Sorry guys, I was kinda busy today. Here's the winner post.

But before we get to that, let's look at the eliminations.

Turns out, NeonNitroGlycerin was a saboteur! Good work there, townspeople.
Turns out, PalpitoadChamp was also a saboteur! Good work there too, townspeople.

Now for the winners!
:ss/regice: Defensive Pivot #1
Name of the Pokemon: Regice
Role(s): Defensive Pivot, Special Wall, Hazard Control
Type: Ice/Ghost
Abilities: Magic Guard / Magic Bounce
Stat Distribution: 100/50/100/110/160/30 (550)
Movepool Additions: Recover, Teleport, Hex, Shadow Ball, Destiny Bond
Justification: Regice is a solid pivot... in Gen 3 metas. I thought bringing it back would be pretty cool. Regice's Ice/Ghost defensive type is bad, even with Fighting and Normal immunities and a Poison resist, it's still an Ice-type. However, its movepool, abilities and stats are top notch for its role. Boots+Magic Bounce and Lefties+Magic Guard are both solid in their own way. MBounce lets you switch into Status moves to gain momentum, but leaves you super vulnerable to Knock Off. Regice's bulk may seem far above Klefki and Gastrodon, but unlike Regice, those two have amazing defensive types.
Cookie Butter was a saboteur!
:ss/skarmory:
Name of the Pokemon: Skarmory
Roles: Defensive Pivot, Physical Wall, Hazard Removal, Stealth Rock Setter, Gimmick Sweeper
Type:

Abilities: Keen Eye / Rough Skin / Weak Armor
Stat Distribution: 65 / 90 / 140 / 40 / 70 / 60 (BST: 465)
Movepool Additions: U-turn
Movepool Removals: Iron Head, Spikes
Justification: Glue bird. Does skarm stuff and also pivots around now.
Gravity Monkey was not a saboteur.
:ss/latios:
Pokemon: Latios
Competitive Role: Offensive Pivot, Hazard Removal (Defog), Setup Sweeper
Type: Psychic/Fighting
Abilities: Levitate
Stats: 85/100/80/105/80/110 (Total: 560)
Movepool Additions: Brick Break, Drain Punch, Superpower, Seismic Toss, U-Turn
Movepool Removals: Draco Meteor, Outrage, Earthquake, Light Screen, Reflect, Magic Coat, Mystical Fire, Future Sight
Justification: He's a fighter jet now. I equalized its offensive stats and gave it a good amount of Fighting moves, and it gets U-Turn now, so it can throw out a Superpower before pivoting away. You've also got some solid support options to add to your sets (Trick, TWave, Defog), and setup (Calm Mind, Dragon Dance, Hone Claws) for the late game. Klefki can pretty handily take it on though.
KeeganSkymin4444 was a saboteur!
:ss/honchkrow:
Name of the Pokemon: Honchkrow
Role(s): Physical Wallbreaker, Offensive Pivot
Type: Dark / Flying
Abilities: Insomnia / Super Luck / Hyper Cutter
Stat Distribution: 100 / 115 / 62 / 75 / 62 / 91 (505 BST)
Movepool Additions: U-Turn, Darkest Lariat
Justification: great offensive typing with immunity to intimidate makes it a pretty good offensive pivot. besides the fact that its weak to rocks, is a bit middling in speed, and really wants koff
anaconja was not a saboteur.

:flaaffy::swalot:Slate 3: 2 Walls, 2 Wallbreakers:metagross::cloyster:
We have things that move, so now we need things that, uh, don't move! Walls are Pokemon that are either practically physically or specially unbreakable, and Wallbreakers pressure defensive cores through raw power or setup. Submissions will last 4 days. Good luck, and watch out for the 5 saboteurs!

Notes about participants:
Notes about rules:
  • I'm not sure if I made it clear, but you can change any aspect of a Pokemon to whatever you'd like without limits.
  • Signups will not have a cap. People can sign up as much as they want, but only 20 will be selected. People who were not in last slate will be prioritized, and from there it will be random.

:ss/sableye:
Name of the Pokemon: Sableye
Role(s): Mixed Wall, Defensive Pivot
Type: Dark / Ghost
Abilities: Keen Eye / Stall / Frisk
Stat Distribution: 90 / 115 / 95 / 65 / 95 / 50 (510 BST)
Movepool Additions: Poltergeist
Justification: good defensive pivot thanks to decent bulk and amazing defensive typing. lack of ability kinda sucks though. also haha sab = saboteur. also hard check to latios. pog.

:ss/magneton:
Name of the Pokemon: Magneton (eviolite compatible)
Role(s): Special Wall, Defensive Pivot
Type: Electric / Steel
Abilities: Sturdy / Bulletproof / Analytic
Stat Distribution: 70 / 100 / 70 / 60 / 95 / 70 (465 BST)
Movepool Additions: Recover, Iron Head
Custom Elements: Spark now has 80 BP (Discharge clone)
Justification: hard check to regice. spark is probably useful to paralyze things, and it has port to slow pivot. countered almost entirely by gastrodon though and is generally passive due to lack of coverage whatsoever

:ss/dedenne:
Name of the Pokemon: Dedenne
Role(s): Special Wallbreaker, Offensive Pivot
Type: Electric / Fairy
Abilities: Cheek Pouch / Static / Motor Drive
Stat Distribution: 77 / 68 / 77 / 106 / 77 / 106 (511 BST)
Movepool Additions: Moonblast, Mystical Fire
Justification: good special attack and speed tier and offensive typing makes this an effective special wallbreaker. lack of good abilities or coverage holds it back somewhat. also MY PREJUDICES lets go

:ss/doublade:
Name of the Pokemon: Doublade (Eviolite compatiable)
Role(s): Physical Wallbreaker
Type: Steel / Ghost
Abilities: Infiltrator
Stat Distribution: 79 / 115 / 90 / 55 / 79 / 80 (498 BST)
Movepool Additions: Astonish*
Custom Elements: Astonish now has 80 BP with a 20% chance to lower Attack (Shadow Ball clone)
Justification: bit of a bisharp vibe. the slightest bit strapped on moveslots (wants sd, iron head, astonish, shadow sneak, cc) but otherwise pretty solid. its pretty slow though with no recovery

:ss/meowth-gmax: (this is outrageous. we didn't get a gmax sprite at the first slate or slate 2 .can also hold eviolite.)
Name of the Pokemon: Meowth
Role(s): Physical Wall, Defensive Pivot
Type:

Abilities: Mold Breaker | Analytic | Cursed Body (HA)
Stat Distribution: 80 | 55 | 105 | 85 | 60 | 95 (480 BST)
Movepool Additions: Slack Off, Parting Shot, Obstruct, Psychic
Movepool Removals: none
Flavor: im dead
Justification: dont really have any ideas rn so heres a quick one: a mon that uses Magic Bounce, its good bulk, eviolite, recovery and parting shot to be a very neat wall for teams.

:ss/charmander: (eviolite compatible)
Name of the Pokemon: Charmander
Role(s): Special Wall, Cleric (Heal Bell), Hazard Removal (Defog)
Type:
|

Abilities: Blaze | Force of Attraction* (from CS1 Celesteela. on switch-in, summons Gravity. can be extended like other weathers with Metal Powder.) (HA)
Stat Distribution: 70 | 50 | 73 | 83 | 83 | 75 (434 BST)
Movepool Additions: Psyshock, Psychic, Psychic Fangs, Heal Bell, Defog, Lava Plume, Scald, Recover, Draco Meteor
Movepool Removals: 0
Flavor: Despite not beeing a Psychic type, Charmander has incredible psychic abilities, even beeing able to distort gravity somehow.
Justification: WIP

:ss/silvally-ice:
Name of the Pokemon: Silvally-Ice
Role(s): Physical Wallbreaker, Offensive Pivot, Hazard Removal? (Court Change)
Type:

Abilities: Tough Claws | Ice Body | Flash Fire (HA)
Stat Distribution: 105 | 105 | 70 | 70 | 105 | 90 (545 BST)
Movepool Additions: Court Change, Fire Lash, Icicle Crash, Fire Blast
Movepool Removals: 0
Flavor: hot and cold at the same time
Justification: WIP

:ss/golem-alola:
Name of the Pokemon: Golem-Alola
Role(s): Special Wallbreaker, Offensive Pivot, Trapper
Type:

Abilities: Mega Launcher | Magnet Pull | Iron Barbs (HA)
Stat Distribution: 75 | 70 | 110 | 115 | 75 | 85 (530 BST)
Movepool Additions: Geo Blast* (90 BP, 85% Accuracy, Flying Press clone. Rock, hits for Electric damage. boosted by Mega Launcher.) Aura Sphere, Water Pulse
Movepool Removals: 0
Flavor: Alolan Golem, despite not looking like it, is suprisingly fast. they can shoot alolan geodudes incredibly far.
Justification: WIP

:volcarona:
Name of the Pokemon: Volcarona
Role(s): Special Wallbreaker, Cleric
Type: Bug / Fire
Abilities: Flame Body
Stat Distribution: 90 / 70 / 70 / 100 / 80 / 110
Movepool Additions: +Aromatherapy
Movepool Removals: -U-Turn, -Psychic, -Giga Drain
Justification: Earl likes bulky Volcarona so here is Volcarona that is a bit less insane. Hits much less hard than normal Volc but gets a good speed tier. Gastrodon matchup is meh but at least it does well against Regice.

:frosmoth:
Name of the Pokemon: Frosmoth
Roles: Physical Wallbreaker, Special Wallbreaker, Mixed Breaker, Revenge Killer, Spikes, Rapid Spin
Type: Bug / Ice
Abilities: Compound Eyes
Stat Distribution: 70 / 85 / 70 / 120 / 65 / 110
Movepool Additions: +Dragon Dance, +Megahorn, +First Impression, +Spikes, +Rapid Spin, +Knock Off, +Earthquake
Justification: Compound Eyes makes Megahorn and Triple Axel never miss, so they become consistent and scary STAB when backed by Dragon Dance. Sets looking to hit hard off the bat have a special option, though this set will struggle with Fires and Steels.

:pincurchin:
Name of the Pokemon; Pincurchin
Roles: Special Wall, Spinner, Toxic Spikes, Defensive Pivot
Type: Electric / Poison
Abilities: Regenerator
Stat Distribution: 90 / 100 / 70 / 70 / 120 / 70
Movepool Additions: +Rapid Spin, +Purify, +Sludge Bomb, +Toxic Thread, +Toxic, +Knock Off, +Nuzzle, +Poison Fang
Movepool Removals: -Recover
Justification: Kinda weird utility mon. Spreads status like no one's business but is reliant on curing them to heal outside of Regenerator, and it doesn't really have the power to pull off an AV set.

:altaria:
Name of the Pokemon: Altaria-Mega
Roles: Physical Wall, Hazer
Type: Dragon / Fairy
Abilities: Neutralizing Gas
Stat Distribution: 130 / 80 / 80 / 80 / 80 / 70
Movepool Additions: +Will-o-Wisp, +Baneful Bunker, +Spirit Break, +Breaking Swipe, +Core Enforcer, +Life Dew
Movepool Removals: -Dragon Dance, -Roost, -Defog, -Dragon Dance
Justification: Given Skuntank was kinda popular last round, I decided to repurpose the Neutralizing Gas sub. Obviously, this provides a lot of utility and so I didn't want to give it much more than that in terms of other options. It draws a lot on a 'stat control' set up through stat drops, even though Spirit Break and Breaking Swipe aren't the best moves. Core Enforcer is pretty neat here as its ability suppression stays active even after it switches. To balance it further, I also gave it no recovery outside of Bunker + Leftovers (unless you really want to waste a slot for Life Dew), so its longevity gets chipped significantly if it gets koffed.

Wallbreakers

:ss/salazzle:
Name of the Pokemon: Salazzle
Role(s): Special Wallbreaker, Physical Wallbreaker, Set-Up Sweeper (Dragon Dance or Nasty Plot), Choice Item User
Type:

Abilities: Corrosion*/Oblivious [HA]
Stat Distribution: 68/89/60/111/60/117 [505 BST]
Movepool Additions: Play Rough, Moonblast, Trick
Movepool Removals:
Custom Elements: Corrosion - Now a Scrappy Clone, where Poison type attacks hit Steel for Neutral Effectiveness
Justification: Salazzle is back, after getting so rudely robbed of its victory by sab Latios, and its back for some revenge. Salazzle's typing has shifted away from it's Pivoting-based Poison/Electric typing from last occurrence, now picking up Poison/Fairy instead. This change helps it cover certain new additions to the meta, threatening to both Outspeed and potentially OHKO Latios (getting revenge is fun), and threaten Klefki a good deal. While losing it's ability to poison any typing (which the main Pokémon it'd want to target, Regice, has Guard and Bounce anyways) is a shame, it gets access to some other stall punishes through gaining access to Trick, allowing it to possibly punish with a free turn to set up. Speaking of setting up, Dragon Dance sets gain extra speed in exchange for a less overall power, while Nasty Plot sets have far more raw power. Pick your poison (literally haha). From the mons I've done tests with, beats Klefki and Latios, struggles against Regice and Gastrodon.

:ss/electivire:
Name of the Pokemon: Electivire
Role(s): Mixed Wallbreaker, Special Wall
Type:

Abilities: Motor Drive/Scrappy [HA]
Stat Distribution: 85/123/67/100/105/90 [570 BST]
Movepool Additions: Superpower
Movepool Removals: Volt Switch
Custom Elements:
Justification
: Electivire has solid Physical and Special options, emphasized with a slightly higher special special attack. Loses some speed in exchange for gaining a great amount of physical bulk to live some hits. Powerful check on Regice, as Electivire can live Regice's standard attacks, immunize itself to Regice's Thunder Wave, and Wreck it with Scrappy Superpower. Incredibly scary against Regice and Skarm, but gets outsped by and risks getting OHKO'd by Latios and Honch.

Walls

:ss/orbeetle:
Name of the Pokemon: Orbeetle
Role(s): Mixed Wall, Hazard Setting (Sticky Web, Toxic Spikes), Phaser
Type:

Abilities: Frisk/Swarm/Filter [HA]
Stat Distribution: 90/45/120/80/120/90 [545 BST]
Movepool Additions: Toxic Spikes, Toxic, Sludge Wave, Tractor Beam*
Movepool Removals: U-Turn
Custom Elements: Tractor Beam - Bug-type, Special Attacking Dragon Tail clone
Justification: Fat wall who spreads poison via phasing. Even with Filter, Orbeetle really doesn't like taking a Honchkrow's Brave Bird, and Klefki & Regice also prove to counter its phasing-toxic strategies.

:ss/lunatone:
Name of the Pokemon: Lunatone
Role(s): Physical Wall, Cleric, Terrain Setting (Misty), Status Absorption, Utility (Screens Support)
Type:

Abilities: Levitate/Misty Surge [HA]
Stat Distribution: 90/55/135/75/85/60 [500 BST]
Movepool Additions: Wish, Heal Bell, Night Shade, Misty Explosion, Misty Terrain
Movepool Removals: Stealth Rock
Custom Elements:
Justification
: Cleric sub, we don't have any real mons who fulfil that niche yet. Good bulk, especially physically. Has access to a good array of support moves, between it clerical stuff like Wish and Heal Bell, and ability to set Screens and Terrain. Gets access to Night Shade and Misty Explosion. Night Shade is some reliable damage and fixed damage moves are kinda common on Support mons. Misty Explosion is just kinda there to allow Lunatone some interaction with setting Misty Terrain, though it likely wont see much use. Lastly, Misty Terrain is kinda just there because it just makes sense considering it already has the ability relating to the terrain. Pretty good at tanking the offensive Pivots in the meta, though one of its main concerns is certainly Klefki's access to hit 4x effectively with steel attacks.

Type:Electric
Abilities:Mythical Presence*(Volt Absorb)
Stat Distribution:100/40/55/105/110/85(BST:500)
Movepool Additions:Recover,Dazzling Gleam
Movepool Removals:Nada
Custom Elements:
Mythical Presence:Upon switch-in,the opponent(s)'s Special attack is lowered by 1 stage.
Justification:A nice Special Wall that can spread status with Toxic or Nuzzle, heal teammates with Wish+Volt Switch, and weaken special threats with Mythical Presence.it also has Grass Knot to chunk Gastrodon which is nice.Bulk is worse than Regice but this thing's defensive typing isn't utter garbage and it has lots of utility to help out its team so that should set it apart.
:ss/moltres-galar:

Movepool Additions:Fiery Wrath*,Stealth Rock,Flare Blitz
Movepool Removals:Nada
Custom Elements:
Fiery Wrath:Physical,otherwise the same.
Justification:KILL REGICE!And other stuff ig.Nice meaty 130 Attack with powerful STAB.Held back a little by SR weakness,75 Speed, and meh bulk but should be pretty good.

Wallbreakers

:ss/salamence:
Name of the Pokemon: Salamence
Roles: Special Wallbreaker, Stallbreaker
Type:

Abilities: Pressure / Moxie
Stat Distribution: 95 / 100 / 100 / 150 / 60 / 55 (BST: 560)
Movepool Additions:
Movepool Removals: Hurricane
Justification: Moltres but cooler. The plan is to get behind a substitute and to start spamming hella strong fire blasts on klefki (fuck klefki). Air Slash is not enough to go through Gastro tho (only 2HKOs if you are specs). Also lol imagine bringing this against offense. It gets Dragon Dance if you're really into that sort of thing.

:ss/zygarde-10%:
Name of the Pokemon: Zygarde-10%
Roles: Physical Wallbreaker, Choice Band Abuser, Cleaner, Physical Sweeper (DD, Coil)
Type:

Abilities: Limber
Stat Distribution: 54 / 100 / 71 / 61 / 85 / 110 (BST: 481)
Movepool Additions: Cross Poison
Movepool Removals: Glare, Extreme Speed
Justification: Zydog does zydog things (aka spam Tarrows). It loses its edge against offense without Glare or Extreme Speed + a very awkward speed tie with latios but it's still very threatening to defensive cores. It also gets cross poison to be ever so slightly harder to switch onto, now being able to hit grass types.

Walls

:ss/copperajah:
Name of the Pokemon: Copperajah
Roles: Physical Wall, Hazard Setter (Stealth Rock, Copper Mines)
Type:

Abilities: Sheer Force / Mold Breaker
Stat Distribution: 122 / 110 / 135 / 80 / 30 / 30 (BST: 507)
Movepool Additions: Leech Seeds, Knock Off, Copper Mines*
Movepool Removals:
Custom Elements: Copper Mines: Steel-type SRs (see Megamax)
Justification: Today is repeat mons friday so here's ferrothorn. This mon is HELLA fat on the phys side. It will get rocks even in the face of Regice which is no small feat. It's also a very non-passive walls which is I think a lot of pokemon enjoyers will enjoy (bitch has like every coverage in the world). It also has a little bit of utility in cool hazards. Do not get this mon in front of a special powerhouse tho.

:ss/raikou:
Name of the Pokemon: Raikou
Roles: Special Wall, Late-Game Cleaner
Type:

Abilities: Pressure / Poison Heal
Stat Distribution: 90 / 80 / 50 / 75 / 110 / 90 (BST: 495)
Movepool Additions: Dragon Pulse, Draco Meteor, Dragon Breath
Movepool Removals:
Justification: This pokemon is made to soak up hits from our friend latios and probable other ones we're gonna encounter later. A special oriented poison heal wall is something we have yet to see but which can nonetheless be effective. Dragon-Electric is a weirdly effective typing, meaning this mon would probably be the one handling mr. mence over here. You've gotta be careful not to let this pokemon pop off with a CM sweep at some point during the game tho (which shouldn't be impossible considering this small 50 def pool).

Yeah I'm subbing two Dragons as wallbreakers, who gives a damn I'm off the shits

Walls
:bw/cobalion:
Name of the Pokemon: Cobalion
Typing: Steel
Abilities: Pressure
Stats: 91/90/129/70/72/88 (540 BST)

New Moves: Spikes, Recover
Removed Moves: Volt Switch

Primary Roles: Physical Wall, Hazard Stacker (Stealth Rocks + Spikes), Phazer (Roar), All Around Nice Guy
Competitive Description: Gravity made Skarmory un-Skarmory so here's Skarmory 2 now with added Taunt. Bulky physical wall that also has decent damage output thanks to 90 Att + Swords Dance. Spikes/Stealth Rock + Taunt is pretty nice, especially since it outspeeds Klefki and Skarmory, and with Roar it can phaze foes out to rack up chip damage. Access to Pressure is nice as well, allowing it to stall out Defog. Unfortunately its SpDef is pretty lacklustre so special attackers go wild on Cobalion, but pure Steel typing is pretty nifty ig

:bw/samurott:
Name of the Pokemon: Samurott
Typing: Water/Fighting
Abilities: Shell Armour / Intimidate
Stats: 95/80/95/70/90/70 (508 BST)

New Moves: Lunge, Spirit Break, Flip Turn, Thunderous Kick
Removed Moves: None

Primary Roles: Mixed Wall, Support (Lunge, Spirit Break, Etc), Defensive Pivot,
Competitive Description: I'm a big fan of all the new stat lowering offensive moves introduce in gen 8, so let's just shove them into a mon and call it a day. Samurott mainly walls Pokemon by lowering their attacking stats with Lunge and Spirit Break

Wall's Breakers

:bw/hydreigon:
Name of the Pokemon: Hydreigon
Typing: Dark/Dragon
Abilities: Levitate
Stats: 92/105/90/125/90/98 (600 BST)

New Moves: WIP
Removed Moves: WIP

Primary Roles: Special Wallbreaker, idk what else my brain is melting
Competitive Description: Big dragon make wall go boom hehe

:bw/thundurus-therian:
Name of the Pokemon: Thundurus-Therian
Typing: Electric/Dragon
Abilities: No Guard
Stats: 79/125/70/95/80/91 (540 BST)

New Moves: Dragon Rush, Bolt Strike
Removed Moves: Superpower, Hammer Arm, Knock Off, Crunch, Foul Play

Primary Roles: Mixed Wall, Defensive Utility, Hazard Control (Defog)
Competitive Description: No Guard Dragon Rush + Bolt Strike go crazy go stupid. Thundurus-T has excellent STAB options with no drawback and Iron Tail to deal with Fairy-types. It lacks longevity and coverage and setup options but holy shit guys 125 Att Dragon Rush + Bolt Strike

Stat Distribution: 80 / 130 / 100 / 80 / 75 / 75 (BST: 540)
Movepool Additions: Dragon Hammer, Swords Dance
Movepool Removals: Earthquake
Justification: A cool wallbreaker with access to a Extreme Speed to ensure it is never on the back end of a match.

:ss/torterra:
Name of the Pokemon: Torterra
Roles: Physical Wall

Abilities: Leaf Guard / Shell Armor | Sun Eater*
Sun Eater - Immune to Fire type moves. If hit by one, raises Atk by one stage.
Stat Distribution: 94 / 96 / 115 / 55 / 77 / 44 (BST: 519)
Movepool Additions: Power Whip, Horn Leech
Movepool Removals:

Name of the Pokemon: Dracozolt
Roles: Physical Wallbreaker
Type:

Abilities: Hustle | Sand Veil
Stat Distribution: 75 / 78 / 90 / 85 / 80 / 80 (BST: 488)
Movepool Additions: Volt Switch
Movepool Removals:
Justification: A strong potential wallbreaker that utilizes the classic Hustle + Bolt Beak combo to attempt to split open the opposition.

:ss/seaking:
Name of the Pokemon: Seaking
Roles: Special Wall
Type:

Abilities: Water Veil / Lightning Rod | Regenerator
Stat Distribution: 80 HP / 80 Atk / 65 SpA / 77 SpD / 94 SpD / 54 Spe [BST: 450]
Movepool Additions: Zing Zap, Discharge, Thunderbolt, Splash*
Splash - Water type Shore Up, but works for Rain
Movepool Removals: Flip Turn
Justification: Specially defensive Sponge that utilizes its decent bulk, defensive typing and Regenerator to wall special attackers. I removed Flip Turn so paranoia doesn't veto it.

Name of the Pokemon: Tauros
Roles: Mixed Wallbreaker
Type:

Abilities: Sheer Force
Stat Distribution: 75/100/95/80/75/90 (BST: 515)
Movepool Additions: Earth Power
Movepool Removals: Earthquake, High Horsepower, Close Combat
Justification: Fun Fact: This is my 3rd attempt at submitting a variation of this since Clean Slate Micro. Tauros attempts to bring back its playstyle from Gen 1, which is utilizing a Physical STAB, while all its strong coverage options are special moves. This is now much harder to achieve with the introduction of EVs, so a serviceable buff to its Special Attack was brought along to help mitigate this. Sheer Force boosts Body Slam, as well as Fire Blast, Ice Beam, Earth Power and Thunderbolt. It currently sits at the third fastest in the meta, but it is outsped and hit super effectively by Latios.

Name of the Pokemon: Maractus
Roles: Special Wallbreaker, Set Up (Quiver Dance), Hazard Setter (Spikes)
Type:

Abilities: Dancer / Rough Skin
Stat Distribution: 80/55/88/122/60/80 (BST: 485)
Movepool Additions: Quiver Dance, Fiery Dance, Thunderbolt, Thunder
Movepool Removals: Cotton Guard
Justification: Maractus is an attempt at a balanced Quiver Dancer. Firstly, its main boon besides Quiver Dance is its movepool, as Grass/Electric/Fire hits the entire meta super effectively besides Latios (this will change in the future, especially when we get a dragon type). Its abilities are not offensive based (besides copying Quiver Dances from opposing Maractus), but Rough Skin and Dancer can be used to punish attackers while it sets up. However, it is vulnerable on the Special side before it sets up, so a strong hit from Latios or Regice could do a number to it.

Name of the Pokemon: Relicanth
Roles: Physical Wall, Hazard Setter (Stealth Rock), Hazard Control
Type:

Abilities: Justified / Solid Rock / Harvest
Stat Distribution: 120/100/100/55/70/45 (BST: 490)
Movepool Additions: Mineral Bath*, Poltergeist, Shadow Sneak
Custom Elements: Mineral Bath- Rock type Shore Up clone. User heals 50% HP. If there are any hazards on the field, they are removed, and the user heals 66% HP instead.
Justification: Only real ones know where this custom move originates from. Relicanth is a solid physical wall with a really great move in Mineral Bath, allowing it to combine reliable recovery and hazard control. Relicanth still has decent attack, as well as the dangerous Head Smash and Poltergeist, so it could run it as a lure. Its abilities are pretty interesting, especially Harvest, as I believe that this pokemon will potentially forgo Leftovers to run either Colbur (for Honchkrow) or Kasib (for Regice) berries.

edit 1: added relicanth
edit 2: added maractus

Name: Pikachu
Type: Electric/Steel
Ability: Heavy Metal, Huge Power
Stats: 75/1/75/50/75/100, 351
Role: Physical Wallbreaker
Notes: Compatible with Eviolite and Light Ball

New Moves: Regular Pikachu's movepool + Bullet Punch, Flash Cannon, Gyro Ball, Heavy Slam, Hyper Voice, Iron Defense, Iron Head, Metal Claw, Metal Sound, Meteor Mash, Overdrive, Steel Beam
Removed Moves: None

Justification: Because it's funny. Base 1 attack? Look again, it is actually base 150. With access to both Huge Power and Light Ball, it turns its tiny attack into a big one. With decent stab moves and set up, all thats holding it back is mediocre defenses and speed, and a weakness to knock off

Name: Dubwool
Type: Normal
Ability: Fluffy/Static, Bulletproof
Stats: 72/80/115/60/90/60
Role: Physical Wall, Set-up Sweeper? (Maybe? with Cotton Guard + BP)

New Moves: Nuzzle, Slack Off
Removed Moves: None

Justification: It has Fluffy and Cotton Guard, meaning its bulk on the physical side is great. The addition of recovery means that it is very hard to break it with physical moves (as most are contact).

Walls:
:Swsh/Aggron:
Name of the Pokemon: Aggron
Roles: Defensive Pivot, Physical Wall, Physical Wallbreaker, Priority, Setup Sweeper
Type:

Abilities: Beast Boost | Regenerator (HA)
Stat Distribution: 70 / 110 / 150 / 60 / 80 / 50 [BST: 520]
Movepool Additions: Accelerock, Knock Off, Volt Switch
Justification: AV Wall with the decent Attack stat, and pivoting moves + Regenerator (I decided to give it Volt Switch, so it'll have a hard time against Gastrodon). Also, Beast Boost Body Press is pretty funny, just like Stakataka.
252+ Atk Honchkrow Superpower vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Aggron: 288-340 (83.7 - 98.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
*Then it can bonk Honchkrow back with Stone Edge.

4 Atk Aggron Stone Edge vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Honchkrow: 344-408 (100.8 - 119.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO
*Actually 80% to OHKO since there's the thing you all know and love called "accuracy", and also, if someone run max HP Honchkrow, just Accelerock it.

:Swsh/Houndoom:
Name of the Pokemon: Houndoom
Roles: Mixed Wall, Trick Room Setter
Type:

Abilities: Pressure / Sticky Hold | Storm Drain (HA)
Stat Distribution: 75 / 60 / 130 / 70 / 130 / 55 [BST: 520]
Movepool Additions: Pain Split, Trick Room
Movepool Removals: Nasty Plot, Overheat
Justification: Houndoom can viably run with any of its Abilities, Pressure for PP Stalling, Sticky Hold for Knock Absorber, and Storm Drain for switch into Water moves. The thing is it only has Pain Split as its recovery moves which is not so viable, but with those defensive stats, it'll be fine, I believed because it has Will-O-Wisp and Foul Play to completely play around any physical wallbreaker and it also has Snarl for special wallbreaker, so yeah, after all of those, I want to say that I'm sure this gonna be able to wall stuff, even better after TR.
252 Atk Latios Superpower vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Houndoom: 260-308 (73.4 - 87%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
*Special defensive is still enough to wall Jolly Latios. With LO, it will be OHKO.

252 Atk Latios Superpower over 2 turns vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Houndoom: 330-390 (93.2 - 110.1%) -- 50% chance to 2HKO
*There's a chance for physical defensive Houndoom to survive for more than 2 hit even if it missed Will-O-Wisp. LO will not makes any difference here if Will-O-Wisp landed.

252 SpA Latios Aura Sphere vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Houndoom: 180-212 (50.8 - 59.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
*Physical defensive is also enough to wall Timid Latios, Snarl just make this 3HKO. LO will absolutely makes no difference here.

252 SpA Latios Aura Sphere vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Houndoom: 134-162 (37.8 - 45.7%) -- guaranteed 3HKO
*Even if Latios is LO here, it will still got snarled to just neutralise the damage.

Wallbreakers:
:Swsh/Durant:
Name of the Pokemon: Durant
Roles: Physical Wallbreaker, Priority, Stallbreaker
Type:

Abilities: Slow Start / Klutz | Truant (HA)
Stat Distribution: 55 / 177 / 55 / 77 / 55 / 111 [BST: 520]
Movepool Additions: Fire Blast, Fire Fang, Flamethrower, Flare Blitz, Outrage, Will-O-Wisp
Movepool Removals: Hone Claws
Justification: You know what, here's your stat buffed Centiskorch with no Coil. Good luck with those Abilities tho because even that they provide the disadvantage effect, they all can be used with Entrainment. Btw, this is the revenge for my Durant that lost in CS2. And lastly, I can ensure that this thing will OHKO Regice by the calculation below and it also outspeed Latios by 1, so that thing is also dead as hell.
252 Atk Durant Flare Blitz vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Regice: 356-422 (88.1 - 104.4%) -- 31.3% chance to OHKO
*Regice probably will not run physical defensive anyway, I just want to show you this Durant have a chance to OHKO physical defensive Regice.

252 Atk Durant X-Scissor vs. 252 HP / 4 Def Gastrodon: 208-246 (52.7 - 62.4%) -- 99.6% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
*Absolutely gonna get walled if Gastrodon has more EV on Defense.

252 Atk Durant Flare Blitz vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Skarmory: 186-219 (68.6 - 80.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
252 Atk Durant Stone Edge vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Skarmory: 206-244 (76 - 90%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
*Skarmory basically needs nothing to outplay Durant.

:Swsh/Lilligant:
Name of the Pokemon: Lilligant
Roles: Cleric (Aromatherapy, Heal Bell, Healing Wish), Mixed Wallbreaker, Physical Wallbreaker, Setup Sweeper, Special Wallbreaker
Type:

Abilities: Pure Power | Eternal Flower (This Pokemon heals 1/4 max HP upon using Grass moves) (HA)
Stat Distribution: 95 / 50 / 95 / 150 / 95 / 35 [BST: 520]
Movepool Additions: Draco Meteor, Dragon Darts, Dragon Pulse, Incinerate, Light of Ruin, Moonblast, Outrage, Play Rough
Justification: Slow QD mon that's hardly outspeed anything with +1 in speed, +2 is fine when Timid, but if Modest, +3 or more would be the best. On the Pure Power side, it also has the same problems with that Lilligant being too slow. And whatever you run, you are walled by Klefki unless you run Incinerate which will make you have to drop one STAB, or the usefulness of Abilities, sad, isn't it. A bit more talk about the Ability. Eternal Flower makes it can viably run AV and you'll see more reason to run AV below here.
+3 252+ SpA Lilligant Incinerate vs. 252 HP / 252+ SpD Klefki: 308-364 (82.3 - 97.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
*The point is even with Incinerate, +3 Modest still cannot OHKO special defensive Klefki.

+2 252+ SpA Lilligant Incinerate vs. 252 HP / 4 SpD Klefki: 348-410 (93 - 109.6%) -- 56.3% chance to OHKO
*And with +2 Modest, there's also a chance to not OHKO physical defensive Klefki.

And for Gastrodon, Lilligant will almost always run Grass moves due to the fact that they are the only coverage Lilligant gets other than STABs and Incinerate. Therefore, Gastrodon will just got OHKOed.
Bonuses:
+1 252 Atk Life Orb Latios Zen Headbutt vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Lilligant: 222-263 (67 - 79.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

+1 252 SpA Life Orb Latios Psychic vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Lilligant: 257-304 (77.6 - 91.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

+1 252 SpA Life Orb Latios Ice Beam vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Lilligant: 343-406 (103.6 - 122.6%) -- guaranteed OHKO
*This specifically is why Lilligant should run AV.
What if Lilligant hits back?
0 SpA Lilligant Moonblast vs. 0 HP / 4 SpD Latios: 350-414 (112.5 - 133.1%) -- guaranteed OHKO
*Wow, my sabotaged man, (physical) Latios just got crushed.
Dw, even if my saboteur killers doesn't get in, it's fine. I just mention them for references, don't really meant to kill them.

Name of the Pokemon: Flygon
Role(s): Physical Wallbreaker
Type: Ground / Dragon
Abilities: Levitate
Stat Distribution: 80 / 110 / 80 / 80 / 80 / 110 (BST: 560)
Movepool Additions: Dragon Bonk*
Movepool Removals: U-Turn
Dragon Bonk: Dragon-type High Horsepower clone
Justification: I do not like Outrage. Because of this, I have given Flygon Dragon-type STAB that isn't Outrage. I am also removing U-Turn, in order to prevent it from just being a pivot.

:swsh/blacephalon:
Name of the Pokemon: Blacephalon
Role(s): Special Wallbreaker
Type: Fire / Ghost
Abilities: Unnerve
Stat Distribution: 53 / 97 / 53 / 151 / 79 / 119 (BST: 552)
Movepool Additions: Lava Plume
Movepool Removals: Overheat, Flamethrower, Mind Blown, Shadow Ball
Justification: It has 151 SpA, it doesn't need all that STAB. Plus, Hex + Lava Plume is cool and fun.
