Urshifu-S ban); I'd replace the former's mention with Tapu Fini and the latter's mention with Magearna

the Heavy-Duty Boots sentence is not necessary idt; maybe you could find a way to phrase it better (you'd definitely want to move it to be after the first sentence, though)? like, talking about how it helps Miasmaw switch directly into the passive Water-types more frequently? idk

implemented all, wasn't sure if I should've included celes/skarm but thanks for pointing this out
e: excluded the hdb mention, would've been over wordcount if I tried rephrasing it

also not QC but it might be worth mentioning that Neutralizing Gas makes Clefable take entry hazard damage that reduces its ability to pivot around

edit: krillowatt too

One of the main concepts of CAP 28 was to prevent recovery from Pokemon like Slowking and Toxapex and because of its access to Taunt paired with Neutralizing Gas, Miasmaw acts as a Stallbreaker to help with defensive Pokemon while also hindering abilities like Levitate and Regenerator in the process. This sentence flows badly; just emphasize that the main goal is to stop pivoting, and that's the role it should fill. Talk about Stallbreaking is true, but just distracts from its main purpose. Draco Meteor is its only STAB attack and catches defensive Pokemon expecting it to have a physical set like Landorus-T and Slowbro. Its the highest damage move you have, letting you beat up stuff like Tomohawk, which is a common switchin. Earthquake allows Miasmaw to hit Rock- and Steel-type Pokemon like Tyranitar and Heatran along with Pokemon that has Levitate like Equilibra and Rotom-W thanks to Neutralizing Gas. Slowking-Galar is the main target here, emphasize that, also catching libra. Tyranitar is nice, but shouldn't be the first thing mentioned. Thunder is needed for Miasmaw to hit Water- and Flying-types like Tomohawk, Tapu Fini, and Toxapex but Thunderbolt is an option over Thunder for consistency. Scald burn immune option should be mentioned also fini. Miasmaw appreciates Steel-types like Magearna, Equilibra, and Heatran to help with Fairy-types like Clefable and Kerfluffle along with appreciating Fairy-types as they provide Dragon-type immunity. The first teammates mentioned should be the offensive pivots (Cinderace, Volkraken, Kerfluffle) that need defensive pivots dead to work.
Implement and I'll do another look

One of the main concepts of CAP 28 was to prevent Pokemon like Blissey and Slowking from pivoting because of Taunt along with hindering abilities like Levitate, Regenerator, and Magic Guard with Neutralizing Gas. Rephrase to like "Miamaw was designed to prevent Pokemon like Blissey and Slowking from pivoting using Taunt and through cancelling out Regenerator using Neutralizing Gas" or something. Draco Meteor is the highest damaging move it has as it and catches defensive Pokemon expecting it to have a physical set like Landorus-T, Tomohawk, and Slowbro. Earthquake mainly allows Miasmaw to hit Galarian Slowking and Equilibra because of Neutralizing Gas, along with Rock- and Steel-type Pokemon like Tyranitar and Heatran. Thunder is needed for Miasmaw to hit Water- and Flying-types like Tomohawk, Tapu Fini, and Toxapex as its mixed set allows it to be useful regardless of a burn. Emphasize allowing it to switch into Toxapex's Scald, as well as hitting Tomohawk and Tapu Fini imo. Miasmaw pairs nicely with offensive pivots like U-Turn Cinderace and Parting Shot Kerfluffle that needs defensive pivots like Rotom-Wash and Slowbro I'd change to Slowbro and Galarian Slowking dead to work. Steel-types like Magearna, Equilibra, and Heatran to help with Fairy-types like Clefable and Kerfluffle.
Implement and 1/1

gp 1/1 when done
